Loki blinked rather stupidly at her, confused. aware of who she was, but unable to understand what she was saying. he ate everything she set to his lips though, quite eagerly. Helblindi suggested letting Loki drink the syrup from the fruit as well and to feed him both until Loki wouldn't eat anymore. with each seed the size of a grape, it was rather impressive how many he ate. he mumbled a bit of nonsense and kissed Elizabeth, patted her belly, rubbed his own, curled up on his frozen bed and went back to sleep. "he'll probobly wake up in two hours or so looking for more food..." Helblindi explained. "you might sleep with him, it will comfort him, he might have nightmares." Helblindi warned. "having you close will sooth his mind and ease any lingering fear he might be feeling." he admitted, looking relieved that Loki was alright. "i'll be going back now that Loki is well." he stated. "if the King needs me, he only needs to call my name." Helblindi promised, bowing before heading out to step into the Bi-Frost, where he would head back to his home and reassure everyone there that King Loki was fine.
as told, Loki woke up two hours later, slipped out of bed and started making a mess as he looked for more food. Thor brought another Gous, the blue spiky fruit, and gave it to Elizabeth so she could prepare it for Loki, who was still acting slightly drunk. the injury was almost completely gone though, the only thing that remained was the metal stitches, which would have to be pulled out, and a scab. his magic had settled, finally, and he looked to be making a full and complete recover. "Elizabeth." Loki breathed once he'd eaten his fill. "i love you." he mumbled, nuzzling her neck and head and hair, sniffing and rubbing on her like he was some sort of giant cat. overly affectionate, he seamed to only want attention and cuddles, and once he got that, he slept till morning, and woke with a groan and a scowl at the window. "someone kill the sun." he demanded, as he did, almost every morning.
