She nodded, "If you need me, please summon me. I will be at your side swiftly, my King." She told him before moving - near hesitantly - to join the others. Noblemen looked at her like she was a slab of meat and they were starving dogs. She didn't seem to notice, she merely moved to grab some wine and enjoy the food. She looked happy.
Nobles would come to her and ask her to dance and she would respectfully decline. She wanted to dance, but she wanted to save her moment of fun when tradition called for the King to choose a maiden to dance with to end the night. She wondered who he used to dance with before? Perhaps some human girl with a prestigious family and a body built for bearing children. Subconsciously, she ran her hand slowly over the curve of her hip, blushing faintly. Callan liked her hips.
Callan eyed her and he nearly bit his lip. Was she showing off for him? Or for the nobles? Possibly the nobles. To rile him up. He shook his head. "No, she wouldn't.." He told himself.
She flared out the skirt of her dress and he could see her long luscious legs. They were always so soft, too soft. He could see himself buried between them, enjoying their silky texture as he pleasured her. God, everything about her was soft. Even her hair; he loved getting his fingers tangled in her long locks. Pulling her head back with it like a rope.
She felt him staring and looked over, her unnaturally blue eyes glittering as she looked at him. She smiled softly and gave a gentle curtsy, blushing faintly. She loved his hard, cold gaze. She loved everything about him.
She spent the night going between the food table and Callan; filling his wine and feeding him fruits. Like the loyal little slave she was. "Do you require anything else, my King?" She asked.
She nodded and made sure he had everything he wanted before going back to pick at the fruits. When the end of the night drew closer, it was time for the King's Dance. Women formed a long line, hoping they would be picked to dance with Callan. Elora stood with them, waiting humbly.
"I-I am not used to human dances...please forgive any floundering..." She said gently, holding his hand and resting her other hand on his shoulder, "But I am beyond honored you chose me.."
He wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her flush against him as he took her other hand. "Just follow my lead, Elora.. And of course I chose you, none of the women here are nearly as loyal.."
She blushed heavily all the way to her ears and she nodded. The band began playing and she followed his lead as best as she could. She tried not to make her lack of knowledge noticable but she did well.
He twirled and spun her around the floor, his pace measured and graceful. So different from his usual almost brutish self. But she knew better. What he was really capable of.
Slowly but surely the night came to a close and instead of wishing everyone well, she followed Callan up to his room, "Oh, my King, if I may...before we retire, I have to retrieve something. I will meet you in your chambers in a moment, I promise."
