Blood, Sweat and Tears (PoisonousIvee/Mr.Aznable)

She found the exit door and waited for him, walking out of the tomb and making a noise, "I imagine we can come back sometime, continue to study the wall.." She told him, "But, for now, home. Where I happily await a warm cup of wine."

She summoned her horse and climbed on, helping him up before she rode off. His studies went along well; he was reading extensively on summoning and soon was able to summon a simple familiar. "A good dog, to be sure." Nikena remarked, her gauntletted fingers phasing through the aetherial wolf in an affectionate pet, "He will serve you well.."

Tyr smiled and moved to pet the wolf as well, sipping on a bottle of mead. "I'm shocked I got it right this time.."

She gave her infamous toothy grin, "I know so, Tyr." She told him. She insisted that he continue to practice summoning his familiar any chance he got; during studies with her, while he was walking around school grounds, hell, even if he felt alone. Summon. Summon, summon, summon.
Eventually, she came to him while he sat reading in the Arcanaeum, "Tyr, pack your things, we're going oit for more field work."

She nodded, "To the Rift this time. I've already gone ahead to make sure it won't be too meddlesome for you, but it will be an excellent opportunity."

She smiled softly and moved to walk out with him, "We can stay in Riften itself or we can stay in Ivarstead, it makes no difference, the distance is the same."

She hummed, stopping at the end of the bridge and summoning her horse, "A fair point. Inns are not cheap in the larger Holds."

She chuckled and nodded, "Agreed. Perhaps you will know the best meads or ale. I prefer wine, honestly."

It was a long ride, to be sure. They made small camps by the road as they needed, but tried to avoid it as it was dangerous.

And cold, for the better part of it. Sure, she seemed to handle it well, but it would still be bad for Nikena if she were out in this weather for too long.

So, they stayed in inns when they could. Many didn't have more than one room available, so they would share. Tyr would take the floor more often than not.
