Requiem of Destruction (1x1 with DarkMudkip)

"There, there, Yukimura, it's ok...he didn't mean it, did you, Katakura-sama?" Akihime cooed, pulling Yukimura gently back. Kojurou looked disgusted with the state she had such a proud warrior like Yukimura in, but shook his head.
"No, forgive me..." He forced out. Akihime smiled and played with Yukimura's hair.
"See~? You're so jumpy, my husband~"

Yukimura let out a huff, staring down Kojurou for a moment more before turning his gaze back to his wife. A coldness spread in the room from behind Kojurou, another presence making itself known, Amaya scowling darkly at the man on the ground before her.

"Aw, and you've gone and upset Ama, too. Today is just not your day, Katakura-sama." Akihime said. Kojurou clenched his jaw.
"If you want Megohime-dono, then...fine. I'll bring her. But please. Please, say you'll help Jin." He pleaded. Akihime smiled warmly, but he could feel there was no kindness in it.
"You have my word." She replied.

((Huehuehue~))

Once Kojurou did return, things were just as they were when he first set out. Jin was locked in her room with Shigemasa, but refused to let anyone but Kita inside. Megohime stuck with Masamune like glue, unless he went off hunting, which is when she spent time alone in his bedchambers.

Masamune was indeed out hunting this time, probably to destress from Kojurou not coming home. Kojurou moved to Masamune and Megohime's room and knocked gently, "Megohime-dono...? May I...may I have a word...?"

There was silence for a moment before the door opened and Megohime peeked out from behind the door, looking like she had just woken from a nap. "What about?" She sounded about as irritated as always, but it was more than likely not directly pointed at Kojurou.

Megohime didn't respond, she simply stared at him, blinking once before closing the door in his face. She wasn't in the mood for jokes, she was too tired.

"Megohime-dono, please!" He called, "I didn't know what else to do, she refused otherwise! Please, I just..." His head dropped as tears burned his eyes, "I want my wife back...please..."

The door opened once more, Megohime looking quite awake now, a dissatisfied frown on her face. Her arms were crossed over her chest as she stared at Kojurou before pointing to the ground and saying something unexpected. "Beg."

He moved to his knees and bowed as low as he possibly could, "Please, Megohime-dono, I implore you. Just do what she asks for a couple days, that's all and I will do anything you ask of me for as long as you see fit. I just want to hold my wife again and not have her be repulsed. Please, Megohime-dono, I have no other options."
"I don't care what has to be done, don't you dare let her die!" A faint memory stung in the back of Megohime's mind, like she had heard something similar long ago.

Megohime pursed her lips and took a deep breath, turning on her heel and glaring out the far window. "Fine." She said firmly. "I'll fufill the bargain." She looked over her shoulder at Kojurou. "Masamune-sama doesn't hear a word about this." Her tone was deadly serious. "Bring her to the courtyard, I'll be waiting." She moved passed Kojurou and down the hall, leaving him on his own.

He hurried off to get Kita, explaining what was happening and asking her to help him get Jin to Megohime. Kita didn't like this at all but agreed, gently guiding Jin to the courtyard.

When they arrived in the courtyard, Megohime was in wait in the form of a dragon, making a soft clicking noise before moving closer to Jin. Jin let out a cry of fear, but before she could run, Megohime opening her jaws and let out a hiss, releasing a hot gas in her face. Instantly Jin calmed down, eyes becoming lifeless as she slowly slumped to the ground, still alive, but unconcious. Megohime carefully took Jin in one of her clawed hands, looking to Kojurou with a soft snort before leaving rather quickly.

"Is Masamune-sama-?"
"Masamune-sama isn't going to find out. That was the condition Megohime made me promise to." Kojurou said, "But...Jin will get help now..."

Megohime was internally kicking herself the entire way toward the capitol, when she reached it however, she was struggling to keep a grip on Jin, who was awake, and absolutely losing her mind. She growled softly as she landed, setting Jin down carefully before reverting to human form.

Megohime kept a firm hold on Jin, who struggled very hard to free herself. She looked Akihime up and down slowly, a blank expression on her face, but her eyes betrayed her hatred. "You got fat." Was all she said, walking Jin over to the guards who stood behind Akihime.

A dark expression crossed over Akihime's face and she turned sharply on Megohime, "You are a guest here in my home, there is no need to be so rude!" She snapped, "Disrespect me again and I'll have you split into thread needles...!"

Megohime smirked softly to herself, but complied. "Hai hai~" She said smugly. "But now it's time for your end of the bargain."

Akihime huffed and followed, "I am well aware. It'll take time, especially now with my pregnancy, I'll have to be much more careful." She stated.

Megohime didn't seem all too interested in the details. "But you can fix her, right?" She asked, staring intently at Akihime.

Megohime curled a lip at Akihime. "Just fix her." She said, not leaving her spot, knowing she'd be there a while.
