Rage of Dust (1x1 w/ DarkMudkip)

Megohime provided cover fire for Motochika the best she could, but soon two of the four split off and headed straight for her, forcing her to fend for herself. Megohime was busy trying to keep the two she was engaged with at bay, barely avoiding attacks from the faster Hyakuren that chased after her bulky Shax, forcing her to change her weapon into her close range sword.

They were fighting on their own for a while before any help came. Masamune's Shiden burst into the fray, shooting Hyakurens left and right.

They seemed to be holding their own, Masamune providing more than enough support on his own, then suddenly, his whole world was spinning violently, and he was hurting ass over teakettle through space in his Shiden.
“Masamune!” Megohime’s voice crackled over the blaring of his alarms, alerting him to damage taken from a solid hit, but he hadn’t even seen what had hit him, then he was tossed to the side once more violently, feeling like he was being smacked around by some unseen force, and he was.
Megohime herself barely noticed it at first, but glimpsing the fire trails of six engines, Megohime knew it had to be one of the enemy Hyakuren, but why had no one seen it? Why could she barely see it now?

"Sh-Shit!" Masamune was trying to right himself, trying to make a quick fix so he could get back in the fight. He hadn't expected to be knocked around like a ping pong ball.

Megohime did what she could to knock back the Hyakuren she was dealing with, trying to lock onto whatever was hitting Masamune, but she couldn’t see whatever it was. “Motochika!” Maybe he had a better angle, anything that would help Masamune.
The moment Masamune righted himself, he was slammed into again, sending him flipping through space, barely registering a glimmer on his side cameras just before impact.

"Jesus fucking Christ!" Masamune growled. Motochika watched, waiting, before bursting forward and swinging his axe hard into the Hyakuren like a bat hitting a ball.

Motochika could just barely see the dark spot were space seemed to warp slightly, feeling his axe connect with something, but not fully. A Hyakuren flickered into view briefly, the one that had been waiting in the back and giving orders.
“Three of you, break off and continue the attack on the main ship, keep damage minimal.” Jin ordered through the coms of her teams ships.

"Hai!" Three voices chimed through her coms and three Hyakuren shot toward the ship.
"Come on, bitch, play fair." Motochika's speakers crackled angrily, "I tire of ye snakes slippin through the grass."

“Language.” Jin said softly through her coms in response to Motochika, like a mother scolding her child. She burst forward, her Hyakuren darkening again until it became nearly invisible to see once more.

Motochika watched carefully, even with his one eye he could see the battlefield perfectly. He gripped his axe tight, ready to strike her when she got close.

Something slammed into him, pushing him back before she seemed to be back within his range, shoving him back by the shoulder of his Graze. Jin used the long spear like weapon in her arsenal, maintaining her distance with it to avoid Motochika’s attacks.

Another heavy strike to the right side of his Graze, no response from Jim’s Hyakuren other than for her to continue to flit around him, slamming him around, but doing little damage to his machine; was she just toying with him?

He felt the axe lurch to a stop, then he was slammed hard backward, his axe breaking free of Jin’s Hyakuren as she retreated. “Everyone retreat back to the ship again.” She ordered.

Jin seemed to take the full hit, engaging Motochika as the assault team made their retreat, grappling with him before the Hyakuren pulled out a hand blaster from its side, aiming the weapon right at Motochika’s cockpit. Jin grunted as she was slammed into by Megohime, who had fired off a shot right at the back of Jin’s machine, landing a direct hit. “Hold her there, Motochika!”

Jin clenched her teeth as she put her Hyakuren into full throttle, trying to pull Motochika off kilter enough so that Megohime wouldn’t land another direct hit to her Hyakuren’s engine output.

Jin’s alarms blared at her as the strength of Motochika’s Graze gripping her Hyakuren started to actually bend the metal of her suit, and even with her full thrusters on, she barely budged. Another shot sent a painful tremor through the entirety of her suit, making her grunt with effort.
“Crush her, Motochika!”

"Aye!" He moved to legitimately crush her in her cockpit, only to be shot by the others in her team.
"Let her go!" The Hyakurens moved over quickly to try and free Jin.

Jin was pinned uncomfortably in her damaged cockpit, eyes widening when she heard her team returning back to help free her. “Retreat back to the ship! That is an order!” She barked, but why was she suddenly so frantic over her team? Megohime cursed and returned cover fire for Motochika, moving Shax between him and Jin’s men.

Motochika gnashed his teeth as he tried again to crush Jin like a tin can. But her men were many, and they shot at Motochika and Megohime, forcing him to release Jin to get to safety.
