Ianite was just looking at some of the servants that were within the room still before she was focusing more on eating more of her food.
 
Ianite was just passing as well, although a few of the servants seemed to think that she was doing it because Adrian was.
 
Ianite was just passing up on dessert at that point in time before she was moving to take her foot off of the chair it was resting on.
 
Ianite was just giving a light smile.

As this was happening a messenger was arriving to Darian's home and heading inside with the letter for Cat. "A letter for you Duchess."
 
Cat looked at him and took the letter, seeing that it was from Ianite she smiled and read it before quickly writing her own replay and sending it back with the messenger
 
The messenger was merely waiting to be dismissed or to be given a letter to return. Seemed like he was returning with a response, which had him bowing and he was heading off.
 
"Oh that sounds like it'll be a fun time. What time are you leaving? I'll get a carriage prepared for you." Darian was commenting after a moment in time.
 
Darian was looking before he spoke, "Remember you are a duchess now. And you need to act like one outside in public. And taking a carriage to a tea party you have been invited to is normal. Especially when it is across town."
 
"I know you dont need to remind me but I am perfectly capable of having the carriage readied on my own" Cat looked at him and huffed before she stood up and walked out of the office
 
Darian was just looking before he spoke, "Then there is going to be talk that I, as your husband, am not taking care of you if I leave it to you to handle."
 
"you have other things to handle and do not need to be tending to me all the time" Cat was turning and looking at him "I am not someone who can't take care of themselves and you are asking me to become that kind of a person and I won't do it"
 
Darian was just looking over before he spoke, "Fine do as you wish. I shall deal with being labelled as the worst husband then to appease you." With that he was telling her that she was dismissed from his office that he had stuff that he needed to take care of.
 
Cat shook her head and left not bothering to even argue. Cat went and found the butler and asked for the carriage to be ready for her for the nest day and gave a time
 
The butler was giving a nod of his head although there were some servants that overheard this - and soon there were definitely rumors going around that the young duke was already mistreating his wife - making her do this stuff herself.
 
Cat sighed and then shook her head as she had wanted to do it herself not that he was making her. when she heard one of the staff make the comment she snapped and bit their head off
