Dragons Fangs and Tiger Claws {1x1 with DarkMudkip}

Megohime carefully untangled herself from Masamune, then working on removing his armor for a bit more comfort, setting it carefully on the ground and pulling the blanket over him. Brushing stray hairs from his face she frowned softly and sat beside him.

Megohime watched over him, making sure he was okay, only leaving the room to renew their stay and get food and drinks, waiting for Masamune to wake for hours.

Megohime had been spacing out when he spoke, blinking and looking to him. "I think it's around ten." She said, rubbing the back of her neck. "You wouldn't wake up, so I just let you sleep, honestly I think you need more."

Megohime gave a small nod, standing and moving over with the bag that held the Black Book, but first handed him a drink and some food. "Eat first."

Megohime sat on the edge of the bed, looking down at the large book in her lap. The book gave off a sickly green glow, pulsing softly, almost hypnotically.

Megohime frowned softly. "Yeah.." She muttered. "I'll make sure you're ok out here." She said, but didn't seem too happy about it.

Back in Riften, a slender woman entered through the main gates, a large golden bow on her back. The bow was what drew mists attention, sending a wave of whispered and stares as the woman made her way through Riften. A gaurd moved into Mistveil and to Kojurou. "Katakura-sama, there is a person of interest; a suspicious figure." He reported.

"Thank you...it's safer for you to stay out of it...if we both die, there won't be anyone to tell Kojurou back in Riften." He gave a half smile, half joking about his statement.

Kojurou blinked and waved his hand, "Bring them forward." He ordered

Megohime gave a dry, half hearted smile, trying to keep things light. "Yeah, maybe he'll make me his bride as well." She joked.

The gaurd nodded and left to retrieve the suspicious person he had described. After approaching the woman, and asking her to accompany him to Mistveil, she agreed and followed the gaurd inside. The woman stopped before Kojurou, and upon seeing him, her jaw dropped slightly, then she smiled brightly. "Katakura-sama, it's so nice to see you again." She greeted. The Bosmer who stood before him had darker skin, with gold hair braided down her back and past her hips, and honey colored eyes.

Masamune chuckled faintly, "I don't think he could handle you.."

Kojurou's heart jumped into his throat before thumping hard back down into his chest. "J-Jin-dono! I-It's been so long...! How have you been fairing?"

Megohime let out a soft sigh, but then placed the book on Masamune's lap. "You can win, Masamune." She said, giving his hand a squeeze.

Jin felt her own cheeks flush slightly. "Very well; but I see you're doing much better than I, being the new Jarl." She teased, smiling softly.

Masamune smiled faintly and nodded, "Yeah, I will...nothing can defeat me."

Kojurou flushed and coughed, "N-No, no...Masamune-sama is off on business and left me in charge until he returns."

((I don't know what else to put for Mego, you wanna just make a big post until the fight?))

Jin couldn't help but laugh a bit. "I only tease; Ah, but I hope I didn't upset anyone with my presence?" She frowned softly.

((Sure, lemme read up on the quest right quick!))

"No, not at all! Rumors of the Thieves Guild trying to rebuild in the Hold makes people nervous of newcomers.." He replied.

((Ok!))

Jin nodded and relaxed a bit. "Why don't we catch up, it's been many moons since we've seen each other."

After a moment to collect himself, Masamune stood and looked to Megohime, holding the book firmly. "See ya soon, Mego." He said before kissing her gently and opening the book away from her. Familiar tendrils shot out and engulfed him before his body became transparent and his gaze distant. He entered Apocrypha and traversed the strange book covered walls, fighting the Lurkers and Seekers that came to stop him. He grew irritated - once again - by the maze and puzzles he had to complete before finding the books he needed to get to the next area. Reaching the final book and getting to the last area, Miraak's dragon, Sahrotaar, swooped in and began to attack Masamune. Not even drawing his blades, he inhaled deeply and Shouted at the beast, breaking Miraak's control with Bend Will. Sahrotaar landed and bowed his head to Masamune, "Hail, thuri. Your thu'um has the mastery. Climb aboard and I will carry you to Miraak." Masamune mounted his broad neck and Sahrotaar took off, flying towards Apocrypha's summit. Masamune glanced around for Voslaarum, hoping to spot his companion. "Beware, Miraak is strong. He knew you would come here." Sahrotaar remarked upon approaching the summit. When he landed and Masamune dismounted, Miraak appeared and stepped closer, "Sahrotaar, are you so easily swayed? No. Not yet. We should greet our guest first." He jeered. Two other dragons landed on arches behind the First Dragonborn, glaring down at Masamune. "And so the First Dragonborn meets the Last Dragonborn at the summit of Apocrypha. No doubt just as Hermaeus Mora intended. He is a fickle master, you know. But now I will be free of him. My time in Apocrypha is over. You are here in your full power, and thus subject to my full power. You will die. And with the power of your soul, I will return to Solstheim and be master of my own fate again." "Where is Voslaarum." Masamune demanded. Miraak made a small amused noise before turning away. "VO-SLAA-RUM!" He Shouted, summoning his new pet.

"Yes, of course!" Kojurou stood and moved to escourt her to the Bee and Barb.

The dragon roared as she soared over both of them, ascending from below the platform, on which both Dragonborn stood. Voslaarum landed behind Miraak, the ground shaking from her landing. Lowering her head to Miraak, the golden cap over her missing horn gleamed green in the light, giving a low snarl as her eyes met Masamune.

((Ditches them for now))

"Here is your dragon, Dragonborn. If you are lucky, I won't have to suck her soul from her body." "FUS!" Masamune Shouted, rage boiling over, causing Miraak to stumble as Masamune charged forward and attacked with four out of six Claws. Miraak blocked and retaliated with his own sword, though it was barely any protection from Masamune's rage and strength.

Voslaarum stood in place as they fought, looking from Miraak to Masamune before bringing her tail up, and swinging it down to crush Masamune, a low rumbking in her chest.

Voslaarum tried to slam her tail down ontop of Masamune once again, standing on her hind legs to flap her wings, trying to topple Masamune with the strong winds.
