The older male looked to the women and he chuckled softly, nodding in agreement. "I know." He grinned and rolled his eyes. "I suppose it just kills them to see you with another man, huh?" He inquired playfully, looking up when the food was brought over. The male bowed his head and thanked the waiter, already cutting into his steak. He was quite aware of manners and etiquette, having to serve such a proper family for so long. He lifted a bite to his mouth and licked his lips. "Mmm. Absolutely mouthwatering." He sipped his water lightly, his hand resting on his stomach.

Nicolaii laughed softly and cut into his steak and took a small bite. "Mmm...it is good..." he murmured, nodding his head a little bit and continued to eat at a slower pace than Dimitri was. He liked this, liked eating with Dimitri out in the town. Almost as if they were really on a real date and not just a plan to keep away those crazy women.

Dimitri ate his steak happily, gulping the food down and licking his lips slowly. It didn't take him long to finish off the steak, patting his stomach and leaning back after wiping his mouth. "Mmmn..." He yawned and stretched his arms above his head, resting his hands behind his head shortly afterward. "Whew... we can't be out long. Your father will throw a fit if he finds out you're out in the town for too long."

"Then let's go back before he gets angry," Nicolaii murmured, finishing up his take and drinking the rest of his water before setting it down and getting up, stretching his arms over his head a little bit with a cute sound. He stepped away from the table and waited for Dimitri to get up. He knew Dimitri didn't like him far away whenever they went out. He was good at staying put. But only for Dimitri.

Dimitri slid off of his chair and then rose up onto his feet, popping his neck and adjusting his sword on his hip. "All right. Let's get going." he chuckled and moved out of the tavern, striding back up onto the street and holding him close to his side so he didn't stray too far from safety.

Nicolaii stuck close, smiling a little bit. Thoughts of what lovers did crossed his mind and he was blushing as they walked home. He could see a few couples kissing little kisses on the street. And he suddenly wanted to kiss Dimitri. So much. But he held back his wants and shook them from his head. He couldn't have those thoughts. He was supposed to find a Queen when he was crowned..but he couldn't help but be attracted to the man.

Dimitri made sure to hold the boy to his side as they moved back to the castle, keeping him protected and safe the whole way. When they headed back into the palace, the guard chuckled and stretched his arms above his head, looking down to the young prince. "I hope you enjoyed that little trip. I could be in big trouble if someone finds out about it." He teased.

Nicolaii laughed softly and nodded a little bit at his guard. "Okay...I won't tell anyone..." He then watched Dimitri for a long moment and blushed again, looking down at the ground. He sucked in a deep breath, taking in some air so he would take in some bravery too. He was a prince. He needed to be brave..."Dimitri...can you do something for me?"

The guard chuckled softly and ran his hand through his dark hair, standing still since the prince had not spoken of where to go now. He was here to escort the boy wherever he wished to go. His lips curled into a soft smile and he tilted his head when the other questioned him. "Hmm? I suppose so, depending on what it is. What do you wish of me, your highness?"

"You don't have to do this...I won't force you...If you don't...then it's okay...but...I..." Nicolaii swallowed and stepped closer to his guard. His father would not approve of his future king of this country having feelings for a man when he should be looking for a woman to either marry or find someone in the harem to give him a baby. "But..um...I want...to kiss you."

The older male blinked and looked down to the younger male as he moved closer to him. His eyebrows lifted curiously as the other requested one of the most forbidden things that a knight and a prince could ever do together. he was silent for thel ongest time before he tilted his head. "Kiss me?" He inquired curiously. "And why would you want to kiss me?" He chuckled, kneeling down lightly to be at the boy's face level.

Nicolaii blushed as Dimitri got about eye level to himself. He swallowed and licked his lips. "I-I don't know...forget it..." he whispered, shaking his head at Dimitri. "That was a very stupid question. Just forget I said anything. That is just stupid...I can't be having thoughts like that..."

The guard shook his head slowly and gazed at the young prince as he began to ramble apologies. His fingers grasped the boy's chin firmly and his dark eyes peered hypnotically into the younger male's own. With a quick tug, he brought the prince up against his frame and his lips pressed deeply to the prince's own. Was this his first kiss? Dimitri didn't know, but if it was, he hoped he was making it delightful.

Nicolaii blushed a bit as Dimitri grabbed his chin and he squeaked as the man brought him closer. His eyes were wide that Dimitri was actually kissing him. "Oh..." he murmured against his lips and his eyes fell to a close and he tilted his head to the side slowly. He wasn't sure what to do now...he had kissed females before, but he was always in the dominating position...right now...he felt like a woman. And it didn't bother him that much.

The older male's fingers stayed on the boy's chin as he kissed him slowly. The stubble of his goatee rubbed up against the boy's smooth one, tickling the skin there. "mmmn..." He chuckled, parting their lips and then smirking down to him. "How was that?" He inquired softly, his head tilting as he stared into the other's eyes.

Nicolaii couldn't find the right words to describe how that was, how it felt. He just looked up at Dimitri, silent for a while. "Oh..It was...thank you..." Because he didn't know what to say. "I really liked it...thank you..." he whispered and smiled a little bit, pressing his finger to his lips. "I won't tell a soul."

Dimitri chuckled softly and rose back up onto his feet, his hands resting on his hips. "Good." He grinned. "Now what would you like to do, my prince?" He questioned, his head tilting and a strand of brown hair falling over his dark eyes. He stared down at the boy, lips curled into a knowing smile.

Nicolaii looked up at Dimitri for a moment, just staring at him. He shrugged his shoulders a little bit. "I..don't know..." he murmured, shaking his head a little bit. He would go sparing with the man, but he didn't think it would turn out too well. And Dimitri would be too worried about hurting him. "I've gotten better with my archery.."

"Archery, huh?" He grinned. "Would you like to show me?" Dimitri was much more skilled with his sword than a bow, but he did have some skill in archery. The prince would easily be able to be better than him, though. Dimitri ruffled his hair playfully, holding him to his side and smirking down to him.

He blushed as he was pulled to his side and smiled a little bit up at him. "Yeah, sure. Let's go out to the court yard," he said and started to walk toward the doors that lead outside again. "Then maybe you can show me your sword skills?" Since Dimitri didn't really have to use his sword that often, Nicolaii didn't really know how well he was with the sword.

"I wouldn't mind showing you my skills." He grinned, shaking his head. He moved out to the courtyard with the other and out to the archery center. He popped his back and turned to the boy. "Well, let's see what you can do, Nicolaii." He nodded to the bows and crossed his thick arms over his chest.

Nicolaii grinned and went into the little wooden room that held some of the practice weapons. He grabbed his favorite practice bow and a couple arrows. He then went back to the yard and stood at the second to farthest mark and strung his bow. He raised his elbow so that it was horizontal and pulled back at the string. Aiming by closing one eye, he let go, hearing it whistle through the air until it struck the bull's eye.

Dimitri blinked and grinned as he stood there at the side of the archery center, watching with interest while the boy picked out his favourite bow. He remained silent and crossed his arms sternly, observing the boy as he aimed for the target at the other end of the room. When it whizzed through the air and landed in the bullseye, he let out a loud whistle of surprise. "My my, my prince. You are quite the talented one."

"Not as much as my teacher. He can aim from the next mark," Nicolaii said, pointing behind him. "Though, he says it shouldn't be long before I can aim that far and not miss the target. But I am fine right here at the moment." He pulled back another arrow as he talked. When he was finished, he turned his attention back to the target and let it go again. It whizzed and hit next to his first one.

The man was quite proud of the young prince for his skills with a bow. Even at this distance, one would have full advantage of an incoming enemy and take them off guard with a well-placed arrow. "Even so, you still have adequate skill, Nicolaii. I'm proud of you." He smiled, his eyes twinkling with happiness.
