Ever since my swollen tonsil, I've been taking vitamin C and echinacea. I didn't know about airborne before I googled it just now ^^' I'll have to go to a Costco or WalMart (which there are none near my place) since all the other shops don't exist in Canada.

And mostly the reason why I got sick is that my boyfriend did one of those clinical studies and came back really sick because of all the people in the same place altogether and the meds that he isn't supposed to take. (It pays well but it's horrible, he said.) So for 2 weeks I was okay although he'd cough all night and I couldn't sleep well, but for some reason the weather dropped to 10 C/50 F for one day while it's supposed to be around 20-25 C/70-80 F, so I finally caught his cold >.<
