She smiles. "I.. have a bit of a secret.." she said.

He pulled her back slightly, "What is it? Is everything alright?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"Oh, it's more than alright.. I'm a little scared but.. the miniater approved my appeal for divorce.. on the grounds of attempted murder... do you remember the nice gentleman I was with on the night of the ball..?" She asked.

He nodded, "Yes, the baron...!" He said, "He allowed me to send the guard to help you...!"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiles. "I'll be staying with him now.."

His eyes widened, "Wh...Really? He's already allowed this?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"He offered it the night we met.."

He was speechless, "I...well, this is wonderful...!" He said, "I'm so glad..."

She smiles. "I'm.. a little nervous but.. please, be careful if Ethan ever comes out of that cell.."

"I don't think they intend to let him out for a while, child.." He assured.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She nods and kisses his cheek again. "Do you suppose you could help me pack, Roberts..?"

"Of course, of course! Come, let's get you ready." He smiled.

She smiles and heads back to her home and bwhins packing up all of her things with him.

He realized that she had so little to call her own than he thought. "Liona...you only have maybe...five dresses here? No jewelry or anything...what...why?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"After Ethan and i had.. a falling out he.. sold.. everything I had.. and what I had hidden, I sold for the dress.." she said, smiling sadly.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Oh..." He looked upset by this news, "I see.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"Why..?" She asked.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Why? It was yours. He had no right. And you had to give away what little you still had just to..." He shook his head and finished packing, "Let's get you out of here.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She nods, making a soft noise as she grabbed what little she had.

When they finished, he walked with her to the palace. Ares was actually outside waiting, as if he knew she was coming by. He smiled warmly and she felt safe, "I'm glad to see you better, Liona. When I heard that monster of a husband had nearly taken your life, I am ashamed to admit that I contemplated executing him.."

She smiles a bit and hugs him. "Thank you, Ares.. thank you so much.."

He smiled and held her, "Don't thank me, dear..."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She moves and smiles. "Thank you.."

Ares gestured to his servants and they took the bags from Liona and Roberts. "You'll take care of her, yes, Lord?" Roberts asked. Ares nodded gently.
"Of course, Roberts. Her every wish will be met immaculately."
