Requiem of Destruction (1x1 with DarkMudkip)

Megohime scowled from her seat at the far end of the room and stood, moving over to Akihime and crossing her arms uncomfortably over her chest. "What?"

Megohime scowled deeply, but complied, appearing in Akihime's hands as her blade form, her hand tingling from the lightning that sheathed the blade.

Megohime, who was beyond mortified that she was being used as dinner cutlery, nearly zapped Akihime with a bolt of electricity, but allowed for it to miss when she remembered why she was there.

"Ah!" Akihime tossed Megohime aside and huffed, "How absolutely abhorrent! You came here to help Jin and Katakura-sama and you have been nothing but rude to me! Go home, and take the steamed vegetable with you!"

Before Megohime hit the floor, she reverted into a human form. Shit, eh had let her anger get the better of her. Clenched her first, she glared down at the floor. "Forgive me." It was forced, but she was doing her best to mean it. "I was surprised and lashed out."

Akihime rubbed her hand, it tingling from the energy of the shock. "Mm...I guess it was far more rude of me to use you as cutlery. I'm sorry, too...I should treat you as a guest." She said, "I read so much about you that I've always dreamed of having you as my own...another friend to talk to..." She seemed almost sad. Lonely even.

Megohime glanced at the far wall, shit, even she had read about her? I guess living as a Demonic weapon for thousands of years doesn't exactly let you fly under the radar. "Don't believe everything you read.." She said quietly, a faint frown on her face.

"They never get the story right." She muttered softly, her face hard, but her eyes were soft. "It doesn't matter now anyway." She shook her head.

"Masamune-sama is very lucky to have you.." She said, "How's your arm? Like you never lost it?" She wasn't being snide or cruel; she was genuine with the question.

"Hm?" She looked up at Akihime. "Oh, yeah, it feels fine." She said, finding the question a bit awkward.

"Good. I'm glad." She said, "If you like, you may walk around. You don't have to stay by my side the whole time. I need to go work on Jin anyway.."

She gave a small nod and excused herself, strolling the grounds of the garden as well as the more isolated pathways in the city around the palace.

Akihime left to go repair Jin's broken mind. "If only you could see what I could offer you, Lady Claw. I could give you your kingdom back in a heartbeat but you would rather waste away with that idiot Date." She muttered.

Jin had been rendered unconscious using magic, for the sake of keeping her quiet and to not cause her more mental anguish. She looked peaceful while sleeping, almost like she wasn't completely broken.

Akihime made a bored noise and sat at Jin's head, "Alright, let's see how far I can go..." She muttered before using her magic to reach into Jin's mind. Everything was broken and a mess, like scattered puzzle pieces. She groaned and went to work, putting what looked important together and tossing out whatever caused her pain to touch. When she found the memory of Jin's attack, the agony nearly sent her spiralling out of Jin's mind. "G-Gods..." She muttered, pulling herself together before destroying the memory. She left Jin's kind when she started to feel sick and sat back in her chair. Before she could stop herself, she covered her mouth and hurried off to find somewhere to vomit.

Jin probably would've thanked Akihime had she been awake, but the spell keeping her asleep was still active; she did look much more at ease now though.

((It was Aki's fault~~))

The memory played again and again in Akihime's head, all from Jin's perspective. Flashes of fear and pain hit Akihime, occompanied by muffled screams and men laughing. She herself felt violated, dirty.

She held her head and shut her eyes tight, but it only seemed to make it it more vivid. "Stop it...stop it!" She dropped to her knees, tears streaming down her cheeks.

Hands grabbed at Akihime, rough, pulling at her clothes, a grip like steel holding her wrists, then nothing. "Akihime-sama?" Amaya was kneeling on the ground before her, eyes wide with worry. "You were screaming, what happened?"

She was shaking, everything felt so real. Her eyes were filled to the brim with tears, to the point where she couldn't see. "Her memory...i-it attached to me, I..." She covered her mouth and wheezed, "I-It was awful, they were touching me, they wanted to..." She was going to vomit again.
