Annabelle sprang to her feet when he spoke and pretty much ran to the hospital. She skidded in through the door and moved over to him bed. She rushed to him and kissed him on the lips, her hands holding the sides of his face. After a few moments of passionate kissing she pulled away. She looked at him before she smacked at him.

"Hey! What was that for! I'm injured, you can't hit me!"

"Oh yeah, Well I just did, thats was for scaring me so much!" she said frowning.

"I didn't ask to be shot you crazy woman!"

"Crazy, maybe I should have just let you bleed to death!"

"You wouldn't do that...I'm to good in b-" he received another smack from a very red faced Annabelle.

"Oi! Stop that!"

"Shut up, now get up so I can look at your wounds". Adrien sighed and got up slowly, wincing a little in pain. Annabelle undid the bandages. They were still very fresh so she applied more antiseptic before bandaging him again.

Elise remained silent, looking down a little, but smiling at their exchange.

Annabelle walked over to her once she was done and said "Elise...I'm sorry...I should not have shouted at you...it was cruel...please forgive me...."

Elise smiled and said "There's nothing to forgive"

Annabelle smiled and hugged her softly.

"How come she didn't hit her when she got shot" he grumbled to him self
 
Stephen raced in after he laughing quietly about the exchange. When he spoke about her not getting hit he laughed. "Apparently she loves her more then both of us."
 
Annabelle smiled and she pulled away from Elise and said "Do you want something to eat Adrien?" she asked him

"yes please" he said

"Get it your self" she said grinning and walking out the door.

"Hey...How am I supposed to do that!"

Elise chuckled and said "I'll get you something Adrien" she said walking out of the room.
 
Stephen looked at Adrien and sat down across from him looking up at him. "Adrien i need your help. I want to smuggle Annabelle and Elise across the German lines. Ideally I want to get all 4 of us into England till the end of the war. From there I was hoping you would return to America with me. I know your a true patriot but we need to think of our families. All of us have been wounded now it is only a matter of time before one of us is killed. We need to get out of here while we can. " He looked up at him hoping he would not be mad at him for mentioning it.
 
Adrien looked at him and said "Stephen....the Germans killed my family right infront of my eyes. I don't think I can leave while they are still here" he said. He looked down and said "I want to avenge them...I have been shearching for a certain Captain...he ordered the execution of my family. Until he dies...I can't leave" he said in the most serious voice Stephen had probably ever heard come out of his mouth.
 
"Then lets find him who is he? I will look for him while you rest. Adrien I will do anything to get you all out of here as fast as possible. But i will tell you one thing. Your revenge will be swift if you allow me to help. I am not kidnapping him so you can torture him. I will but a bullet in his head from outside the camp and then return. " His voice nearly as stern and serious as Adrien he would do absolutely anything to give get them out of France.
 
Adrien looked at him and said "His name...is captain Simon Kreiger" he said looking at him. At that moment Annabelle walked in with a tray of food. Adrien smiled and said "I thought I had to get it my self?". Annabelle smirked and said "I couldn't let you starve" she said smiling.
 
"We will talk about this another time my friend. I have to go get some questions answered. " He smiled turning to leave the room going to check threw the papers he had found trying to find a way to talk to the other resistance groups.
 
Annabelle looked at him and said "what were you talking about".

He smiled and shook his head "Its nothing don't worry". Annabelle smiled and she began to help him eat.
 
"He was talking about how he is going to lock you both in a room when he is able to move again. " He laughed winking at him before walking away taking a deep breath walking out of the room.
 
Annabelle turned a deep shade of scarlet before Adrien chuckled and gave her a peck on the cheek.

Elise sighed to her self. She was helping Eliza wash up, she had a job to do today, she had to search through the stolen trucks and decide what they were going to keep and what they were going to send to the allies.
 
Stephen decided to come with Elise and find someone who could do some german recon for him. "Hello love. " He smiled walking up to Elise and Eliza slipping his arms around both of their lower backs. " What are you 2 lovely ladies doing?"
 
Elise smiled as Eliza replied "Cleaning up your mess". Elise chuckled and said "Did you need me?" she asked him softly.
 
"Not if Eliza wants a kiss?" He smiled winking at both of them playfully. "Actually I wanted come with you to do the inspection." He tensed up ready for a punch or slap from both sides.
 
Eliza was quick to punch him in the gut and said "Elise, you really need to control your men" she said walking out. Elise chuckled and watched her leave before she looked back at him and said "Well okay, you can come, but why?" she asked.
 
"I need to get a hold of someone who can help me find some things. To help us get across the lines. " He spoke softly not wanting anyone to know about it but the 4 he had already asked. "Why did Eliza get so offended? I was expecting you to hit me. " He chuckled softly.
 
Elise looked at him and said "Oh don't mind her...besides...I know you love me too much to ever kiss another women" she said smiling. She then spoke softly and said " The only person I know who could help you is Alexandra...she would be the most knowledgeable"
 
"Okay I will need to talk to her then. " He smiled wrapping his arms around her waist and kissed her cheek smiling brightly.
 
"Can you tell me where it is and ill sneak over there tonight. " He spoke softly looking at her biting his lip nervously.
 
"Then lets go take a look. " He smiled letting her go making his way to the map room his hand in hers leading her along behind him.
 
She walked inside with him. She opened a map and point to a more decrepid part of the city. "her hide out is here"
 
"Any special thing i need do before entering or knocking? I don't want to get shot for knocking. " He spoke softly taking a deep breath looking up into her eyes biting his lip nervously. "Does she speak english? "
 
Elise looked at him and said "Just show her your Cross of Lorraine and she'll let you in, besides, shes met you, she was at the meeting here" she said softly.
