Arcaena Academy (LunarWolf and I)

Helena soon located her in her tower and then knocked on the door and waited to be told she could come in to the room. Helena was big on waiting to be told it was ok to enter
 
"Come on in." came the voice of Arcadia after a moment in time as she was lounging in her chair that was in the room, just watching something for the time being.
 
Helena walked din and then closed the door behind her "I was asked to extend an offer form my uncles they are willing to lone you their war horses and hell hounds to give added security during the dance"
 
Arcadia looked over for a moment in time before she thought about it before she spoke, "I shall think on it. The added security wouldn't be a bad thing but.... I do not want to alarm the rest of the students. If they see war horses and hellhounds they may think that we are under attack, or are going to be under attack. But.... if there is a way that your uncles could make them invisible to the rest of the students then that would work out a whole lot better. I need to be able to see them, you mind as well be able to see them, and the staff, but otherwise.... if the rest of the student body is clueless to them being there for the time being." With that she was giving a faint chuckle and apologizing for rambling.
 
"yes the hell hounds have that ability naturally all you have to do is instruct them on who can see them as for the horses a simple spell will do that same thing" Helena stood just inside the door as she waited to see what she wanted to do so she could let her uncles know
 
Arcadia was giving a nod before she spoke, "If they can stay invisible, then yes that is permissible."
 
"they can and I will let my uncles know they will notify you before they all arrive so you can meet them" Helena set a blank paper down and then headed out of the room their message would appear on the paper
 
Arcadia was giving a nod before she spoke, "That would be great. This way we can figure out a spot to meet where others wouldn't spot them."
 
Helena nodded her head "not a problem" Helena then let her uncles know that they were a go and knew that they would need a little time to get their pets together"
 
Arcadia was closing her tower off to everybody once again, and was taking to lounging in her chair once again. Currently she was watching a group of hunters through the eyes of her brother, who had gone to assist one of the other academies. Silly hunters. When would they learn that.... while some supernaturals were evil, not all of them fell into that category. Many of them just wanted to co-exist with humans.
 
After hours, it finally came time for the dance to start. Everybody had gotten ready and was headed down to the gym where the dance was being held. Usually Riven was there but this time it seemed like Elia was the one that was greeting all of the students. The woman looked gorgeous with her blonde hair up in an elegant updo, and she wore a beautiful light blue mermaid gown. "Welcome everybody to this year's dance!" she cooed after all of the students had arrived.
 
Abby walked in to the dance and moved a little to the back even after everything that had happened she was still nervous and scared of having something done to her. Abby was trying to figure out how much trouble she would get in is she was attacked again and she retaliated.
 
Caya eventually drifted into the dance as well, her silver gown dancing across the ground as she walked. Unlike many of the other females, she didn't have any shoes on, since she really hated heels and no other shoes had really looked good with the dress at all. She glanced around at everybody else before she was gliding up next to Elia and taking the microphone from her. "Greetings everybody, and welcome to our beginning to the year dance. Now before we get this dance started.... as usual.... we will have our voting for the two princes and princesses, and the one king and queen. There are no specific people you need to decide between, this vote is all up to you. This pink bucket is for the girls names, and the blue bucket is for the boys names. Just write down a name and toss it in there, towards the middle of the night we will random draw the names of our royalty." She spoke which had a number of people cheer. A rather human custom but it was something that they enjoyed doing nonetheless. With that she was giving a smile and announcing that it was time to party. Shockingly enough, while Caya had been there for a number of years she had never once been named as one of the royals, but it didn't bother her much. After a few hours, it would be Elia that would take the buckets away so that she could go and count the votes. The names in each group that had the most votes would be named the king and queen, then the two runner ups would be the two princesses and two princes.
 
Helena raised her eye brow at the announcement but she figured if they were going to have fun this evening Than voting would be a good idea
 
Caya saw the look that Helena had as she drifted over before she spoke, "Some of the students had gone to a human school, and said that this is what humans did. But humans had a prevoting before the dance, and got the top like four or five male and female names, then at the dance they voted for king and queen. But here.... we have the voting done here. Any name can go in, there are not set people that one has to figure out between." With that she was brushing a small strand of hair from her face then looked towards Rafael as he was prancing in. "And the star has arrived!" he sang out, which had a number of people laughing and waving hello to him, or verbally greeting him. A normal Rafael thing.
 
Helena chuckled and then looked at the male when he walked in "you know I am really starting to wonder why people want to do this kind of thing" Helena was more then a little confused about a lot of this
 
"Just for fun. The same person is never voted for. Usually Elia does the counting, so she makes sure that nobody gets the title of princess or queen multiple years in a row. Last year the three girls were Megan, Alexandria, and Renee. The guys were Corbin, Mathias, and Vincent. So those six in particular cannot be named as royalty this year, even if they get the most votes. And it is required that last names be written as well, to avoid confusion." Caya explained after a moment in time.
 
Helena nodded her head "that makes sense this way everyone gets a chance" Helena had no interest in it at all but she hoped that someone who really wanted it got it.
 
Caya gave a small giggle before she spoke, "It is all done in fun and games. This whole dance is about socializing, and just enjoying the night." With that she was looking over when she spotted somebody that she wasn't use to seeing at the dances. Seemed like Arcadia had decided that she was going to come to the dance as well, sporting a crimson red and black dress.
 
"still never been to a dance till tonight so not sure what to do" Helena didn't say that she also didn't have a date since she didn't want to make Caya feel like she was being rude or disrespectful
 
Caya looked towards her for a moment in time before she was getting Rafael's attention. "Dance with her." Caya told the male after a moment in time, as he was coming over and taking Helena's hands to lead her out to dance.
