Lovely Complex is also a pretty good example of romance done right IMO, and it has a positive depiction of Short Boy x Tall Girl. Super wholesome!
 
Non-consensual. By this, I mean non-consensual. People approach while claiming to share my love for it, then they question me thanks to MC not bimbofying & enjoying it halfway through the first rape thanks to how nonsensically amazing their character is at sex. That, or they question why MC hates it so much. Funnily enough, they hate it because this is a roleplay with non-consensual themes.

its very hard to find true non con. Its often thinly veild bad smut where the 'victim' isn't. They either enjoy it or grow to like it.

Its gross. And lessens the act.

I like good non con in rp and fanfiction but its getting hard to find.
 
A functional system/lite game that is neither 100% smut nor 100% softcore adventure. It's a hard balance to find.

I think people confuse "dubcon", "noncon" and "forced pleasure." TBH, noncon with a partner can be difficult for me, personally, because, "I'm not trying to violate your boundaries the same time I violate [gestures towards character]." I can't speak for other people having difficulty with it.
 
All i want to rp for christmas is the following:

-santa finds mc asleep on couch in skirt and thin top
- a interracial rp (black men x white female)
- some sort of dc or marvel rp (smutty or with story plots)
- pokemon rp (not looking for trainers)
-equine or creature rp

I usually make boundaries clear if its an issue. For the most part I don't mind someone violently my character if its well done and has a good reason for it to happen. Buuuuttt so many rpers do the deed and ignore the damage done to said character. I've had some really gross rpers act like fictional non con is no worse then a paper cut and the character should be fine.

This is the sort of thing that I mean, actually. For example, I'm in a 1x1 wherein my partner is looking for noncon, selfish and harmful dom characters. This is fine with me - hot, in a lot of ways. But the partner choking and using her is not going to care about her state afterwards. There is damage done - but it doesn't feel right for me to decide the level of damage - or lack thereof - resulting from it. It doesn't feel right for me to decide what mixture of disgust, pain and trauma the character takes forward, and what level of sick pride in having garnered whatever praise that character earned from the abuser.

And I use that word advisedly. The character is gross, twisted, deviant. He's not a main character in the way my 1x1 partner's character is centric to the story - but he is centric to the story from my partner's character's perspective at this time. So ... walking the line between my partners preferences while keeping awareness of her boundaries is good and all, but my goal is to push the edges of those boundaries without requiring a red flag be dropped.

This is difficult. Thoughtless abuse is easy. Thoughtful abuse does not seem to be.

Again, all of this is my own opinion, and I cannot speak for other writers - only my own experience, which is limited.
 
I've been looking for a long time a rp that plays out like your fantasy (or space opera) novel. Story oriented, detailed but also in a good pace that also has porn-like smut and also includes snuff. I was rarely able to find something near to that with matching kinks and limits. It seems that most times people are into either of the three, but not all. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
 
Thoughtless abuse is easy, if someone is going to abuse my character then there needs to be a good reason for it.

I don't get the lack of aftercare or consequences of the attack. My character is not a fleshlight on legs.
 
Had this crazy-ass idea that probably doesn't make as much sense as I'd like it to.

Basically, imagine an all-powerful, inter-dimensional entity deciding (out of boredom) to turn a comic-con into their little social experiment : a Battle Royale where the winner will be able to take their place and govern the multiverse in their place... because spending eternity doing paperwork sounds pretty boring to be honest.

Hilarity ensues as all your favorite fictional characters - played by nerds in costumes quite literally (having gained the powers of w/e chara they were cosplaying as) - find the funniest ways to take out the competition, team up and backstab one another to ascend to godhood and rule over all their peers. Some of them aren't the nicest folks around.

However, I realized the following problems :

1)This'd work best in a Group setting and let me tell you, I'm more of a 1x1 person.

2)There's no real way to prevent the power ceiling from turning into an absolute joke.

3)The story would get repetitive real quick.

4)I'd have to insert some heavy SOL elements for the characters pre-transformation and honestly, there are only so many things you can do in realistic settings before you run out of inspiration.


Oh, and MHA Canons would be litty, but I've had zero luck thus far despite being both interested in and offering to play as popular characters. Got ghosted three times for the same pairing off-site so it may be just shit luck taking me for a whirl.
 
Still looking for a Fruits Basket RP, no other anime hit the same emotional beats as this one to me-- and while I don't think anything long-term could come from it, I desperately want to write a proper epilogue for this series.
 
something that involves impregnation, that is taboo in nature, and rough, and maybe something to do with werewolves, maybe?
 
There's a good few things that I crave but hard to get. Mostly looking for people to roleplay certain characters from a certain fandom, or certain scenarios that's a bit hard to put into roleplay.

Maybe doing something with characters from Genshin, Danganronpa or certain Yugioh cards too. 😏
But yeah, that's the main mood.
 
Lucifer morningstar, trying to find any dc or marvel rp has been difficult lately due to needing to be literate. But lucifer has been the hardest to find and a deep craving
 
A sci-fi space opera Group RP with multitudes of alien species, galaxy spanning civilizations and FTL travel, etc. Think along the lines of Star Wars, but an original setting and no space wizards. Group RPs on BMR are practically on a flatline. So, pretty much ANY kind of interesting Group RP here is a long shot, much less the one I've been really wanting to see happen for a looooooooong time. It would be so rad to see one get set up (and started) in the aforementioned genre. But I'm starting to feel that I'd have better luck hoping for world peace. lol
