"Then you will be made Null for a sentence of four years."
"No!!"" Mitsunari pushed forward desperately and saluted hastily, "You can't! I need him still! He's still useful to me, to the Order! It was a moment of weakness, he was defending me!"
"Be silent, Ishida." The Commander spoke firmly.

Tachi was surprised to see Mitsunari had come, turning his head to look over his shoulder at him, but he held his tongue. He knew the consequences or attacking Ren, but he did it regardless, he couldn’t just allow what was going to happen.

The Commander was quiet for a long time before exhaling, "Very well...your sentence will be dropped eight months. The report was stated that you acted in his defense, he was under the Siren's control."

Tachi hadn’t even realized that he had been holding his breath until he let out a soft sigh of relief, bowing his head to the commander. “Thank you, sir.”

Tachi followed with a solemn look on his face, entering the room and allowing the knights to remove his cloak setting it aside as the CCG aims around his wrists and neck were attached to the floor.

They had him disrobe just from the waist up and began painting chains similar to the ones Mitsunari had, but these weren't just on Tachi's arms. The special paint was on his arms and his chest and all along his back, as as soon as the knights were done, the Commander approached and muttered a rather simple spell. But once the last word was uttered, Tachi felt like he had been slammed through several brick walls, the wind knocked out of his lungs and his stomach sick all the way to the pit.

Tachi tried to hold back his screams of pain, but it was too much. He screamed so hard it felt as though his lungs would burst, falling to his knees, eyes wide and sweat forming on his body. He heaved and gagged, trying not to fight the sealing, knowing it would only make it worse, but the pain was so great he couldn’t help fighting it a little. He vomited twice, feeling like he had come down with a raging fever, collapsing onto his side before the seal was complete, gasping and coughing, face flush; he felt shameful, his pride wounded and himself sealed to the weakness of a human, weak and pitiful.

He needed to be held up, still gasping raggedly when he reached Mitsunari, barely able to bring his gaze up to Mitsunari’s. He could tell his pride was wounded, tell that he was suffering more mentally than physically, regardless of the fact that he had been sealed off from his own magic.

Tachi could hardly stand, shaking and having to clench his teeth. Most of those in the Order knew about the sealing ritual, and the immense pain it brought, but Tachi could only hope it would subside even a fraction of what he was feeling now. “Y-You didn’t have to plead for my sake..” He managed out softly.

Tachi lowered his gaze again, shame making him gnash his teeth. "It's all what I deserve, and I'd do it again... Seeing him touch you like that... It was vile.." He muttered bitterly.

Ren had endured a similar ritual, only this one didn't only just cut him off from magic, it completely silenced him altogether. He couldn't speak at all, he couldn't make a single noise. His salt water pool was emptied, and his bed removed, all replaced with heavy steel chains. His wrists and ankles were cuffed, and a much heavier metal mask one that extended down his neck into a heavy collar, which too was chained to the floor. Ren couldn't do much else than lay on the floor in agony, the heavy chains and cuffs only further weighing him down, mostly immobilized and completely silenced.

He was starved, only fed once a week and it was only enough to keep him alive. He had to be fed, he wasn't allowed to be unchained no matter what. It was shameful.

Ren was in constant pain, miserable and uncomfortable, easily being consumed by depression. He often had to be force fed his meals, his long beautiful hair becoming knotted and dirty, skin becoming stained with dirt from the stone floors.

Ren didn't know how long he was in there for, it was painful and miserable, but he heard footsteps approaching and he knew that it would be one of the guards.

It couldn't have been time for his next feeding yet, that had only been three days ago; had it though? Time was beginning to escape him, between the dark cell, no interaction, and pain, it was hard to focus.

A guard that he didn't recognize peeked in at him and fumbled with the keys before opening the door and going in.
"Hey...are you alright...?" Didn't sound like any guard he knew.

Ren picked his head up just barely, his tired eyes falling on the guard, bags under his eyes and his skin pale. He said nothing, made not a single noise, simply laying his head back down in defeat.
