Basically, they are enlarged veins. Throbbing, aching, and discomfort are persistent in the ares which they are found. I've mostly seen them on thighs and calves tho. However! Lol, one of my squad leaders, SPC Molina, had varicose veins on his junk. He had to have surgery because he started having a hard time sitting, walking ect. ect. We laughed at him and brought him food when he was stuck in the hospital.
