I would say that my personality is very introverted unless you get to know me. In forums like these it’s also easier for me to speak eloquently since I can put more thought into replies and I can speak candidly since no one knows my real name here. Therefore I can be more open and roleplaying allows me to be other people and try on different social roles, if that makes any sense.

What TV show are you binging while stuck inside?

Brooklyn nine nine and stargate. From SG1 to Universe.

If you could live anywhere else in the world and have any job (excluding do-nothing jobs that pay millions like the CEO of a major company) where would you go and what would you do?

Id be a best selling author. I would lock my doors, hide in my house, and just write all the damn time, Like Melvin (Jack Nicholson) from "As Good As It Gets"

I would not buy an expensive assed supercar or anything like that, though I would buy a huge metal building, outfit half of it as a house, and the other half as a machine shop, then rebuild the vehicles I have.

I like this question so much that im passing it to the next person. What job would you have, where would you go, what would you do?

If the job is guaranteed no matter what then I’ll choose a museum curator. Every time I go to one I get a dry throat because I already know so much about prehistoric history, human history, and science in general. So whoever I’m going with pretty much gets a free guide as I explain more than what the text says. I would probably choose somewhere in America, or Europe since those museums are pretty good.

What was your favorite character to play in one of your stories?

My favourite character was from one of my earliest stories, he was a bounty hunter, sent by the mafia to hunt down my partner's character, an assassin who had defected from the mafia for reasons we never got to fully explore. Loved that story... so much cat and mouse, so many cool scenes where MC had to chase the other OC, some near misses - until he outsmarted the other with a bait and finally caught them. Cue some (mild, maybe) torture scenes... The OOC plotting and planning was just immensely fun and I was able to write a very different character and story.

Three part question:
(a) what is your least favourite pizza topping?
(b) what is your favourite pizza topping?
(c) would you eat a pizza with those two toppings together, or throw it away - also why?

So glad this game got revived! That plot sounds like it was a blast @A.Storey

Three part answer:
(a) Cheese (I am terribly allergic)
(b) Hot take, but I'm an anchovies on pizza guy
(c) Would throw it away, not worth the epipen shot

My question:
What's the biggest moment of 'self-cringe' you've had while roleplaying?

My question:
What's the biggest moment of 'self-cringe' you've had while roleplaying?
Ugh...I'll take this one.

It was a very, very long time ago - like, Yahoo Groups time ago. I was writing a female wizard character in a school setting, and the particular story path the character was on involved her having a complete mental breakdown (not a pretty thing for a wizard to suffer!).

I did a little research into how a mental breakdown might appear, what some of the symptoms and mannerisms might be...and triggered the story line. I'm told that my portrayal of the issue was disturbingly realistic.

I was completely unaware, at the time, that I was mirroring (or following...? no idea) my own slide into Depression, and even though the character came out of the problem, I did not...and it was clearly evident in my writing that followed, when I look back on it.

That lack of awareness of my own mental state at the time cost me a few good friendships I'd built up through that group.
