You are My Universe (MysteriousD/DaddysLittleSkank)

"I've always liked the names Lily, Connor, and Logan." Rai said as she smiled. "I actually have a list of baby names I like."

"What do you want to do? I can keep going for a lot longer than you." Pearl replied with her lips on his as she kissed him.

"Maybe we can check it out late,r" Steven said as he was chuckling before he sat up on the sofa. "What do you wanna do?" Steven asked her he kissed her cheek with a smile.

"We should probably see what Steven and Rai did and we can continie our fun later," Diego told Pearl with a smile as he kissed her forehead Pearl before sitting up while hugging her.

"Yeah its at my house so it'll have to be later." Rai answered, sitting next to him. "I don't know what do you want to do?"

"Alright." Pearl answered before transforming back into her normal clothed self. She rested her head on his shoulder. "I love you so much."

"Well, Amethyst and Garner should be arriving soon so maybe we should clean up a bit here," Steven noted as he looked around. The house was usually kept clean, but it did look like a tidying-up wouldn't hurt. "What do you think the notes have?" he asked for ehr opinion as he went to clean a bit.

Diego went over and kissed Pearl as she rested her head on his shoulder. "I love you so much too," Diego told Pearl lovingly. After a little bit, he got up and got dressed. "We should head back to see Steven and Rai," he said as he pulled Pearl in for a hug.

Rai stood up and started cleaning up. "I have no idea to be honest. Hopefully we can translate it and figure it out and we won't have another Voynich manuscript on our hands."

"Hopefully we won't walk in on them in the middle of sex." Pearl commented rolling her eyes a bit. "That would be awkward for everyone."

"Isn't that text that is supposed to be hard to translate and no one has done do yet," Steven asked her in curiosity as he kept cleaning. He knew bits about it because Diego was utterly fascinated with it.

"I don;t think we will," Diego said chuckling before he hugged Pearl once more. "I wonder how things will be when they have a famil of their own," Diego noted as his hand was in Pearl's as they began walking to the beach house.

"Yeah and like no one even know what kind of book it's supposed to be." Rai answered. "Your house is always so clean, probably because there's not five other people living here."

"I wonder how many kids they'll have." Pearl said. "Rai's said her limit is four."

"Diego said his favorite theory was a book on alchemy. He likes the idea of it and joked he would've liked to have been one," Steven told her with a smile. "Well, the Gems do have their own place and Amethyst's is really messy," Steven added as he finished it. "I got a test from Diego. He and Pearl will be here soon," he read.

"Well, how would you figure you'd be witht hem?" Diego asked her curiously. Out of them all, she was the most motherly with them and knew alot of what Pearl went through with the emotions.

"I share a room with my two sisters that still live at home." Rai stated as she finished tidying up. "Half the time I can barely make to my bed with all their shit on the floor."

"I wasn't exactly good with Ateven when he was younger." Pearl stated. "Once I dropped him down some stairs when he was two and I blamed it on Amethyst..."

"Hey Rai... would you ever consider moving here when you're old enough? Like, we never discussed if we would raise our kids here," Steven explained to her as he wiped the sweat off of his brow and served some lemonade in the fridge for both of them.

"But you change and grew up," Diego sai as he leaned in to kiss PEarl on the cheek while his arm was around her. "You're an amazing and wonderful person," he told her sweetly.

Rai stood at the counter and drank some lemonade before answering the queston, "We'd have to make it bigger to fit our kids but I'd love to live with you here." She wrapped an arm around him.

"I still don't know much about kids." Pearl admitted. "Steven was almost as a teenager."

"Yeah, it would be alot of fun and we could get everyone to helo with making the house bigger," Steven added with a smile as he hugged Rai back before taking a bit more lemonade. "It's amazing how much time has passed," he added.

"Didn't he move in before he was 10 though?" Diego asked before he went and hugged Pearl. "Steven doesn't blame you for anything. You know that, right?" he added, wanting to comfort her since he sensed a bit of tenseness from her.

"My dad will definitely help," Rai said resting her head on Steven's shoulder, "he's done a lot of charity work building houses and other stuff. My parents actually went to Africa on a missionary trip and they helped build houses, hospitals, and schools."

"I know but Greg was pretty mad." Pearl said with a chuckle as she hugged him back. "We should probably get back."

"And so will my dad. He helped make this whole place more-or-less by himself," Steven commented as he rested his head on Rai's. "That's amazing with what your parents did. You think you'd wanna do the same?" Steven asked her.

Diego smiled as he kept walking with Pearl to the beachhouse, holding her hand and savoering being with her. "I wonder how many other Gems we don't know about fell in love with humans," he couldn't help but wonder out loud.

"Yeah you told me that before." Rai smiled enjoying just being with Steven. "I probably won't go to Africa or another country. I've helped with Habitat for Humanity before."

"I doubt there would be many, if any at all. To my knowledge the Crystal Gems were the only ones that protected the earth." Pearl explained.

"It would still be cool to help out people like that," Steven explained as he saw that Pearl and Diego were on their way based on he saw them on the window. "Diego said he'd like to go back where his parents came form," he added.

"Well, yeah, but there were alot of Crystal Gems and maybe some Gems from both sides went AWOL and went native," Diego proposed.

"I try to." Rai said with a smile. "I volunteer a lot actually, you should totally come with me sometime! I know how he feels, I've been to the parts of Greece my parents' families are from and it was so cool."

"I don't know." Pearl stated as she took Diego's hand in her hand and intertwined their fingers.

"Sure! We can do that. I would love to help!" Steven told her with a smile. "I already help out in building some of the stuff here like when we helped out Peedee," Steven reminded the two of them.

Diego squeezed Pearl's hand when he felt hers in his. "How would you feel if was true? That there could be Gem/human descendants?" Diego asked her before they arrived at the house and opened it.

"Welcome back!" Steven told the two.

"Okay," Rai said, "I'm volunteering at the humane society in a couple of days if you'd like to go with me."

Pearl took a deep breath and pursed her lips trying to delay answering the question until they'd reached the house. "Did you make the copies?" She asked Steven and Rai.

"Yes." Rai said as she pulled them from her bag.

"Sure. Where would we be going to?" Steven asked Rai when he saw that Diego and Pearl arrived. "Yeah, we did a pretty good job and it'll be really cool to see what will be on the books. It's gotta be something important," Steven predicted.

"Wow, these look really good! Well done everyone!" Diego said as he took a copy. Suddenly, he saw light from the teleporter and he saw a tired Garnet and Amethyst. "Ya'll okay?" Diego asked them with a concerned look.

"The humane society." Rai answered. "Thanks, I tried to replicate the book as much as possible." She turned to face the warp pad. "You guys look terrible."

"What happened?" Pearl asked.

"Reconaissance mission. Discovered a weird thing. Didn't look like a Gem robot, but it was still guarding the place," Amethyst noted before she plopped down and dropped a gear. Diego picked up and noticed there were strange symbols on it. It kinda looked like the ones in the book.

"That sounds cool," Steven answered to what Rai said before seeing the Gems come back. He went over to check up on them and made sure they were okay. While tired-looking, they didn't actually have any things like cracked gems or such.

"The machine looked far older than anything seen on Earth yet somewhat resembled clockwork beings," Garnet said before she sat down and picked up one of the binders. "Thank you," she said for the hard work. Garnet was obviously in thought.

"It'd have to be a Gem robot, human robotics aren't exactly advanced." Rai explained. She went into the kitchen area and quickly made something before pouring it into two mugs. "I mean we're just now discovering how to make artificial limbs." She walked over to Garnet and Amethyst, handing each of them a mug. "It's a family recipe, it'll help make you feel better."

"What's in it?" Amethyst asked.

"Does it matter? You're still gonna drink it." Rai responded. "And it's a family secret."

"Yes, but Gem robots never looked like that at all," Steven said, recalling the various robots and such that they faced and that Pearl showed him. Diego meanwhile was still in thought over it and wondered what was it about.

He kept looking through the binder about it. There were some pictured that looked rather strange and mystic. It did look like it had bits from Egyptian and Mesoamerican styled art. It was pretty strange to say the least. "We do need to find who can read this ancient Greek language," Diego noted to them.

Garnet looked at the drink and carefully began drinking it.

"My dad took some college classes on Ancient Greece. I bet he could translate them." Rai stated. "I'll talk to him when he gets home tonight."

"This is actually pretty good." Amethyst said after taking a full but before chugging the rest.
