New Student at Superhero High (KiraMusani x Frozen Princess)

Alina looked to Crystal perplexed again.

Amber smiled.
"Thanks, Crystal, we will all be able to help one another I think." She said as she served them each tea, laying out a few different types for them to pick from.

Ivy picked an Earl Grey, while Crystal went with an orange pekoe. Crystal tilted her head slightly. "Wha's puzzlin' ya, Alina? Ol' Crystal gotta 'splain meself on somethin'?"

Ivy even had to raise an eyebrow and look perplexed at Crystal as she just used third and then first person in the same sentence. After a shake of her head and letting her teabag steep for a strong cup, she wrung it out using spoon, wrapping the string around it and the spoon and squeezing. She thanked Amber for the tea before taking a sip and leaning back. "I can guess some of what happened. Rogue, umm, Anna Marie, came knocking, holding the limp Marinette and bawling to the point she could hardly be understood and Cover Girl called Professor X on the phone. Other than that.... I got nothing."

Alina blushed.
"Oh umm, sorry I think it is just me having a hard time understanding, I am sure I will learn it sooner or later." She explained.

Amber smiled as she handed out the tea, giving Alina water.
"How about we just say things we know instead of trying to guess"

Crystal nodded, "Like I said afore, just ask, I don't bite. People. I might bite a shrimp on the barbie, but I don't bite people. Specifically friends." She then looked to Amber. "Just th' facts, ma'am. Aye. I did get a good look at 'er face. Whatcha call it... Ladybug. Mighta only knew 'er lessen a wallabys breath, but ain't never seen 'er with a grin that big before. That was a rootin' grin if every there was. Big as the Outback an' twice as far."

Ivy sighed. "She's right. I think if Jean wasn't playing cop at that point, she'd probably agree. Marinette never had a smile that huge ever in the month she's been here."

"Adrien tormented that poor sheila constantly. Yankin' 'er pigtails the worse offense. Like to knock that drongo good and proper... And yes, ma'am, still statin' facts." Crystal said frowning. "Fried me oysters when Anna Marie mentioned that..." She glanced worriedly at Alina. "Ladybug stuck her hand In her pants. Tha's jus' askin' for it..."

Ivy bowed her head. "And she reaped the horrible rewards. Hospitalization."

--------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile in the infirmary waiting room, Windy had finally stopped crying. Her eyes red from her tears, and Diana's top wet from them. "Diana? What would possess anyone to kiss Rogue, especially knowing the consequences? I don't understand why Marinette did it." She didn't know about the other thing she had done. Depending on when Diana left, she might not have heard Rogue mention Marinette sticking her hand in Rogue's pants, either.

Quincy stood in the doorway, letting the two girlfriends have their moment. She sighed heavily and looked over to Beast. "I don't know what else we can do since she's breathing on her own. I'm sorry I left you to finish hooking her up to the monitors, Hank, it's just..." She shook her head. "I'd never think Marinette would pull a fool stunt like that. Chloe? Alya? One of those two maybe, but not Marinette." Looked like the doctor needed comfort, too.

Amber took notes as they spoke nodding along, Alina looked as she was glanced at. She seemed confused still.
"In her pants? Was she itchy there? I have seen people scratch those areas for that reason."

"Alina, Ladybug put her hand down Rouge's pants, not her own, also which one of you can think of why knowing that she kissed her and touched her down there was so bad?" Amber paused a moment before answering.
"So we all know that Rouge would not let her do that, because she knows what it would do to Ladybug, which means Ladybug did not ask, which means she did not have consent... do you know what that means?" She asked them after clarifying.

Alina looked at the others for an answer.

---------------------------------

Diana held WIndy close and would continue to do so for as long as WIndy needed.
"I don't know, when she wakes we can ask her"

Hank shook his head.
"Do not worry about it, she is stable and will hopefully wake soon. Think of it as the less we need to do the closer she is to recovering fully."

Ivy didn't and shook her head with a shrug. Crystal did and her eyes went wide.

"Ya'd hafta verify that with Anna Marie, but blamed if Jean weren't onta somethin'! No wonder she was so hot. But a sixteen year old can't be changed with rape on an adult. Well, for one, wasn't technically rape. Molestation as well as what Jean said. Coercion." She shook her head. "Rogue ain't the kind t' condemn her on the molestin' charge, Miss Amber. She'll say Marinette was punished enough, an' I'd back her up. She put herself in a coma for pity's sake. Coercion? Whole different breed o' dingo. She could be hit with that while she lays unconscious inna infirmary. Coulda been why Cover Girl was mediatin'. See if there's cause. No wonder she mentioned need t' talk t' Marinette when she wakes up... I'd wager Prof X will be talkin' t' Marinette, too. Oh. Apologies. Speculation, there."

----------------------------------------------------------------

Windy nodded and after another hug, composed herself allowing Dr. Quincy to become Investigator Emilia.

After nodding and thanking Hank she addressed the two. "Girls? Can I please have you two come in my office?"

Amber nodded.
"I am not saying any of those things should be placed on her. But the facts are that she did those things without her permission, no matter her age or position. Consent should always be required, now I obviously don't know everything that happened, but either Rogue led her on, or she jumped her, which is not okay, and everyone needs to know that."

-----------------------------------------------------

Diana nodded and took Windy and brought them into the office.

Ivy frowned. "Rogue is kinda a natural flirt. Just her accent could turn some people on. Gambit finally realized it. Maybe Marinette, who is a bit naive, I mean she reminds me of me sometimes, took it wrong. Until she wakes up, THAT'S just a guess."

"Ain't no kinda to it, luv. Rogue IS a natural flirt. She just can't help that. Not sure she even realizes it, t' be honest. There's several gals, Kitty and Marinette among them, that have a bad habit o' glompin' their close friends. Glompin' is definitely a jumpin' hug, an' I don't see nothin' wrong with that. Kitty about bowled me arse over teakettle once with them leapin' hugs o' hers. Truth. Now what possibly happened between upperclassman an' lowerclassman. Yeh, different breed o' dingo, yet again." She glanced at Alina. "Ya followin' okay, luv, like I said, got questions, just ask."

----------------------------------------------------------------

As Quincy closed her door, she did something strange. She actually took off her doctor's white coat and hung it on her coat tree by her door, revealing her light colored top and her slacks, as well as her sapphire pendant, which was really her blue lantern ring. "I'm sorry to say this girls, but this has become an investigation. Normally, Rogue does the kissing, but something about this doesn't make sense. It's obvious the two really like each other, but it's public knowledge that Rogue actually warned Marinette what could happen, several times. And publicly. Do either of you know if Marinette and Adrien had another argument? Or maybe an actual fight about something. Anything." She put her reading glasses on, and picked up a notepad and pen.

Windy looked at Diana, then Quincy, and said, "Sorta?"

Emilia Quincy looked over the top of her reading glasses. "Sorta? Windy, they either did or didn't." She looked to Diana for an explanation.

Amber nodded.
"And I am sure that Rouge flirting may have had something to do with it, but Ladybug needs to be taught as does everyone, that you can't just jump someone, especially if you are putting a hand down their pants. And especially if they have some sort of life-sapping power."

Alina looked at Crystal.
"Oh umm, yeah, so, what did you say? Like Glompin? and something about a dingo?" She asked.

------------------------------------------------

Diana nodded.
"Yes, she ran past us upset that they broke up for good. It is probably on the cameras as it happened in the hall"

Crystal nodded. "Glompin', it's sorta resembling a tackle, but yer really givin' em a bearhug cuz yer happy t' see them, or ya can't wait t' cry on their shoulder. Reckon it was the latter in this case, as well as a just sick of boys thing for Marinette, an' hang th' consequences. Ain't no secret she really likes Rogue. An' mebbe vice-versa. Just th' way the two interacted. An' th' way Rogue was blubberin' whilst holdin' Marinette's limp body. As for a dingo, I say "a different breed o' dingo" stead o' th' more common "horse of a different color". Meanings th' same. Dingos are wild dogs in Australia, luv. Scavengers, mostly. Not a friendly sort, which is why I called Jean a yippin' one when she stomped on me foot, earlier."

Ivy shook her head. "It can kill, Miss Amber, but it just temporarily steals your power for a little bit. Still usually knocks a person out. That's just a touch. Woe to someone who wants more. I heard that before Professor Xavier's students transferred here, Rogue and Jean kissed, consensually, and Jean ended up in a coma for a coupla days."

That's confirmed by Jean, too." Crystal nodded. "When she started likin' Marinette, tha's why Rogue constantly warned her. Kinda, I really like ya, gal, but we can't kiss."

----------------------------------------------------------------

Windy nodded, "She did the breaking up, too, constantly having her pigtails pulled. Maybe it can be she's guilty by reason of insanity, because she clearly wasn't thinking. She probably COULDN'T think clearly and ran to the only other person she loved and knew loved her."

Emilia shook her head. "This still has to be reported to Charles, before Marinette wakes up, especially since we only have Jean's encounter of a two day coma to judge length by."

Although still unconscious, Marinette would say something in Beast's hearing: "Anna Marie. Anna Marie. I love you my sweet Rogue.... Ohhhh." She would once again be out.

Amber shook her head.
"All the more reason she made such a huge mistake. But for now, is there anything you girls wish to discuss?"

Alina nodded.
"Oh okay, I think I understand."

-------------------------------------------

Diana wrapped her arm around Windy.
"Of course, we know that and it makes perfect sense."

Hank smiled.
"Good news, she seems to be coming to, not awake yet but out of coma range, she is speaking"

Crystal thought about the events as did Ivy. Both held up an index finger. Ivy her left, and Crystal her right. "Yeah! What did Rogue mean by Marinette was trying to suck her lips off?" Both chimed in unison.

Crystal added, "I mean, blimey! Marinette ain't no vampire." She gave a nod and half smile to Alina, acknowledging that Alina had a general idea at least.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Quincy ripped her reading glasses off and jumped up. "Good? Hank, that's wonderful news! Did you hear her clearly? What did she say? Oh wait a minute..."

Windy looked first at Diana, then to Beast. "Rogue will be thrilled to hear this, she was probably the most upset of all of us!" She gave a knowing look to Diana with her ship name all over the expression. Diana wouldn't need a mind-link to see Windy thinking Roguebug!.

Quincy put her glasses back on so she could see clearly to write Marinette's first conscious words since her kiss with Rogue. "Now I'm ready. What did Marinette say?"

Alina shrugged.
"I just assumed that was a kissing thing, is that not right?"

Amber shook her head.
"Well, girls you would need to ask her that, as it could be interpreted multiple ways. None of which are proper for Alina at least, okay? She is still quite innocent"

Alina crossed her arms, not happy that she was singled out.

-------------------------------------------

Diana looked to Windy.
"Maybe you can run to Rogue quick and tell her the good news?"

Beast meanwhile looked at them.
"Sorry doctor-patient confidentiality, even if she is asleep."

Cover Girl had returned and caught her breath, with Rogue with her. "Sounds like a question that you can ask Rogue in her dorm. However, I want all three of you to escort her to her dorm. Crystal, you're the closest, so keep an ear to the wall you two share. Ivy, Alina, just listen for anything unusual." She shook her head. "Now, do you have any questions for me, Alina?"

Crystal and Ivy both made signs to ask Cover Girl about the protein bars. Ivy's a little more intense in her hand signalling.

Windy nodded. "Yeah, although I'm kinda not on ambulance mode anymore. I have a speed limit I have to obey." She glanced at Quincy.

With a sigh and facepalm, Quincy scolded, "Windy! You can do whatever speed you're comfortable with outside. It's only inside the buildings we don't want you over 40. Although, with Cheetah gone, I think we medical staff, security, and Charles should get together and decide if it's still necessary. You both are excused actually." She pulled her reading glasses back off and put her medical coat back on, putting the glasses in the right breast pocket. "I suppose you DO have it in Marinette's medical records for this incident, Hank? I'll need to see that anyway to add the little bit the girls gave me." She held up her notepad while reaching out for Marinette's file.

Alina paused for a moment looking to the others as they tried to sign, though didn't seem to know what they were trying to say.
"Umm, what? I think there is something but I don't know what. What are you saying?" She asked them.

Hank nodded.
"If you are certain you need it, I did add it to the file."

Ivy and Crystal both said, "Protein bars! Ask about protein bars!"

Crystal then asided to Ivy, "Sheila needs t' learn sign language."

Ivy blushed, "or at least the alphabet. We were both spelling it out letter by letter."

Crystal nodded, "Reckon we should be in the more advanced an' learn th' blinkin' words!"

Cover Girl gave Amber a puzzled look. She then addressed all three students. "Military ration protein bars aren't exactly the best tasting, girls. It just really gives you the recommended daily allowance. You don't need them this late, either. If you're that hard up at around one or two in the afternoon? You missed breakfast and lunch, fine. They aren't all that filling, either. Just so happens I keep one in my pocket, though." She went into her coat pocket, and showed the plain silver iridescent wrapper. "If I were you, though, girls, I wouldn't miss meals. Copy?"

Quincy just took the file, rummaged for a paperclip and attached the notebook paper to the main file. "I trust you, Hank, you're a medical professional yourself, and my assistant. I'll read it later. I just needed to paperclip the notes of the investigation onto her file, as it's all pertinent." She smirked as she handed the file back to him. "Since she awoke once, keep this in easy reach for both of us, but not where one of us can knock it on the floor, I wish we could go from a ward like this to single rooms. We could keep it by the door of the patient like regular hospitals do. We could probably save on the electric bill as well, as instead of lighting up the entire ward, we could have each individual room lit up if it's occupied."

Alina shook her head.
"No, they wanted to know what it was that I use to eat, but based on the wrapping that does look like the same thing," Alina explained.
"I had just forgotten that they wanted me to ask about them, as they were not sure what I was eating before I came here."

"Yes, I have been looking into that with Charles given a large number of students and the increasing amount of injuries that have been occurring." He explained putting the info away where it would be safe but accessable.

Cover Girl nodded. "Ah. These were it, huh?" She asked handing it to Alina for a closer look. She glanced to Amber more with a worried expression than a look that she has some explaining to do. She just shook her head as Rogue asked if she could go. "No. Sit, Anna Marie. I told you, we need at least three students to escort you to your dorm. I'm following the safety measures set forth by Principal Waller. Charles hasn't had a chance to review everything, yet. Count. How many students to escort?"

"Three, ma'am." Rogue answered.

"How many are present? Ahh. Rhetorical. When Alina is finished verifying for sure, she and the other two will take you safely to your dorm room, after your traumatic experience." Cover Girl said, pointing Rogue to sit for the time being.

Rogue sighed with a "Yes'm."

Windy really was in no rush to get back to the dorm building, as considering by now, Rogue would be in her dorm room. She was actually looking for an excuse to have Diana present. She figured she finally had it. "With you being on her floor, will you please come with me when I tell her, my Princess?" She asked.

Meanwhile, Quincy nodded as she stifled a yawn. "How fresh is the coffee?" The head doctor had been on duty since Bugle Girl From Company B came in at just after six in the morning. It was now almost eight. Emilia Quincy had been up and on duty almost 14 straight hours. The head doctor needed to be convinced to call it a day. Marinette wouldn't be going anywhere until at least the morning, even if she woke up fully, right now.

Alina nodded.
"I think so"

Amber spoke up.
"Yes, that is what they gave you. Military rations had all the nutrients you needed, and since your abilities started to filter what you ate it was the most consistent way to make sure you had everything you needed. Not what I would have preferred, but it was not my choice."

Diana nodded to Windy.
"Of course love"

----------------

Hank looked at her.
"Well it was just made, but she won't be going anywhere for several hours, so some rest would be more beneficial."

Cover Girl sighed with eyes closed as she took the bar back and returned it to the pocket. "I was afraid of that..." She remarked, glancing to Amber with a nod. "Damned things taste like cardboard." A frown. "Actually, even cardboard tastes better." She nodded to the three. "Alright. Delta formation girls. One on each side of Rogue another watching her six (behind her and walking backwards). Crystal, Ivy, which of you two can do watching her six?"

Ivy raised her hand. "That's keeping her back safe, right? I can. Sometimes I water my gardens in the greenhouse walking backwards. I can pretty much do that, since I won't be holding a hose."

"Good, Ivy. Thanks. Company, Delta formation, guard and march. Dismissed."

Rogue shook her head that the old rules would have this proceedings for a trauma that couldn't be seen. She hoped Charles would soon find this one and change it. She didn't realize that trauma could happen mentally, and watching someone she cared about and was responsible for end up in the infirmary was technically the worse kind. That rule might start only being applied to the kind of trauma she had suffered. She left with her guards, Ivy covering her rear, watching for approaching students.

Cover Girl closed the door. "I hope that's the last of the surprises today. I'm actually glad tomorrow is Sunday, we can sleep in." She looked over to Amber with a smirk and chuckle.

Windy and Diana would reach the quartet on the third floor, just as they came off the elevator and Windy, impatient as ever, picked up Diana and ran up the steps when they saw they'd just missed the elevator. So here she was, holding Diana more like a proper princess carry, and both of them seeing the formation of which was recognized, but didn't know the name (unless Diana did, coming from a warrior tribe of women). Windy set Diana on her feet. "Wow. First time we've seen the three guard escort in several months. Ummm.... Got good news for Rogue. Marinette woke up and even spoke, so she's out of the coma. Thing is she zonked back out and only Dr. Hank even knows what she said."

Crystal sighed and smiled. "Bonzer news, luv!"

Rogue sighed. "If she's asleep, Ah still cain't visit 'er until tomorrow mornin'. Keep taking me to muh room, y'all."

Quincy chuckled. "That your way of sending me to bed, doctor? Fine, I can take a hint. Good night, Hank." She turned around and went to her present on campus room across the hall.

The others nodded and all did their Jobs as needed, Alina just moving along with the others where Amber helped her know where to walk and watch.

Amber looked back at Cover Girl and hid a light giggle as she tried to remain natural.

Diana composed herself once they stopped, still getting used to being moved at that speed.

Alina smiled.
"Oh, that is good news! So are we all staying at Rouges? or going to our rooms after Rouge is in her room?"

Hank smiled.
"Rest well Doctor" She smiled and gave her a nod.

Cover Girl shook her head. "This is Courtney you're with, Amber, not those cold scientists, it's okay to feel emotions. Sometimes, I think you need just as much unconditioning as Alina. By the way, I saw what you did there with Alina who was to guard Anna Marie's right. Very thoughtful. Showed me that when you have freedom yourself, you CAN be a good mother. That must've been what Charles saw when he made you my assistant." She walked over and put her arms gently around Amber's waist. "Thanks for hosting the three girls while I dealt with Anna Marie and Jean. I had to get on her, Jean I mean, that Anna Marie really wasn't in trouble, and technically neither is Marinette. At least in Anna Marie s opinion. I have a theory, if you care to hear it."

-------------

"That depends on Rogue, luv." Crystal commented on Rogue's and Alina's left.

"Ah'd rather not. Shur, hearin' Marinette is outta danger is a relief, but Ah think Ah'd rather be alone right now. Got sum things t' think about before Ah see Marinette."

Crystal nodded as they reached Rogue's door. She pointed to the door next to Rogue's, "Well, I will be right next door, luv. Jean maya jumped yer case, but ya know she cares about cha too. Then there's Diana, Alina and Ivy."

Rogue smirked. "Kitty won't let Jean answer if she's in the mood..."

At that moment, Jean with her hair tossled popped her hand and head out and hung a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door before calling back with a grin, "Your wish is my command, lover!" And reclosing the door.

Crystal shook her head, "Blimey! Definitely know who wears th' pants in that relationship! An' it ain't Jean! G'nite, Rogue, Ivy, Alina."

-------------

Marinette would declare her love for Rogue two more times while asleep during the night, but wouldn't remember anything but the kiss upon awakening in the late morning...

Amber blushed and placed her hands over Cover Girl's as she wrapped her arms around Amber.
"Right, I am so used to a 'Professional' setting. No joking, and most of the scientists there were, straight, and I was never sure if they were okay with other relationships. So I may just take a moment to rewire my brain. And thanks, I was so limited with Alina before now, I feel like we can finally start truly helping her as a person now." She looked at the others, just to check on them before continuing.
"I would love to hear your theory."

-------------------

Alina nodded thinking to herself for the rest of the walk until they made it to the door and Kitty, with Jean retired to their room.
"Goodnight! Crustal" Alina waved before looking at Rouge.
"Hey Rouge, you can steal someone's powers, right? Could you take mine?" She asked holding her hand out.
"All you need is skin contact right? or must it be a kiss?" She asked clearly with innocent intent.

----------------

Hank recorded what she said though kept it locked away for her privacy.

Courtney directed Amber to the couch where the three students had sat, and sat down with her. "Actually it's more than just ONE theory, but the one that concerns you and Alina, is that if you're given a chance to prove it, you could technically"steal" your daughter back from me. By law, since you were not able to even admit who you are, I'm kind of the mom pro tem. I know you have all that electrical science testing going on with Lieutenant Savage and the Joes under you... And him... But there's still tomorrow. Maybe you can tag along with her and Ivy as Ivy... And probably Crystal... Do some more sightseeing. It'll give you a chance also to learn about the school and where things are. Only the students have that two week probation period to see how serious they are about being a hero." She had been holding both Amber's hands in hers while talking to her about Alina.

She released Amber's hands and sighed. "Marinette is off probation and still wants to hang around and be with Anna Marie. If that's not love, or at least a crush, I don't know what is." She looked at Amber. "That's the other theory. Love could be able to help Rogue control her power sapping powers. Marinette... Or Gambit if he comes back to Rogue... Could be the key or keys to that."

---------------------------------------------------------

Ivy and Crystal both gasped in horror as Alina asked that, but Rogue shook her head. "Darlin', ya doan know what yer askin'. Ah jus' put sum'un Ah care about inna infirmary. Ah think Ah mighta chased th' other off. Please don't ask for that, at least right now. Ya wanna experiment, talk t' Professor X an' make an arrangement for the Danger Room, k? Ah wear these gloves t' protect y'all more'n me. Ah doan like hurtin' people." She gently shooed Alina back so she could shut her door.

The next morning, as Dr. Quincy came in, she gave a finger gun smile and wink at Hank, before putting on her reading glasses and looked over the notes about Marinette. Seeing what she said to an absent Rogue caused the seasoned thirtysomething woman to blush bright red, stumble backwards putting the file down, and looking at Hank. "You HAVE to be SHITTIN' me! That last one is freaking triple X rated lesbian porn! At least!" She grabbed her head. "That girl is seriously perverted AND madly in love." She shook her head. "That has to stay in her file, unfortunately, but I want an NSFW tag on this file." She handed it to Hank. "Excuse me, I need to get a cold shower."

Amber smiled and held her hands back.
"Yeah, though I think I would enjoy it more if you also walked with us. Also, I don't want to steal her from any home that she wants, I spent too much time deciding for her, now it needs to be her turn, as much as I can."

"As for Marinette, or Gambit, whoever that is, or Rouge. Though Marinette clearly can't be allowed to be with Rouge again if she intends to jump her as she did." Amber replied.

------------------

Alina pulled her hand back and stepped back to let her shut the door.
"Okay, sorry."

------------------

Hank chuckled.
"Something strange about labeling NSFW on a confidential, strictly to be used in a professional manner document. They should only be made available to her therapist."
