“We’ll see about that.” Morgan said. She put a hand on her stomach, “When I saw the blood, I don’t know what happened, I just got so scared that I was having a miscarriage.”

Marceline had been lying with her back to Diego, so he couldn’t see she was holding Aurelio. Aurelio wiggled out of his mother’s grasp and climbed over her to get to Diego.
 
Finn went over to hug Morgan and kiss her. "Then we went to save you. What happened when you were with PB?" Finn asked her.

Diego went over to embrace his son before snuggling up to Marceline.
 
“I was crying and begging her to save the twins.” Morgan explained.

“Look at your son’s shirt.” Marceline said still groggy. She had taken one of Aurelio’s shirts and written in marker “Future Big Brother”
 
Finn embraced Morgan once more. "You acted like a real mom there... you're gonna do fine," Finn told Morgan with a smile.

"W-wait.. we're gonna have another kid?" Diego said, shock disrupting any sleep he may have had. "But you didn't display any of the symptoms or such," he said with shock.
 
“And Bubblegum told me they’re fraternal twins, so it could be a boy and a girl.” Morgan said with a smile.

“I told you I felt pregnant.” Marceline said rolling over to face Diego.
 
"Sweet! Who do you wanna name?" Finn asked as he held Morgan as best he could.

"This is awesome," Diego said as he kissed his wife. "Looks like you and Morgan will be big belly buddies," he said with a tease.
 
“Let’s wait until we find out what they are.” Morgan said. She scooted over in the bed to allow Finn to lay next to her.

“I prefer baby bump buddies.” Marceline teased.
 
"We could still come up with some awesome name ideas," Finn said as he snuggled up to Morgan, planting a kiss on Morgan's cheek.

"Yeah, that does work better," Diego added with a chuckle as he caressed Marcy's tummy.
 
“I’m sorry.” Morgan said snuggling up to Finn (as much as the medical equipment would let her).

“I wonder how Aurelio is gonna handle having a sibling.” Marceline thought out loud.
 
"Sorry for what?" Finn asked, being careful not to interfere with the various pieces of equipment and so on that was attached to Morgan.

"I think he will be a very good big brother," Diego responded to Marceline as he kissed her on the neck. "You think the baby will be a girl here?" he said with a smile.
 
“For being a bitch,” Morgan answered, “for hurting you, for almost killing the twins, and for not talking to you about my fears.”

“There’s a 50% of it being a girl.” Marceline said, lying on her back. “I doubt Aurelio will actually understand what’s happening until we actually have the baby.”
 
Finn listened to what Morgan was saying and just held her, letting it all out. "We all make mistakes and we're all imperfect," Finn explained to Morgan with a smile before kissing her. "We all gotta work to be better," he said to her with a smile.

"Aurelio is a smart boy though," Diego said as he laid happily next to Marceline and went to grab and squeeze her hand. "I love being parents with you," he said to her with a loving smile.
 
Morgan smiled and closed her eyes. “Except you, you’re already the nicest, most amazing guy I know.”

“He’s like a year old, he has to at least be two to understand that there’s a baby inside me.” Marceline said before putting Aurelio on Diego. “And if you love being a parent so much, I think he just pooped.”
 
Finn chouldn't help but chuckle a bit. "Nahh, I made my mistakes in the past and I am still trying to still be better," Finn told her with a grin.

"And you forgot about the nanites," Diego told her before he went over to change his kid. "Oh cool! The nanites have gotten better at neutralizing the scent of baby poo," Diego noted as he was easily changing the diaper. He disposed of the dirty diaper. It was an ivnetion of PB. It would use the baby poo as fetilizer to grow plants, hence he could easily throw it out.
 
Morgan jokingly rolled her eyes and kissed Finn. “You should have just taken the compliment.”

“Nope I started spraying his diapers with febreeze.” Marceline said. “Being pregnant gives you super smelling abilities and I was gagging.”
 
"I am not perfect. No one is and that is okay," Finn told Morgan with a smile as he returned the kiss, snuggling into her.

"Yes, because Febreeze still functions after a 1000 years," Diego said sardonically to his wife, but decided not to press the issue. He instread put the new diaper on and Aurelio was laughing at his silly parents.
 
“Well you’re perfect to me.” Morgan said passionately kissing Finn, starting to feel a bit hot and bothered.

“I call it febreeze because I’m used to calling it that.” Marceline stated. “It’s basically the same but with a different name.”
 
"And you are perfect to me too," Finn responds before returning the passion, a bit surprised by it, but happy to return it.

"Haha, that's true," Diego said as he began rocking Aurelio to sleep. "Should we let him sleep with us?" he asked Marceline.
 
“If I wasn’t hooked up to all these machines, I’d be ripping your clothes off right now.” Morgan said into Finn’s lips. “I have a feeling you’re gonna like me being pregnant. Marceline said being pregnant made her super horny.”

Marceline rolled over and held her arms out for Aurelio. “Why not?” She asked.
 
"Well, you need to be careful. You got two kids inside instead of one," Finn told her with a smile and he chuckled at her comments. He held her protectively as he kept kissing her.

Diego handed Aurelio to his mom, who would soon fall asleep while Diego would snuggle up to them both.
 
The Next Morning

"Good morning," Finn told Morgan as the sun had risen in mid-morning. "How are you?" he asked.

Diego meanwhile had woken up and began making breakfast for his sleeping wife and son
 
Finn chuckled softly and let Morgan go and get some more rest.

Diego picked up his son and put him in his high chair along with his blocks to play with. Aurelio began examining the blocks with interest while Marceline was still asleep.
 
Morgan quickly fell back to sleep.

Marceline has already woke up but had been in the process of of fully waking up. Fifteen minutes after Diego got Aurelio, Marceline got up and went into the bathroom.
