Natasha stroked his hair again. "don't worry so much James. food never goes to waste here." she promised. "between Tony, Steve and Bruce they always polish off whatever is left." she promised. "eat until your pleasant and then the rest will be saved for the others." she promised. "if we have to, we'll just eat whatever's left until it's gone." she admitted before smiling at him. "no. not like Zola. hes my doctor, and Steve's doctor. he's all of our doctor really." she admitted before looking up, grinning when Peter, finally well enough to be up and about, in a wheelchair, made his appearance, sleepy and sluggish and being pushed by Bruce, but up. "and Spiderman's Doctor. how you feeling Pete?" "like i got blasted through a window and then was drugged to my gills when i tried to run away." Peter admitted with a dopey little smile. he was indeed, drugged to the gills, but that was because of the pain. his arm was in a sling, his leg was in a cast and his entire torso was wrapped in bandages. broken arm in two places, a broken shin and three cracked ribs from the fall. the internal bleeding had long stopped which was the only reason why he was allowed up. that and it was more comfortable on the broken ribs if he was sitting. same with the broken arm.
"...seriously?" Johnny asked, looking both baffled and very amused. "James Barns... as in, Steve's Bucky?" he asked, looking stunned, pausing in the hallway to straighten another picture and turn a potted plant before continuing and could only grin at the sight of Spiderman. "hey Spidey, how you feeling?" he asked the young boy who blinked a little. "high." Peter admitted. "did you know you look a lot like Steve?" "i did know that." "it's creepy." "it really is."
