A good idea considering. It would also explain why the Captain confronted Erin. I have an idea for the headquarters and how it'll be unassuming. Hint: Ginger lives there as the head sister, Su-Ji has residency there she doesn't use as a member already.
 
@captain_bond I figured they were NPCs. Reintroduced the NPC football captain again, in case you want or need him to do anything later. He's on James's side as far as "jocks sticking together" and would actually ride Windy's case (teasingly) until she admits her feelings for Loni. He actually wants them dating. Jocks date Cheer trope. So he'd even approve the throuple as well.
 
James would know Erin, then, because she's at the precinct near the school (and therefore hangout Golden Spoon) especially if he's the file clerk.
 
I don't mind if you post again: I only mind if the RP includes one of my characters. Then I'd like to have a couple days length to reply! I'm currently reading through the post and seeing about writing a response.

@captain_bond slight correction, it was only yesterday when Windy streaked accidentally, and the safety threw the spaghetti, but otherwise nice trying to get the high school heroes together before Erin has to do her thing (which isn't until Ginger and Su-Ji get to school and after she calls Edith with the bad news Rebecca already alluded to that Amaya could have caught the end of?)

This is going to be a place that is pretty removed from the respectable highschool Winry is staying at, or the serious college frequented by Ginger and Marko. Police presence should also be lighter and response would take longer, since the people here are more disenfranchised and disillusioned with law-enforcements: they do not much care for them, as much as the average high low and middle-class would.
 
@Inkybus That actually makes sense, and might even be a problem with by the book Erin to even investigate on her days off, as far as Marko, could he already be in the fratority (frat and sorority combined) house Delta Lambda Pi, that way Erin can already have three heroes already IN what she's making the heroes HQ? That way, he's already aware of Ginger, the head sister, and the thieving and other issues it's having? With his superintellegence, even before the meteor, she would already want to approach him about security (or if you want, has already). I already see, they would only have the house in common if he's already a Delta Lambda.

He was limited by human intelligence before the meteor: only after the burst did his brain gain all the wrinkles and the power necessary to truly be above and beyond peak human. But Marko can be a denizen of the fratority: did the thieving happen before or after the meteor burst? Because the day after the meteor burst, Marko would have sequestered himself to his rented workshop and made his armor.
 
I'll post for Su-Ji in the morning. It's closing in on midnight on this side of the Atlantic and my girlfriend wants me to come to bed ... best do what the old ball and chain says ... ;)
 
Before, they were investigating the things disappearing around the house and grounds. Ginger confronted the thief Monday (when she found out she had the magnetic powers). This would coincide with what has been established for Marko.
 
In that case, it depends on what exactly Ginger wants for security. If, for example, she wanted security cameras that a security team could check to see who went where and took what from that place, Marko could help decide which cameras were the stealthiest and best suited, and get cables to blend the devices in with the environment. If the security measure was anything that has to do with technology, Marko might be able to or might be willing to lend his aid.

When it comes to the safety of his own things, Marko has his own system to keep on top of things. And he does not share a room with anyone, since he has been on the college for a long, long while and has enough pull and resources to get away with it.
