What's a RP craving you want so bad but can't seem to make happen? (SEE OPENING POST)

Im extremely severely desperate for a transformers long term rp or smut rp and i cannot find anyone who is nice online...
 
I've got this real massive hankering for one of my more recent prompts, a Trigun/Mandalorian-inspired hybrid involving two spacefaring bounty hunters, in a more episodic and self-contained 'monster of the week' kind of vibe. Unfortunately my search has still gotten me drier than the Sahara.

Or I guess CCxCC for set game and anime series that while seemingly very popular offer very little in terms of partners. Neither would be bad tbh.

You just need to keep believing in it!
 
I'd love to try out a helltaker story I have in mind based of an idea that came from an chat bot.
 
I think the one roleplay I've been really craving is, unfortunately, very particular. A kind of worlds collide, east-meets-west story set in the modern day where the secret martial societies of the east (think jianghu, murim, etc) and the magical underworlds of the west (vampire courts, fey courts, etc etc) accidentally stumble onto each other, setting off a very odd underground war. I think there's a lot of potential for fun characters and stories, but finding folks interested in both of those aspects equally is very, very difficult.
 
Roommats/friends/taboo romance ERP with a geeky whacky twist where there is a good balance between smut/story/romance aspects...
 
I have a few cannon characters from the MCU (guys) I would love to see paired up with one of my girls.

Either that or Morpheus from “The Sandman” . There are a couple of other cannon characters as well, but in general I would love to play on of my girls against a cannon for some fun adventures.
 
I was a huge sucker for less well-known, weird PS2 games when I was younger. Brave Fencer Musashiden in particular. You couldn't quite call it a classic or anything but I would try all that I could to get other people to rp with it, including writing an entire 'original' version of it to lure folks in.
 
Any interracial rp with black men or been thinking of making short term rps where pick one scene then do one after that

Unfortunately true. I've done a couple, including a 'space opera' that was loads of fun, but was lucky the person I did some sex filled romps was already interested in it. They are out there but takes patience to find.
 
Usually for me it’s Fandom RPs, more so when trying to find people to write OC x Canon stuff. I know it not everyone’s cup of tea, but personally I could only write a canon that I am absolutely familiar with, and even then I would be nervous to. Even then, I’ve just noticed that sometimes there’s a little bit of a sitgma when it comes to OCs. Nothing awful, but sometimes people judge too harshly before getting to the meaty plot or backstory of an OC before passing judgement. :(

I wanna write Marvel Fandom stuff so bad, but it’s just hard to find people willing to write with an OC. ^^;

From my understanding, one of the big concerns is what I call “balance of pleasure”. Like, the optimal point of the RP is for both sides to enjoy themselves over with the RP. And some ideas and concepts are naturally gonna favor one side against the other and canon x OCs are a major example of that.

Because that is one of the main things. Why should someone go and do that big favor for the other person? What do they get out of it?

Like, playing canons is already tricky for some people to do (or at least do it well), regardless of the situation. Combine that with other stresses and the like…

That’s why people often try and go for doubling, a “you scratch my back, I scratch yours” arrangement. Others just won’t do it out of comfort zone and the like.

Don’t give up, but it is an uphill battle and try to see how to entice your partner. What can you offer them to go with your idea? Snd of course, showing appreciation and communicating.
 
Oh no I completely agree with doubling up, I’m more than willing to do that if people offered! :D

Most often, it doesn’t get to that stage from the times I’ve tried. ^^;

yeah we’ll see how things work out. It’s not on my priorities, and if it doesn’t work, it’s all ok!
 
i'd really love to do a femalexfemale mistress / slave rp with multiple partners
either two or more people writing mistresses to my sub
or one or more other sub with a mistress
 
Good Guy, Bad Guy (Bully), and MC (a more sweet/innocent girl). To be fair it's not like I formally push the idea as one until recently but it's always one of those 'requires so much more effort out of my partner' scenarios that its a tough pitch, and some people aren't into playing a bit of a jerk character, or they are fine with that but aren't really into playing mister right as well on the side. Extra effort while also having that 'hot/cold' approach for my partner's characters makes it a harder sell. That's before talking any extra elements involved with it too.

Being a chameleon character-wise, the challenge of bouncing between perspectives like that actually sounds interesting to me.

Haha, that's fair. ^^ I just know the niche of very different characters personality wise and how they might treat someone and then the idea of playing more then one character can be a bit of a hurdle not everyone is into. That and it perhaps feels a little selfish? Granted I guess perhaps its silly to view it that way though I always see stuff like in the light I am making the partner play out more parts, particularly when it's a case where all three might be interacting to some extent, be it in a limited way or more directly.

Oh man. I have so many.
Coffee shop AU's are my weaknesses, but right now, I'd have to say my biggest craving would be to be able to do an iteration of an rp that I made well over a decade ago that has long since died. I'd love to breathe new life into it and give it new characters and ideas. I think about it pretty much daily at this point.
