What made you say FUCK today?

It rained where I was working and because it wasn't lightning, had to work in it. It was not pleasant.
 
Urgh. I discovered the "Don't make compliments to a child because he'll be vain + evil eye" still exists. My parents were told that, though they didn't really keep it. Just read about it again. Someone mitigated it and said, ok, intellectual compliments or compliments about values/behaviour/good things you do are ok, but not about looks because how you look is not a choice. While I'll take any compliment thrown at me, I love those about looks.
I guess this could be "bad advice" too.
 
When I looked at the time a second ago and realized I'd procrastinated the entire day away and never went to the laundromat like I promised myself I would yesterday. Maybe it'll work out better tomorrow. I hope it rains....no ones is ever in there when it rains, and when people are there its a whole three hours of fuck this and fuck that and fuck that motherfucker over there and FUCK THE DRYER WASNT HEATING UP THE WHOLE 30 MINUTES I SAT THERE WATCHING IT SPIN =D
 
I have no problem apologizing when I think I was wrong, even to a toddler or whatever. Today a kid scratched my young relative. The mother apologized THROUGH THE TEACHER and refused to divulge her name. Seriously? I told the parents to not accept the apology, it is worthless that way. My little cousins have hurt other kids under my supervision, own up and (wo)man up and go reach out or at least don't expect your anon apology will mean anything.
 
Why are adults so catty and openly jealous? Be it commenting on how rich looking people are on a century old family pic, or bashing you in particular because once you posted something that makes them think they have a reason to be jealousโ€ฆ
 
People telling me such or such word isn't allowed, when it's an official word in French. Or such or such law is clashing with American laws. So?

I luv genealogy but when I receive a message about it, I get anxious to find out if the person is even normal. I've found long lost relatives, but also had that guy who was into my grandmother's pic and asked if I looked the same, the lady who was jealous that such branch of my family looked "rich" on a century old pic. Last night was a young guy who told me it was basically doubtful such branch came from such village because he is a specialist of the area. I showed him some small website someone made about various families including. mine there. Isn't it quite annoying to just tell someone they are wrong? I happen to have been raised with genealogy and family stories...

One of my old relatives passed. His son decided there would be nothing religious about his burial etc, preventing the other relatives to do anything (at least anything he had control over). There were extremely strong "feelings" and shock. I understand that the son is the closest relative and gets to decide. But would it really have been such a problem to let them do a little Something? To not have a guy come and speak against religion (one relative literally begging him to stop)? Now the sister of that relative is going to organize a counter ceremony (religious)...
