Catherine stood back by the door watching them sighing softly seeing the affection between them and began to wonder if she was wrong in her thoughts.

Madeline smiled lovingly as she rested her other hand on his. "It was about us, and our children. We were having a picnic on the beach." She smiled. She got up slowly from the chair and headed inside with David, a serene smile still on her face.
 
"Well for the kids first birthday we take them to the beach then"he said to ehr as he head into the kitchen where goes ands head over to the pot to give the chilli one last stir before bring it to the table placing it on lazy susan brabing the other items for their lunch.
 
"Yes we did just nice disccussion that is all"David said as he takes some chilli and puts it into the bowl and says a lil pray before eating."Cathrine I hope I can call you that since I dont know if you be open to letting me call you Mom"he said as he starts to eat.
 
Madeline smiled and nodded seeing and believing that David and her mother were getting along better.

Catherine looked at David and sighed. "Mom is fine" She sighed seeing the hopeful happy expression on her daughter's face.
 
"So mom any family names you like your grandkits to have"David said to his mother in law as he wanted to get her input on her grandkits as well and help Maddy stay calm since this was thier first pregancy"Because in my family we kept tradition of our Jewish Heritiage never name anyone after anyone living as it bad luck for the child"he added.
 
Catherine sighed again softly and then ladled some chili into her bowl adding some cheese and crackers. "Elizabeth for a girl and Edward for a boy"

Madeline's face lit up as she remembered her grandmother and a uncle who passed on.
 
"Well I got younger cousin named Elizabeth would Emily work instead?"David asked as he takes another bite of his chilli and pours himself a glass of wine."Edward would be fine name for the my son"he said to them
 
"Emily is fine" Catherine smiled a little and held out her glass wanting some wine. "Have you two started setting up the Nursery?"
 
David pours Cathrine a glass of wine"Not yet as we were waiting to find the sex and if it was multiples so I was thinking we paint the room yellow since its a neutral color"David said as he takes another sip of his wine.
 
Catherine nodded as she sipped the wine and watched as Madeline ate her lunch. "that sounds fine. Perhaps Madeline and I will go shopping tomorrow, I know there isn't much time left until these little ones come along." she took a sip of her drink.

Madeline smiled liking the idea of a day shopping with her mother. "Tomorrow. We can also go pick up the paint for the nursery"
 
"That sounds like a plan"David said as he finishes his glass. David and Cathrine played nice fore the last few monthes for Maddy's sake.

David heads into the shower as he had just done a sceene in the early hours of a film he was shooting. It was about 10 in the morning now and he was tired not form the sex but from having to getting up at 3 am for a shoot call for 5 am. He was kind of disappointed that Maddy was out as he wanted to stay in bed with her and hold his pregant wife in his arms but he figured seh had an appointment with the doctor.
 
Catherine knew that Maddy was starting to go a little stir crazy being in the house all day so she decided to take her for a spa day. Just before they got there, Madeline realized she forgot her purse and turned around to drive back.

Catherine headed inside as she got upstairs she heard the shower going and peeked into the bathroom.
