I too hope you're all okay following this entirely predictable but entirely unprepared for hellish weather!
 
Hi all my fellow Brits and UK dwellers. 30yr old guy currently in the South of England. Fairly experienced role player, but just joined BM and glad to see there’s plenty of Brits in here given the time zones can often be a hurdle.
 
Hi. From the UK and often back here. If I'm not I'm still in a neighbouring time zone. I like all sorts of RPs but for time reasons I'm only looking for Short Term usually. I also play on Matrix which is a little unusual but not everybody can do Discord and there's a growing number of us on there.

Discord isn't very private. You or I can't look at someone's RP's on there without an invite but their staff can. Plus you need a phone number to register for the account so if you want to keep your RP separate from another Discord account or your phone number, you're out of luck. Matrix is mostly the same functionality but you can create a profile without any of that and everything is encrypted between you and the people you invite. This isn't the thread for it but it's fairly easy to find more information. Just search for Matrix and chat. And Elements is the most popular client for it. You don't even need to download anything as you can just use it in the browser.

Yo, Scottish Guy in Scotland doing Scottish things. 34 yet forget I am and keep thinking I am 26 which is when I first joined the site (I may or may not be known to people in BM) so I have been here on and off over the time when I want to RP. Mostly keep to myself and answere requests rather than make them. RPed for 20 years yet very a bit rusty and needing a muse to get my creativity going if I am to write again. Lots of stories about lots of things, gotten up to some weird and wonderful thing including writing a porn script and had it filmed....its an hour long.

Currently just around to see about talking to folks and maybe getting back to doing an RP or two in time.
