Hidden-Lady/Blair

Kaspar went pale, running a hand through his hair and nodded to Catalina. "I will take care of both of us," he assured, then turned to look at Tohr. He shook his head and sighed. "Nothing. I'm fine. I just need to feed." He walked into the feeding room and smiled at his favorite donor, Stephanie. That girl had gotten him through many of lonely, horny nights... Well, until he started spending his nights in Tohr's bed. "Steph," he murmured, sitting down in a chair. She climbed on to his lap and allowed for him to feed from her delicate little neck. His hands refrained from groping her scantily dressed body, mainly because it didn't feel right any more. Not when he felt committed to Tohr, even when it was in secret.

Tohr rolled his eyes a little at the sight of Kaspar feeding from the girl, amused that the man was refraining from groping her as he moved to his own donor. Feeding quickly before moving back to look at the men waiting for them."I know we did not tell you who we were going after today. Out of respect for Rehv, I didn't."Swallowing hard he looked at the men, who in turn were looking at rehv."Talia was taken las-"He stopped after a moment, not about to talk over the growls and answering angry words at his words. While her brother might not be loved among them, he was good at leading, an getting people to follow him. And Talia and Catalina were much beloved among the men, because despite being aristocrats, they treated everyone the same. So, he'd really chosen the best people to go after Talia.

Swallowing hard at the sudden outpouring of anger and emotion he was getting from the men around him he turned slightly bright eyes, not bright with tears but power, looking at Tohr and Kaspar."Shall we?I think I have a idea where to start looking."He swallowed hard."This attack was aimed at me, and there is only...hellren who would hate me enough to strike at my family. I have a bad habit of killing any that I find, and I have been studying their histories....."he said looking shaken,he hated to admit to the studying, because it could lead them back to him and his own history. he had a very good idea what had caused this, and if Thorne had known, he was going to kill him. Slowly and painfully. But he had alot of doubt his brother knew, no, this was their scheming, back stabbing relatives at work. And he was going to make them pay.

"they kidnap young vampires to bear their young. And they'll need a place to hide until she is not useful to them anymore. As long as they think her death would mean something to me, she can live."He said swallowing because the idea of his sister suffering like this because he had foolishly thought he had things under control, was cutting him deep.

Kaspar finished feeding and dismissed all of the donors. As Rehv talked, he stood next to Tohr. His face took a serious expression as Rehv talked, mainly because he had never seen him so passionate about something. It made him feel sympathy for the other man... He swallowed hard, nodding at what he said, and turned to Tohr. "I think that we need to head out," he said, "It's getting a little late."

He turned to Catalina and sighed. "I will see that your children get home," he promised, then nodded to the stairs, "Bronte is up in her room. She would probably like your company for dinner." He smiled at her, because he knew that the two women would serve as distractions for each other. Besides, Bronte had never been exposed to a mother as kind as Catalina. Her mother was a stone cold bitch who lived to be at the side of her cruel husband. "And it seems you son has become rather attached to her." He smirked and leaned down to kiss her cheek, then glanced over at Tohr. "Come on. We need to get to Talia before things go incredibly wrong." He swallowed hard, hoping that they had not had a chance to impregnate Rehv's sister.

Rehv made a face at Kaspar's words, dipping his head to kiss his mother's cheek as he followed the other's towards the door."I'm not attached to her. And it's ALRLEADY incredibly wrong."he whined a little as they headed out. Tohr shook his head smiling slightly as he looked at catalina. "Ignore him.He likes to whine. And he does like her."He smiled though it looked a little strained as they headed out, looking worried. He knew there was more to this, he just couldn't see the whole picture. Rehv slid into his car, resting his head back onto the headrest before leaning out."Kaspar, ride with me. Please."he asked looking up at the other man. The fact that he was asking for Kaspar's company instead of the other's, meant that he was more shaken then he was willing to admit. "If we're driving out of town to the nest, where I think they're hiding, its going to be a long drive, better to have to different cars."He said nodding as the others split up into two other cars, with tohr taking one and lash taking lead on the other.

Catalina looked thoughtful smiling slightly as she walked upstairs. Trusting the men to get her daughter, she was curious about the woman Rehv was interested in. She better then anyone, knew how he felt bout himself, and he wondered about the sigular nature of such a woman.Knocking lightly on her door she sighed."Bronte?"she called.

Kaspar looked taken back, but nodded. "Sure," he said, sliding in beside Rehv. He leaned back against the headrest and glanced out the window. After a few moments of silent driving, he turned to the other man. "Do you think that your family matters last night have anything to do with this?" he asked, trying not to sound stern. He knew that he could be rather harsh with Rehv at times, but he tried to remember that he was worried about his sister... Sometimes it was weird to see Rehv like this, because he remembered when Tohr had saved him and brought him to his house - Rehv was only a toddler then. "I'm only asking, because the more information the better. I don't want to see Talia hurt anymore than you do. She's a beloved woman among us all."

Bronte yawned and stood up, shuffling to the door. She was wearing a pair of black shorts and a tank top, assuming that she was going to be locked in her room for the night. "Oh, hi," she said, looking up at the other woman. She blushed and ran hand through her messy, wavy hair before letting her into the room. She quietly asked for a maid to bring them some tea, then moved to sit in the sitting area in front of the fireplace. "Please sit," she said, smiling, "It's... nice to have some company." She bit her lip. It made her nervous to be around the other woman, only because she was the mother of the man that she was falling hard for.

Rehv was quiet as he drove for the moment ignoring the other cars falling after him. "I.. I think so."He sighed quietly. Knowing that after tonight his over was going to be blown, unsalvagable once they all realized exactly what his family problems were, but if it got Talia out.."Someone handed me over to Thorne to be executed. Then my sister goes missing?I think someone's playing a game to distract us from something."He said looking worried before glancing over at him, a small smile quirking his lips, as if reading his mind. "You don't have to look at me like I'm a toddler. I know more information is good, but in this case, ignorance can be bliss."he said after a moment.

Catalina smiled at the other woman, looking slightly amused as she stepped inside."I thought that since Rehv was gone for the night, that you would want some company."She smiled as she settled into the chair, studying the woman."And I must admit, to some curiousity over a woman who willingly is hiding my son's nature from the others."she said studying the woman, afraid for her son. Not just because he was out when he should be resting, but because she sensed that if Bronte ever turned on him, that would be it. Rehv would give up.

Kaspar sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I think you're right. I think this is all a distraction technique..." He sounded worried, rubbing a hand over his face. He had the awful feeling that this was all going to go badly, and it hurt to think that maybe not all of their men would come out of it. "I don't look at you like a toddler," he argued, "But don't forget. I do remember when you were a toddler." He smirked a bit and sighed. "Cute kid, I have to admit, but you ran around like a hurricane."

Bronte bit her lip, looking even more nervous. "I don't have anyone," she murmured, "Tohr, yes, but no one that would be pained by my absence. And he... Well, we just bond over that. Silently. I'm hated by a lot of people because of my parents, and he had secrets of his own." She ran a hand through her hair, then smiled as the maid brought their tea. "I'd never do anything to hurt Rehv," she murmured, "He's... He's the only real person that I have bonded with since my family died. It's an odd bond, but it's there. I care about him." She glanced at the other woman, worried that she would not believe her. She really wanted Catalina to like her...

"It is. but damned if I can figure out what the game is. If we can figure that out, we could stop it."he said loking amused and annoyed as he glanced over at the other, tilting his head a little."Don't be shy. My mother tells me I was a holy terror on two feet."He said smirking a little."Aww, I knew you were always sweet on me. finding me cute and all."He said teasing the other as he tried to not stress out.

"Ah. Yes.Secrets have a way of bonding people, even if they do not tell all their secrets."she sid studying the woman before nodding slightly."Good. He needs more people that care about him, that he trusts with his secret."she frowned a little."Kaspar and Tohr he likes, but because he can't tell them...he keeps them at arm's length to protect them...he has led a lonely life. you are good for him."catalina smiled a little at her, pleased with the woman, and her son's fascination with her.

Kaspar rolled his eyes a little. "I said you were cute," he said, "I didn't say you still are." He smirked a bit, obviously teasing, and started to shift around in his seat. He was not as nervous for himself as he was for Tohr. It scared him to think of losing the other man... When the got to the area that Rehv had lead them to, Kaspar got out of the car and looked around. Battling hellrens was never a fun job... and he knew it was going to be a bloody battle.

Bronte smiled, looking happy to hear the approval from the other woman. "We both had lonely lives... But I don't want to be lonely anymore," she murmured, "And I'm not sure he wants to be either. He may claim he does for the protection of others, but no one wants to be alone." She took a sip of her tea and crossed her legs underneath her. "What was he like as a child?" she asked curiously.

"Oh, you don't have to tell me what I already know. I'm amazing and still very cute."Rehv snickered as he climbed out of the car, swallowing hard as he closed his eyes for a moment. Sensing the hellrens, even from the distance of the house, he knew the others were already there already getting ready to face off."There's a house about a mile up the road."he muttered glancing at the otheras Tohr made his way to their side."Go with him kas, me and the guys can take care of things out here."Tohr said a wicked, blood lust smile on his face as he looked around."I can go on my own if you want to stay with Tohr."Rehv muttered looking at Kaspar.

Catalina nodded slightly."So I gathered. Your family...no one should live like that. The hunter or the hunted."She said her eyes sad, not about to admit to knowing the woman's father personally. that was one trauma that Bronte didn't need to know, that her own father had been the one to kill her lover's adopted father. "Rehv, as a child?"Catalina snickered a little. "A holy terror. Like he is now, but worse because he wasn't so cynical."

Kaspar gritted his teeth together. Great. He had to choose... However, he knew that Tohr was able to take care of himself, especially with Lash at his side. It was Rehv that could be ridiculously reckless, and he didn't feel like bring him home to Catalina in a body bag. He refused to do that to the woman, especially with everything she had been through. Not to mention Bronte. She would be crushed, even if their relationship was still developing. "I'll go with Rehv," he sighed, glancing at Tohr. He looked at Lash, his expression very stern. He didn't have to say a word for someone to know that he would break Lash's neck if he let something happen to Tohr. "Come on. We need to get this over with."

Bronte giggled a bit, leaning back into her chair. "I bet he was adorable though," she said, smiling. She tucked her hair behind her ears and looked up when Nelly walked in. The maid smiled. "Dinner is ready. Would you like to have it in the dining room? It's just the two of you this evening. The castle is quite empty." Bronte nodded, then looked over to Catalina. "Would that be okay with you? To have dinner with me?" She looked quite delighted to have some girl time - something she never had with her own mother.

A smirk played at the edge of Tohr's lips as he realized what Kaspar was thinking, nodding slightly."It'll be over soon enough."Tohr muttered heading for the other men, though Lash did look a little frazzled around the edges at the idea of something happening. Meanwhile Rehv shook his head in amusement as he slid the knife he kept on him into his hand, though to call it a knife was doing it a injustice, as it was really more of a short sword. Moving silently through the woods he paused as he looked up at the house, mentally searching for the emotional grids he could feel in the house before sighing quietly, glancing at Kaspar."The others are going to draw attention to the back of the house, our best bet is going up the front stairs...she'll be up in one of the bedrooms..."He muttered wincing slightly at the sound of battle that reached them after a few minutes.

"Yea, he was that, even if I wanted to strangle him some days."Catalina said shaking her head in amusement before nodding."We would. Thank you nelly."The woman said as she stood smiling at Bronte."I would love to have dinner with you. If REhv has every intent of staying with you, I would like to know more about you, instead of relying on what I know about your family."she said smiling slightly as they headed downstairs.

Kaspar nodded, looking serious and in the zone. He may look like a pretty boy on the outside, with his baby blue eyes and sweet face, but he was a trained killer. There was a very good reason for him being Tohr's second in command. It was almost as if he was born to do what he did. "There is probably a guard at her door," he said, "I think the best way to go about it, is for one of us to stay downstairs, and only one of us to go fetch her. "I think that our best bet is for you to stay downstairs. They would expect you to be the one to go after her. It might throw them off to see me... Or better yet, they may be distracted by your presence. That will give me some time to get out with her." He glanced at the other man, raising his eyebrow.

Bronte smiled. "Okay," she said nervously, for she had never had anyone that was concerned about getting to know her before. Once in the dining room, she took a sip of her wine. "Tohr had finally got his men closed in on our house," she murmured, "About... a month ago. It was to be expected. My father was too arrogant to think that Tohr would ever catch up to him." She swallowed hard, thinking about that night. "My parents were killed on the spot. Tohr had his men put me in the back of the car, tied up so I couldn't get myself in to trouble. He tried to do the same for my brother, but he was already gone. They never found his body, but there was a large fire behind the house..." She shifted nervously in his seat. "I supposed you could say that I'm working off some sort of debt, but really, Tohr had been nothing but nice to me. I'm still not sure why he chose to save me. He never told me."

Rehv nodded a little at kaspar's plan, swallowing hard as they crept closer."go up.I'll be a distraction."he said his smile turning wicked and every bit of a hellren's smile in that look. He was giving himself over to what hellren's loved most, the bloodlust and a good plan."get tal. I'll keep them off your back."he said as he stepped into the room, barely giving kaspar a moments notice before he swung into the dining room."hello ladies. I think I have a invitation to this party?"he drawled, and within moments the hellren not drawn outside to tohrs fight, we fighting against the named heir of their king. Giving kaspar every chance to go get talia.

"arrogance has been the end of many."catalina mused before starting to eat before laughing quietly."you are still a youngling, a child. Not in human years I know, but vampires judge time different. For him, killing a youngling would be sacerlige, a crime against his honor."the woman smiled slightly."he spared you because his honor demanded it, he would have spared your brother to if he had had the chance I'm sure."he said her smile sad."he doesnt want you here to pay off a debt, no mtter what he tells you. He would have let you stay even id you hadnt been useful to him."she smirked a little."and controlling the uncontrollable storm that is my son, is very helpful indeed."

Kaspar slipped past the chaos, dashing up stairs. When he made it to the second floor, it was clear what room Talia was in. There were two guards out in front, both looking at him with deadly eyes. Kaspar let out an animal like growl when they came after them, one jumping on his back. Thankfully, the position gave him great leverage, leaving him able to stab the man in the back before shaking him off and turning on the other. By the time he was done with them, they were a mangled mess in the hall way. You could barely tell which man was which due to swelling. "Talia?" Kaspar called, busting into the room and breaking the lock. He let out a sigh of relief, quickly moving down to kneel in front of the girl. "Sweetheart, are you okay? Did they hurt you?"

"Tohr has been good to me," Bronte sighed, "Better than my own father, and that's just... pathetic." She began to cut at her steak, avoiding the woman's eyes. It was hard to talk about her family, because it was hard to completely hate someone who raised you. Yes, they were awful people, but they were her parents. And her brother? He didn't deserve his life any more than Bronte. "I don't try to control Rehv," she promised, "I just try to get him to take care of himself. During the process, I guess I've gotten a little attached." She blushed at that, pushing her food around her plate. "I don't think he feels the same way."

Talia stirred a little, pressed into the corner of the room, her back tight against the wall, her knees drawn up to her chest as she looked up at the man in front of her. "K-kas?"she stuttered, trying to make the connection, "N-no.Just scared."She muttered."You brought Rehv? You have to tell him to go!"She demanded the dark haired girl bounding to her feet, stumbling in her rush to get to her brother, hurt but not in the way Kaspar feared. Just roughed up and hurt, but worried about Rehv."They want him! He's the reason they're fighting. Its a trap for him and their king."She stuttered looking scared as she moved towards the door.

Downstairs Rehv scowled as he waded through the bodies that kept getting higher as he fought, but no matter how many he killed, they just kept coming. Which was worse because he could still hear them fighting outside. Swining around as the last approached him he winced as Thorne caught his wrist in a iron grip."You're done. Time to go."he ordered dragging his half brother towards the door and over his own injured people, "We've both been set up." "W-what-how?"Rehv stuttered so lost in bloodlust his head wasn't working right. "oh you know, just the regular palace coups. Kaspar!Get down here."He yelled up the stairs, knowing the other had gone after talia

Catalina studied her and nodded, allowing her to change the subject before laughing softly at her insistance that she didn't try to control Rehv. She knew it wasn't that, but he knew Bronte was indeed controlling him, but unlike others who'd tried to use pain and fear to twist him, Bronte was promising him more, a better life. Without pain. "The fat that he's allowed you to convince him to take care of himself, proves he cares. In his own, riddiculous non-showing way."she pointed out.

Kaspar quickly grabbed her, pulling her back against his chest and covering her mouth with his large hand. He bent down so his mouth was at her ear. "Talia, I'm going to ask you once," he said, his voice very stern, "You are going to be quiet. You are going to get into the car down stairs, and you are going to go home to your mother so that she doesn't cut my heart out of my chest with her nails." He let out a sigh, keeping her against him. Thorne's voice could be heard from downstairs. Fuck. "Look, I am going to get you down there. You are NOT to go after your brother. Once Lash has you on the road toward Tohr's place, I will turn around and do whatever I can for your brother. If you step out of line, I will do nothing. That is the deal. Are we clear?" He raised her eyebrow at her, and with such close proximity, he realized just how beautiful of a girl Talia was. He couldn't think about that now, because he needed her to realize that she was not to step out of line, or it could be all of their heads.

Bronte smiled a little. She liked this woman... She felt comfortable with her. "He is a bit ridiculous," she sighed, "But I don't know. I thought he might, but then he went all last week without coming near me. It was as if he was avoiding me." She frowned a bit and chewed on her food, looking at the other woman for advice. Maybe if Catalina liked her, she'd help her decipher his odd moods and actions. "I am just ready for him to walk through the door," she admitted, looking at the clock nervously. Her stomach was practically turning, not allowing her to finish her dinner. "I've never felt this way. It's weird, and I'm not totally sure I like it." She ran a hand through her hair, trying not to get upset. She had already lost her family. It would uncertain what would happen to her if she lost Rehv, Tohr, or even Kaspar.

Talia trembled yelping as he put his hand over her mouth before nodding slowly. Knowing that if she did,it was the only way rehv was going to get help. Going downstairs she paused at the sight of rehv, you gave her a encouraging smile jerking his head towards the door, and thorne who just looked vaguely amused."go girl. I am sorry you got mixed up in our fight."thorne muttered bowing his ehad slithtly at the girl before looking at kaspar."my men are finishing outside.thank you vampire lord,or allowing mee to keep my throne. The debt for me sparing rehv is filled." "...you asshole. The debt was owed by me,not them." "I was considering it a three for one deal."thorne smirked and there was enough of rehv in that smrik to realize that thwy weren't snemies, but friends who often ofught like this. Though hopedully kaspar woulsnt realize just howclose they truly were.

"Hes always been ridilclous, even as a child."catalina smiled a little before looking at the other woman."I know you want my help reading his moods, but there is no easy way besides remembering he hates himself...more then anything else, that emotion drives him. When I remember that, most of what he does makes sense...even leaving you alone for a week because he didn't feel worthy."rehv's mother sighed looking sad for her son

Kaspar made sure that Talia got into the back seat of the car that Lash was driving, then nodded for the man to head toward Tohr's place. He turned to watch the two other man, his eyebrow arched. They were talking as if there were not dead bodies every where. It confused the hell out of him. "Where's Tohr?" he snapped, glancing around the room. He glared at Rehv, then Thorne. "At this moment in time, I don't even want to know what the fuck is going on. Rehv, get in the car and get home to your mother. She's worried sick about you and Talia, and I don't want her attempting to strangle me." There was only one other time Kaspar remembered being snappy with Rehv, and it was when he was younger. You had to be firm with the kid.... Looking around, Kaspar set out to find to find Tohr and get the hell out of there.

Bronte looked sad at that. "I don't know why he wouldn't think he was worthy of me, out of all people," she murmured. It just didn't make sense. She was not that good of a person. What was he so worried about? Tainting her? She was far passed tainted. "I guess I understand what you mean. He's battling himself." She sat back in the chair, downing the glass of wine. It was already half passed midnight. Where had the time gone? Where were they? Letting out of a huff of frustration, she flipped her hair gently over her shoulder. When she did, a healing bite mark from Rehv became painfully visible.

"I'm over here. Searching the bodies kas."tohr called from the dini.g room having been going through the hellren to see what he could find out. But at kaspars words he walked into the hallwy glaring at rehv who looked about ready to protest."go. We're leaving. Lord thorne, again thank you."tohr said tilting his head, almost knwoing what bothered him about the hellren lord."this time it is my thanks to you. Now go,it seems we both have more enemies thsn we thought."the hellren said moving to deal with the bodies as the three vampires left. Rehv actually being subdued and quiet as tohr drove his car back towards the mansion.

"Fdelings don't have to make sense. They just are."catalina said smiling slightly before finishing her food getting up."lets go for a walk. This waiting is what I hate about having a waerior son,the waiting."she sihed softly she truly hated this and like bronte she wanted rhem home

Kaspar let out a little sigh of relief, knowing that Tohr was okay. He got into the passenger seat while Rehv stayed in the back, and during the ride, he let his hand slip over Tohr's. It didn't stay, but touched his hand long enough to show how relieved Kaspar was to know that the man was beside him. It was times like these that reminded Kaspar that he really wouldn't know what to do with himself if it weren't for Tohr. "Well, at least Catalina will get her children back to her tonight," he murmured, running a hand through his hair. Lash and Talia were not too far ahead - close enough to see, thankfully. Kaspar whipped his head around to look at Rehv. "You have explaining to do."

Bronte nodded and walked along the hall way with the woman. She was a little shorter, than Catalina, but they were virtually the same size. She felt really comfortable with her, oddly enough. It seemed she was the polar opposite of Rehv. Her words made her sad, because she wondered what it would be like if Rehv and her worked out, even had a life together... There would be a lot of waiting like this - waiting that would tear her apart. Suddenly, she heard the back doors open, and her head moved around to listen closely. "You think that's them?"

Tohr smiled a little as he drove, taking as much comfort as kaspar was in rhe touxh. Turning his head a little he glanced in the mirror at the man in the backseat, who for all the world like a sulking chold at kaspars words. But he was going to see what the other said first. "What?"rehv scowled trying to go for his usual disdain but feeeling rhe world starting to get ripped out from under his feet

"It should be. I don't know anyone else who'd be here this close to dawn."catalina said her smile brightening even if her eyes were still frightened. She was trying to be positive but rehv fighting and talia being kidnapped truly scared her. She didn't worry for herself ever, it was her children

"You know exactly what I'm talking about," Kaspar scolded, "However, it's late. We will talk about it tomorrow." He huffed and got out of the car, relieved to be back at the mansion. He jogged over to the car that Lash was driving, politely opening the door and helping Talia out. "How are you feeling?" he asked, raising his eyebrows, "Tohr would want you well taken care of, so do not hesitate to ask me for anything. I will have a donor sent up to your room if you'd like?" He gave her a smile, then nodded to Lash to allow him to retire for the night with the other men.

Bronte felt her heart swell with happiness when she saw the cars driving up. However, she felt conflicted. Should she run to Rehv like a lover? Their relation ship was complicated, and maybe he didn't think twice about leaving her behind. Maybe she was being ridiculous... Letting out a sigh, she leaned against the door way of the house and bit her lip. She watched him get out of the car, and she tried to refrain from shivering in the chilly wind. She didn't want to appear vulnerable, even if she knew he could probably see through her act.

Rehv scowled a little, he just knew he wasn't going to like how this went. Resting his hed back against the seat he sighed softly before getting out. "I'm fine. Thank you. I would...I would like that."She said smiling up at Kaspar, like her brother she was beautiful, though instead of rehv's sharp angles and harsh look, talia's was softer, a less harsh version of rehv's harsh beauty. Following him instead she let her mother get her up to her room.

Rehv smiled a little as he got out of the car, rubbing a hand over his face, the small smile of relief on his face as he watched Talia disappear inside with their mother. Biting his lip a little he mved up to look at bronte as he approached, leaning down to steal a small kiss."Come on, I nee to sleep."he muttered now that the fighting was over, feeling exhausted, and feeling the blood loss from earlier setting in.

Tohr shook his head a little watching the other's go inside, before heading upstairs with kaspar, kissing him softly as he shut the bedroom door."You okay?"He muttere looking him over.

Bronte smiled when he kissed her, reaching out to let her fingers barely touch his. She didn't take his hand, because to her, he was like a skittish animal. She was afraid if she was too aggressive, he'd run away. "Is that an invitation?" she murmured quietly, her lips turning into a smirk. In her eyes, there was an immense amount of relief. Here he was, and now she had earned a little more time with him. It may not be forever, because this was a dangerous world, but they at least had a little while. However, amongst the relief in her eyes, there was also sleepiness. She was very tired, for she was just a human. She needed more sleep that the vampires that surrounded her.

Kaspar kissed him back, then leaned back and sighed quietly. "I'm tired, but I'm fine," he murmured, smiling, "Because you're fine. Now. Are you going to let me sleep over again tonight?" He started to take off his clothes, revealing a few bruises and healing wounds. He laid back on the bed - completely naked- and looked up at his commander. "You wouldn't send me out on a night like this, would you?" he asked, pouting a little.

When Nelly walked in, Kaspar blushed and quickly covered his lap with a throw pillow. The old woman didn't look fazed. "Nelly, I almost forgot," Kaspar said, sitting up, "Can you send a donor to Talia? And give her the message that I will come to check on her first thing in the morning. We will get her settled in, because I'm sure her and Catalina will be staying here with Rehv for a while."

Nelly rolled her eyes. "Of course, Kaspar," she murmured, "Just make sure to put that pillow in the fire place when you are done with it." With that, the two men alone again.
