Amethyst

The Gem World princess and leader woke up groaning and looked around. "I feel like I got run over by a fleet of fighter jets... At top speed yet." She saw Ravager in a bed nearby. "What in the moons happened to you, Lady Ravager?"

Artemis

When the archer returned to the rec room, she looked like she had been in a knock down drag out... And lost big. Everyone would have heard why... Athena hadn't exactly been quiet about how angry she was at her for wanting to quit after all the wisdom she had shown in Star City. There was also a mention that while Wonder Woman's sparring match was cancelled, she was going to get a sparring match with a medieval hero at Athena's choosing.

She collapsed on the couch. "I just got reamed by a goddess. Can we go home, yet?"

Dr. Quincy (feat. Athena)

Quincy glared at Ravager before sighing and wiping her face with a hand. "No. You didn't beat her. She beat herself, and collapsed." She then instructed a few aides to look after Ravager's needs, and went over to the blonde, and calmly checking pulse and then checking other vitals in a soothing manner, shaking her head at the strange readings.

"How's she doing, Quincy?" The goddess asked.

"Vitals are like nothing I've ever seen before, Athena. Even among the Greek gods... And I've treated Hercules, Zeus, Aphrodite and you. I've got nothing to go on here. I can't even explain why she's still unconscious." Quincy said frustrated. "I wish she'd wake up, and we could all calmly talk to her."

"That's all Artemis Crock wanted to do, also."

"No offense intended, Your Ladyship... But did you have to really tear her a new one? I get that your wrath was stirred up that she wanted to quit after showing wisdom, but really." Quincy was trying to be the goddess' mother.

"Doc. Watch it. You're not qualified to be my mother." Athena warned. "And when she wakes up, let ME do all the talking."

Dr. Quincy put her hands up, with a nod, and both went back to the blonde's bedside.

Ember

Ember had gripped Nightstar's arm, tightly herself at Athena's bellow for Artemis. She loosened up once that threat seemed over, and then looked at Nightstar. "We don't know what Al-een-uh? What she does yet, but I trust the league to a point. And Oracle I trust a lot, so us getting a Batgirl and Ivy, can only improve us... But don't you think Ivy needs help with the skittish streak. She's like, as our old librarian said, a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. I believe he said it was a colloquialism." And that did sound like something Bookworm would say... Who had indeed turned a new page and started the chapter of being a reformed criminal. Ember then thought about the other part of the question. "What about your actions? What WAS wrong with them?" She wasn't just saying that as her girlfriend. Olive didn't really see anything Nightstar could have done different.

Ivy

Ivy gasped, and started profusely apologizing to Nightstar, before talking sweetly and calmly to the plants to calm them down. Things had returned to relative normalcy in just a few minutes. She turned to Batgirl and asked shyly, "Um... So if you still want anything to do with me... I mean I am the one that caught you... Ummm... Will you have dinner with me?"

Did Ivy just ask the new Batgirl on a date?! Yes. Yes, she did.

Kara pt 1

Kara looked confused at the winged woman, but naively dared to ask her dumb question anyway. "If Kryptonians are so confusing, why are you guys, and that Martian fellow, trying to make me one?" She didn't realize it was her upbringing that was preventing her from seeing the truth, but who could fault the Kent's for trying to keep Kara away from the hero's life?

Mary Batson

Since Alina was interested in the runes, Mary followed the rest to the rec room. She wasn't even phased when Athena called, or rather literally thundered, for Artemis. She was one of the granters of her own powers. Since she had 'withdrawn her hand' so to speak, Mary was currently without her powers, showing that to become the Big Red Cheesecake that was Captain Marvel... All the benefactors had to be in agreement. Smiling at Alina, she showed her the pictures Speedy sent her. "These were on the ground around the strange blonde woman we met in Star City... That Ravager foolishly attacked."

PowerGirl

Karen acted hurt at Hawkgirl's words. "You wound me." She feigned a stab to the heart, before saying. "Let's see how fast she can run." She would then lead Kara to the exercise room where the girl was hooked up and placed on Superman's treadmill. "Just go as fast as you can. Don't worry about burning out the motor. Go as hard and fast as you can."

Kara pt 2 (feat. The Flash)

With a sigh, a shake of the head, and remark of, "You guys are weird. I'm not going to burn out no motor." She put her hands on the bar and started running. "And furthermore, this nonsense of me being some super... And Superman's twin is bologna. I'm going to top out around 10 or 15, you'll see... Then I can go back to being a normal farm girl." She didn't realize it, but just her running speed was blowing Superman out of the water. She was going so fast, she'd lap the Flash! Barry picked that moment to come in and looked at the speed on Superman's treadmill, then the little whelp of a teen girl ON the treadmill, and back at the speed. "If you think I'm going to race her just to confirm that speed... You're BOTH nuts. I tied Superman... She'd cream me! YOU race her Karen, she's going about your speed!" He then went to his own treadmill, got on and started running.

Velocity (feat. Dr. Quincy)

Windy wasn't happy about getting checked over again, just because the doctor didn't get the joke (or maybe she had, it was just that lame). She pouted as she was scanned. "Can I get up, now, and join the team?"

Dr. Quincy looked over from where she stood by the blonde woman's bed. "Only if you can stand without falling over. Help her, Rain... Please."

Windy would be able to with only just a little help.

Ravager & Torunn:
Ravager looked over at Amethyst and shrugged, "I took on the baddie being treated over there, and apparently I lost. No thanks to the blue wall I hit my head on, guess I got a concussion or something, my head still hurts a bit." Ravager replied with a small shrug. She was still a bit sore about losing so easily to the strange blonde girl. She was beginning to wonder what their latest enemies obsessions with Norse Mythology was all about. First that Lady Loki person and now the girl who claimed to be the Daughter of Thor. They had to be in league with each other right? She still didn't see the girl whom was still unconscious nearby as a friendly or possible ally.

Torunn was as unmoving as ever, the travel across dimensions had taken it's toll on the girl and her body.

Nightstar & Batgirl:
Nightstar sighed as she listened to Ember/Olive and relaxed a bit, she wasn't really sure what she could have done differently either, nor did she know what she had expected out of the answer. Maybe she just wanted confirmation that she hadn't been completely wrong in just letting everyone make their own mistakes last time without stepping in like she probably should have. "Honestly I'll be glad with the help, and if Alina needs help learning her powers, well we'll all be there for her. As for Ivy and Batgirl... as much as I dislike that man you are referring to, I think you're right and I'm sure Ivy will be fine with time. But if this new Batgirl really did break into the Bat Cave... I mean she should be able to handle herself pretty well." she commented with a shrug before looking at the other girl. "All of that aside, how are you holding up?" she asked as she sat back and tried to relax.

Batgirl was a little disappointed when no one commented or seemed to notice her catch of the pool stick, but she chalked it up to a lot going on. It didn't take long to notice Alina seemed more interested in the conversation with Mary so she left that alone as she turned to Ivy, and arched an eyebrow. "I mean we just met, but okay I suppose. Though doesn't the team have it's own dinning area?" she replied. Of course asking Ivy that question might be a little silly since they were both new to the team.

Upon hearing Artemis' question Nightstar looked up, "Once I know our Teammates are okay and we are released to return to Mt. Justice then yes we can leave. But until then, we'll wait her for instruction from Oracle at least. Or Black Canary." she replied to the second in command.

Hawkgirl
"We aren't trying to make you one, you were born one."
Hawkgirl replied, trying her best to hide any annoyance at the girl's seeming obliviousness to the whole situation. Then she turned to Power Girl and shrugged, it was as good a test as any she supposed. When she heard Kara's comment about speed then saw the actual speed she was actually surprised. Of course Flash's comments went ignored by the winged woman, as usual. "You better check that speed again sweetheart." Hawkgirl commented as she made sure Kara could see just how fast she was actually running.

Claire Black/Lady Loki:
Claire continued to watch the news for a few minutes longer before she finally made up her mind and went back to her lair. A good practice in her mind was to never transform into her Loki form, or teleport to her final destination from her apartment directly. Instead she used her lair, for secrecy purposes. She really didn't need anyone, friend or foe to find out who she really was or where she actually lived. Once at her lair she became Lady Loki once more then opened a portal to National City, appearing in an Alley near the city outskirts to allow her to arrive unnoticed and blend in. She knew their would be scientists going to the site where the hammer fell and so she would disguise herself as one to gain access so she could find out what exactly was going on and if it actually was what she thought it was. So she changed her appearance to that of a Star Labs Scientist and made her way towards the site.

It was already closed off by a fence and there were a number of tents set up around the crater*. As she got closer she noticed the security check point, which was a bit away from the small makeshift camp. She made sure her magically created ID was correct, though if she needed to us magic to trick the guards to get in she would. It seemed luck was on her side as the DEO Guards took one look at her and assumed she was actual with the Star Labs group and let her pass without even checking the ID Badge. ARGUS had already been completely kicked off site by the DEO. Lady Loki followed the group of Scientists, her plan to get a good look at the Hammer, though it seemed no one was being allowed direct access and she would have to look at it through computer monitors, for now. There seemed to be some fears of radiation or some other kind energy that was coming off the Hammer.

Freya
Sighed as she was escorted to her room and forced to stay in there until they were allowed to leave the station. Diana on the other hand had stormed off to her own room and would spend the evening within there working out.

Atlanta
Sighed as she moved about the pool table smacking the balls this way and that just kind of messing around for the moment. Not to long later Artemis was making her way back into the room but it was apparent they weren't going to be playing any. Shaking her head she set her pole aside and made her way over to the couch to settle down next to her before propping her legs up and waiting. "Well, at least today is over. Right" She gave a small shrug and weak smile

Cera
Glanced up as Artemis came over to join her on the couch however it did not seem that she wanted to be playing any games at the moment so she let her be. She glanced up to see Atlanta moving over to the couch as well and she scooted down so the pair could sit next to each other. Smiling up at them she had found her way to being upside down with her legs dangling over the back of the couch while she played her game

Rain
Shook her head and gave Ravager a smack to her wrist "That blue wall was protecting everyone from the storm particularly the lightning. So yes it was very strong." She chuckled and shook her head as she moved about to the other girls stopping by Amethyst "Hi there I'm Rain a blue lantern nice to meet you. And yes that one over there took a godly fist to the face." She smiled and poked at her a bit in a medical professional way before moving around the room once more all the while avoiding the angry goddess.

Echo
Pushed up from the bed a bit as she continued to look around the room "Whole full house and here all i wanted was bacon."

Watch Tower
Alina

Alina wasn't sure what to do with herself, mostly with her hands, so she ended up fiddling with them in front of herself at chest level as she spoke. Alongside that she felt bad that she had drawn her focus on Mary, had Bat-Girl wanted to keep talking to her? did she miss something? She had no idea, the last thing she wanted to do was exclude anyone. She also happened to notice her catch the pool cue, but as no one else said anything, perhaps that kind of reaction was normal, and she would look odd calling it out?
"Oh, how do you think it got there? I umm I do not think that I know of the event in Star City that you are referring to. Or umm who Ravanger might be, sorry I apologize for my ignorance" Alina's face went red as she admitted all this. She couldn't help but hear Ivy and Batgirl talk.
"Oh! umm, a quick off-topic question, umm, do you know how the living situation works, and eating is there like a place we buy food or sleep, stuff like that? But! also we can keep talking about the Runes, sorry"

Amethyst

The warrior gem princess looked up at the ceiling, as if in thought, before musing aloud. "I'm certain that would do it indeed. After all, I was run over by both our speedsters... At close to fighter jets' speeds. If it hadn't been for my own violet shaded shield... We wouldn't be talking now, and you all would still be picking up my pieces." She then looked over with a half smirk. "Metaphorically speaking, of course."

As Rain told the warrior what had happened to her teammate, Amethyst visibly winced. She kind of huffed at the poking and prodding, but said nothing farther... At least to Rain.

Artemis

Artemis sighed as she looked over to Nightstar, before her view was blocked by Atalanta. She smiled and gave a friendly nod to her. "Day's not over until I'm in my quarters back at Young Justice Aitch Kyoo (HQ) in Mount Justice. At least, not the way this day has gone. I swear... We have to go out one more freaking time today.... I'm gonna scream bloody murder." This caused both Ember and Ivy to give her strange looks, although Olive could... Sort of get why.

Ember

Speaking of whom, she had been about to answer Nightstar before Ivy profusely apologized to Nightstar before calming down the plants in the room. She had her mouth partly open, again looking to answer again when Ivy asked Batgirl on a dinner date. She looked back and forth between Ivy and Nightstar, wondering if she should try to answer Nightstar, but hesitating because of the question that Batgirl had left hanging in the air. When Ivy fielded the question, Olive took a deep breath and answered Nightstar. "Nervous. I mean Lady Athena just scared me half to death with the way she thundered... Literally... For Artemis." And that was when Artemis came in with her remark about being reamed. Well, yeah... Anyone with ears would have heard that. Read the Riot Act would be an understatement.

Ivy

Ivy blushed and smiled. "I'm sure you do... Or rather we do. But I'm talking dinner up here tonight. The Watchtower dining area is huge. Like school cafeteria huge. If you want, we could take a four person table for just us, because there's no two person ones, and we can get to know each other more one on one." She was starting to turn the shade of a summer rose. "Kinda like uh, an actual first date."

Kara & PowerGirl

Kara looked at the speed which showed 20.25M MPH. "Yeah? Five miles over what I said. But what's the first M for? The one after the 20.25."

Karen had been drawn to see when Hawkgirl had told Kara to look again. She blinked unbelieving and looked again with a shake of her head, saying "Great Rao." Everyone was seeing Kara as a blur, much like Flash when he was in motion. Only thing, his top speed was around half that, or just over, being eleven million miles an hour. "Million, kid. Looks like your top running speed is 250,000 miles per hour faster than me. And I can beat your brother in a foot race quite handily. You are definitely Kryptonian. Now, slow down to a stop." She logged the top speed. "Strength test is next. Follow me to the simulation room. That's where the pressure weights are." She looked at Hawkgirl. "From what you saw with that running speed... What would you suggest we start those at?" She handed the notepad to Hawkgirl for her to write down in the starting weight column so Kara wouldn't notice what weight they were starting her.

It finally got through to Kara as she came to a stop. "Wait a minute. Are you saying I was running at over twenty MILLION miles an hour?!"

It appeared the blonde had a brain in there after all. Karen smirked and walked slightly ahead after getting the clipboard back from Hawkgirl... Leaving her to confirm the speed to the young lady learning who and what she truly was.

Mary Batson

Mary looked at Alina. "Before I answer that... What do you know about Norse Mythology? I don't want to leave you even more confused. The fact that those were really there boggles my mind. Until today and our first battle, I only knew the Greek and Roman Mythos were real."* She then blinked and looked askance over to Nightstar as if asking silently for permission to answer the question. If her lack of wisdom punishment had taught her one thing... It was never to assume. Thinking like that was what got Mary in trouble in the first place.

Velocity

Windy, in her loud pink jumpsuit with the lemon and lime racing stripes running down the legs on the seams, walked into the Young Justice gathering room. She was just about to say hi when a bong from the PA system kicking on echoed through the speakers. A certain woman's voice then announced, "Alright, heroes. All report to the mess hall. Time is 1830 and dinner is being served. Tonight's entree is Deluxe hamburgers with choice of cheese, American, Swiss and Cheddar; and can include bacon. There are choices of sides. Those available are steak fries, baked potato with butter and sour cream with chives, baked macaroni and cheese, baked beans, green beans or one of two types of salads. Tossed or cucumber. If you want a potato salad... Flash... The suggestion is to get the baked potato... And make it into a salad yourself. That is all."

*-Mary is mostly referring to Selena and Minerva, two Roman goddesses that make up her gifts as Captain Marvel/Lady Shazam, and Wonder Woman has invoked in epitaphs (Great Selena, Merciful Minerva)

Ravager:
Ravager rolled her eyes as she heard Rain but didn't respond. To be honest it was probably best if she remained quiet and didn't draw much attention to herself, least she end up with a lecture like the one Artemis had just gotten. Of course being in the Med-bay she didn't know about all that, but she did know some of the higher ups were pretty ticked off for one reason or another so she just sighed and laid back down.

Nightstar & Batgirl:
Nightstar watched as Olive tried to answer a few times and was cut off, it was kind of cute to watch her girlfriend's reactions at times like these, but she didn't comment about it. "I can understand that, I've heard the Gods can be pretty fierce though I'd never actually seen Athena before today." she replied before glancing towards Artemis. "Unfortunately we are here at least until after dinner, so I'd suggest getting comfortable. But I doubt we'll be called to go out again and if we are I'll simply refuse the order." she commented, so the whole team could hear her.

Now it was Batgirl's turn to be flustered as she heard Ivy's reply. "Oh... um well I mean I guess it could be since we just met." she didn't want to hurt the other girl's feelings by admitting she was a bit uncomfortable with calling it a date, having just met. She would prefer to get to know the other girl first before calling anything a date. She did hear Alina's question, but didn't know the answer and assumed Mary would answer it, but she seemed to miss the question.

Hawkgirl:
Hawkgirl was never good at hiding her amusement or keeping her sarcasm in check, so she let Power Girl handle the explanations for now. As she was handed the notepad she thought for a moment, if the girl was so fast then it would stand to reason that she was probably as strong as Power Girl so she wrote down the max that Power Girl could lift and passed the pad back to her colleague. Once they were at the simulation room Hawkgirl leaned against the wall to watch the show.

Claire Black:
Viewing the Hammer through the monitors was not quite enough for witch and she soon grew desperate to see it up close. Though she did take note of the Nordic Runes carved into the side of the Hammer. But she didn't believe what she was reading. It didn't seem like Star Labs had anyone who could read the ancient runes so she was left as the only one who could read the text. Which read as follows: 'Whom ever shall hold this hammer, should they be worth, shall posses the power of Thor'. It was unbelievable to Claire, could this really be Mjolnir? She had to be sure, so when no one was looking she used her magic to make herself invisible to everyone around her and entered the containment zone around the Hammer. She stood over it for a moment before reaching down and trying to lift it. To her surprise it didn't move at all, not even a centimeter. Biting her lip she was forced to concede that it could very well be the real deal. She would have to monitor it and see what happened with the Hammer that should not be here. With her answers found she left, leaving everyone to wonder where one of the scientists had gone, putting the temporary base on alert.

Freya
She groaned as she laid back on her bed and the announcement came over the PA system announcing that dinner was being served and what exactly was being offered. There weren't to many things she enjoyed in this modern world, or at least too many she had gotten around to understanding. But one of those was the many ways people had learned to work with meat and in her opinion burgers were right up there especially when something like bacon was added to it.

Echo
Pushed herself up a bit more on the bed to listen to whatever Rain was talking about only to be served up the short story of what the others had been up to ever since she had passed out. "Oh my sounds like a day." She shook her head before making her way out of the bed she was sure she was good to go, well pretty sure. Either way she wanted dinner and burgers sounded good so soon enough she was making her way down the halls looking for the mess hall.

Atlanta
Gave Artemis a small smile and a nod in agreement "It certainly has been a really really long day. But dinner doesn't sound too bad right about now." She stood stretching her arms out over her head and giving a nod to nightstar she started off with any of the others that were heading to the mess hall to get dinner. As she would walk she would take time to look around considering the last time she was up here she had been in a mood and was too afraid to really even leave the infirmary.

Cera
Was intent on playing the game she had picked up when she made her way into the room earlier, so she didn't really here the announcement for dinner. Although eventually she would grow hungry and go looking.

Rain
Smiled down at the princess who was pretty close to being an alien like her given she came from a different reality. Shrugging she finished up poking the girl a few more time and finally she took a step back. "Well, Amethyst I do believe you are good to go whenever you want. Ravager however I'm pretty sure they want to watch you for a bit so stay put." She gave them both another smile before she would join a few others and head off for dinner.

Watch Tower
Alina

Alina paused at the question, her mind swapping between wanting to be as honest as she could, and not wanting to look stupid. But before she managed to get an answer out a voice came across a speaker system, something she was all too used to.
So, we don't need to pay for those? I mean if we do it's fine I just want to know. And umm, before I forget or it gets dropped, I don't know anything about Greek or Roman or Norse, most mythologies really.” she replies in quick succession as they started to turn and move to the proper eating area, Alina sampling planning on following Mary.
Oh, I am also kind of confused about the living situation. So don't like to get a key or a password? Or do I need to get my place?

Amethyst (ft. Athena, Dr. Quincy)

The warrior princess was pleased to be allowed to get out of Dodge, aka the Medbay. Especially with an angry Greek goddess over by the strong looking blonde, lying unconscious in the bed. Hearing Ravager didn't have permission to leave for dinner, she volunteered to bring something back, if it was alright with the others.

Athena was apparently still in a bit of a mood, and seemed to just ignore the princess and focus on the strange blonde. The goddess was just about 95% sure the woman was a fellow goddess, but didn't have a clue as to where. (It's completely set up now for whomever wishes to take over this role for when Torrun does wake up. I'm still dealing with too much in RLcurrently)

Dr. Quincy, meanwhile, nodded to Amethyst. That would save them the hassle of having to send for only one meal. Ravager was the only conscious one left in Medbay.

Amethyst smiled and said, "Lady Ravager, what shall I bring you for dinner, besides the burger? And do you want everything on it?"

Artemis

The archer wasted no time walking out the door with Atalanta, since hunger pangs were vocally disapproving of no food since breakfast. "This will be a good time to sit with someone besides the team. Meaning a chance to fraternize with the Justice League themselves. For you, I mean. I'm afraid, since we haven't had a team debriefing, the leadership doesn't have much choice. The two of us need to get our own ducks in a row in order to properly debrief you all when we get home." She then cast a worried look towards Nightstar, that said that wasn't all she wanted to discuss. She had been worrying ever since she was put in the position of either throwing Nightstar under the bus, and defending her. She knew she wasn't going to blame her for letting the new Young Justice learn a hard lesson about not listening, and was half expecting a lecture like Athena gave her on backtracking.

Ember

Overhearing all of this, Olive kind of saw the writing on the wall, but shouldn't have been so quick to expect the worse. Artemis usually would let her stick around Nightstar, and this time would be no exception. Artemis really liked Atalanta, but they had just met today, so knew it would be unwise to allow her to sit in on a leaders' meeting and debriefing.

Ivy

Ivy offered Batgirl her arm, but held it in such away that a friendly handhold would be accessable. "Despite my somewhat plant based costume, nothing on me is poisonous." This was true to a point. She controlled the poison ivy on her arms and legs far more efficiently than Poison Ivy. In fact, that was another telling difference between the Ivys. One could be touched, or even kissed, without being poisoned. Also, Batgirl had been bound in ivy already, and had suffered no ill effects. "You can ask me just about anything about me. But gotta tell you up front... I'm not going to know much of anything outside of the Birds of Prey when it comes to the teams." She seemed somewhat embarrassed having admitted that by her pink carnation blush.

Mary Batson

The highschool student just followed everyone out, falling in step with Alina. "Well, I didn't answer the other question because I wasn't sure I was allowed. With no correction, I'm going to assume I can. No. We don't pay for our meals up here. No need. We're fellow heroes. As for living arrangements, sometime before we leave, I'm sure Oracle will want to talk to you, because you're issued a number, which is your entrance into Mount Justice. It's also your room assignment. You will have your own room... If you want it." She glanced toward Ember, who was in her girlfriend's room. She seemed satisfied with the answer about the knowledge of the mythologies, and started with a brief overview of the Greco-Roman, so sudden appearances of the Greek gods of Olympus wouldn't freak her out.

Kara & PowerGirl

Karen smirked and nodded Hawkgirl's way upon receiving the clipboard back. She had merely wanted confirmation she wasn't imagining things with Kara.

Once set up, with Kara positioned under the large weight, she asked Kara several times if she was ready, before putting it to power and cranking it up.

She blinked and uttered again the Kryptonian deity as Kara wasn't even struggling. She was all but floored when Kara asked, "So... What's the delay? Haven't you started the test yet? Well, it kinda feels it, but really... Don't be afraid to test me."

Kara was holding up over 200,000 tons! Karen's limit, like it was almost nothing!

Karen glanced over to Hawkgirl. "If I had it to do over. I would have experimented with Kryptonite. Take a picture of this, including the machine's reading, and send to J'onn. This is unprecedented. This little whelp is stronger than me!" After it was taken, Karen put the pressure on, and finally, Kara was struggling under 250,000 tons... Once again, 25% stronger than PowerGirl! Karen released her and told her to go eat.

Ravager & Torunn:

Ravager looked over at Amethyst and rolled her eyes at being called "Lady" Ravager, "Fries I guess, and sure that's fine." she replied with a small shrug. "Also, stop calling me Lady." she added before she laid back once more and closed her eyes. Since she was stuck in the medbay she might as well do the best thing that could be done there, nap.

Meanwhile Torunn's body began to shake a bit almost like she was cold, but in reality it was her body reacting to traveling across universes through the Bifrost. Something that was dangerous even with preparations and proper equipment, neither of which she had. Sure Hank Pym had jumped across universes but that was just versions of his own universe not a completely different one entirely. Plus the Bifrost wasn't meant to be used in such a way, as such there were side effects, like Torunn's body not being ready for it and as such reacting poorly too it. It would take time for her body to adjust which was part of the reason she was still unconscious and probably would wake up for some time, hours at minimum.

Nightstar & Batgirl:

Nightstar sighed as she noticed most of the others getting up for dinner, and noticed the look from Artemis, which meant she couldn't just find somewhere quiet to be alone, well not completely alone. So with that she got up, and took Olive's hand with her uninjured one and followed after the archer. "I hope you weren't planning to sneak off to a different table." she said in a low voice, half teasing, half serious. As they walked she noticed Cera not moving, "Dinner is starting, if you decide to go, just follow the signs on the wall." she called to the other girl before turning her attention back to Olive and Artemis. Though she stayed a few steps behind the archer, giving her time with Atlanta and waiting to discuss anything important over dinner. As they walked she did realize just how hungry she really was.

Batgirl was still a bit uncomfortable about the whole date thing, but didn't want to seem rude so accepted the hand holding as they walked. "Well as far as the teams go, I know pretty much everything there is to know. I've studied the League and Batman, well mostly just Batgirl. But I know about the Birds too! I'm such a huge fan of Batgirl! The original, Oracle now. She was so awesome!" she realized she was rambling and quickly stopped herself. "Sorry, sometimes I babble like that when I'm nervous or excited." she added as she bit her lower lip. "I mean I know about the other Ivy, from the Suicide Squad and Harley Quinn girlfriend, but I don't really know much about you, are you like her younger sister?"

Hawkgirl(NPC)

"Whoa... wonder if boy scout even knows how strong she is."
Hawkgirl replied as she took the pictures and sent them to the Martian Manhunter before turning to Power Girl once she released Kara. "So I guess she makes the cut. Need me for anything else?" she added as she waited before leaving to go about her own business.

Claire Black:

Upon arriving at home she recived a notification that someone was trying to reach Lady Loki so with a sigh she once more opened the gate to her hideout and turned into Lady Loki, before stepping into her communications array. "What do you want Lex." she said with a hint of annoyance in her tone.

"Aw, don't be that way." Lex Luthor replied with his usual smirk that he used when trying to get his way.

"What do you want." Loki replied.

"Straight to business, I love that in a woman." Lex replied, still smiling. When Lady Loki didn't respond he continued. "I'm sure you've already hurt about the artifact that fell..."

"I can't help you." Lady Loki replied, cutting the man off before he could finish. It obvious, he wanted it.

"You didn't even let me get to my offer." Lex commented.

"Because the job is impossible. No one can move that item, not even Superman." Loki answered.

"Are you really so certain? You know what it really is then? It's not just some ordinary meteor, or should I say Hammer." Lex said, half talking to himself.

"When is anything that lands on this planet ordinary. You're ask a Goddess to collect a Hammer that fell from the sky." Lady Loki deadpanned. "And even if there was someone who could pick it up, they wouldn't be likely to help you."

"You underestimate the power of money my dear." Lex replied. "But perhaps you can still help me... If there is someone who can by chance use that hammer be a dear and bring them to me. I'll make it worth your while."

"Even if there is, I wouldn't know where to start." Loki replied, it was a lie that Lex saw through. She knew about the strange anomaly in Star City.

"I would suggest starting in Star City. We'll talk again soon." Lex replied with his usual arrogant smile.

"I'll think about it." Claire replied before cutting the link. Of course she knew she would be making the trip to Star City. What annoyed her the most was that Lex knew as well. Shaking her head and sighing she opened the portal to Star City and stepped through, intent on finding clues about what had happened there and if she could find the answers she wanted... and needed.

Freya
Let out a sigh as she leaned into the wall behind her slowly going crazy all along. Fortunately, since she was awake this time when she was put in the room she wasn't having a panic attack but every now and then she felt like one of the walls had crept closer to her. In fact, she was watching the far wall closely when the door cracked open, she glanced up at the sound then gave a genuine smile as her dinner was set down. She gave the worker her thanks before taking the food and beginning to eat.

Echo
Was already in the cafeteria by the time all of the other team members started to trickle in. As they did she would give each of them a wave clearly showing she was ok. And if that wasn't enough the stack of fires she had next to her burger was enough to let them know she definitely was. Smiling she would return to her food the seats next to her open if anyone chose to join her.

Atalanta
Smiled as she walked through the halls with Artemis "Well considering I haven't had much time to get to know the other gals either I think I'll sit with them for now." she smiled then glancing behind her she noticed Nightstar and nodded her head "Either way you have stuff to take care of so I'll let you be. Go deal with whatever you need to. I'm gonna go rustle up something good I'm hungrier than a fox in a hen house." she chuckled to herself before snagging a plate and settling down at the table Echo had snagged.

Cera
Glanced up when she heard Nightstars words "Ah thank you I will join you in a moment as soon as I am done kicking the butt of these monsters." she smiled back at the girl before turning her attention back to the screen. Soon enough she was finished up and the screen flashed her victory, so with a nod she hopped up and found her way through the halls to the cafeteria and settled down to eat with the other girls.

Rain
Joined everyone else as they trickled into the cafeteria and once she had her food she turned to look at where she could sit. While she usually joined the other members from the infirmary she felt like making new friends so she quickly joined some of the others girls from her new team

Watch Tower
Alina

Alina let out a sigh of relief and placed a hand over her chest.
"Oh good, because I kind of already let my landlord I was moving out, on account of I don't have enough money for another month's rent.. which is why it's also good I don't need to pay for food..." She explained before asking a follow-up question.
"So do you live in the tower or? I mean like will I see you around and stuff?" She asked before listening to mary's explanation of the existence and appearance of gods.
"Whoa, that's crazy. I wonder if I will ever get to see them... Then again I probably don't want to for lots of them, I have no idea how my abilities would work on something as strong as them." Alina shook her head as she realized she was drifting.
"Oh and umm I am really sorry for keep drifting off-topic here, but I am curious. How can I ask this, I don't know the proper words for it but like, what is your hero abilities, I know not all hero's have powers. But like what makes you a hero I guess is what I am asking." Alina rubbed the back of her head feeling awkward about how she asked that, but could not for the life of her think of a better way to ask her.

Amethyst

The warrior princess had no problems with getting Ravager's meal, because she was told to deliver it right away. With a sigh, she quickly made the trek back with the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and fries, keeping the cover on it so it stayed warm. She put the dinner on the bed cart the patients used for their meals, and would let the meal do the wafting. "Good evening, Starshine... Dinner is served." Ugh. She sounded like her mother! She went back to the cafeteria to get herself something to eat now

Artemis (feat. Ember)

Ember shook her head, she wasn't thinking of going anywhere, she thought she was going to be sent somewhere as she glanced Artemis' way.

"I wouldn't have sent you away, dork. You and her have been together too long." She glanced at Nightstar. "When we get seated, we really want to focus on how we discuss what went wrong on the first one... Besides everything. Especially when there wasn't anything you could have done to prevent that fiasco EXCEPT ignore an alert. Which would have landed you in hotter water." Even the archer saw it as a no win situation.

Olive ordered the cucumber salad and macaroni and cheese with her bacon deluxe cheeseburger.

Ivy

Ivy giggled with a slight blush, "I think your fangirling is cute... Maybe a scoch misguided, but I think you saw that yourself, which is why Oracle may be giving you a chance. Allowing you in Young Justice, she's gotta be thinking you got promise. My book you got moxie to spare." She shook her head, turning rose with embarrassment. "Uhhmmm. No I'm not like her younger sister. Uh. This is complicated. I'm from a different universe where Pamela Isley became Ivy at 14 due to a greenhouse accident from a so-called friend, and got the powers, and decided to use them for good. So... Like... I'm not her sister. I'm her. From a different reality. You saw when I get scared, like when Ms. Athena bellowed for Artemis? That's why I got demoted to Young Justice, Batgirl. More seasoning. Getting better control of my emotions, cuz my plant powers are tied into that. I want to be good."

Mary Batson

"The lady with the glow who tore Artemis a new one on a bad judgement call? That was one of those Greek gods. A goddess actually, named Athena. She's apparently on a warpath, because she's also the one that stripped me of my powers for 24 hours because I didn't think something through. So, yeah... You sorta have seen one but not met her." She shook her head. "Best advice... Just try not to piss one off. You won't have to fight one." She raised an eyebrow. "Oh. You mean when I have my powers? Selena for grace; Hippolyta for strength; Artemis the goddess, not the girl who got reamed by one, for skill; Zephyrus for fleetness or speed; Aphrodite for beauty; and Minerva, which is Athena's Roman name, for wisdom. I also have healing powers I didn't realize I had. Invulnerability, but only as Lady Shazam, because I'm feeling plenty vulnerable right now... Which, I think was Athena's point she was trying to make. Stamina and courage round out the powers. Those are the ones I know about. I'm still learning.... And I think that's another point she was trying to make. Ugh."

PowerGirl

Karen scoffed. "Seriously? If Kal knew his sister was this strong, he would have sponsored her himself long time ago instead of just having J'onn keep an eye on her. He had to have known she was messing with Kryptonite. Knowing him, he'd be dense enough to believe her powers were sapped long time ago. I mean it's Kal. Oh she more than passed in my book, considering she can lift 25% more than me, is 25% faster... I've seen enough to see the trend, so she's in. Her training is far from over... But she's definitely in. Karen wasn't going to pull punches on that.

Watch Tower:

Ravager & Torunn:

Ravager arched an eyebrow as the Princess returned and she heard what she had said. "Um... what did you just call me?" she asked before watching the girl retreat from the Med-bay and shrugged to herself. As she pulled over the trey she glance over towards the other room, she guessed it was kind of an isolation room and noticed the blonde that had given her the concussion. It wasn't too hard to see something was up, but as she had been order to stay in bed and had food she couldn't check on the other girl so instead she did the next best, read lazy, thing she could do. "Hey, um the other girl over there looks like something is wrong." she called before shrugging and turning back to her food.

Nightstar & Batgirl:

Nightstar ordered a Caesar Salad getting her some odd looks which she shrugged off and took her salad to the table with Artemis and Ember. She wasn't in the mood for burgers so she went with the healthy option, even though she didn't have to worry about ever losing her figure given her lifestyle. Once she sat down she turned her attention to Artemis "There isn't really much to say about it. We were unprepared. I mean of the whole team only you and I, no offense Ember, have worked together in a real situation that wasn't training or detective work as civilians. We had no time to prep the team nor has the team trained as a unit even once. Hell half the members didn't even show up at Mt. Justice until minutes before the alert. If anyone is to blame for that it's the Justice League for not giving us time to even meet each other before tossing us in the fire." she commented with a sigh. "I mean I get it, it was the same way for us when were were newbies, but everyone on those teams had training and had been fighting along side a mentor like Batman or Green Arrow. This team doesn't have that benefit, at least not from every member." she explained as she started on her salad. She let her words sit, having said them loud enough that a table of nearby Leaguers could hear her. She was waiting for Artemis' reply rather then pressing on the talk about the second alert which landed the second half of their team in the infirmary.

Batgirl blushed a bit at the praise from Ivy, "Um thanks, I'm not sure what else to say." she replied with a small smile. As they other girl explained the differences between herself and the older Ivy, Batgirl felt her head spinning a little as she got her cheese burger with bacon and some fries. "Wow that is confusing..." she commented as she sat down, her head still felt like it was spinning trying to wrap her head around all of what what said. "You don't think someone will mistake you for the other one?" she added, kind of thinking out loud a bit.

Hawkgirl

"All I needed to know, catch ya later PG."
Shiera said before walking away. She had other things to do, like occupying herself until John was back from what ever Green Lantern stuff he had to do. Which meant it was probably going to be a boring night for Hawkgirl and she'd likely end up looking for a way to blow off some steam.

Star City:

Lady Loki:

Upon arriving in the city it wasn't hard to find out where the incident had happened, but it was hard finding out what had happened there. Most people had stayed inside due to the violence of the storm. But the damage was still there, however access was closed so she had to think on her feet. She disguised herself as a Star City Police Detective. Once she managed to get on the site she looked around, taking in all the damage and noting the destroyed transformers and what could have been rune on the ground though they were practically erased by the damage to the street and the numerous foot prints crisscrossing the area from all the police and emergency workers. Claire needed to find a witness and fast.

Gotham City:

Helena Wayne:

The daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selena Kyle was relaxing in her apartment when her phone went off, the ring tone was Poison by Alice Cooper, that meant it was the call she had been waiting for all night. The real reason she had taken the night off, Oracle was lucky the call hadn't come through sooner. The young woman's purple painted lips curled up into a smile as she answered the phone. "Hello... Ivy..."

Watch Tower:

A few minutes later Oracle would get a notification that Huntress' Birds of Prey communicator had just gone offline. Which meant no tracking or ability to call her in if she was needed. Was this a sign of something bad, or just Huntress being well Huntress. But she had never deactivated her communicator, even when she had left the Titans for a brief stint a few years ago, she had just left the communicator behind then. This time it was completely off, what would the former Batgirl think or do?

Freya
Simply settled back on her bed with her head against the wall and started to eat. She stared up at the ceiling her mind going back to older times when she was home and resting between raids. She smiled to herself but at the same time, a few tears started to roll as she thought of all those she would never see again.

Echo
Couldn't help but eavesdrop on the other girl's conversation especially considering there were a few new ones since she had been knocked out. Raising a brow she pointed at the green girl "Wait wait wait. So you're from another reality where Ivy is a good guy because you're her. But you have a tendency to get worked up so you're now on our team. Dang you have quite the backstory and it is sure confusing." she chuckled and shook her head as she continued to work it out in her mind "Dang just dang, but at least you seem to fit in with all of this." she waved her hands around to emphasize her point.

Atalanta
Smiled as she watched Artemis move over to the table with the other girls, damn one day with this team and she might already be smitten. Shaking her head she turned back to the table she was at just in time to hear all of Marys's explanation for her powers. "Well damn if that ain't some convoluted plot there haha but I guess if it works then you should try an fix it. As for me, I'm just a simple speedster born on a farm in Texas." she smiled and shrugged as if that was answer enough to what her powers were then she blushed "Ahh I'm sorry I totally just interrupted y'alls conversation apologies I'm Atalanta by the way nice to meet you."

Cera
Settled down at the table that most of the other girls had sat down at except for the captains who seemed to be having the conversation that is hot. She nodded to herself proud of her understanding of the earth lingo before she finally started eating. As she did she observed the other girls finding it interesting that there were so many strange powers here on earth although she was especially excited that there was another alien. Either way, she was happy to enjoy the company although she did pipe up at one point "And I am Cera a Tamaranean that is an alien." she smiled and went back to her food

Rain
Glanced around the cafeteria looking for the other girls from the new team she was on and struggled for a moment. She had only met them so long ago and she wasn't too great with new faces and definitely not new names. But then after a moment, she managed to spot the girl who she thought was the captain and then not too far away a table with more girls at it she figured that must be the right one. Making her way over to it she stopped at the side then blushing she spoke up "Ahh sorry to interrupt ladies but mind if I join you?"

Watch Tower
Alina

Alina's eyes widened as she heard the large array of powers this girl had. And she had assumed she was powerless, just like a really smart girl or something.
"
Ohh wow, that is a lot of powers, is she able to take anyone's powers or just yours? C-could she remove mine?" Alina asked seeming curious about the power removal.
"
And umm, sorry but did you say you were going to be living in the tower, and umm what is your number? and umm oh crap you didn't happen to catch my number, I umm forgot it..." She admitted.

Just then another girl approached and spoke to them, which made Alina jump a little.
"
Oh umm, hey I don't have a hero name or anything yet. But my name is Alina... um, speedster, like the flash? how do you not get bugs in your teeth all the time? Oh and umm, I don't know how my abilities are classified, I make like barriers or umm forcefields I guess" She tried to explain.

Medbay

Amethyst had left too quickly, having embarrassed herself by sounding so much like her Mom.

Dr. Emilia Quincy glanced over to Ravager, having decided with Athena's current mood, retreat was best. She sighed with relief and checked Ravager's vitals on the machine, but letting her eat. With a reassuring voice, she said. "We're aware of that, and I can't for all my medical knowledge put my finger on why. Thank you, though, Ravager. Athena is positive she's a goddess of some sort. Not a demi, a real full fledged one. Her dress says Norwegian. We've never been visited by an Asgardian before. We, including Athena, all thought that was a myth. Anything you heard Freya or Elsa say there in Star City would greatly help... I mean, the goddess of wisdom is confused and she's pissed about it. She hates being confused. It's a new concept to her. I don't want to be in the same room with her right now." She sank in a nearby chair. "I'd rather you rested too, because of your concussion, but I'm literally at a medical loss except let her rest. I'll take ANY advice that makes sense at this point. None of her symptoms make sense. She's not cold, shock is possible, which is why she's covered, but that should have subsided by now." She shook her head sadly. Ravager was literally about the last person Dr. Quincy could talk to, but her only knowledgeable colleague was actually, literally, scary right now.

Watchtower Cafeteria

Artemis both shook her head and nodded as Ember gave Nightstar a smile and back pat. "You're kinda making my point, Nightstar. We can't exactly blame the JL no matter what it looks like. Above reproach or some stupid nonsense. But we have to debrief them somehow. What we tell our team, we have to believe ourselves. I'm totally in agreement with you on everything. Why do you think I acted as defense lawyer at your first debriefing with them?" She shook her head. "Okay. How's this? 1. We cannot ignore a call for help. It goes against everything Young Justice stands for, even though we were untrained. Or rather the team was. 2. You and I would have been in even hotter water had we ignored a Justice League alert. Both of those are facts, and does in a sense exonerate us at least in the eyes of the team. 3. We had no idea, and neither did the Justice League, really, the true danger of the threat. We just knew there was one, so ignoring wasn't an option. That fact doesn't necessarily blame the JL, so they'll like that. And as I told the JL in defending you... That does put the blame squarely on Loki's shoulders, where it should be, anyway."

Ember shrugged. "Sounds at least plausible, Nightstar." She admitted as she nestled into her slightly.

Ivy shook her head. "I'm too young looking. I was a Bird of Prey. I saw the other Ivy's rapsheet. Her outfit is like a swimsuit of leaves, she's definitely older. Besides... Her skin? It's kinda turned green. A light ewwy green. I think she might have caught scurvy. At least." She pointed to her own plate which included the cucumber salad. "I know I need to eat plants, but she won't. She won't touch it for food, which could be part of her sickness. And the obsession against humans, except for Harley." Ivy sadly shook her head. "The only thing I have in common with her besides plant powers, is the attraction to girls... I'm not even as poisonous." She suddenly blushed redder than a tomato as she realized what she said out loud and looked down biting her lower lip. She glanced at the new girl who interrupted her and Batgirl's table, turned even darker red, let out a mousy squeak, and looked like she was sinking as she now wanted to hide under the table and make the world go away for a while. She hadn't even got to how confusing it was for her!

PowerGirl had came in and was looking around. She was hearing everyone's conversation, and shook her head. One could cut the tension JL and YJ had from today's fiasco with a knife. Both sides had their points, and as the Superfamily representative, it would probably end up on her to solve it. At this rate, she'd NEVER be able to talk to Huntress about anything. It was starting to get her down.

Oracle slammed her fork down, excused herself and radioed the rest of the Birds, who at this point was only Canary. "Harley! You're on the kiosk! We just had another hero go off the grid! Someone find Catwoman! Nightwing, get Batman! PowerGirl, I'm going to need a fourth bird. And you know where Huntress likes to go. I've TOLD her about turning off her damned comlink!" She rolled out of the cafeteria angrily.

PowerGirl looked after her stunned. "The hell?"

Harley had the burger in her mouth when all heck broke loose. "Oriole? Um. Ok? I'm going to the kiosk. Can I take my dindin?"

"I don't CARE, Harley! I just need you at the computer!" The ex-Batgirl barked from the hall, which made it echo down every hall in the Watchtower.

"Right-a-roonie!" She grabbed her plate and raced out.

PowerGirl just blinked confused a few times, threw her hands up, and went back out, muttering about not needing sustenance anyway.

Mary Batson

Mary made room for Rain and Atalanta as she glanced up at the commotion before turning her attention to Atalanta. "I can only fix it by serving my punishment. As Minerva, Athena is in charge with my ability to transform. I say this certain wizard's name and I'm endowed with the gifts from the goddesses I mentioned. As Lady Shazam, or Captain Marvel, I've been called both, I'm blessed by them, but it doesn't mean I couldn't piss one of them off and they can't withdraw their blessing." She now brought Alina in on the conversation. "And see. That's what happened. I was stripped about eleven a.m. this morning. I can't change back until tomorrow at that time."

Artemis sighed and pinched her nose. "That sounds like a Bird problem. We refuse them. Hang the consequences, Nightstar. I'm fucking tired. We refuse helping the Birds." And she meant it.

Watchtower:

Ravager & Torunn:
As she heard Dr. Quincy she arched an eyebrow, things must be bad if the woman was asking her opinion. Though of course Ravager couldn't really help, she had been unconscious for most of the fight with that blonde girl. "Sorry, I was out cold for most of whatever happened. After Ms. Sparks over there used that lightning attack I don't know what went on. I do remember some silly civilian trying to interfere though." she said with a shrug before turning her attention back to her dinner.

Nightstar & Batgirl:
Nightstar smiled at Ember as she listened to Artemis and thought for a moment. She was replaying the encounter in her head as she listened to what her second in command said. "I think that will work, still there is something that has been bothering me..." she commented thoughtfully. "That encounter with the Loki woman... she doesn't strike me as the normal bad guy... I mean I don't know much about her. But from what I do know she's never left an injured whenever she's involved. Like even today, not a single cop or civilian was seriously injured. Yeah some where tied up but no injuries beyond what we caused... most bad guys don't care if people get hurt or even try to hurt them. I'm sure it's nothing but it just seems odd to me. What are her goals." she added still looking thoughtful. She had barely even touched her food until now when she finally took a bite of it.

Batgirl listened to Ivy, it was pretty cool to learn about her. After all she only know about the other Ivy. She wouldn't admit it but she did have a small crush on the bad Ivy, not bigger then the one she had on Oracle but it was there. For now she pushed those aside, she didn't have a chance with either of them. But she was starting to make new friends and that was a good start. "I see, well if anyone tries to mistake you for your counterpart I'm sure we can set them straight." she commented before jumping slightly as the other girl joined the conversation. "Wow I don't usually get snuck up on so easily..." she said sheepishly as she blushed slightly.

The commotion caused Nightstar to look up with a frown. Then she glanced at Artemis. "I agree the team shouldn't get involved... but that sounded like she was talking about Huntress..." she said as she watched Oracle leave before turning back to Artemis. She knew Huntress had done this kind of thing before but it still worried Nightstar.

Batgirl nearly jumped again when Oracle slammed her fork down. "Holy rusted metal... what's got her in a fit? I knew she could get angry but wow, I never expected to see it. The Birds seem to be in a rough spot." Batgirl commented as she watched the scene.

Star City

Lady Loki:
While disguised as the detective she decided to question one of the officers to find out what happened. What she learned made her curse under her breath. The League had gotten to the girl first. The information that it was a girl also shocked her. Thor should be a man... so who was it that had arrived in Star City. She would need to gather more information and do more research. If she was going to try recruiting this person she needed to know who they were.

Freya
After finishing her dinner she would find her way back to the single cot bed and just lay there lost in thought

Echo
Settled in next to two of the newer girls Poison Ivy from an alternate reality which was intense. And a batgirl that wasn't oracle or any of the others she had ever seen. She shook her head as she worked on her dinner only to notice the plant girl seeming to wilt. "Ummm you ok there?" she would give her a slight poke before turning to the new batgirl "Was it something I said? Oh and yea I tend to adopt some of the instincts from some of the animals I turn into so I got that feline stealth hehe." she gave her a bright and goofy smile before turning back to Ivy "Psst if it was the whole you like girls thing don't worry I'm pretty sure that's like all of the team although I'm not sure on the frost maiden since shes so cold to everyone haha. Of course, I haven't been here that long so that's also just from me watching everyone for what little time I have." she giggled and shrugged

Atalanta
Laughed as the first thing the girl asked her was about bugs in her teeth
"Well first off that is my name so" she shrugged "Yea I'm a speedster like the flash I really don't know if I can do the whole time travel thing like him but who knows. As for the bugs, well usually I'm running so fast I make an air cushion in front of me that blocks them. If I'm going to slow, however, well they make good protein." she laughed a bit more before turning to her meal and listening in on what Mary was talking about.

Cera
Found herself seated next to Echo and the girl bat and plant girl she smiled as she watched the three of them while eating her dinner. Although she did have to join in when Echo was talking about the team.
"Ah that is certainly the case girls are just hmmm what's the word the looking that is better and burning." she smiled and glanced back as Oracle stormed out of the room after creating quite the distraction "Oh my she does seem to be in the mood that is foul."

Rain
Smiled in thanks as Mary made some room for her at their table and she joined the other three girls listening in on their conversation.
"Ohhh that seems like quite the restriction on your powers. Hopefully, you won't need them too much more in the coming hours." she smiled and nodded her head before glancing over at Alina "Oooh is it a hard light construct like mine or something more psionic." she gave her another smile

Watch Tower
Alina

Alina nodded along as everyone answered her, this was the most amount of people she had ever talked with at once and her heart was racing. Though she tried to hide her social anxiety.

"Wow, So you are Flash as well? that seems a little confusing. Oh and hehe, I hope you aren't serious about that bug thing, ew" Alina giggled at Atalanta's response.

"Oh that makes sense, Heh, I can't imagine what it's like to have your abilities in someone else or umm others' hands like that." Alina looked over to Mary as she responded to her clarification.
"Oh and umm, sorry to be a broken record, but, umm If I were to want to find one of you again, to umm, talk or whatever, how would I do that?" She asked looking at Mary but meant for it to be to the group.

"Oh, good question, it's actually a combination of a few things, though I don't really know all its aspects yet. However, it seems to incorporate light construct and psionic. For example, physically it seems to be closer to a light construct, but tests have shown that it blocks psychic waves. This means things like telepathy won't work through it" She explained.
"It also blocks radio, gamma, micro.. umm all sorts of different wave types. Even sound over and under a certain frequency range. Wait does it block, maybe it deflects, or absorbs?" She thought to herself as she tried to give the best answer she could to Rain.

Artemis

Artemis listened and rubbed her chin. "Say. That's a good point. Plus the items that were taken. I understand only that once we get the stolen items BACK, one of our new recruits will be paying for it? The gem is hers... If she's got that kind of money. Otherwise, it goes back on the auction block." She shook her head. "When it comes to those tomes... And the lack of injuries she caused... How can we be sure we aren't dealing with that supposed shape shifting god of mischief described in Norse mythology? But we'd still be left with the question of what's her angle. We really need to get through to Freya or we'll be forced to bother Elsa again. Just because SHE'S forgiven us, doesn't mean she'll want to put up with pestering her for help. She's got a kingdom, or rather a queendom, to run. Too many unanswered questions, all related to what we used to think as just plain mythology. It wasn't real, but now it seems to be. I'm almost tempted to go ask that Holmes character. But not without you. Not that I think she's a villain... Just think she just might have a screw loose, although she made perfect sense and knew a LOT about us. ANOTHER Norse god or goddess? She DID seem to know about those runes, as well. Seems to be a thing suddenly and something we shouldn't ignore. Just adds more questions we need answered."

Amethyst

Amethyst had remained quiet through all the back and forth until Alina talked about her power; she had already seen and felt Rain's. "Sounds like mine, which goes through the jewel of my family. Which reminds me, I need to return to my planet and get a new one." She then addressed all at the tables. "Does anybody know who I can ask for permission to make a run to my family's mine on my planet since I daren't ask Oracle? Y'see. I'd like to keep my head attached, and not have it bitten off." She could almost ask any other main Justice League member... Of course, she'd have to choose a "partner" and preferably one of the five newest members... If one of the five isn't flat out picked FOR her.

Ember

Olive just watched the back and forth from her vantage point next to Nightstar. She really didn't know what to think of Nightstar's remarks about the villainess of the day... Or even Artemis'reply. She figured the best course of action was inaction. Meaning keeping her trap shut until asked her opinion. And what really WAS her opinion?

Ivy

Ivy just sort of peeked up over the top of the table. She smiled and blushed, slowly nodding as Batgirl explained things. She glanced over at the scene starring Oracle. "Wow. She didn't get that mad at me and Hornette. Well, neither of us ever turned off our commlinks, either, so there's that." She smiled bashfully at Echo. "Still. That's not exactly proper for me to just spit out. I mean... What if it isn't everyone? I should be more considerate and also try not to embarrass myself with things about myself that weren't asked. Umm, if that makes sense?" She glanced at Batgirl, and said shyly, "I hope knowing that won't scare you off of being my friend?" So that's what she was most embarrassed from and scared of. Losing a potential friend.

Kara Kent (she's not Supergirl, yet)

Kara just took everything in as she poked at her cucumber salad and slowly ate her deluxe bacon cheeseburger. She was near the table that sat who she perceived were the leader's. Addressing the one in a dark violet costume (Nightstar), she asked, "So... Does my... Err, brother, I guess? Pull this disappearing crap often?" Like any member of Young Justice was privy to EVERYTHING that happened with the Justice League.

Lady Shazam

"Powers bestowed by goddesses are gifts, and if it's the only way you... Or rather, I'm going to learn... Then that's their prerogative. I'm not going to question it. The wizard's name is an acronym and those are the donors of the powers." Mary's eyes went wide. "My stars. It REALLY is complicated when it's explained out." She shook her head. "I'm sure you're going to be joining us at Young Justice HQ, so we'd just be a door knock away. Any of us would be happy to help you anytime you need."

Oracle

"Blast it!" Barbara Gordon muttered as she noticed she still held the door cards for the new members of Young Justice. Wisely, and probably because she IS Oracle, she had already made keys for the two seriously untested. They were already punched and logged in to the Mount Justice mainframe and boomtube, which would probably surprise the Dickens out of them. She hit her commlink on her wheelchair that connected to the Watchtower PA system. In the calmest voice she could muster she said, "Will the following ladies please meet me in the boomtube room. Alina. Pamela "Ivy" Isley. Batgirl. Kara Kent. Rain. You five need your means into Mount Justice. Your new home. Welcome to Young Justice."

Quincy MD

Emilia blinked askance at Ravager a few times, unsure of what she heard, or even if she heard right. "Well. Just thought I'd pose the question in case you were conscious and either Freya or the Norse royalty had mentioned anything.... Wait. A silly civilian, you say?" She frowned. "She didn't happen to have a British accent, did she? Likes to throw her last name around like it really means anything now? Maybe even gave a certain literary address that actually happens to be real? Only one person I know would have the unmitigated GALL to try to interfere, and probably had a medical reason to make the attempt... As annoying as her blasted great great grandfather." She then uttered the last name like it was a curse word. "Holmes!" She took a deep breath. "Thank you, Ravager. You helped more than you'll EVER realize." She gave a pat on the shoulder. "Get some rest once you finish dinner. Please."

Velocity

She may have the speed, but sometimes her brain can't keep up with everything going on. For, Windy, this was one of those times. She started to think her head was on a swivel with everything going on around her from different angles. She didn't even know who she asided to, maybe Echo? "Uhhh. Are you as lost as me? And did Oracle really just blow a gasket?"

Star City

Lady Loki would get even more information from a fellow lady officer. "I don't know what you can do with it, Detective, but there were some eyewitnesses that claimed the great granddaughter of England's most storied detective was visiting our town and might also have been involved in the mess that was a botched attempt at reasoning with the strange blonde. Before everything went south, that is, and Justice League took all of them except her, meaning Holmes. Just beware that whole Holmes family. The lot of them. They may not be all full of themselves but their uncanny knack of knowing a lot about you just by observation is VERY irritating. Always has been."

Torunn & Ravager:
Ravager arched an eyebrow at the doctor's reaction, but didn't push for answers as she shrugged and did indeed go back to her dinner. She wondered how much longer she would be stuck here as she was starting to get really really bored.

Nightstart & Batgirl
It didn't escape her notice that Ember was being rather quiet at the moment, though she was sure she had her reasons. I mean a leaders debrief was hardly the place for small talk. But Nightstar didn't want her girlfriend thinking she was being ignored either. So after a moment, Nightstar scooted just s little closer, so their legs were touching, a small smile on her face, as she waited for Ember's reaction. But she kept most of her attention on Artemis' comments. With a small sigh she nodded, agreeing with most of what the archer said.

"Right, though it's possible Freya doesn't know either. I mean if this was their first appearance who's to say anyone would know? I'd also rather not involve a civilian we don't know much about. That being said, I say we hold off on judging this Lady Loki. As for the girl we fought earlier, I'm sure someone will talk to her when she's awake. Right Now I just want to get back to Mt. Justice and rest." she said as she picked at her food for a moment. When Atremis didn't react to the comment about Huntress she let it drop, but that didn't stop her from worrying about the young woman who was technically aunt.

Batgirl watched the scene play out as Oracle stormed, well rolled out, anger coming off the woman in waves. Then she turned back to Ivy and chuckled, "Why would that scary me off. You're talking to the girl who's had a crush on Batgirl for as long as she can remember..." she paused as she realized her that sounded and quickly backtracked a but. "I mean the original one of course... The Batgirl... you know... Oracle." she said a little flustered. Fortunately she was saved by Oracle calling for them, she was just glad she didn't sound angry with them. "Guess we shouldn't make her wait, right?" she added as she got up and held out a hand for Ivy. Once they were ready she would lead the way back to the boomtube, she knew the layout because she had hacked the Batcave Computers and Wayne Tech in her search for the Batgirl suit.

Star City

Lady Loki
She hadn't expected to get much information and was so shocked by getting the info about the Holmes person she had to remember she was acting as a detective and had to remember to thank the officer. Though even with the new information she wasn't sure what more she could learn. Though she knew if Lex found out she hadn't followed a possible lead he'd never stop bugging her about it. So despite knowing the Justice League already had whom ever had come through the portal she moved away from the street and into a back alley before dialing the number provided for this Holmes person and waiting for her to answer. "Yes this is Detective Mulder from Star City PD, I believe you witnessed an incident tonight in the city, and I was hoping you could help us shed some light on what exactly occured." she said calmly, trying to sound convincing, despite her hurry to learn more.

Freya
She ain't going nowhere

Echo
Couldn't help but giggle at the girl who was managing to turn almost as red as her face the more she talked. "I mean I wouldn't worry about it too much I tend to just say whatever comes to mind and more often than not it works out for me. Plus you can't really embarrass yourself unless ya know you say who you like that could be mortifying. But saying you like girls well it's still a mystery of where you'll go from there hehe." she gave another giggle before scooching over a bit to let the other two girls out easier and then giving them a wave as they wandered away.

Atalanta
Gave another shrug before smiling at the other girl "Well like I said I fun really fast but I don't know if I'm connected to the speed force or not like the Flash. Theirs a pair of twins from Mexico that can only use their speed when connected so I don't think they're like him either so maybe there are more types out there." She gave another laugh before shaking her head "Darling some little bugs ain't ever hurt nothing sides from mosquitos and wasps but you leave wasps alone they'll leave you alone." She then turned to Mary and gave a nod of her head "Yea I'll take my boring old born with it over that convoluted twister of a tale." She then finally turned her attention to Amethyst "I'm pretty sure you could ask any of the head honchos but maybe stick to Nightstar or Artemis."

Cera
Smiled at the red-haired girl giving her a friendly nod as if to say she agreed with what Echo said before she glanced up at the ceiling as the announcement blasted through. "I would seem it is almost the time for going home. They do not want the new ones to be seen as intruders so they need to get their numbers." she smiled and nodded her head turning back to her own meal when the other girls got up from the table to head off.

Rain
Nodded her head as she listened to Alina "Interesting, to be perfectly honest I'm not sure if mine can do all that so I believe we would be a good combination. We could set up shielding with mine taking the physical damage and yours being the second skin that takes care of the rest of the nasties someone might throw at us." she smiled and turned to Amethyst "It that's cool although because of its source is yours more physical? Like mine is still see-through even when I make something big." She glanced up when she heard her name and nodded to the other girls "Thanks for the chats ladies I'll see you later." she smiled and waited a moment so that she and Alina could walk together

Watch Tower
Alina

Alina sat and listened to the others as they spoke, first she turned to May, or Lady Shazam she wasn't sure how she should refer to her.
"Oh, umm yes, I will be joining the HQ, if I can that is. So umm I guess I'll see you around."

She turned her attention back to Rain.
"Oh Yes, I am sure with our abilities combined we could make a neigh impenetrable protective force! Oh, and my barriers are always completely transparent. Which is odd, because of their ability to prevent things from getting too hot. One would think it would end up being a greenhouse effect but it doesn't." She Paused rubbing her chin.
"I never thought I would meet someone with similar abilities to mine, I have so many questions." Alina got up as she saw Rain get up to leave but wait for her.

"Oh, uhh, Yeah, by Ladies" She waved to the others.
"So I am not sure if you have this but I have an aspect of mine I cannot control. It's like this thin skin-tight barrier that surrounds my body at all times. It mimics the heat of my skin and even its texture, but only works one way. And it is also several times stronger than the ones I am able to create, I can't turn it off and it seems to have some sort of auto filter of what it will let through, like food and stuff. It also regulates my temperature so I never really know if a room is hot or cold, or even really what those things feel like. I just kind of been trying to match what I see others wearing" She started to talk to rain as they walked, speaking quietly so only she would hear her.

Watchtower Cafeteria

Amethyst

Amethyst sighed. Nightstar and Artemis looked busy. Sure, she needed a new stone before the next mission, but she hated to bother her actual leaders. Yeah, there was no way she was asking Oracle. Not the way she just sounded off. With another sigh, she tapped Artemis' shoulder. "So... I really need a new stone from my family's mine on my planet, seeing as the first was turned to so much powder, yet saved my life... But I'm part of a team now and need permission of my commander. Or one of them."

Artemis

As she was figuring how to answer Nightstar, and get a chance to interrogate the civilian about all things Norse mythology, Amethyst tapped her shoulder. She gave the warrior princess a slow blink with a soft frown which was the expression she gave everyone who annoyed her. Kid Flash got a lot of those. "How do you NEED my PERMISSION? You pick a teammate and just tell one of us where you're going. Aren't YOU a leader yourself? Use your head." She held up a hand. "Not. Finished." A sigh and look to Nightstar. "Who do you think she should take? One of the new recruits. I'd pair her with Batgirl to give her a trial run working with a member because Kara and Alina definitely need more training first. They're complete noobs. I trust Ivy about as far as I could throw her because she seems too skittish, and Rain is more a frontline healer."

Ember (featuring Artemis)

Olive just sort of smiled at the attention and gave Nightstar a loving look. She couldn't stay quiet after Artemis tirade (seemingly) at Amethyst. "Shouldn't Amethyst have a fellow fighter with her? I mean, we know very little about Gem World. And although I'm with Nightstar on not involving Holmes... If that's really her name, why can't you two question her about why she was trying to involve herself? Doesn't matter that what she said was true... Being outmatched and already beaten..." She turned to Nightstar. "She could be right too. Doesn't the goddess Freya have that kind of knowledge? How else could she have known that they were NORDIC runes. That's pretty specific. And aren't the valkyries of Norse legend also supposed to know that stuff?" She kind of slunk in her chair. "That woman could be a Valkyrie. Or Freya herself. I mean she got really pissed at Wonder Woman and disappeared extremely quick. Like she flew away or something. Have to wonder if some of that storm wasn't her doing. Don't valkyries control the weather like that too? Just not as strong as Thor... But bring clouds and rain."

Artemis looked at Ember and then Nightstar. "Not sure if you got something there, kid." Never mind Ember was almost eighteen. "But I did notice she was being protective of both our strange visitor and us. It could make sense if she was Freya, since she knew the runes, didn't act surprised when the blonde said something about 'for Asgard' or something, and wanted to defend Loki's honor. Her uncle, I think she said? Holmes acted like she expected it. If our visitor is Thor's daughter, her grandmother WOULD expect it from her granddaughter to stick up for family." Artemis might have made sense... But unlike Holmes, she was grasping for straws now, and needed to be calmly called out on it.

Boomtubes on Watchtower (in order of continuity)

Oracle watched the five come in. "This is in order based on your tests and experience. Ivy. You're C013." She handed the plant controller her card. "I had problems with you next two and decided to use the alphabet. That's the reason Batgirl is C014, and Rain is C015." She handed out the next two. "Kara, Alina. I am giving you both homework. Think up hero names for yourselves. If we choose, more than likely it'll be more on your abilities than your personalities. Granted, most of us chose pretty uninspired names. Kara. Your tests came back and your powers are 25% stronger than PowerGirl. SHE is close to, if not, TWICE as strong as your brother. Alina. Your hard light rivals the Lanterns, and may even BE stronger than them. I'm trusting Nightstar to test that. If you want your hero names to reflect that, do so. But at least TRY to be creative. Therefore, based on powers, Alina is still stronger than you, Kara, just with the power of the hard light. It's defensive as well as offensive. Yours are offensive only. Alina, C016, Kara C017." The keys were handed out. "Go to Mount Justice when the rest of your team does. Not before. Now, go back to them and wait. I've got work to do. Any questions you have please ask your leaders. That's what they're there for."

Ivy asked, "What about my BoP commlink?"

"Keep it. You're demoted, not fired. I want you back, when you're more seasoned. Get your YJ commlinks from Artemis or Nightstar the minute you're in Mount Justice. Your cards are for your rooms. They'll turn the commlinks on. Leave them on. You're on call 24/7." Oracle beamed down before anyone could ask anything else.

Ivy shrugged. "Yeah. All business. She's really pissed at Huntress. Wouldn't wanna be in her shoes."

Gotham City Airport

Holmes sighed as she answered the call. "Erin Holmes. Hmmm. Ah yes. Detective Mulder? Don't recollect one in Star City, therefore, you are recently transferred. By your tone of voice you're none too happy about a mundane task, thus a demotion from special ops most likely. Well, keep your nose to the grindstone and you'll be back cracking cases you actually enjoy before you know it. Now. To your question. As a private investigator, I know how thorough an investigation needs be." She then relayed in detail, including times and where she was, beginning in her hotel room when she first saw the light tornado, how far she was and how long it took her to arrive on the scene. She had actually beaten Young Justice by "mere seconds" as she put it. Noticing how badly beaten and uncoordinated (on many accounts) they were, she tried to reason with the strange woman and the already tired leaguers to talk it out, but ONE member of YJ just wanted to fight. Needless to say... It didn't go well for anyone. She described the guilty party since she didn't know the name, and requested Star City leave her alone as she was "quite certain" she was punished enough already, reiterating the part about her being knocked out. She also said that she had wished to do this later, but since she had a detective on the line now, made her formal complaint against Wonder Woman, including all those details, too. She then informed Detective Mulder to personally contact her if she had any more questions regarding either, but to please wait twelve hours until she got back to London. Mulder was lucky she was in a layover in Gotham, otherwise Holmes wouldn't had received the call, her voicemail would have, and it would have been a very late return call, and likely "phone tag" which Holmes personally hated.
