"Wow..." Alex was bewildered. Unfortunately. That meant the princess would be with a lie. A man who wasn't one. "I can't believe it. My love..."

Alex kissed her softly, slowly, still a bit scared of her secret. She didn't want the princess to know. Because she'd freak out and tell her father. Then she'd likely be exiled, or even killed.

Alex blushed lightly as she pulled away. She was really affectionate and passionate in love. And Alex was still holding back because of the one secret. "...wow..." The knight was at a loss for words.

Alex nodded, biting her lip as the door shut and she was left alone. Her hands went to cover her face as she sat on her bed. How was she going to get out of this situation, she didn't know.

Alex, likewise, fell asleep thinking of the princess. Except that it wasn't as pleasant, because the dreams were of her finding out and running away in horror.

A few days have past as they prepared for the wedding.Aida decided to have the ceremony in the courtyard of the castle which was now filled with royal families from near by kingdoms and spectators alike.Aida was in her bedroom in the pure white dress that her mother and her mother before her wore at her wedding."You look stunning my lady"The servant said as she did her hair.

Alex was much more nervous for different reasons. She'd been given an ornate metallic blue ceremonial armor, with intricate gold lining. She had a few servants fussing over her looks, trying to make her look more manly and handsome than pretty and feminine. It wasn't working.

Alex took a deep breath as "he" was escorted to the altar in the ceremonial armor. Though intricate, it was light because it wasn't very protective and thick. The knight look extremely nervous as the music began for the bride.

Aida stepped out and began to walk down the isle in her white dress, holding a bouquet of flowers that where picked from the field that she loved so much along with a flower head decor that was from the same field.

Alex blushed as the bride walked down the aisle. She was fantastically stunning. When she got to the altar, things began immediately, and Alex became all the more nervous. The knight had still not found a way to avoid the gender issue.

Alex put the ring on Aida's finger gently when the knight was asked to. There was no attempt at objections. And there were no "I do's." The king had rewritten the script so to speak, so that the princess would have no last minute chances to get away form it. When really, it was Alex who was getting trapped into the marriage.

Aida took the ring as instructed, placing it on the knight surprisingly slender finger. She then leaned up and gave her new husband a kiss to signal their union. After the kiss the minister announced the unification of the two as the crowed cheered for the new couple.Aida took Sir Alex's hand as they made their way to the carriage to take them to a more private location,as per the princess's request,to consummate their marriage.

Alex was loaded into the carriage, which was a rather new experience. Usually, the knight was escorting it. Alex looked flushed the whole time, nervous and wanting not but to escape from the coming moment.

Aida followed the knight and sat on his lap as she wrapped her arms around his neck, giving him a wide smile before kissing him.The carriage made it's way to the location that the princess chose, the small cottage that looked over the field of flowers.

"Wow... You really liked this place..." Alex blushed lightly. Holding the princess didn't really help. She was so adorable and sweet, And Alex really did love her. But... Aida was in love with a lie.

When they were inside, Alex sat down in the chair and sighed softly. It had been a long trip. And the ceremony was long too. "I-I think I'm getting tired..."

"Oh?"Aida said a she sat on the knights lap"Then you should get ready for bed"she said.Aida didn't care if Alex wasn't up for it just yet since it was a long day.She was just looking forward to sleep beside him with his arms around her.

"That's just it..." Alex sighed. "Princess... What do you think love is?" The knight asked, suddnely looking rather doubtful.
