Office Romances don't work...do they? (Nightstalker x Candi)

Chris heard her words and laughed softly as she rubbed the lotion into the skin of his nose, his own lathered up hands moved inside the top part of her bikini to fully apply the lotion to each breast. One hand caressing down her back and gently squeezing her buttocks. "I can't wait until we have a house of our own."

She moaned softly as he applied the lotion and squeezed her. "Mmm, me either," she said, kissing his forehead before applying the lotion all over his face.

Chris grinned devilishly at the combination of her soft moan and words, with his face fully covered in lotion now his body twisted slightly as he bent and kissed the taut smooth skin of her stomach.

Claire shivered as he kissed her stomach, blushing as he did so. "Mmm, that feels good. But don't let me burn, dear."

Chris heard her words and taking some more lotion applied it thoroughly to every exposed part of her body. Softly kissing her cheek before glancing past Rex out towards the ocean.

She smiled and put some sunscreen on her face before just laying back in the sun, watching her fiance watch the ocean.

Chris began to hum softly as he lost himself for several minutes in the ocean, oh how bad did he want this house he thought to himself as he turned almost full circle to look back towards it. Everything was perfect here, not taking away from the rest of the island's beauty. His eyes meeting hers as he laid his head gently against her shoulder, softly kissing the exposed skin of her shoulder blade before speaking barely above a whispered tone. "Claire we could try further up the coast if this one does not happen."

Chris heard her words along with the padding along the grass from Rex, head turning to watch him closer to them both. Smiling he leaned up and softly kissed her chin. "That we shall."

She smiled and kissed his lips, snuggling to him as Rex padded around. "Mmmm, I'm glad you love it here, Chris. I do too."

Chris had everything he would ever need right here with him right now, his eyes closing a little as his body moved backwards, long thick fingers reached out to gently touch her back. "Claire so peaceful, you and Rex is all I need for a long loving life."

A moment later, Claire's phone rang again. "Hello?" she said, putting the phone to her ear. It was the agent. "I see. Thank you. Yes, you have a nice day too." She hung up the phone and sighed, looking disappointed.

"We got the house!" she yelled, clearly excited, tackling her fiance.

Chris heard her phone ring, his right eye glancing towards her through a small slit as she answered it. Noticing the sigh and facial expression he was totally caught off guard by the tackle. With her words still ringing in his ears he laughed softly and happily kissed her deeply before feeling Rex's wet nose nudging his shoulder. "Seems we are all happy. Shall we collect our things from the hotel.

She shook her head. "Unfortunately no. The paperwork still needs to be processed and we need to give the owners time to move out their furniture."

Chris took in the shake of her head and words, sighing softly before scratching Rex's chin. His eyes meeting hers as he spoke softly. "Well I guess that is fair. Now to get him used to his home for a few days I suppose."

She smiled and took his hand, still holding onto it as they walked. "I'm so glad we came here," she said with a little smile. The agent would be in touch, and in just a matter of weeks, the house would be theirs. All they had to do was get their furniture from home.

Chris smiled at her words, his hand gently squeezing hers as they walked along and down the short path that led right to the ocean foreshore. His eyes watched the waves hit the rocks again, almost mesmerized by it as he spoke softly. "Not long now and that house shall be ours."

She was almost jealous of the way he looked at the sea. Still, she understood. It was beautiful, mysterious, and calming at the same time. It made sense to her. "Not long at all," she said, kissing his cheek.

Chris slid his arm around her waist and returned a soft kiss to her cheek. Spending time with her there before returning towards the hotel. Leaving Rex where he needed to be he spent most of the next three days making a few phone calls here and there, all their belongings would be shipped across, it was light work and along with spending days at the beach with Rex that is all he did. With the days getting closer to having their own house he smiled and whistled as he moved about the house, a large spring in his step.

Claire was in and out of teleconferences that she had to conduct over her cell phone. She was constantly working on her lap top to get things done and to record her progress. She was good at organizing, but it took time. She let Chris handle the house situation, though she was always present at the times he needed her. She played with Rex when she got the chance, and she never said no to sex with her fiance. Despite her stress, she managed to stay relaxed and fairly laid back. Things were going smoothly with the company, she just had to hire the divisions and get the offices decorated and properly set up. Everything else was done for her.

Today, however, she was free of the hassle of work. Today, she was in her new home, waiting for the agent to come and bring her the papers. Today, they signed their way into this home forever.

She wore a nice sundress today, something that made her look much more professional than her sexy swimsuit had on the first day she'd met the agent. But she still looked so calm.

Chris kept the spring in his step, the days passing by easily as he almost completely forgot about work. Some days wanting to do some reports but then remembering the words drummed into him. It would happen that work would be his again, at their new home and he knew it. With the delegating done and the last phone call made to make sure the furniture would be ready he dressed in trousers and shirt, his sunglasses sat on top of his head as he whistled softly in her direction. "Very sexy my love. Today is the day and tomorrow the furniture should be here unless there is a delay."

She smiled and hugged him, glad that he was with her as she did this. She would have been afraid to do something like this on her own, but now she had Chris, and he had her. Together, they would definitely work to make this company a wonderful place, and she would keep his ass in line. "I'm so happy," she said with a little smile.

Chris returned the hug and knew what she must have been thinking, owning his previous property back on the mainland had been daunting enough. This was far better, support and love of someone special. His eyes glanced around as they waited for the agent. "A little nerve wracking isn't it.?"
