"I'm told constantly that that isn't healthy and you could die." She said, looking up at him, "Looking to croak so soon, Yukimura?"

Yukimura blinked, caught a little off guard at her question. “Well no.. But haven’t you been subjecting yourself to the same?” Akihime’s fatigue was apparent despite how well she tried to hide it - she looked tired and it showed in her eyes.

"I can't afford to sleep.." She replied, "So I avoid it when I can. If I can't, perhaps I can squeeze in an hour nap, maybe two. But a full night is roo risky for me." She looked down at her unlit cigarette again, "Just don't kill yourself, ok...?" She sounded genuinely worried, expression soft and sad.

“Isn’t this why you bought my contract?” He asked, tone genuine. “So that I can take care of the things you can’t? Leave it to me, boss, I’ll get it done. I promise.” He said earnestly.

“Let me take care of things, boss, you didn’t hire me to take naps.” He sat back in his chair next to her. “But I’ll make sure to care for my health as well.”

"Thank you.." She muttered, before looking up when Luis came over.
"What accessories, my lady?" He asked. Akihime made a noise as she thought.
"Ties, boutonnieres, cufflinks...the usual."
"Of course." Luis smiled and scuttled off again. And, true to his word, after twenty minutes Luis returned with both suits perfectly tailors and the accessories Akihime requested.
"Here you are, my lady! All ready to go! I have his measurements and take ins so if he needs any other suits, please call."
"Thank you, Luis, I appreciate it." Akihime smiled before handing him a small stack of bills. Luis took it happily, bowing to her, and she gestured for Yukimura to leave after she took the suits.

Once more Yukimura was at her heels, following close behind as she headed back to the car. “Otani-sama, you don’t have to carry my things..!” He fussed, feeling awkward with his hands having nothing to do.

“It wouldn’t look good if my contract holder was doing all the work while I stood around.” Yukimura said, rubbing his neck anxiously.

"I suppose so," she replied before offering the covered hanger holding his suits to him, "here. You can put one on when we get home."

Yukimura gladly took the suits, nodding. “Did you have a preference as to which one you wanted me to wear?” He asked.

Yukimura nodded, and once back to the car, he let her get in first before getting in behind her.

Megohime was still recovering from her broken ribs, taking cold cold baths and making sure to not over-do things. Her broken ribs were the worst of her injuries, leaving her still able to do her normal patrol duties.

While walking around making sure things were on the up and up, she fpund Kojurou standing completely still in the hallway. His eyes held a familiar thousand yard stare, expression blank. She knew what that meant, and she felt her chest ache at the sight of him. He was having a Dementia episode, and they only seemed to happen more and more these days.

Megohime stopped where she was, a soft frown on her face as she mustered up the courage to go and confront him. She moved over to him, making sure not to move too quickly as she reached for him. “Kojurou, let’s get you to bed for the day, yeah?”

Kojurou lifted his head and looked down at her, confusion clear in his eyes, "Bed...?" He asked softly, "Is it that late already...? How do you know my name...? Do I know you...?"

Megohime knew she had to do her best to keep the situation from escalating. “I’m Megohime, we work together.” She explained. “Why don’t you sit down and I can make you some of that jasmine tea you like.”

"Jasmine..." he blinked slowly as he tried to recall before giving a small smile, "Arigatou...that sounds really nice, Miss Megohime..." Good, it wasn't going to end badly. Masamune had done extensive research into Kojurou's compensation and discovered that if the confusion were to get too bad, he would become agitated. It didn't look like now was going to be one of those times, thankfully.

Grateful Kojurou didn’t seem to be headed toward a more violent episode, Megohime took him carefully by the arm back to his room and sat him on his bed. “Wait here and I’ll bring you some tea, we can even have some together if you’d like.”

He nodded, the small smile still on his face, completely content and rather enjoying such a kind and lovely young woman helping him, "I would like that a lot."

“Perfect, wait right here and I’ll be back with our tea.” Megohime said, leaving him on his bed and closing the door behind her. She hurried to the kitchen to make the tea, which didn’t take terribly long, bringing the steaming tea pot and two cups with her back to Kojurou’s room.

Megohime stopped, tray in hand. “Ah.. just another episode. Kojurou seems pretty calm this time, I just made him some tea and I’m gonna try and get him to rest after.”

Masamune's eye became sad, "Ah, so soon...? It feels like the last one was just yesterday..." He said, "Let me know if he goes down easy enough, ok...?"
