It's Just Human Nature (MysteriousD/DaddysLittleSkank)

“Nope I made this years ago as a way to better see inside candy people without having to cut them open.” Bubblegum explained. She continued adjust the machine until she paused on one specific section of Morgan’s stomach. “I found it.” On the screen were two small black circles; each with what appeared to be a bean inside.

“Nah, I gotta pick up some groceries, and it’ll be easier to do it without Aurelio.” Marceline clarified.

"What is that?" FInn asked as he saw the small two black circles there on the picture there.

"All right then. See you in a bit, sweetie. Be careful," Diego said, knowing that the general weirdness meant things could be pretty unpredictable.

“That is twins.” Bubblegum said.

Morgan’s eyes grew, and she play hit Finn. “Dammit, Finn, the hell are you eating that your seed is that strong? I only wanted the one.”

Marceline went to run her errands.

"We're gonna have twins?" Finn looked surprise. "Well, I'm just rpetty awesome and your'e awesome and oh my Gob we're having twins!" Finn said with a big smile on his face as he hugged Morgan.

Meanwhile, Diego spent time with his son, reading him some books, listening to music and of course playing with him. "Welcome back, sweetie," Diego would tell to Marceline as she came back. Aurelio would smile and wave at his mom.

“Yes.” Bubblegum conformed.

Morgan didn’t say anything else, and just stared at the ceiling in shock.

Marceline quickly put the groceries away. “How was he while I was gone?” She asked from the kitchen.

“You okay?” Finn asked Morgan as he squeezed her hand, looking concerned at her look.

“He was a very good boy of course, like his dad,” Diego said with a smile.

“No.” Morgan said seeming to be dazed. “I can’t handle two of them.”

“I’ll just let you two talk.” Bubblegum said clearly noticing the awkwardness before leaving the room.

“Finn, I can’t do this.” Morgan said turning her head towards him. “I wanted to get an abortion when I thought there was one.”

“That’s good.” Marceline said walking into the living room. “I got a bunch of red stufffor is to try with Aurelio, and” she pulled a box out of her pocket, “a pregnancy test.”

"W-wait, what do you mean?" Finn said, becoming confused and concerned all of a sudden about everything that was going on.

"A pregnancy test? You haven't been sick nor have we really done it in a while now," Diego told Marceline with some confusion.

“I don’t want to have a baby, Finn.” Morgan confessed. “The only reason I was gonna go through with the pregnancy was because I love you and I know you want a baby. I wanted the ultrasound to show something was wrong, so I had an excuse to to terminate it. I’m sorry, Finn, but I don't want this.”

“No but I just feel pregnant.” Marceline explained. “The way I felt with Aurelio after the morning sickness had died down.”

Finn remained silent, looking stiff. "I need to go out for a bit," it was all he could say before he went out, intense complex feelings coming out. "Before he left the room, he paused.

"I'll be back," he said.

"Yeah, but we haven't done it in like months and you even..." Diego began saying before he sat up. "Hang on, getting a call and... oh Nightosphere," Diego said as he slapped his face.

"Well, Morgan fianlly spilled the beans on her not wanting the baby to Finn upon discovering they were gonna have twins," Diego said as he sighed. "I warned her... I warned her to tell him from the start..." he said before he sighed. "Which one of us should go with Finn and which one of us should with Morgan?" he asked Marceline.

Morgan just laid on the exam table, and didn’t say anything.

“I’ll talk to Finn.” Marceline said, putting the pregnancy test down. “You talk to Morgan, and I’ll bring Aurelio with me.”

"Yeah, makes sense there... I guess best case scenario is Finn raises the twins by himself... he's not gonna want to get rid of them, but Morgan's dishonesty just endangered their relationship," Diego said before he flied off. "I'll talk to Morgan and you make sure Finn's okay... I got a feeling this is brgining up some bad stuff," he added before he went to Morgan.

It took him minutes to get there and he looked peeved. "So... how the heck did you screw this up?" Diego said as he came in.

Finn meanwhile was walking toward the treehouse looking despondent as various thoughts and feelings were coming out.

Morgan was wiping the gel off of her stomach when Diego arrived. “Quite frankly what happens between Finn and I is none of your damn business.” She said in an unusually harsh voice.

Marceline was waiting in the treehouse, lying on the couch as she bounced Aurelio up and down. “Hey.” She said when Finn entered.

"One, Finn is one of my close friends so when he's on trouble, I'm there and second, I freakin warned you about this!" Diego said in his own harsh tone and his eyes beginning to glow red in anger.

Finn looked a bit surprised at seeing Marceine there and he went to sit next to her. "Hey... I guess Diego told you," he asked.

Morgan didn’t react to Diego, instead she walked right out of the room and passed him.

“Yup.” Marceline said before sighing. “She’s scared Finn.”

Diego went over and grabbed Morgan by the arm. "You're not leaving until we finish talking," Diego told her. He hoped she wouldn't be dumb to try and hit him.

"She lied to me! Like, I asked her if she was okay with this and she wasn't! Then she said she wanted them to be gone!" Finn said, struggling with the feelings, no doubt brought by his own thoughts with his parental issues. "Like... if she didn't, she should've just told me..." he said. "We're supposed to be honest with one another," Finn added.

Morgan dig her thumb into Diego’s collar, saying, “I’m done talking to you and don’t you ever touch me again.” With that, she left.

“She lied to spare your feelings, Finn. She didn’t want to hurt you by saying she’d never make you a father.” Marceline explained, eyes on her own son. “She decided she’d have the baby because she wanted to make you happy and she was willing to go through with something she never wanted because she loves you. Now that she knows there’s two of them, she’s probably freaking the fuck out, questioning if she can actually handle motherhood. Honestly if I had found out I was having twins, I’d probably freak the fuck out too. Just talk to her, she probably feels like she’s facing this on her own. Try to understand why she’s scared and show her that you're going to be there to help and support her every step of the way.”

Diego meanwhile went in front of her and kept her from leaving the hospital. “You’re. Not. Leaving.” Diego said as he picked up Morgan and put her on the chair while duct taping her there, arms and waist there.

“Now... why the hell did you lie to Finn?” He asked.

“And what about the babies, huh? Does that mean she won’t ever love them?” Finn asked as he held his arms around him. “I was so happy on being a dad... and then I found she doesn’t wanna be a mom,” Finn told Marceline.

“I don’t know anymore, Marcy. I tried talking to her, but she’s not ever honest with me. Like... if we don’t want the same things in life, are we gonna actually work as a couple?” Finn said before signing.

“I’m going to give you five seconds to let me go before I go ape shit on your ass.” Morgan growled. “I may be pregnant but doesn’t mean I won’t kick your ass.”

“I guarantee as soon as she sees those babies, she won’t ever want to let them out of her sight. I was afraid of being a mom and then I had Aurelio and fell in love with him.” Marceline explained. “What else has she lied to you about? Nothing and it’s not like she could tell you ‘hey I’m pregnant but I’m only gonna have the baby because you want to be a father’.”

“And why I should let you go?” Diego asked with his arms crossed. “So you can hurt Finn again?” He asked.

“Yeah, but your mom was awesome and even though Hunson was kind of a butt, he still kinda tried. Morgan’s parents were ultra butts,” Finn remarked. “So She’s got more to worry about,” he said before sighing. “If everything I said before now didn’t get to her, what makes you think it would now?” He said.

“Yeah, But Inmade it clear I wanted to be a dad and I asked if she wanted to be a mom,” he said

“I warned you, so what happens next is on you.” Morgan said before she broke the chair as if it were made of sticks. She kneed Diego in the stomach knocking the wind out of him and when he went down, she simply walked out.

“She couldn’t exactly tell you she didn’t want to be a mom, Finn.” Marceline explained. “She told me that when she told you and you were so excited that you were gonna be a dad that she couldn’t take that from you. Now she scared, and probably pissed at herself. Give her some time and then talk to her.”

Diego got up and scuffed off. "You really think you could beat me?" Diego said, standing as if nothing happened.

"If you hurt Finn again... I'll never forgive you," Diego said to Morgan with a dangerous tone.

"I knew she had mom issues! Heck, even Diego warned me about it," Finn added. "I guess I gotta deal with whats coming... but... I;m not gonna let her give up the kids," Fin said with a determined look.

“Yeah and what are you gonna do to stop her from terminating the pregnancy, Finn? Tie her to a radiator?” Marceline asked. “She can easily go to just about any clinic in the Candy Kingdom and have an abortion. Then guess what. No babies, Morgan won’t be pregnant, and you won’t be able to stop her. The father has no say in whether the mother stays pregnant or not, and I don’t think Morgan is far enough along for the cut off to actually apply to her.”

"Umm with who though? No one but PB would even know how to do that to a human and PB seems way too interested in human stuff to risk it," Finn pointed out before sighing. "Guess it is her choice then," Finn said as he slumped down, looking further depressed.

"Guess I wait for her to come back then," Finn said with a resigned tone.
