A wrong chant summoned you. (Umbra do urden x Akuma)

He panted a bit above her as he looked down at her and see the purple necklace appear. That was never there what was it now? "I told you so." He said with a smirk on his face. "But right now you have a purple necklace on your neck that just appeared." Alex said as his hand moved to trace it.

It took her a few minutes to react to his touch but when she did she looked up at him, her eyes bright and dreamy. "Hmmm?" she leaned her face into his arm sighing softly. "It's part of the binding magic of my kind. It is what happens when a Male claims a mate." She tilted her head slightly and pulled him down so she could kiss his nose.

Alex looked into her eyes before she pulled him down kissing his nose. "So you have no issue with me being your mate?" He asked curious if she would be okay with that even if there wasn't a way to undo the binding. "So are you still upset about what happened or do you realize you overreacted?" He added.

"I am sorry for hurting you if that is what you mean and i don't overreact." She continued to kiss his face lovingly. "As for being your Mate I am not sure it is the first time a Alex has been chosen as a mate so I don't know what to think. But i forgive you for hurting me and would like more of you please." She stopped to look up at him and kiss him on the nose once more.

"Well you did overreact." He said as he felt her kisses all over his face. He sighed. "You mean human and my name is Alex, I wanted you to call me Alex and not human." He said as he shook his head no. "It's late, and it would be best if we got some rest, I am not going anywhere so you can have more of me whenever you want." He said as he had felt exhausted since casting the spell.

She felt hurt when it seemed like he didn't forgive her and she made a sad face before nuzzling him gently. "So not human but Alex like my name that you call me. Okay I can do that Alex but you can call me whatever you want as long as you say it nicely." She moved to snuggle into him hoping he would be less upset if she behaved cutely. "Would you like me to stay like this or can I turn back to my true form? I am guessing your going to sleep, yes?"

Well he would forgive her but she had to behave and not overreact from something like that. But he wasn't mad at her at all. "Well I will either call you kitten or Neith." Alex said with a smile as she snuggled up to him. "You can do whatever you want, be in whatever form you like." Alex said. "Yes I am going to get some sleep I'm exhausted from casting the spell and playing with you." He added.

She waited for him to go to sleep before wiggling out from his embrace and turning back into her preferred form. She left the tent to go back to the Warm water source and bath letting the soreness she felt melt away. Once she was done she decided to go back into the astral plane and wait till he called for her.

Alex slept well that night as he regained what magic he had and the energy from their little fun as well. He didn't notice that she had left going to the astral plane and so he slept alone in his tent till the sun rose and peered into the open flap. With a groan he got up and rubbed his eyes as he looked around expecting Neith to be around or just about ready to pounce on him now that he was awake.

"Neith?" He asked as he stretched some before crawling out of his tent. Well this was going to be interesting he knew that he would have to head for the guild to register that he summoned a familiar but how he would convince Neith was another question.

She heard him calling to her so like before when she was summoned she lept through the portal into the material plane landing in front of him. "Yes? you called for me." She sat down where she landed and stretched her front legs, her paws and claws digging into the ground. She smelled of wildflowers and spring time as she had been playing in one of the fay realms many flower forests when he called her.

Alex looked at her and smiled. "Hey, I was just curious as to where you went." He said. "I figured I'd wake up to you pouncing on me because I took to long to wake." Alex said as he leaned down to rub her head gently and scratch her ears. "So how are you after last night?" Alex asked.

She hadn't thought of telling him when she left where she was going. Next time she would remember to do so. "I went home to the Asrtial plane. I don't sleep at night it is not something I need all the time. When the sun is high in the sky I get tired and will nap. i am fine why are you hurt? You don't seem so. Is there something you need me to do?" She tilted her head to look up at him before circling around him to see if he was hurt. Once she was sure he wasn't she gave him a puzzled face if you can imagine that on a large panther.

"Ahh well that's good to know." He said. "This is my first time with someone like yourself so I'm still learning." He said. "I do need anything was just wondering was all, and no I'm not hurt at all I was going to get cleaned up and get ready to pack up camp." Alex said with a smile as she circled him. "I didn't mean to disturb you if you were busy." He said with a smile obviously he didn't want to disturb her.

"I am not busy not if you need me. Can I help?" She looked at him before hearing something come up the trail. She glared a low growling sound came from her when two men walked into the campsite. They jumped back seeing the panther then looking to Alex before looking back to the Cat once more. "Uh - Um are you uh the ranger named Alexander something or other.? Uh if ye are then Uh the gild master be looking for ya. Uh Mind telling your pet to not eat us. please.?" they held up there hands one with a scroll in it the other with some sort of compass. She stayed ready to jump if they moved any closer.

"You can help get everything in order." He said with a smile before she started to growl and he looked where she was facing. He looked at the two walking and then heard who they were from. "They don't miss a thing now do they?" Alex asked as he walked up to Neith. "It's okay they aren't here to harm anyone." He said as he started to rub her head. "So what else did they say or is that it?" He asked.

The male stepped back a bit when The panther refused to listen all the way. she stayed where she was but she was still growling. "No-uh He said you have till today to registrar your new companion if ye got one. Which by the way that big cat is looking at me i think ye found at least one that might work for ya. I will be going now. See ye at the guild hall. Please make sure the Cat doesn't hurt anyone or is leashed or something. we don't be wanting anyone to get hurt." With that he bowed and the other waved before turning and walking the other way. She stayed in place glaring but saying nothing else as they left her sight.

Alex sighed. "Of course they did." He said. "Yeah yeah, she won't hurt anyone." Alex said as they left he looked down at her. "You know when I said they were fine you didn't have to keep growing at them." He said. "I don't expect you to like the other humans but I do expect you to listen to me when I tell you to." He said. "I will have to go into town and register I have you and that means no growling at the other humans." Alex said.

"Fine no growling but that doesn't mean I won't bit them if they touch me. I make no promises. Your the only one allowed to touch me. I make it a rule so now you gotta listen too me too. I won't growl at them as long as they don't touch me." She wasn't happy at all but she would listen because if she didn't that shock thing would happen and she hated that more then the other option.

"Got it, no one but me can touch you." Alex said as he patted her head. This was going to be quite interesting. "Well you are welcome to go back to the astral world or you can stay out here with me." He said. "I'm just gonna start to get everything packed up." He added.

She decided that going home is what she should do, if she had to see anymore human like thing's she might not behave like he asked. It would be best for her to go back home for now sense she wasn't very happy with him or the situation she was forced into. with a flick of her tail she walked forward turning translucent and fading into the astral plane leaving a purple hue for a few seconds behind her after she left.

She left without a word as he watched her leave and he couldn't help but feel like she was rather mad at him. Maybe he could offer her something s bit later and wait for her to calm down. "Alright I guess time to get ready." He said as he started to pack everything up in camp this would take roughly over an hour as mid day was getting closer he was getting his gear on and making sure his bow was still strung tightly.

She made her way through the fay wilds poncing on some of the rabbits in the wild flower fields just to let off some stress. After a while she felt a lot better. She was still upset at him but at least now she didn't feel like clawing every human she saw. She stopped to roll in the flowers turning her fur a bit yellow from the pollen and leaving yellow petals all over herself.

With everything packed he sighed as he started to head back to the guild. This was surely going to be an interesting meeting because she wasn't exactly a familiar they knew about she was something that was different and while he didnt mind that he wasn't sure how it was going to take at the guild hall as he headed for it.

It was a few hours and with the sun high in the sky he made it to the doors of the guild. Opening them he entered and looked around seeing the Hussle and bussle of people walking around as he headed for the desk that handled familiars.

She was getting board of waiting around and thinking about all the thing's she didn't like in the material plane so she decided to go running. She made her way through a grove of tree's stopping at a familiar forest.

The forest was ancient. The trees thick and old, roots that were twisted. It might once have been filled with bird-song and animals that roamed. But now it was ages past its former glory. It's canopy was so dense that you could only see the occasional streak of sunlight that rarely touched the forest floor. Even its thick vines were slowly taking away the last remnants of the temple that stood in the center. This was her home a place she had lived for eons. She walked to the warm stream she was always used to bath changing her form to that of a girl and dipping into the water to wash off the petals and fun of the day. once she was done she walked back out changing back into her former self and laying inside the ruins on the floor covered in animal furs.

Alex was filling in forms and paying a fee of course there was a fee before he was brought before a wizard in the guild that held a high rank. It was to grade the familiar he had. He looked down before he closed his eyes. "Hey Neith can you come forward?" He asked.

The wizard of course had a confused look on their face as there was no magic being used and yet he was calling forth a familiar. Was there something wrong. There was whispering between the other mages in the guild observing the demonstration.
