New Student at Superhero High (KiraMusani x Frozen Princess)

Alina looked down, knowing that question was coming.
"She is being forced to leave for acting like that? and attacking other students?" she asked before changing to the actual question she was asked.
"Well, all I ever wanted was freedom, go where I want, see the world, the different people, be able to breath... not be so.. limited all the time," she admitted before looking up.
"So what? now you take away more freedoms I had? do I need to stay in a cell now or something? a metal box? a straight jacket?"

Brinker nodded. "She's caused a lot of trouble the last few years. Spent all of the last two in detention. Bullying and harassing won't be tolerated. Now as far as your situation... Running away without giving the school a chance to show how different we can be from what you've been through, is just a lecture. This time. No privileges revoked, and certainly nothing as abusive as anything like a metal box.... Wait..." She gave a look over to Charles with a worried look. "You've been put in a metal box?! What on earth for?! More insane experiments? Because if that's how they punished you, that actually DOES need to go straight to the President, and I'll just have to go over GI Joe Mom's head and inform the brass, her bosses, as well. That breaks almost every law of the Geneva Convention! Not even Lex Luthor on his worse day would even STAND for that!"

Alina crossed her arms.
"I thought these sessions were supposed to be confidential, but now you are not only letting this bald guy see but are going to tell that other bald guy? Why do you need to tell all the bald people in the world? And no not for any experiments, it was for punishment when I was bad or whatever." She scoffed and looked away.

Brinker sighed. "This is Charles Xavier, who is here as the authority figure because your acting mom, the GI Joe you know as Cover Girl, has to get a lecture herself, as well as an evaluation. This really isn't fun for any of us where abuse is involved. And what you just said... Did you hear yourself? You were put in a metal box as punishment? Sweetheart, that's above and beyond even normal abuse..." She asided to Charles who could only nod, "If there's such an animal as 'normal abuse', that is." She looked at Alina. "I hope you can understand what I need you to read. And I actually mean comprehend what you're about to read." She got up and ran her index finger along several book spines before pulling out a small paperback. "Go ahead and look through this... I'm going to sit next to you, and I want you to point to any of these rules those people who had you, broke. This is the laws put forth for the ethical treatment of mutants, aliens and any other sentients, including things like talking dogs and cats... Oh. Reminds me, Charles, there's a rough and tumble orange tabby that goes by the name Heathcliff somewhere on property. Best way to become 'palsies' with him is fresh fish. He helps keep the mouse population in check, so he's kind of a favorite among the female students especially." She then sat next to Alina so she could see where she pointed. "The United States, so therefore the acting President, signed this treaty. Any company that breaks THESE rules can be changed with a serious felony. That includes research labs. That's why this kind of abuse must be reported. If it's only suspected, an investigation into their practices can be opened." She fell silent so Alina could concentrate.

Alina looked at her and stayed quiet as she spoke, her defiant look melting away as she listened, and she just looked at the book and started to read.
"This is all very confusing, I don't really understand what most of this is saying..." She said trying to read along with the information.
"What this says it is for war victims, am I a war victim? wait there is more, yeah this part down here is where it gets confusing..." she stated pointing to where lots of the text meant for lawyers was.

Eventually, with Brinker's help, they managed to get a few of them selected, especially considering she had been a child at the time of the events. Talking about the different events also brought up several stories she had been through and didn't think it was worth sharing, though by far the worst one she got is when one scientist tried to impregnate her, hoping the birthing process would give them more DNA to work with that they could not get via taking blood due to her powers.

Brinker took notes while they were discussing some of the memories and more than a few times even Brinker looked a little green. When they talked about the encounter in a sexual way, Brinker wanted Alina to give her answers clearly as she was recording that as evidence that she hoped would not be needed, and it could stay counselor/client confidentiality. Her questions were as followed:

Going to that point in time, was it only one male scientist or were there others, and if so, did they also have relations with you?

Did you agree to any of it, with any of them? just yes or no, please.

He/They did or did not call it a test or experiment in your presence?

Give me any more of that/those particular instances and as much detail as possible. I know it hurts now to remember, but it can help you heal in the long term.

Alina looked up at her, not seeming to realize why this story of them all got so much attention but shrugged and answered her.

"Okay so it was only one guy, first he tried using a thingy, and my barrier blocked it, then explained something about basic instinct and repopulation, or whatever, anyway then he brought in some dude I never saw before and he tried to use his own thing umm, his penis, but again my barrier blocked it." She replied placing a hand on her chin and looking up slightly as she recalled.

"I do not think I was ever asked, so, No for that answer. After that, he showed me a bunch of pictures of guys and asked if I thought any of them looked nice or cute, none of them did and he got frustrated. Umm during all of that he said test and experiment many times. That was also the last time I ever saw that specific scientist I think I was told he was fired after that," She paused again and stayed quiet to think before shaking her head.

"Yeah no that only happened once, it was one of the one-off experiments." She explained.

Alina paused before asking her question.
"I, am I in trouble? will I be punished in some way?" Alina looked up at her a little worried as she asked this not sure what kind of punishment they may use for not solitary confinement.

Brinker looked at Alina in an unmistakable confused look, and over the top of her reading glasses at that. "I beg your pardon, young lady. When were you punished to begin with?" Her shock was also unmistakable.

"Set up her next appointment, doctor. And since she IS acting mother, make sure Cover Girl is at her appointments from now on." Charles said calmly. "Alina, when I had everyone go to their respective dorm rooms after the walk, it was voluntary and recommended. Six o'clock comes early, and Monday thru Saturday, that's the wake up call. Most want to by ten, as it's night. That's why the dorm lights in your room are to be out after 11. But, Courtney or anyone else, isn't going to order you to put it out on their patrols. It's set that way so there's enough sleep for the students, but it's up to each individual student to take initiative for their physical health and get enough rest. You weren't being seen for breaking curfew. It was the running away. So in short: You punish yourself by not getting enough sleep. Do you understand, now? You're not in a lab anymore. You have freedoms, albeit somewhat limited."

Alina looked over and paused for a moment before replying.
"And that limit is staying on the ground, trapped."

Charles paused for a moment before replying.
"Most regrettably yes, though keep in mind this is only a temporary measure, now if you have any more questions I am sure the doctor here can answer anything that comes to mind. I have other business to attend to if you would excuse me." He gave a nod to the doctor before leaving.

Alina watched him leave then turned to look at Dr. Brinker expectantly.

Brinker nodded. "Thanks again, Charles, and if I didn't have to talk to Courtney... She'd surely had been in here." She smiled at Alina. "Now, I'm going to tell you the times I have available this week. Let's try not to have these on Saturdays. Today being an exception to the normal rule. I see Logan Monday morning during breakfast, and Jean on Wednesday. If you pick Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, you report here, and I order what you want for breakfast over to the cafeteria. Logan and Jean have breakfast with me when I talk with them, and you're given 90 minutes instead of 60. I have Kara scheduled right after school at three on Monday and Ivy at five on Thursday. Rest of the afternoons are wide open, I'm here between three and six for appointments. When would you like yours this week?"

Alina thought about it for a little before she replied.
"I don't know, maybe Thursday I guess..." she shrugged.
"I don't really know how a week feels yet."

Thursday, got it. What time? This is as much for you as helping you. I want it to be a time you're comfortable with."

Alina thought about it. "Before Ivy. You see her that day?"

Brinker nodded with a smile. "Yes. So you want four?" She filled out a card with the agreed upon time. "Then I'll see you Thursday at four. Go let your mom figure know she can come in and see me now. If you want to find one of your friends, go, and have fun. It's Saturday."

Alina nodded and turned to leave, actually walking back to her room and entering. She didn't really know if any of the other girls were her friends yet or not, how would she know that? is there some sort of ritual or ceremony that takes place? She was not sure, they acted friendly sure, but were they friends? Maybe, Ivy, they were neighbors and she was supposed to be her guide for the school right? Maybe she would know the answer. But what if they all just acted nice to her since they were asked to by the others? What if they really didn't like her?

Those thoughts and more along the same circular logic had her trapped, and if not disturbed she would just sit in her room all day.

Meanwhile, Cover Girl had Amber come into her meeting with her. "Look. I know I didn't exactly do a good job with Alina's situation last night, but I am fairly new at this matron position..."

"Sit." Brinker ordered, pointing to the chair. "That's NOT why you're here. You couldn't have known she'd attempt to run away any more than the rest of us. You're being called in for an evaluation, since you want to act like a mother instead of guard. You want Mom type responsibilities for a teenage girl, let's see if you can handle that." She looked to Amber and blinked. "Amber? You're the assistant dorm matron? Ugh. What is Charles THINKING?! Okay, I guess your evaluation is first." She glared at Courtney. "Not. A. Word. Cover Girl. Sit there. Quietly."

After taking a deep breath, Brinker began, "How adept are you at first aid?" Now, it was a good thing Amber had responded to the catty Cheetah causing Wonder Woman and Velocity to have a meeting of the minds the hard way, and helping the speedster out of the trash can, where she had been deposited... Upside down.

Amber nodded and then looked at Cover Girl before back to Brinker.
"What me? I am certified in first aid for anything short of internal bleeding but trust me, that is a nonfactor for Alina. She has never had a scratch or bruise let alone need of first aid." She responded.
"Though we did helps out two girls this morning, Velocity and Wonder Woman, or girl. Still getting the names down."

Since Brinker didn't know what happened precisely, only that Cheetah was involved, as she hadn't had time to see the video yet, that was forwarded to her email, she was stunned by the words. "I have only had time to look at what I have in emails, not open any yet. What happened that Velocity and Wonder Woman needed first aid?" She went back over her email and saw the still unopened one from Charles that just had one word on it. Videos. She glanced at Amber and then Courtney who merely shrugged. With a deep sigh like she had a feeling she was going to regret this, she played the first one. Bugle Girl From Company B came into view and started playing Reveille. Within seconds Cheetah was out there in her face, yelling, waving Harley's baseball bat around. She snatched the bugle from the girl, hit it against the flag pole and then hoisted the bugler up by her belt loops in her pants up the flag pole, pointed to the hoisted girl with the bat, before destroying the bugle and hitting the flag pole with the bat, breaking the bat. The video ended, and Brinker caught her breath. "Let me guess. The second video is the run-in with Velocity and Wonder Woman. Oof. I'm... Fairly certain you know what your job is once your evaluation is finished, Courtney. Escorting Barbara Minerva off school property." She turned back to Amber. "Since I'm afraid to play that second video right now, I take it you saw the aftermath of the encounter with those two. What were the extent of their injuries?" This information wasn't privy to Brinker yet from Quincy as Velocity was actually still being medically evaluated. Wonder Woman had been treated and released, but sent to her dorm room, next to Alina's to rest. Alina would hear her pacing and mumbling to herself as the walls weren't that thick.

Amber sat up once she was asked a question and nodded.
"Yeah, I think wonder woman is fine, but Velocity might have a concussion, though is still getting checked out. nothing seemed broken, other than that a few scrapes and bruises." She replied by giving a report similar to what one might give in a professional medical checkup.

Alina paused as she heard Wonder Woman next door. After a pause, she spoke through the wall.
"Hello? are you okay?"

Brinker nodded. "Interesting. Guess Charles knew what he was doing after all. So, as assistant dorm matron, it's basically your job to help Courtney keep the girls in line as well as treat any emergencies that don't require immediate medical attention. Bumping heads usually doesn't, but knowing what to look for is key." After a few more related questions regarding managing a dorm building, including enforcement of curfew, which is basically just sending the girls to their rooms, the evaluation ended. "Okay, Amber. You're approved and excused to enjoy the rest of the day, unless you have any questions."

Diana, sighed and came over to the wall adjacent Alina. "I'm sorry, guess I was praying to my gods too loud. You're the new girl, right? Sorry I didn't greet you properly. I hope my Vice President did, at least. Her name is Jean. Jean Grey. Would you like some company? Being next door I can be right over."

Amber shook her head.
"I'm fine thanks, I have some work to do so will take care of that."
Alina leaned on the wall.
"Oh, it's okay, and Yeah she did, we had a little sleep over last night, and sure come over, my door is unlocked." She offered.

Within a few minutes, Princess Diana was right over, knocked softly first, before coming in. "I haven't really had a chance to have a sit-rep with my VP, yet, but I know she said your name is Alina?" She did look both regal and heroic in her costume. "May I have a seat?" She looked around at Alina's dormroom. "I guess all the rooms along this back wall are this big. Jean is next to me. Wonder why you're up here with the seniors. Not that you're the only one. Crystal Brisbane is next to Jean and she's only a junior."

(Said you could set the furnishings how you wanted, Crystal is going to help Alina with a hero name, here's Alina's chance to get shopping online help. WW is a natural, lol)

Alina called for her to come in when she knocked, she was sitting on her bed. Her room was quite plain, with a bed, dresser, desk, etc all the basic amenities, basically what Diana's would have looked like when she first stepped into her own room before unpacking and decorating.

"Hey yeah I am Alina, I don't think I know you though." She replied before nodding and moving over to give Diana room to sit beside her on the bed.
"Oh, yeah it is much bigger than my old room, it is a little strange if I am being honest, not used to it. I feel kinda, whatever the opposite of claustrophobic would be." She explained.

Diana sat next to Alina and thought for a moment. "The opposite? I guess that would be agoraphobia, the fear of open spaces. I just met you and you don't strike me as one afraid of open spaces, but rather would embrace them if that was possible." She cleared her throat and slightly blushed. "Right, I should probably properly introduce myself. Princess Diana of Themyscira, Senior Class President." She said holding out for hand.

"hmm?" She looked at her hand for a moment before seeming to realize what was happening.
"Oh!" She reached forward and shook her hand.
"Diana, and it's not so much a fear, more so an, well a lack of comfort? if that makes any sense."
