Would she take the bait? No.
Would she maybe fall on top of Jane regardless? Quite likely. Let's see how @Vinaein (or maybe @captain_bond if he's still eavesdropping?) want to see things play out.
 
I'm thinking it is 9:30 pm on the train, Strasbourg is another 2 1/2 hours away. So there is time yet, if you need an NPC intervention, I'll be around about 3 more hours give or take. The conductor could take a telegram dictation but it won't be sent until they arrive just after midnight, and there won't be time to wait for a reply. I'm not sure Estella would want to dictate it publicly or who exactly she would entrust a message to, I suppose it depends on what she needs to say.

If she can get back to her compartment, she'd just need to scribble something down to give to the conductor.

That almost sounds like a dare, lol!

I think Leo will stay down until after the Strasbourg stop, unless he gets woken up because of some issue with crossing the border. You know the old adage; a nap is never wasted time! (Or did I make that up?)

I think that was one of the seven secrets of success, not sure, I got bored after the first two, and took a nap.

Plus, you never know when you'll be fleeing for your life through the night, so you gotta grab rest when you can! I think Rule #7 is: "Make up any rules you need as long as you don't hurt anyone doing so."
