"You don't need to do it right this very second." Rose commented after a moment in time and was brushing some of her hair from her face, and stretching a bit.
 
Rose chuckle before she was following after Iris, and spotted that the man was still outside the room. This had her just giving him a death glare, and soon enough Andrew came up with Ariel. "Iris!" Ariel cooed before she was walking up and wrapping her arms around the woman, giving her a hug and stating that she was glad to see her.
 
Ariel followed after her before she questioned, "How have you been recently?" She was brushing some of her white hair from her face and was looking towards Andrew, letting him know that she was going to be okay. This had the twins hugging and Andrew was giving her a kiss on the forehead, letting her know that he loved her, and to call him if she needed anything.
 
Ariel looked towards her before she spoke in a soft voice, "Don't lock them away. It will help to talk about what happened. While it was traumatic.... one can grow stronger from those experiences. It seems difficult but... it is possible." With that she was just looking up towards the sky for a moment in time and closed her eyes at the gentle breeze that blew through. "Your council is quite insist on arranged marriages. They are wanting you to marry sooner rather than later as well. But at least they aren't being as pushy as the fake council." she spoke after a moment in time.
 
"its to protect the line of succession as my brother has renounced the throne he can't inherit should something happen to me" Iris didn't want to talk about what happened she didn't want to relive it and have it torment her mind even more
 
"He can actually take over the throne should you name him as your heir. That is what I did with Andrew. Should anything happen to me and I don't have an heir, he would take over as king. But nobody knows this, we intentionally kept it a secret except from those that we trust with our lives." Ariel spoke after a moment in time.
 
"its possible but I don't know if someone would challenge that thinking I was put up to it but I have some time before I need to worry " Iris looked around the garden and wondered if her mother had ever been here
 
"Who cares what others have to say on it. You do it to ensure the royal line. Otherwise if something happens to you, and you have no heir, the council takes over and they can put whoever they want on the throne." Ariel spoke after a moment in time before she was commenting that Ian seemed nice, he would definitely make a good ruler. Had he not decided to step away from the throne.
 
Iris rubbed her neck "my brother has no interested in ruling but what if I asked Venus we always go out of our way to protect her so if something happens to me she would take over with her sister and my brother by her side to guide her till she is older" Iris didn't want to put her brother in a position that he couldn't or wouldn't accept.
 
"I don't think people would be accepting of Venus since she isn't from here at all." Ariel pointed out after a moment in time. Yet again not like it really mattered. If that is who Iris decided to name as Heir, that is who would be named as heir. Simple as that.
 
"but she is an innocent child I think the people would be open since her father wasn't about to corrupt her" Iris hoped that she would say yes when she asked her
 
"Her father tried, and we both know it. But you've seen how protect Dominique is of her sister. Half of the stuff that Dominique went through since Venus was born, was to protect that child." Ariel spoke after a moment in time, drifting over so that she could sit on the edge of the fountain, dipping her hand into the water.
 
"true the female is scary when she is pissed or determined" Iris stood with her arms folded as she thought about things while she knew her brother would not be pleased if she named him her heir she also wanted to make sure that if Venus agreed that she would be protected from those who would try to use her and hurt her
 
Ariel gave a faint giggle before she spoke, "If you wish to do that, I would also bring it up to Dominique as well." Wit that she was rising to her feet once again and stretching a bit before she spoke, "I wonder why the council is so adamant about this marriage thing. Especially considering.... there is already peace between our kingdoms. And knowing my nature.... I would never declare war. Nor would I just allow my men to run amuck and cause problems. Even if they did.... Rose, Lance, Lucifer, Raphael, and Gabriel would quickly get them back into order."
 
"I don't know but I have a feeling if we asked they would tell us but at least your not being forced now and I would make sure none of my people attacked and if they did I would be up to you on what happened to them" Iris would talk to the older female before she brought it up to the little girl but she was now thinking about what Ariel said and wondered if there was something deeper going on that they were not being told about
 
Ariel gave a soft smile before she spoke, "To be honest.... I'm not opposed to the marriage. Especially if it is made as a public show. To show the world that the demon realm and that of Aetherial are united. That makes it more intimidating than just a piece of paper being signed. And the same goes for you, if you did get married. While you were married, you would necessarily have to act as a married couple at least not unless you were around others." With that she was brushing some hair from her face and looking up at the breeze that came through, a faint smile on her lips. "Oh I must thank you.... for the bracelet. I'm sorry if I seemed rude when it was given to me. It is just.... I'm not accustomed to gifts without something being wanted in return. And the only gift that meant something to me, my father's necklace, that vile man took from me...."
 
Iris smiled at her "it wasn't a gift from me but just like mine it was to come to you when you needed it most mine arrived the day before I was sent away to live with him and i doubt i will get married anytime soon as marrying someone while loving another would be cruel and downright evil in my mind but if you think marrying Ian is a good ideal then i will support you but as for my brother his mind is a mystery to even me" Iris then sat down and looked at the ground
 
Ariel was just shaking her head a bit before she spoke in a soft voice, "I meant no offense or anything like that." With that she was just clutching her dress a bit before she was just looking at the ground before she spoke, "But even so.... I will consider it a gift from you, because if not.... I would have no real reason to wear it." Although at that point in time she did have a hand to her neck, where it would usually go when she was going to touch her father's necklace. Just out of habit, but it wasn't the same without it there.
 
"its ok and it is here to protect you that alone is reason enough to wear it and you know you can send one of them back to get it they can't be caught or hurt" Iris knew how much she treasured the necklace and she hoped she would take her advice and send one of them to go and get her necklace back
 
"I..... I wouldn't want them to do something so..... It is a stupid errand to send them on. They aren't servants or slaves, they have their own lives within that world." Ariel spoke in a soft voice before she was turning her attention towards the sense that she got from nearby. Only Raphael popping in to check on them briefly, and to let them know that lunch was ready.
 
"it isn't stupid and from what I understand whoever formed their world didn't give them much to do or lives to live while waiting to be called so they just sit there" Iris knew if she wouldn't send one of her then she would have no choice but to send one of her own to get it
