Adrian chuckled "the debts that they put in your name were cleared out by me and I made it clear that you would not be taking any more loans out so if someone in your family tries they are going to find that no one will loan them money
 
Ianite was just looking a bit confused before she questioned, "Wait... I had debts under my name?" That wasn't something that she had known actually.
 
"yes you did I had then cleared so your in the clear no one can claim that you took any more loans out" Adrian wasn't going to lie to her about something like this
 
Ianite was just nodding her head after a moment in time before she was speaking in a soft voice, "I never knew..."
 
Ianite was just looking down at her hands though, her shoulders just seeming to drop some. Man now she felt like she had just been a bigger burden on him than she had realized.
 
Ianite was just giving a small nod of her head before she was speaking in a soft voice, "I was shocked when you didn't kick me out after realizing that the woman you were sent as a wife was sickly and always would be. I got a letter from my parents a few weeks after coming here and they said that you probably just pitied me and allowed me to stay because.... if you kicked me out I wouldn't have anywhere to go."
 
Ianite was just nodding her head before she was handing something to the butler to have delivered. A letter to Cat inviting her over for tea the following afternoon.
 
After that Ianite was looking as Kelly came into the room with a cart with some different snacks and tea on there.
 
Ianite was just looking at the snacks for a brief moment in time. Kelly was just looking before she spoke, "The chef sent these snacks to tide you over for now as he is working on an actual meal since dinner is in an hour."
 
Ianite was just giving a small smile before she was nibbling on one of the treats that was in front of her.
 
Adrian smiled and then went and grabbed himself something to snack on while they waited for dinner. while he knew she had just woken up he hoped she got some decent rest that night as well
 
Ianite was just nibbling on the snacks for a brief moment in time before she was looking towards Adrian and questioned, "I was wondering... When we were looking at accessories last week.... I saw a bookstore. Might I visit the bookstore some day? I mean if that is okay... " She definitely seemed a little nervous and she already knew that she wouldn't be going alone, that was abnormal for a noble woman.
 
"of course you can go you will just have to have some guards with you to keep you safe along with a maid" Adrian wouldn't stop her form exploring and going to stored but he did want to make sure she was safe
 
Ianite was just looking for a moment in time before she was nodding a bit happily before she spoke, "O...of course!" Although she had no idea about the guards, not sure who to choose that was. No that was something that Adrian had been trying to figure out, who to have as her guards when she did leave. Obviously she would have Kelly and Calla with her when she left, and at least one of them was a fighter, even if people didn't realize it.
 
Adrian nodded his head "Ill get the guards picked for you so you can go the day after tomorrow as you have tea with Cat" Adrian had figured she would want to have tea with her sooner rather then later
 
Ianite was nodding her head although for the next hour they sat and talked, well she talked about random stuff while he did paperwork. It wasn't long before they were being told that dinner was ready.
