((A re vamp of a re vamp of our soldier in disguise rp from several sites))

Rain plastered the window of the second floor room, giving the space a cold feeling. It didnt help that the people inside were all dressed in black and staring at sheets of paper.
"Yes." "No." The two words bounced around the room repeatedly until the one at the head of the table stood up, drawing everyones gaze to him. "I lead, my rules. They are to be contained. If not, wiped out. If those we have do not cooperate in capturing more, then they get wiped out as well."
This was all discussed behind many a closed door, layers of security and a full continent away.
The original, supernatural inhabitants of Athieral Stenta were now condemned to one hostile nation.... and the ones these people controlled would un wittingly be helping or face death.
-----
The few Originals in this army though had no knowledge of this predicament for solid reasons; they would utterly destroy those in charge. This being not on their mind though had them facing other things... like a staring contest.

The one champion so far though wasn't one would expect, she was a woman in a straight suit; glaring down the crew in question and taking her steps forward oh so hard.
"ALEC. HEINZ. FIELDS. How DARE you!" she seethed out as her shorter form backed the man in guilt away from the crew, who did nothing to stop her. Caroline Hawkes was not in the army, but she was here often enough that the general had given her a pass to be on base for all of time.
The other six men just watched as this woman and male shifted in but a blink of the eye, contest over, and rush around the table and out the door in their animal forms.
This crew was mostly animal shifters, with a few exceptions... and the two beasts that were in a flurry out the door were a Hawk and Fox. None seemed fazed by this as one only looked out the door to their fleeting forms.
"Well..... He'll be on her shit list for a week." Came the sleek black forms voice as he looked back in; this panther then leaping on to the table and lounging across the papers spread on the table.
And like a true house cat, was yanked up by scruff and a yowl and thrown off. "Stay off the table, Todd. Or I'll remind you what happens....."
"I get cha..... you stupid ole bear." Paw wiggled in front of his face as he blew a raspberry to the brown headed male. "Its just so boring having you and Doc pour over papers all day..... Come one, who cares if its raining, lets go out!!" he got a double huff from the man called Doc and the bear. Take it as a no, one that even the twins in the back groaned over with the panther. These two were nearly identical; save for the tiny, littlest, minutest hair color tone, but almost so small, it didnt count against them. The pair were in the ceiling, the ladder used to climb up there was tipped over against the wall but they didnt seem to mind the problem.
"So what ARE we doing in here any way, Justin???" "Its been 20 minutes already..." both droned out and kicked their feet.
"We can't, we are reading a mission report, which none of you seem to care about, by the way; and waiting on some one." The Bulls Voice was loud to reach the pair in the ceiling. "When Hawke finally catches and returns Alec, THEN we can leave. Demon..." The blue eyes Bull faced the remaining male in the room; its deathly silent green eye looked back from the corner of the couch. "Will you get the kid from the lobby." He didnt ask, only told the green eyed man; whom stood with out a word and vanished in a puff of black smoke.
"He's creepy, Doc..." One of the twins shivered and was patted on the shoulder.
"He was here longer then any of us... He's just not that great with new faces...."

((Don't feel the need to write long..... I was just making it nice and long to give you something with.....))

The new kid in question was a petite young "man" with blonde hair and emerald green eyes. In truth said "male" was actually a female disguising herself as a male. And it was pretty rare that females were actually allowed to join the arm as an actual soldiers, usually they were more reserved to being apart of the medical team if they joined the army. But that wasn't something that she had wanted to do. That wouldn't have helped her follow in the footsteps of her father, and he had been a great general. Had been being the key word. He had ended up dying a few years ago, at least after assisting her in joining the army, taking care of her physical exam himself.

Blaire Winters was brushing a few strands of her semi-long platinum blonde hair out of her face as she sat in the lobby, just gazing up at the ceiling. Why exactly was she there? The team had needed a new sniper, considering something had happened to their last one. Although she wasn't exactly sure what had happened. The information had been kept a bit privy from her. Unimportant evidently. But she wasn't going to question it at all. She had managed to graduate out as one of the top ranked snipers, and was able to hit a enemy with a fatal, if not critical, shot.

And now she was being put on a team that was all supernaturals, which almost made no sense considering she was a human, through and through. Yet again she was pretty good about holding her own even against a supernatural creatures. Yet again that was the nice thing about being the daughter of who she was daughter of. Her father had known a number of people, including supernaturals. And there were a number of them that were nice enough to train humans on how to defend themselves against supernaturals. A handy thing really.

Although due to being a sniper, for the most part, Blaire didn't usually have to worry about having to deal with supernaturals up close and personal. Most snipers didn't have to worry about that much. And from what she knew, the team that she was being sent to, was one of the more problematic teams. But despite being problematic, they were good at their jobs.

Problematic? More or less they listened to the humans on their planet... they just seemed to cause a lot of destruction in their wake due to their methods. It might be costly to fix up after this team but they got the job throughly done enough, nothing from that area ever popped back up.

The one that Doc had labeled Demon appeared in his human form, something he had had to learn to take after they arrived on their planet.. Though not new, still didnt like it. A hand flicked out the numbing feel as he walked past the reception desk to the greeters cringe; a note on her desk as he stopped to look around. The place was packed and noisy, sensitive ears wanting to poof away again.
"Oh right, Mr Taron... The new hire is over on the couches." The shaking woman voice squeaked out before sliding under her desk; she knew the destruction of the demon, he was the oldest Soldier here. Though not oldest person- that honor was Doc.

At the woman's words; he faced the section of waiting couches, trying to get whom he needed. The demon wasn't told what to look for, just that he was over on the couches. Teeth clacked in his head as he shook his hand out again, this body alway seemed to dilute his claws and powers; not a nice feeling- like one had slept on their arm weird and blocked the blood flow.... what did they call it? Waking back up? But at least this form allowed him some communications powers, the paper in his other hand now read 'New Recruit, stand.'

Blaire was looking up when she heard sound near her, and soon enough there was a man standing there with a paper in his hand that was stating for the new recruit to stand up. Well there were a few people around her, and they were all just looking at the paper almost confused at that point in time. Not a lot of people but still enough. This had her brushing a bit of her hair out of her face before she was standing up. "Blaire Winters." she spoke, easily disguising her feminine voice. Thank god for spending years practicing speaking as a male, and even acting as a guy. Shockingly, men and women were very different when it came to stuff they did. Walking, sitting, everything. It had been a little bit difficult to actually adapt to acting like a man, but she had done it. Obviously. And it helped that her father had assisted with teaching her how to act like a man.

Seemed like the man in front of her was a demon, not like it really fazed her at all. Not like this was the first demon that she had been around. Probably wasn't going to be the last demon either, especially if she was joining a supernatural group. Which was going to be interesting enough to say the least. Especially considering this particular group that she was joining, was one of those groups that got sent to the front first. They were the ones that dealt out the heavy hits, and dealt the most damage. Probably took the most damage as well.

To the males stand, the demon looked toward human. A sound of disapproval clicked between his teeth before flagging fingers to get him to follow. No concept of authority- no sir?- how dare.... didnt matter, he wasn't here for that.
The journey back had him back past the receptionist, whom was on the far side of the desk, and down the hall where he caught the foxes neck scruff as he ran past... The hawk flashing past with out stopping for her mistake.
"Thanks......ooofffff" the fox began before being shoved at the kid he was leading.
"Ouch..... Oh hey, new recruit?" he asked to the body that now held him. Not getting down seemed like a plan right now.

Nope Blaire wasn't going to be showing this demon much of anything at that point in time. How was she suppose to know that he was actually anybody high ranked. He wasn't currently dressed as a soldier. For all she knew he could be a low rank as well, so why not safe the formalities for the actual officers. Although it wasn't long before a fox was coming out of nowhere and being caught by the scruff of the neck, a hawk flashing after them. Woah what the heck? The fox was being shoved into her chest which just had her giving a small blink. What the hell had just happened?
Blaire was just looking down at the fox that was in her arms before she spoke, "Yes I am the new recruit. Well to this team anyways. We were informed that you needed a sniper, so I was sent here." With that she was just adjusting the fox that was her in arms, although didn't put him down. Not yet anyways.

"Oh thats good, We lost ours a while ago. Well... lost is a strong word, his wife had kids so he left to help." The fox wiggled in to her grasp more- protected by the demon and the human. He stopped speaking though as they entered the side conference room, getting looked at by Bull and Bear.
"I see he found you, left Caroline in the dust?" Justin asked as he went back to reading the now neatly stacked reports.
"No... Matt scooped me up real fast and she flew by us... but I'm sure she'll be more furious later." the fox responded once on the ground, but his little teeth shown to the black panther that stalked out from under the table. "Its what you get for forgoing your date for video games." the sleek beast bared teeth back before turning to the throat clearing demon and newly.
"Ah! I see now why we waited. A skinny shit...." was his snarky remark before Justin whacked his nose.
"A good shot from his records; we don't need buff." was a deep rough answer.

"Welcome, Private Winters. This is Team Q. Is there anything in these notes that is incorrect or you just want to add to?" Doc stood from his seat and slid a file on the man before him towards the edge of the table. "Please ignore the two on the floor for now, they like to compare teeth... a lot."

To the boy's entrance now know, the demon walked back to the couch corner and sunk with a grown to one pillow. He didn't gesture or alert the new one about the monkeys in the ceiling- their grayish brown coats hidden well in the shadows. Which only helped fuel their giddy tail wiggles- waiting to pounce.

Blaire walked into the room after the demon and just looked around at the others that were in the room. Her attention did go towards the panther as he spoke, which just had her rolling her eyes before she spoke, "Careful. A sniper is a deadly enemy as well. I don't typically miss my targets. Friendly fire happens all the time on accident." Nope she wasn't kidding about that either, although kind of implying that she would possibly shoot him. Not that it would be life threatening or even fatal. Hell she would probably shoot at him but make sure that she missed on purpose. Just a remind that despite being a "skinny shit" or even a human, she was just as dangerous.

With that her attention was turning towards the man that was sliding a file over to her, which had her just glancing at it. Nope everything looked correct. Although she was tapping on the names of relatives before she spoke, "Father is deceased now." Shockingly information like that was good to have updated, considering if something happened to her, there wasn't really anybody that they could contact. Other than her half-brother and his wife, but who knew where the hell they were at the time. They both had good jobs and were constantly off exploring the world.

There was a small shrug before she spoke, "Other than that everything is correct."

A dash to the name on the sheet and Doc tucked the paper back in to the file, straightened the whole file and tucked it behind another pile of folders. "Take a seat, look at this paper and then give it to the demon." A thumb pointed to the beast behind him as a free paper was left at his side.
"I need you to then get to the Barracks with him and drop everything not needed for a Dinner Gala." The bull scratched his ear as he looked at the rest of the room. "The Gala is our mission, by the way, so do ACTUALLY behave." he snorted out and looked up- the monkeys caught before they could try anything.
"Damn it..." They chirped in unison and hopped down, leaning on each other as they looked at the new comer.
"Rue. Markus." Doc paused at the names, voice continuing after a pause. "I want no injuries to any of the people at the place, we guard the hosts, but don't seem obvious. Winters, Though it's not a sniper task; we need your eyes on this. Black tie, but be comfortable."

Blaire was just giving a nod before she was glancing over the paper that just happened to be there. Mission information it looked like. She read through it before she was actually grabbing the seat of paper before she was getting up and taking it over to where the demon was at, although she was listening to what Doc had to say.
A dinner gala it seemed. Boy was this going to be interesting. Thank god for her father predicting this could potentially happen. And being a female actually helped quite a bit, she knew what other females were into. A "natural" male that could just draw in the woman. Much like Haruhi from an anime called Ouran High School Host Club, as she pretended to be a male while apart of the host club.
"Of course." Blaire spoke after Doc mentioned that her eyes would be needed on the task. Even when she wasn't playing at sniper, she was still keeping an eye out on her surroundings. Hence why she had had that prickly feeling that there had been something above their general area. Not sure what it had been, but a feeling none the less.

There was a slurping sound as the demon finished eating something from his hand and licked his face. He was still a beast from the pits of this planet, he ate how he wanted. When the human came forward with the paper, the numb hand took it like one would take a cigarette. This was a formality, he never read them but he poofed the sheet back in to a black space. A rumble from his throat and the Bear nodded.
"True. Winters, would you be against a small procedure to get a chip in your skin? Removable, but it will help you hear him." Justin mentioned and rose from his seat. "Kinda like a nicotine patch... with a tiny needle for blood vessels.." he mentioned, pointing out his own behind his ear. "The metal to iron lets him talk in your head like a comm. unit."
A bob to agreement and the demon looked up and around the room at last.

Blaire was just watching as the demon took the paper before she was looking over towards Justin when he was asking if she would be alright with having a small procedure to get a chip in her skin. Something to help her hear the demon it seemed. With that she was giving a nod of her head. "Yeah I wouldn't be opposed to that." she spoke after a moment in time before she was turning around fully. Yeah she was alright with that. It would probably make things a lot easier in the long run.

There didnt seem to be any words but the demon rose up off the couch and tapped the kids shoulder to get him follow. Dressed for the Gala then to the med bay for the chip. Honestly it was literally a metal patch with a tiny needle. Out in 5 minutes. It took longer to get dressed in a tux, which upon arrival to the barracks, the demon snapped some suits on a rack.
Gesturing to choose one, the demon was already yanking off his own shirt and coat.

Blaire followed after so that she could get ready for gala, then go get the chip. She looked at all of the tuxedos that were on a rack before she chose a random one. They were all basically the same, small variation in colors. As long as she didn't do black, that didnt really mix with her platinum blonde hair, not at all. God how she couldn't wait to actually allow her hair to grow out once again.
Soon enough she was walking off a short distance so that she could change into the tuxedo.

You'd think a guy wouldn't mind changing with a guy... but no, he walked off. The smacking sound from the demons lips as he saw that and he was done changing. Knocking fist to the door frame to wait was letting the new kid know he was done at the same time trying to get the numbing feel away. Why was it always the right hand; he used that hand the most, did it have to concentrate the numb there?
It didnt bother him a bunch but other then the shaking, the demon made no groans about it.

When the kid finally came back out he led him to the far med bay, sighing as just his presence scared the passers near them. A noise like a snakes rattle came from some where as he entered the clinic's door and they were greeted with an actual rattle snake on the floor, like a door chime. But ehe demon didnt seem fazed by it as he stepped over the brown thing.

"Ah! There he is!" Came a woman voice, sweet and bouncy as she came to scoop up the reptile. "Silly baby, stop being the greeter, they are scared of you..." she cooed out as she circled around the tables there to get the snake back in his wall sized tank- three other rattlers on the floor and many vine snakes hanging above. The snake seemed happy in her hands and they all waved their tails to the people at the front.
Gesturing to the doctor who came back around and the woman didnt seem dressed for the part. She had yet another snake on her neck and different bits of scales and bones about her person. She was a snake doctor; a human from their original planet very intone with the nature here. "OH! Welcome to Asha Base! How can I help you?

Blaire had gotten changed into a tuxedo and was following after the demon so that they could go to the med bay, just watching as people seemed to move away as the demon walked past. Huh seemed like they were afraid of him or something, which had her wondering why. Demons weren't that terrifying. Although she was never going to actually allow a demon to hear her say that, who knew how they would react to that. Soon enough they were arriving at the clinic and she was just looking when there was a snake rattle noise, which had her looking. Sure enough there was a snake on the ground. Well wasn't this just interesting to say the least. Good thing she didn't have a fear of snakes. A strong distaste for them, yes, but not a fear. She could stand being around them if she had to be, although she would prefer not to be if she had that option.
"I'm here to get a chip." Blaire spoke after a moment in time, as she just looked around the room. There were a few snakes around the room it seemed.

"A chipper! You trust him, Taron?" the doctor nodded again and again as she went towards the cabinets and pulled out a box "I see. Alright then, Private Winters; Captain Taron has said yes to chipping for you and actually asked for extra. He wanted to know if you want the long range? Its a different chip metal and a interesting needle that splays out..." her fingers miming webs on top of the box. "So if your shooting nest is a lot further away, he'll still be able to find you but how did you describe it.... oh right; so he can see you in the dark. This metal will smell a different way to the rest of the iron and he'll be able to smell that out if you loose consciousness. You don't have to, and he says it will hurt a bit more then the other patch..." the snake on her shoulder slipped off with a thunk to the table and flickered its tongue out to her before being scooped up by the demon and holding it.

Blaire just listened to what the woman had to say before she spoke, "We'll go with the long range one. Probably going to be better to have than the other one." Especially if something happened and she really had no other way to contact the others. At least he would know, or that is what this woman was making it sound like. And better safe than sorry at that point in time. And pain wasn't something that was going to overly bother her. She could deal with a little extra pain.

Long range it was as the snake doctor pulled the box open, and pulled up a second tray from the first. "Alright mister Winters. While it is a removable object, please try to not pull it out without a trained doctor around. It will itch for a while as the metal web spreads out, but not so much in a few days." The woman put a small round disc on the end of a punch gun and held it on the table.
"Side note; how he explains talking in your head... its like if you ask your brain what did you do with some object..... but you don't have to verbally look for the answer. Ready?"
-----

A small shake to his head and the demon snorted a disgusted noise as he put the snake down. He was just called back by Justin, their mission master had come in to the conference room after they two had left- alerting them to some changes in the line up of the Gala.... They were wanted back but he would tell the kid when it was on his skin.

Blaire just listened to what the woman had to say before she was giving a nod. Of course she wasn't going to be stupid enough to try and remove it herself. Yet again there were some people out there in the world that would do it intentionally themselves, versus going to get it professionally done. Ninety percent of the time, doing it yourself ends up badly, especially if it is some kind of medical procedure such as this.
"So basically.... telepathy." Blaire commented after the woman tried to explain it to her. With that she was giving a nod when the woman asked if she was ready. As ready as she would ever be anyways. And she wasn't even sure how ready that was. Her attention did turn towards the demon for a moment in time when he ended up making a noise of disgust about something.
Had her wondering what was even going on. Okay she was braced and ready for the pain now.

"Done." The doctor spoke as she clicked the gun to the girls neck. "Give it a minute, you might feel the pain as it spreads out...." she mentioned the pain as she shoved the puncher gun in the box again and put it away. "Let the buzz you hear sink in, it will be worse if you dry to drown it out, Mister Winters." The snakes in her tank waved the two away as the lady went in to the tank and vanished in the foliage.

Soon enough it was done, at least until the pain started up which is when the thing started to spread out. After that she was giving a nod of her head before she was getting to her feet once again. She looked towards the demon for a moment in time before she spoke, "Well I suppose we should get going then." No she would deal with the pain as it happened.

~Testing.~ Was a deep tone to woman's mind as they headed back towards the rooms. He needed him in the loop... ~We have to get re dressed.... to the conference room...~ he continued as if the new person was already used to it. Fast paced and he was swirling around people fast. ~Gala order changed, we need some 'ladies' on the crew.....~ As if a child, the demon flicked a finger to his nose as if to say 'not it'

Blaire was definitely shocked to hear his voice in her head, actually it through her for a loop. But she had heard him and soon enough she was following after the demon. There was a small thoughtful look before she spoke "I can be one. I've done it before for an undercover deal." She offered after a moment in time. That was a truth as well, and they wouldnt find out she was a woman as easily either. Hopefully.

~Use your head to reply.~ A short, harsh reply to the boy and the door swung open fast under his hand.
The monkeys feigned shock at having been caught; Both having shades of orange dresses in their hands as the squeaked in fear; but it turned to laughter as they went back to dressing.

~Winters said he'd take third. Not like any of you would do well in a gown anyway...~ he mentally snubbed the other men in the room but got a reply from the lounging panther... in his spot...
~Oh, I dont know, I though a blue ballgown would have brought out my eyes..~ he fluttered them as he raised a hand to his lips. Bull and Bear snorted a laugh at the action before finishing their tux's.
"Oh I dont know, I think green might be his color more, right bro?" "Yeah, a deep green." The twins spoke this, though they got the chips too, their thought were too wild with other things and Matt didnt let them broadcast it, so they spoke.
"Any way, we got a whole collection here mission master brought in, Cap. said you were our third lady?" One spoke as he moved with fluid ease in his orange dress- the fit of this thing gave nothing away surprisingly- towards the pair. Magic users spelled them to appear as such if needed.
"Brother! I claim Doc's arm!" and the room laughed to the expense of Doc having his arm clung to by the second twin and loving eyes.

~Ignore them...~ a hand gestured to the rack of dresses. ~We need a fast pick and we need to go soon.~ Matt spoke fast and flexed his fingers. Oh he hated this human form.
