It's Just Human Nature (MysteriousD/DaddysLittleSkank)

Morgan kissed him back. She still wasn’t sure she wanted to have a baby, but seeing how happy Finn was to be a dad made her happy. She loved him so much and she couldn’t imagine how she’d be able to look at him if she had terminated the pregnancy.

“Yeah, just thinking how hard it’d be still look this hot if I pump out a dozen kids.” Marceline joked, nudging Diego with her elbow (careful not to wake Aurelio).

"What do you think about all this?" Morgan was asked and Finn was holding her comfortingly.

"Well, it'd be easy for you since you're so kick butt," Diego joked with her as well with a smile.

“If you’re happy, I’m happy.” Morgan said. Maybe when she felt it starting moving she’d be happy about it.

“Yes but being pregnant with this one,” she motioned her head toward Aurelio, “was shitty enough.”

"Yeah, but you still gonna confront your inner biz," Jake said as he went to embrace Morgan and comfort her. They knew she had trouble to deal with inside of her and so on.

"I imagine it gets easier over time though... and it was worth it," Diego said as he leaned to kiss his son's forehead with a smile.

“Ignoring has gotten me this far in life, and if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.” Morgan stated, hugging Jake back.

“I once heard a woman say after the eighth they practically walk out.” Marceline joked.

"That's what I said abot my vault..." Finn said, chuckling a little ashamedly over his mental vault and how horribly unhealthy it was for him.

"Well, they could here if they become mroe cyborg-like," Diego saidh with his own joking smile.

A few days later, Morgan had gotten into a routine of having morning sickness and having Finn hold her hair and rub her back as she threw up into the toilet. It had gotten to the point that she wasn’t even eating breakfast because she would just throw it back up. They had an appointment with Bubblegum to have an ultrasound so they could finally see the baby but like the last few mornings, Morgan woke up and went right for the bathroom.

There were changes with Marceline, Diego, and Aurelio also; Marceline has begun the process of weening Aurelio off of her milk, and it was not going well. Aurelio was eating soft foods but he was refusing to drink anything by Marceline’s milk. She sat him in his high chair, gave him his breakfast of scrambled eggs, and a sippy cup of juice.

Finn had woken up and been checking up on Morgan because of her morning sickness and so on. Dutifully, he had been going to make sure she was all right and so on and today was the day they were going to go see PB so she could check Morgan and give her a medical exam to see how she is doing.

With Diego and his family, he was doing his best to help his son get off of weening and both of them having nanobots helped a surprising amount for that.

It took about half an hour for Morgan’s morning sickness to subside, but when she finished, she brushed her teeth and got some water to sip. “I am soooo over this morning sickness.” She said. “But are you ready to see your baby for the first time?”

“I’m getting worried,” Marceline said. She put Diego’s breakfast on a plate and put in on the table in front of him. “He hasn’t been drinking anything but my milk. I even tried giving him the one bottle at night and juice during the day. He still won’t have anything to do with the juice.”

"I'm really excited. It's gonna be mathematical! How about you?" Finn asked Morgan with a smile on his face as he leaned to kiss her. He was helping her through her routine. "Want me to put you in a wheelchair or something?" he asked.

"Hmm... well, he should be getting better about it. Maybe switch to normal milk?" Diego suggested as he helped Marceline to her seat. He then went to grab some of his milk and poured some for Aurelio. "I know you like your mom's milk and it is optimal for you, but you cannot keep drinking from her," he said his son, his eyes glowing briefly green.

"Or do you just not like OJ?" he added while Aurelio looked at the juice.

“I’m more nervous than anything else.” Morgan explained after kissing him back. “What if she can’t find a heartbeat? Or what if it ends up having like three arms or something?”

“I’ve tried milk, both cow and goat.” Marceline explained. “I also gave him apple juice and not orange juice since he likes apple sauce so much.”

"Morgan, it's going to be okay. We've got alot of awesome people helping us and I turned out all rught," Finn added with a smile as he squeezed her hand to support her.

Aurelio looked at the milk and took a sip. He made a face, but tried to keep drinking. "Hmmm... " Diego said before he went to get a new type of juice. It was a bright red cranberry juice and gave it to his son. Aurelio took a sip before getting a face of approval and began drinking.

"Looks like he likes reds," he noted.

“Yeah but that doesn’t mean the thing is gonna be healthy.” Morgan said. Honestly she didn’t really care either way if the pregnant was “viable” but she cared how Finn would take it. She knew he’d have a hard time dealing with the situation, if something was wrong with the baby.

Marceline jokingly rolled her eyes, saying, “you little stinker.” She ruffled his hair and sat down to have her breakfast. “I’ve tried red stuff before and he hasn’t been interested.”

"Well, it's gonna be our baby. We're gonna do an awesome job as parents!" Finn told Morgan with a smie as he hugged and kissed her. They were heading off toward the Candy Kingdom.

"Well, he probably got it from you. His mother tends to eat only certain foods," Diego said with a teasing smile.

Morgan nodded and filled her water bottle up with water so she could keep drinking. The biggest problem with her morning sickness was her becoming dehydrated.

“Do you mean him liking red, being a stinker, or both?” Marceline joking asked.

"Something on your mind?" Finn asked Morgan with concern as he was looking over her. He had been noticing something was eating he rup, but he wasn't sure though.

"Well, what do you think," Diego asked her rheotically as he stuck his tongue out at her playfully.

“I don’t know, I’ve just been feeling... weird lately.” Morgan explained. “Like weirder than my usual pregnant weirdness. I’m not in any pain or discomfort, it’s just I’ve felt different...”

Marceline jokingly rolled her eyes, and said, “I’ll have to make strawberries with him then.”

"Like what sort of weird?" Finn asked Morgan, wondering what she was talking about.

"Well, there is strawberry juice and other things. That or maybe he'd prefer tomato... Hm... maybe because he was born with my nanites, they help adjust some things, like his taste and he finds it too sweet...?" Diego wonders out loud.

“I can’t explain it other than just feeling off somehow.” Morgan tried to explain.

“We can try a lot of red stuff.” Marceline stated as she sat down at the table.

"Is it something you wanna talk about with PB?" Finn asked Morgan.

"Yeah, that makes sense," Diego said as he embraced his son. "I wonder how your mom would wanna spend time with her grandson," he said witha soft smile.

“Just the normal stuff like what I should be doing and all that.” Morgan stated.

“Probably the same as she was with me.” Marceline said. “It does suck that the only grandparent he’ll actually know is my dad.”

"I'm just worried about you," Finn told her with concern. "I meant about feeling weird," he clarified to her. "We should be getting there soon," Finn told her. "Jake said he could give us a ride if we ever needed it," he added.

"Your dad is getting better... you know, relatively," Diego said as he cuddled up to Marceline and kissed her cheek.

“Probably when I get bigger, we’ll need a ride.” Morgan said.

“I’m still not letting him take care of Aurelio alone though,” Marceline sighed, “We’d get him back with like a tattoo or something.”

"Yeah, that is something we should probably look into," Finn confesses with a laugh as he realizes it would probably help them both. "Though there hasn't really been alot of vehicles in Ooo for a long while," Finn notes.

"Doubt it. Aurelio's bots would probably just fix him up unless it was magic. But yeah, we should still be careful," Diego said as he embraced Marceline to cheer her up.

“I am well aware of that.” Morgan chuckled. “It’s weird being 16 and not having a driver’s license.”

“My Dad once asked where he went wrong in raising me because I wasn’t in a gang.” Marceline stated.
