GuardianAngel-Twist and shout-Fluffy

Screw the snow and the cold, and winter in general. Whoever had decided to send them to a base in the middle of a snow storm needed to be smacked upside the head. Thank god for them being informed that it was going to be cold, which allowed them to bundle up as much as they could, but still, that wasn't helping much at all. And walking six miles in a white out. Blaire was pretty sure that whoever controlled the weather hated them or something at that point in time.
She was shivering as well although trying to ignore the cold at that point in time, and was mumbling a couple of curses under her breath as they trekked along through the cold. Well at least they were getting somewhere, although the storm didn't seem to be letting up whatsoever.
But complaining about the cold, or even thinking about it, wasn't going to make anything better at all. Yeah she had her gun with her as well but thankfully she was fully prepared for the cold. And had semi dismantled her gun before they had even left. Enough to put it in a case, which would help keep the cold out as well. Frozen guns didn't work out at all, and she was grateful that it really wasn't that heavy.

Slipping by the bull, the panther and Demon were easily the fastest despite the cold and soon vanished in the white, their hides still easily hiding them. It was Todd that pulled back to the group first, frozen paws flipping to boots as he tried to warm up. Matt still vanished now but a small half way house lay buried in the snow, and Matts face sticking out of the door way with a portable heater in his teeth.

Blaire just watched for a brief moment in time as the two just seemed to disappear off ahead of them although it was Todd that had returned to them first. And in the distance she could see Matt holding something in his teeth. It looked like a portable heater possibly. And it appeared that he was standing in a doorway to something. A house perhaps.

~Stay here...... I doubt our target will go far in this white out.~ The demon set it down in the cold building, inviting the group with claws. It looked wrong and odd really but he seemed to have blankets already for them. Pocket space y'all, Not really, just a quick warp to his hoard and he retrieved it for them.

Most of the crew came right in except Alec, who was still playing in the snow, rolling in both forms for a while before finally coming in after shaking off.

Blaire was giving a mental confirmation before she was just following the others into the building, and sitting on the ground for the time being. Seemed like Matt had gone to fetch them a bunch of blankets from where ever. A nice gesture that was for sure. Although at the mention of the target not going far, she was commenting that they didn't even know where the target actually was. Or at least she wasn't sure.

~The target is an old explorer of these ice lands, but he's done some bad things recently.~ Doc chimed in, mental as he was too cold to actually talk aloud. ~Sold things to people we dont trust and has a small tank he stole up for sale. We want that back and him gone.~ he snorted warm air to the monkeys that hid near him.

Blaire was giving a nod of her head before she spoke, ~Well that makes sense. Other than we don't know where to find him in this white out.~ Hopefully this storm didn't continue for long, otherwise they were going to have issues trying to find their damn target.

~There is a huge warm chunk about 3 miles up the storm.~ The demon got stared at and he hunched in to his shoulders like a scolded dog. ~What???~
~How do you know that???~
Justin asked in his furs, nose between paws to warm it up.
~I dont have two sets of eyes for nothing... One light, second thermal....~ He turned his head to their sharpshooter. ~Which is why we need him, I can see, he can aim.~

Blaire just looked over for a moment in time, listening to what the demon had to say. So he could see where the target was, and somehow she was suppose to aim. For some reason she didn't foresee actually being able to hit the target. This had her letting out a breath of air before she mumbled, "I can aim, no promises that I'll actually hit the target."

~Hit, Bleed... it’s all good, no doctors out here in a white out.~ Doc snorted with a grin to his frozen muzzle. The demon hunkered next to the heater, absorbing it then going around the human kid. ~We stay here at least a while, yeah?~ He got a nod before tucking nose under the boys leg.

~If he doesn't freeze to death before we actually get to them. ~ Blaire was commenting before she was looking towards the demon as he was coming over, and wrapping around himself around her.

The black form that was Matt looked like a twisted blanket as he laid with his nose deep in the young mans leg; trying to keep himself and the kid warm. His heat lasted a decently long time before giving out and he pushed his head up- accidentally pushing the kid backward with the movement. Despite having no color to the eyes or even loose skin, the demon looked extremely tired as he stood up; claws greeted Winters leg as he stretched out and flopped right back down.
~No you dont, Matt. Get up. You two have to go a killing. We'll have food for you all ready.~ Justin flicked his nose to get it to twitch then shake. ~Shoo, get out.~

Blaire looked over for a moment in time before she spoke, "The sooner we get this done.... the sooner we can get the hell out of this winter fucking wonderland. Right?" With that she was straightening up a bit before she was pushing to her feet. Alright, now that she was on her feet, it was time to piece together her weapon and then head out so that they could kill the damn person.

A grumpy little noise and Matt had his head flop tho the ground, shuffled his butt to the air and dragged his head and front claw across the floor and out the door in to the snow. Dragging it around for a bit before standing straight, Matt was ready to go, if not cold again.

He was still after their walk, hiding in the snow banks beside the young soldier. The black was ready to pass out again with the cold, it was Nasty time to be out in this snow storm and it had only gotten worse....

Blaire got her gun pieces together swiftly enough and was soon following after Matt. Time to get this done and over with. So far she was able to ignore the cold, but that wasn't going to last long. And she had a prediction that this storm was going to get worse before it got better.

~I hope killing this person is worth getting sick. ~ she mumbled to Matt mentally. She was referring to the group as a whole, yet again she knew some supernatural species didn't get sick. Not with something a human would get sick with any ways. Who knew if any of them were like that.

The beast was shaking at this point as he watched the warm spot that was their target- trying to be still long enough to get a good read on him. ~Ten...Eleven.... North... Wind, Eighty solid....he's sitting for now....~ the Demon was even shivering in his head, giving up on hiding for now; no one was here to see them; and crawled to Blaires back to try and keep his stomach warmer..... Human here only seemed to be a hindrance.

Blaire just listened to what the demon had to say before she was giving a nod. No in the end she was still shooting blindly, but that wasn't the first time. She had done it many times before, and been very successful. And really as long as she managed to hit the person, they would be good. Out here there was no help, eventually he would end up dying anyways. ~You can return to the house. We aren't that warm away, I can make my way back. ~ she spoke after a moment in time before she was letting out a slow breath and firing a shoot. Actually she fired a couple of shots, just to be sure. But she was factoring in everything she had been told as well.

Matt didnt reply to his fellow soldier; claws tucked under his body and along her back to try and stay warm. There was no returning right now, he was too cold to move let alone speak.... If no contact in the head then he wasn't even aware of things right now.

To which, Doc noticed the silence instantly as the constant buzz from all their brains turned off and he was left alone to think. "Shit." he snorted out, a panther head and a fox head looking up from their half sleep state. "I cant find your heads.... Matts not awake...." he told the group as monkeys and bear finally woke up..."Hate to say it..."
"Dont, We'll go." One twin said as he stood up as a human. They weren't good in the snow, but other then Alec, they were the fastest here. They could find them and try to drag at least their human back first....Matt would wake up in due time but a human with out Matts heat vision here might miss their hut...

Blaire didn't get any response back from Matt which had her looking over her shoulder towards him. This had her kneeling down next to him in the snow, and shaking him. "Come on, lets snap out of it. I know you are cold but we need to get back." she mumbled to the demon, although that was a bit futile in the end. He didn't seem to be with it at all, and there was no mental connection either. No buzzing that she was so use to, which meant that Matt wasn't even awake. Well that actually made things a lot more difficult.

She just looked around for a brief moment in time. No they had walked straight from the hut, so it was essentially a straight walk back, hopefully. She was stifling a slight cough into her elbow. Fuck this weather. Nope never again did she want to deal with the fucking cold!

No words were yelled to the two as Rue and Markus headed in the direction they figured they needed to go, trudging in the knee high snow banks and the still falling powder. They were only able to find the two after one of them tripped on the double pile. Both Matt and Blair were nearly frozen even in just a few minutes out here, curled up for what little warmth. "Get Blair, I'll try and drag Matt, Get Doc to look at her and get me Justin." The twin got a nod as he tried to grab the frozen Winters.
Ha, the name on their friend... hating it now.
A scoop around the male chest's to get his away from the curled body of the demon and he pulled him up fireman style. "Hold on, buddy, getting you back to warmth."

Blaire had curled up next to Matt, just making herself a smaller figure to try and keep herself warmer at that point in time. Attempting too, but it wasn't working out that well. She was at least grateful to see the familiar figure of the twins, definitely a sight to see that was for sure. Too cold to really speak at that point in time, although she was almost frowning a bit when she heard one of the twins mention her. Wait did they know that she was actually a female?

(him-auto correct.....>~<... soon though)

The one that had the soldier on his soldier rushed the best he could to follow the footsteps they had made before; they were disappearing fast though.
With a slap to the hit door though and he rushed in after it was prided open. “Matt’s in beast form and is frozen! Justin, Bro wants you to help carry him!” he yelled over the wind the open door let in; twisting shoulder downwards to get Winters down towards heater level, trying his best to pry off wet and frozen jackets from the boys arms.

Well at least the monkey had managed to find their way back to the place that they were staying in although Blaire was definitely not really with it at that point in time. She wasn't necessarily asleep fully, but she was kind of hovering there right between sleep and being awake. That strange state. Man how she wanted to stop him from actually taking off more of her clothes, but there was no stopping it. As long as he didn't go to far into taking off clothing, she would be okay.

The twin how ever was doing just that- if any wet clothes still cling, the kid would......
“Doc.....” he whispered to the bull that was helping him. He didn’t make what he found known to panther or fox... “Doc, I think we have a problem....” shifting Docs warmer human coat around the kids half frozen form.

Said bull stopped pulling off Blaires to look at the concerned monkey... “Winters is a woman...” a quick shift of the coat showed the bidding soldiers binder...

Blaire could hear the conversation and around that time was actually more wake, and drawing the coat more tightly around herself, especially after it was drawn away by Doc. And after she had heard mention from one of the twins that had mentioned that she was a woman. Yeah she was still half frozen although being out of the cold seemed to help quite a bit, and now there was a slight look of almost concern and fear on her features.
