League of Heroes........Guardians of Earth (Darkkitten9389 & CrimsonMaster)

When Malcot joined her and looked out, she watched him. His sudden question surprised her. She'd never thought of things like that and the surprise showed on her face for a brief moment before she looked out the window again. "Malcot… Father, one of my jobs is to protect the people of this city, natural selection be damned." she told him. "All of those men could have a family. A little boy or girl, or a wife, who is waiting for one of those men to come home to them. Should they fall, he will never be seen again. My job is to protect the innocent of the city. To help them when they cant help themselves. I can't just sit back anymore when they can be saved. Please, help me save them from the same fate that you and I had to deal with. Don't leave a child without their father. Unlike us, those men won't come back from exile." It wouldn't be surprising that one of her motivations were children who could be effected by the deaths of the men. Reaching out, she grasped his hand while looking up at him with a pleading gaze. "Please, help me." she begged of him.

Alexandria knew that time was quickly running out and at any moment one of those men could fall. She knew this was so much different from what he was used to. She understood that this was a big change for the man, but this was what she did. What her entire family did. And she was asking him for help in something she was extremely passionate about. Sure, there were times when she had doubts, but she never hesitated in helping someone who needed help. Many of Earths population looked up to the heroes because of how they helped them and even some countries worshiped them still. The heroes used their impressive powers to help those weaker then them.

Alexandria was a powerful & passionate speaker when she was on a subject she cared about. Malcot was surprised by what his daughter had said. Surprised because he wasn't looking at this from her position. Not physical but in thought. Alexandria brought up how those men could have families. She spoke of how those families depended on those men. She also spoke of the children and how they would lose their fathers. This struck a cord within Malcot. He felt so much regret for missing 200 years with his daughter. That time was gone forever. It would never come back. Alexandria then spoke of how those men wouldn't be able to return. Malcot would still be trapped if it hadn't been for a few of his worshipers who built up a legend about him. This old legend about a powerful God made Madame Wu believe that Malcot was a being she could use. Malcot wasn't the type who could be used. Nor would he let anyone try and control him.

Malcot knew the pain of losing someone you loved. His wife was long since dead, and wouldn't be coming back. Unlike Limbo, there was no return from death. Not without the use of magic, and even then one had to pay a very high price. Malcot didn't fully understand his daughter's need to protect the humans, but he found that he couldn't just let those men die. Not when others would suffer from their deaths. " I will help you Alexandria. " Malcot spoke as his head returned to what was happening outside. He heard a loud groan coming from the massive crane. And it wasn't a good sounding groan. It sounded like a wounded animal ready to die. " That machine won't last much longer..........And I don't think we can save them and stop that machine from crushing the people below. " Malcot spoke while studying the situation carefully. He & Alexandria then got a shock. One of the chains supporting the basket broke. This cause the basket to drop one end. The men on that end were jerked hard. One man lost his grip, and slipped off. He caught a rope hanging from the side, holding on for dear life. " We've run out of time! " Malcot spoke while pulling the window open. His body changed into that dark blue outfit he'd been wearing since his return. Malcot then leaped out the open window. Alexandria's apartment was at the top of this building. They were almost 100 feet in the air. Malcot formed a pair of large wings from his back. Very much like the wings Angel had. He flew towards two of the four men. He called out to them. Telling them to take his hand. He reached one man, who did as Malcot asked. Malcot let out a groan from the added weight. Suddenly, the other man lost his grip reaching out. Malcot quickly dropped and grabbed the man by his clothing. Malcot struggled to keep himself and the two men in the air. He held onto the men while slowly making his way down to the ground. Above, the crane let out another death groan before it finally tipped over. The crane started to fall, but was stopped by a metal rail on the buildings top edge. This railing was already cracking under the weight of the huge crane.

Alexandria looked up at her father with a pleading look in her eyes and her hand gripped his. Finally he agreed to help her and she followed his gaze to what was happening across the way at the other building. She could hear the loud groan coming from the massive crane and she knew that time was definitely running out and she nodded when he said that the machine wouldn't last much longer. When one of the chains supporting the basket broke, she gave a brief cry of shock when one of the men slipped and began to fall, but he managed to grab onto a rope and he held on for dear life. This prompted her father to spring into action and he pulled the window open. She watched as he shifted his appearance and jumped out the window. Shortly before she followed, Alexandria sent out a call to Stargirl, making it known that the superpowered teen was needed for an emergency in downtown New York. If anyone would be able to keep that crane from killing so many, it would be her daughter. With the call sent out, she quickly followed her father out the window and shifted in midair. However, she took the form of a hippogriff. She didn't have the strength to catch multiple man in a human form. But as a hippogriff, she could save several men at once.

Malcot saved two of the men and the was lowering them towards the ground. While he was doing this, Alexandria had jumped from the window and spread her massive wings, flying towards the basket where the remaining men were. She maneuvered herself and carefully grabbed two of the men in her large talons, her wings flapping hard as she wheeled around and began to move away. Just as she did, there was another loud groan from the crane and it began to fall, only to be stopped by the metal rail on the buildings top edge. This caused the basket to begin to fall, only to be jerked to a stop. This caused the man holding onto the rope to loose his grip and Alexandria gave a cry as she dove and she managed to catch the man on her back and she flew quickly towards the ground. This left one man remaining in the basket. She dropped the three men off on the ground before looking back up at the crane. The metal rail holding it up was going to give any moment. By now, many people on the street had begun to notice what was going on and while some were beginning to move away from the area, there were some foolish people who had pulled their phones out and were recording what was going on.

This made her give an annoyed screech. Even though she saved innocent people and this was something she was passionate about, it did annoy her that people were so foolish that they would whip out their phones and record or take pictures of what was going on instead of getting to safety. With a huff, the hippogriff took to the air again and flew up towards the crane basket despite the obvious danger to herself. If that crane came down now, there was a large chance that she could get hit, but she was willing to risk it to save this last man.

Alexandria had quickly gone through everyone she knew who could handle this massive crane. She could have called on Emerald Knight, but there was no way for her to know if he was around. She could have called on Protector, but she didn't know how long it would take Samantha to get her armor on. Time was running out, and that crane wouldn't stay up much longer. Image could handle the crane, but it would take several minutes for him to reach the city. Her only choice was Tina. Her daughter was currently acrossed town, at her college. However, Tina was fast enough to be there in seconds after getting the alert. Tina was in the libaray when her cell phone went off. She pulled the phone from her back pocket. The message was from Alexandria. Tina looked around, then slipped out a side door. Once the message was sent, Alexandria exited the window. Jumping into action like the true hero she was.

Malcot struggled with the added weight of carrying two full gown men. This was something he wasn't uses to doing. Malcot landed, then told the men to run away quickly. He then took notice of all the people standing around. They were looking up. Most holding devices in their hands. Still being new to this period in time. Malcot didn't know what a cell phone was. He wasn't sure why they hadn't run for their lives. Perhaps their faith in Alexandria, as Scarlet Cat was so great, they felt no fear of death? This made Malcot feel very proud of his daughter. She was truly revered like the heroes of old. Scarlet Cat was beloved by the people, but this wasn't the reason why they stood around. Most never gave any thought to the danger. They were of the mind set, that this couldn't happen to them. Such things happened to other people. Alexandria dropped off the men she saved. She returned to the sky. Going after one more man. Malcot looked up as his daughter grew closer to the basket.

His eyes moved upwards towards the crane, now hanging on by a thread of metal. That railing finally snapped under the weight. The crane began to free fall towards the street below. It seemed his daughter had run out of time. " LOOK OUT! " Malcot yelled out. People standing below, finally noticed the danger and began running. Panicked screams filled the air as those on the ground tried to escape the area. Malcot knew, it was far to late for anyone to escape. Suddenly a blue & red streak snatched the crane before it reached Scarlet Cat. She had just enough time to grab the last man before the basket was yanked away as well. It all happened so quickly. Malcot wasn't even sure what happened. He quickly ran over to where Scarlet Cat would touch down.

Alexandria knew that she had several people who would be able to handle the crane with ease, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was, whether they were available or would be able to get there in time. She had no clue where Emerald Knight currently was and because Samantha was much like her and ran a multibillion dollar corporation, there was no way of knowing if she would be able to get her armor on and get here in time. That left two people. Image and Tina. But it would of taken several minutes for Image to arrive. That left just Tina. Tina, who Alexandria knew would be able to get there in seconds thanks to her powers.

As Alexandria flew back up towards the crane, she felt her heart beating faster and her instincts were telling her to flee because of the great amount of danger that she was putting herself in. But she pushed herself. She had faith that her daughter would get there. She just hoped that she could reach the man in time. She was closing in on the basket when she heard the railing snap and her gaze darted up, the shifter jerking back a little with a screech as the crane began to fall. Her fathers voice could be heard down below as he yelled, but a fierce look formed on her face and she flew forward even faster with a hard beat of her wings. The distance between the shifter and the falling crane was quickly shrinking but she showed no hesitation.

Her large talons reached out and she snatched up the man before a blue and red streak snatched up the crane and pulled both it and the basket that the man had been in, away from the shifter. As the crane was pulled away, Scarlet Cat wheeled around and flew down towards the street, landing and gently putting the last man down before she shifted back into her human form and she placed her hands upon his shoulders. "Are you okay?" she asked him and the man nodded, his body shaking from his near death experience before he hugged her suddenly. The surprise showed on her face before she smiled and patted the man on the back. "Go." she softly told him. "The area isn't completely safe yet. Join the others." With another nod and a thanks, the man turned and moved in the direction his co-workers had gone. With him gone, Scarlet Cat turned to look at her father and she smiled at him. "Thank you." she told him while moving towards him. She then looked up towards the sky, a small grin on her face. She knew that her daughter had definitely pulled through just in time.

Malcot was very proud of his daughter, She was threatened with death from the falling crane. Yet, she didn't yield. She didn't quit or retreat from the danger. She flew towards the danger and saved a life. Malcot had no idea who the blue & red streak had been. The figure had been moving far to quickly for him to see the body. It was clear his daughter had called for some backup. So Malcot guessed it was a member of her family. He'd seen several members of her family during the fight with apocalypse, but he only spoke with the man called Raven. Malcot was thanked by his daughter as they approached each other. He placed his hands onto her shoulders and said there was no reason to thank him. He was glad to have helped her. It was what she wanted and Malcot would always do his best please Alexandria from this point on. As he told her before. He couldn't make up for their lost time, but he could be there for her now.

Suddenly Malcot became aware of something hovering over them. He looked upwards as Stargirl was lowering herself down. The pretty teenage girl touched down softly. Only a few feet away from where her mother & Malcot stood. " It was you?..........You carried that huge piece of metal off? " Malcot asked. Stargirl smiled as she approached. " That was pretty light weight for me.........But yes I took care of it. " Stargirl spoke before saying she dropped the crane off down near an open area of the docks. " You have power which rivals the Gods. " Malcot added. Stargirl smiled at the comment. She never thought of it that way, but she thanked Malcot for his words. Malcot didn't fully understand certain things about being a hero. One thing that he found puzzling, was their need to hide who they were. Most of those who called themselves heroes, wore a mask to keep themselves unknown. This was true for the members of Alexandria's pride and even for herself. Malcot took noticed that his daughter had a special form just for her work as a hero. He thought she should be celebrated for what she'd just done. There should be a feast in her honor and tribute should be paid to her. He asked his daughter why she didn't have the human pay her honors? The onlookers hadn't gone far. Most made their way back to the area. Many were taking pictures of Scarlet Cat & Stargirl. These pictures would soon by on social media outlets.

After she thanked him, she felt him place his hands upon her shoulders and looked at him as he told her that there was no reason to thank him and she grinned. She noticed that he was looking upwards and she didn't have to look up as well to know that Stargirl was lowering herself down and she turned her head slightly to see her daughter touching down. The shifter stood by with a look of pride on her face as he questioned the teen about being the one that had carried the huge piece of metal off and Scarlet Cat chuckled when Stargirl stated it was pretty light weight. Her comment of where she had dropped the crane off was met with a nod. "Thank you. You got here just in the nick of time." she told the teen. Malcots next comment drew a chuckle from Scarlet Cat. There were others who might let such a comment go to their head, but Stargirl was modest and thanked Malcot.

Moving over to the teen, Scarlet Cat gave her a brief kiss on the cheek. Not many saw Scarlet Cat being affectionate towards others as she was usually as serious as her counter part, Raven. So those watching were getting some good pictures of the two beautiful women. Malcot then asked why she didn't have the human pay her honors and she chuckled again before shaking her head. "A long time ago, I might of done such." she admitted with a nod. "But that's not why we do it. We don't expect rewards for our work. We do it because it's the right thing to do." She looked around them at the people taking pictures of them, her gaze moving over everyone that had gathered now that the danger had passed. "It is enough to know that I've saved a persons life and made a difference. Come, we can talk more openly once in private again." She turned to Stargirl and asked if she had anymore classes for the day. If not, Stargirl could join them.

Malcot listened as his daughter explained the reason why the did as they did. It wasn't for glory or fame. Though the heroes could certainly be called famous. Alexandria knew pictures of her and Stargirl would soon be popping up on the internet. There were many fan sites dedicated to the heroes. And people loved to talk about those who protected them. The pictures of Scarlet Cat kissing Stargirl on the cheek, though very innocent, would start the tongues wagging. People would wonder if they were lovers? They'd be shocked to know how true that was. They were lovers, but they were also family. Scarlet Cat then suggested they continue the talk somewhere else. With all the people around, some now taking videos. It was becoming hard to have a private conversation.

No one needed to be told where to go. They could all met up inside the apartment. Scarlet Cat asked about Stargirl's classes. The teenager spoke of having been in the library doing some reading. She said it was nothing important and she could join them if it was what Scarlet Cat wanted. Stargirl then took off into the sky. Waving at the people as she left the area. The people on the ground, followed the teenage hero. This gave Malcot & Scarlet Cat the chance to make a quite exit. They both shifted into air and disappeared. The the onlookers turned their attention back to where Scarlet Cat had been with the unknown man. They were gone. This left many scratching their heads. Malcot & Scarlet Cat reappeared in the apartment. It wasn't long till there was a knock on the door, it opened and Tina stepped inside. She put her backpack down and greeted her mother with a kiss and hug. Tina spoke of needing to grab her things. That's why it took her a few minutes to join them.

Scarlet Cat knew perfectly well about the fan sites that people had made dedicated to the heroes and it was well known that people talked about the heroes. It was a very popular topic of conversation, both good and bad. The kiss that Scarlet Cat gave Stargirl got people chattering and taking even more pictures of the women. Scarlet Cat could hear some of what some of the closer people were saying and it made her want to shake her head. However she just continued talking to Stargirl and Malcot, suggesting a change in location. Stargirl told her that she had been in the library doing some reading but it wasn't anything important and she could join them if Scarlet Cat wished and the shifter nodded, saying that she would like the young woman to join them.

Stargirl then took off into the sky, waving at people as she went. With everyones attention on the blonde, Scarlet Cat told Malcot now was the time to get away quickly. They both shifted into air and disappeared, returning to the apartment and leaving the onlookers to wonder where they went. It wasn't unusual for Scarlet Cat to disappear as quickly as she had appeared. Back in the apartment, Scarlet Cat changed back and moved to close the window that she and Malcot had jumped out of earlier, smiling to herself when she saw the people down below were beginning to return to their daily lives. Several minutes later, there was a knock on the door and Tina entered, setting her backpack down and she greeted Alexandria with a hug and kiss. Tina spoke of having to gather her things and that was why it took so long. This was something that Alexandria waved off and said was fine. She led Tina further into the apartment before she introduced the young woman to Malcot. "Tina. I have someone that I want to introduce you to." she told the teen while guiding her where Malcot was. "Tina, this is my birthfather, Malcot. Malcot, this is my daughter, Tina." Alexandria was planning on inviting Malcot to meet the rest of the family, but she figured she would introduce Tina to him now since they were all together anyways.

After returning the apartment. Malcot watched as his daughter changed form again. Returning the form she had when she arrived at the apartment. Clearly Alexandria was hiding who she was. Malcot didn't know why, but he planned on finding out. Tina soon arrived, joking with Alexandria about getting her backpack. The joke was about her super speed. Tina had traveled to the college and back in just a few minutes. That was impressive for the teenager. Alexandria brought Tina into the apartment. She then introduced her daughter to Malcot. Saying the man was her birth father. Tina had been told of Malcot and they'd seen each other before. This was their first real meeting. " I'm pleased to meet you Sir..........I hope you're enjoying your stay here. " Tina spoke while wearing a charming smile. Malcot returned the smile. He found Tina to be respectful and kind. And there was much more to Alexandria's daughter. She was also more powerful then either of the shifters. Tina was also quite pretty. Dressed in sneakers, shorts, a t-shirt and short jacket.

Malcot took a moment to look Tina's body over. He enjoyed the sight of her body, but he didn't wish to upset his daughter. So Malcot didn't let his eyes linger for long. " I'm proud to meet the daughter of my daughter. " Malcot finally spoke. He turned his head, looking at Alexandria while saying what a fine looking girl she had. They all moved into the living room and sat down. Malcot then questioned Alexandria on why she and the others wore their outfits? " You all wear outfits and some even wear masks..........And you my girl.........You have a special form when you do your hero work.........Yet you all feel the need to hide yourselves from those you protect..........Does this have anything to do with not wanting to be honored for your work? " Malcot asked. He then waited for Alexandria's answer. The answer was more complex then not wanting honors. It was about protecting their real identities from villains, and protected friends & loved ones who weren't gifted with powers or skills to defend themselves.

The way she spoke when introducing Tina showed how proud she was of her daughter. Tina was a full time college student, a full time hero and she was also training to work at the family business. She had come so far from where she had been when she first came to join the Reed family. The girl could of gone a much different road if it wasn't for Alexandria asking Eric to bring her into their home. Tina was respectful and kind towards Malcot after she was introduced to him and Alexandria smiled as he replied. While he spoke to the teen, Alexandria had seen how his gaze moved over Tina and Alexandria smiled knowingly. She often had much the same reaction to Tina. He then looked at Alexandria and told her what a fine looking girl she had and she nodded. "Yes, I'm very proud of her. As well as her brothers." she said as they all moved into the living room and sat down.

Malcot had a question for them when they sat down and she looked at him as he questioned her on why she and the others wore their outfits and some even wore masks. He even pointed out how she had a special form when she did her hero work. After he asked about it having anything to do with not wanting to be honored, Alexandria glanced at Tina for a long moment. "It's not so much that, as it is protecting our loved ones." Alexandria said honestly. "My family are all heroes and we hide our identities because we have many enemies who would use that information to harm those who are important to us." She explained about how there were villains who would target their friends and family who didn't have powers in order to get to them. She also spoke of how the Reed family had enemies as well who would use the information that the matriarch of the family was a mutant and the daughter was a superpowered human, to harm not just the family, but the company as well. That in turn could harm thousands of people. "Then there is the government which is constantly going back and forth on whether or not people with powers should be controlled. So the simplest answer is the safety of others." she said with a nod. "Take my youngest for example. He is completely defenseless. Should anyone find out who and what we are, he would be at risk."

She smiled and then said that on the other side of the coin was that if the general public knew who they were, those who looked at the heroes with awe and admiration wouldn't give them a moments peace as they would constantly be followed. She said this to lighten the mood after her serious explanation. "We like our private lives to be pretty much that."

Malcot was beginning to understand more about his daughter's life. Alexandria spoke of why they wore outfits, masks and why she had a special form while being a hero. She said it was to protect those around them. There were enemies who would strike with such information. Going after those who couldn't defend themselves. Alexandria spoke of villains as being one threat. Another was the government. Depending on who was in power. One group of elected officials might be friendlier towards the heroes then others. This was always the case. One group swung one way, and the other swung the other way. Alexandria also spoke of enemies within the business world. This world could be just a ruthless as any politician or super villain. Alexandria lighten the mood by speaking of the regular people who looked up to the heroes. Tina then showed Malcot her cell phone. She brought up a social network site which already had those pictures of Scarlet Cat & Stargirl. Some comments spoke of how great the female heroes were. Others commented on how hot it was that Scarlet Cat kissed Stargirl. This fueled talk of wild sex fantasies people had of the two women. This was all very interesting for Malcot, but he also felt out of place.

Malcot remembered seeing the dawn of mankind. He could still remember when man lived in caves, wore furs and often ate their food raw. Now, mankind built giant cities, they had buildings which stretched into the sky. They had television, phones, jets, cars and the internet. Malcot still saw man as little more then animals with technology. Adjusting to this world wouldn't be easy for him. He still thought mankind would be better off if they were ruled by Alexandria and her pride. There was such a thing as a benevolent ruler. And Alexandria was certainly benevolent in her approach of others less fortunate then she was. It was a subject Malcot knew his daughter would never accept. She might be called the "Queen" of New York's high society. And she might even enjoy that title, but she never saw herself as royalty of any kind. Though the Reed's were treated like that where ever they went. No matter what country they were in. The red carpet was always rolled out, and they had the best of everything. This was something else which puzzled Malcot. Alexandria and her family were treated like royalty because of their wealth, power & position. Hundreds of thousands all over the world worked for the family. In a strange way. You could say the Reed Family did rule over their own kingdom. They had security, which was like their private army. They even had subjects who were their workers. They owned several large homes around the world. Each one was like their own castle. The only thing Alexandria and her family didn't do, was force their will on other people. This made them different from others who held power.

There were plenty of reasons why the heroes had secret identities. Whether it was to protect themselves and those around them or to just retain their privacy, or some other reason, they all had perfectly good reasons for the secrecy. The two women explained this to Malcot before Tina showed him her phone on which she had brought up a social media site with pictures of the two women along with comments about them. Alexandria got a brief glance of a comment and snorted while shaking her head when she saw it mentioned how hot it was that the red head had kissed Stargirl. This made Alexandria comment on how she was sure plenty of people would be using those pictures as masturbation material later, though there was an amused smile on her face as she said this. It didn't really bother her all that much.

While her father thought that mankind would be better ruled by Alexandria, she wasn't really the type to actively rule over others. However, if one really thought about it, being Alexandria Reed kind of put her in a position of being in charge of a lot of people in New York. She ran Reed Industries beside her brother and lover proudly, she was head of the charities that the Reeds were in charge of, happily doing as much as she can to help those less fortunate then herself. The blue bloods of New York looked up to her with grudging admirations while the average people admired her for all the good she did. They saw her as a beautiful, selfless, kind and giving woman. On top of that, the workers of the city, such as the cops, firefighters and others in similar fields respected her and her family for all they did for them. None donated as much to them as the Reed family did.

And it wasn't just New York. It was all over the world. They had so many people working for them. They also had plenty of homes all over the world and with their own security, it was like they had their own private army. Alexandria and her family could easily take over if they turned and became evil. With a soft sigh, Alexandria shook her head and smiled. "These are some of the good comments we have gotten. Over the past couple weeks, there had been plenty of bad ones." she said gently. "Hopefully things are now changing and settling back down." She leaned back in her seat and relaxed, absently running her fingertips over her belly with a thoughtful look on her face. "I was wondering if you would like to join us for dinner." she asked her father after a little bit. "Perhaps meet the rest of the family." She glanced at Tina to see what she thought of this suggestion.

Alexandria & Tina helped to make things clearer for Malcot. What they said made sense. They had enemies who would use any information against them, they also had people around them to protect from these enemies. The pictures shown to Malcot, helped drive home that point. It had only been a short while and people were already talking of Scarlet Cat & Stargirl. Alexandria brought up how some would use that picture of her and Stargirl for masturbation material. This made Tina laugh. " Don't act as if you don't love it. " Tina teased her mother. Whether as Scarlet Cat & Stargirl, or as Alexandria & Tina Reed. Both women were fuel for people to masturbate too. Alexandria had plans to do a nude magazine spread after her baby was born. The money raised would go to the needy. She knew full well that her nude pictures would be for self pleasuring.

Alexandria asked her father if he would like to join them for dinner? This was a surprise for Malcot. One he gladly accepted. He'd love to meet Alexandria's other children. Tina then made a suggestion. She spoke of how Malcot should take a human form. Tina said this would allow him to move around without people staring at him and taking pictures. She said a human form would allow him to blend in. Malcot wasn't sure it was needed, but he looked at his daughter. Alexandria thought the idea was great. In fact, she thought they could even build a background for her father. Anyone hanging around the Reed Family, would get noticed by the press. Questions would be asked if this person looked as Malcot did now. His pure while skin and jet black hair made him stand out. As did the blue outfit he wore. Alexandria already had an idea on who Malcot could be, and on his connection with her. Since Alexandria thought the idea was a good one, Malcot wouldn't argue. He wanted to please his daughter in every way possible. If looking human would make her happy and keep her safe, along with her pride. Malcot would take a human form. He thought for a moment, then he took on a New Form. " How does this look? " Malcot asked while standing before Alexandria & Tina. The younger woman was smiling after the change. " Delightful. " Tina spoke softly as her smile turned a bit wicked. She now had a very hot looking grandfather. Tina then asked Alexandria what she thought?

As she was teased about loving others using her and Tina as masturbation material, Alexandria had a impassive look on her face as she shrugged. However, it didn't last long as she looked at her daughter from the corner of her eye and she grinned at her, her eyes glittering brightly. Alexandria didn't mind others using her image for masturbation. She actually got a bit of a thrill at the thought of others getting off on the idea of her. Of course, that was all a part of her nature too since her feline side was so sexually charged and active.

After asking Malcot about joining them for dinner, she could see the surprise before he accepted and she nodded before Tina made her suggestion of Malcot taking a human form. "Tina is correct." Alexandria said. "It will make it easier for all of us as others wouldn't ask questions." While Alexandria rather liked her fathers fair skin and dark hair, she knew that others would question it as it wasn't 'normal'. Her father didn't argue and she waited patiently as he thought for a bit and then took on a new form. After he asked how it looked, Alexandria stood and circled him once and then looked at Tina as the girl spoke of it being delightful. This made her chuckle before Alexandria was asked what she thought. "I think that my naughty daughter wants to fuck her grandfather." Alexandria said bluntly, turning to face her daughter with a grin, her eyes glinting brightly before she turned back to Malcot. "You do look very attractive in your human form." she told him, a soft purr in her voice as she smiled. The woman sighed before shaking her head and playfully stating that she wasn't sure what it was about older looking men that turned her on so much.

Malcot had some misgivings about taking a human form, but both Tina & Alexandria thought it was a good idea. He understood why this transformation was needed. It would draw unwanted attention if the Reed Family was seen walking around with a man who appeared to be a mutant. Malcot was a shifter, but few humans knew of this race. People would think Malcot was another mutant. That could lead to more questions, and perhaps some trouble. Trouble the family didn't want. Since Alexandria was on board with Tina's idea. Malcot went along without anymore being said. He took a male form after thinking for a moment. It wasn't a form he'd taken before, but the form her took had been from a real human. A human male who lived back in the later 1800s. Malcot then waited for how the two women would react. He smiled when Tina spoke, but his smile grew bigger after Alexandria spoke. Her bluntness was pure Alexandria. Speaking of Tina being naughty and how she wanted to fuck her grandfather. Malcot had been eying up the teenager since she arrived at the apartment.

Tina stood there grinning after her mother spoke. " You know me so well. " Tina replied with a playful smile. She liked the form Malcot took, and she wouldn't mind fucking him. However, there was one more detail which needed taken care of. Malcot now had a new look. He would need a name to going along with his form. Alexandria's mind was already working on this. Long before Tina brought the subject up. The teenager did speak, asking what name they could give Malcot? This question made Malcot look at his daughter. He could see she was already thinking. Drawing from her own fictional background, created by her & Eric, would give Alexandria some of the inspiration she would need. Alexandria could also draw on her real life background. Having been born in Russia during the mid 1800s. A fact few people knew about.

Alexandria did indeed know her daughter very well. Tina was much like her mother in the way she acted. The two women were very close, both being lovers and they adored each other. After the two women spoke about Malcot's look, Alexandria gazed at him thoughtfully, becoming quiet until Tina brought up a name that Malcot could use. She was already thinking of a name that he could use. The shifter was great at thinking on her feet and she was well versed in creating backgrounds for herself. So it would be fairly easy for her to do the same for her father. After a little bit, she finally spoke up. "Madoc is what we shall call him when not in private." she said finally. "It sounds similar to his true name, so should anyone slip up on accident, it'll be easy to convince someone that they had merely misheard. And for a surname.... Bolshov shall do."

She looked at Tina and nodded slightly. "Yes, it is the surname that I had given myself when Eric and myself made up my background." she told her before looking up at her father again. "We shall sit and hash out all the details tonight after dinner. I'm sure that Eric will have some valuable input." It was obvious that she held a great respect for her lover and the father of her children. In her mind, he had helped to save her from herself. If it hadn't been for him, she wouldn't be where she was today. She glanced at the time and told Malcot and Tina that she was going to give a quick call back to the manor. "To let James know that we will be having a guest tonight and he can set an extra place at the table." she told them before she stepped aside so that she could make her quick call. It didn't take her long as she contacted the house and spoke briefly with Image, asking him to let James know that there would be an extra at dinner. Alexandria wanted James to know ahead of time so he knew to make enough for dinner. Once she was done, she returned to Tina and Malcot.

Alexandria was very good at building backgrounds for herself. She'd been doing it for many years. But, this was the digital age, and so much could be found on the internet. A lack of information could lead to unwanted questions from nosy reporters. This is why Eric was so important to Alexandria's plans for her father's background. Eric was a master detective, and was a great hacker. Image could also get into places which others couldn't. Between them, they could planet all the right information about Malcot. Some of which was already on place because of Alexandria's false background. As Madoc Bolshov, Malcot would become Alexandria's uncle on her mother's side. This would give him to freedom to move around and be seen with the Reed Family. Alexandria could simply say. She was reconnecting with her uncle. Bringing him back into her life as it was now. Malcot could adjust his voice to sound more Russian. That was easy since he once lived there, along with Alexandria and her mother. Mimicking voices and tones was easy for shifters. That way they could blend in.

Alexandria spoke of having Eric help with the details at dinner. It was obvious that Alexandria had great respect for her lover and soon to be husband. Even Malcot, who still thought of humans as savages, couldn't deny Eric had talents. He'd seen that not all humans should be judged by the past action of the race. Some were very different from how Malcot had seen before. Alexandria's Family and the other heroes who saved the city. Showed the older shifter that much. Alexandria spoke of phoning the manor with the news of a guest. Tina smile and nodded her head. James hated it when unexpected people just showed up without warning. Especially when he planned on a certain number for dinner. Tina explained who James was to Malcot. James was the family butler, or perhaps the word caretaker was better suited for him. He took care of everyone who lived at Reed Manor. He cared for the house and saw over every detail which happened there. Though James was seen by the public as the hired help, he was far more then that to the family. James was a member of the family. Malcot was puzzled by this James. Clearly he was a servant, but he was treated like a family member. There were many things which Malcot would have to get used too in this world. Most were confusing for him at the moment, but Alexandria would help him adjust and understand.

While Alexandria was on the phone with Image. Tina also spoke of Tristan, Adam, Richard, Angel, Tabitha and Dak. Malcot hadn't met them all, but he'd heard some of the names from Alexandria. He felt a little nervous about meeting them all. Some were family members of his. Even those who were human. The rest were guests at the manor. Living there because it was a safe place and they had nowhere else to go. Tina had hoped her mother thought of warning Angel about Malcot. He would be new around her and his thoughts & feelings might be overwhelming if she wasn't ready for him. The last time Malcot was on Earth, he ruled over humans. Saw them as subjects and not as equals. Tina was about to ask Alexandria when suddenly the television snapped on, without anyone touching the remote. An image of several people seated at a table appeared. However, these people were hidden in shadows. There was no clear view of just who the people were. But, you could see it was a mixed group of men & women. Everyone turned towards the tv as a voice was heard. " We are the members of the Circle of Light........Our leaders have failed us........Our governments are corrupt and lawless........This fact was seen by all during the last time Apocalypse tried to take over the Earth.........We can no longer sit back and watch as more corrupt people take over........So we offer the people of the world new leadership.........We will guide and care for all........No one will need to know fear ever again........No one will ever go uncared for again.........Everyone will be equal under our leadership.........Never again will the high and mighty sit on their fat thrones and look down on the masses........The rich and powerful will be brought down..........We will make them kneel at the feet of the common man...........Join us and usher in this new world order. " The voice then went silent and the people were replaced by a white ring on the screen. The tv then shut off. However, during this broadcast, both Alexandria & Tina became aware that the same message was broadcast over their cell phones. Someone had hijacked the communications grid. " You are rich and powerful Alexandria.......Clear that message was for you and your family. " Malcot spoke as he turned his attention back to his daughter. He could also see Tina, who was tucking her cell phone into the back pocket of her shorts. Malcot was partly right. That message was for her and her family. But, it was also for everyone who was rich & powerful.

Alexandria could see that Tina was going to ask her something. However, before the young woman could say anything, the television clicked on and Alexandria turned to look at it, a frown forming on her face as she looked at the people seated at a table yet shrouded in shadows. Soon the people began speaking and their message caused Alexandria's eyebrows to raise as she watched and listened to these people talk of offering a new kind of leadership where they would guide and care for all, and to make the rich and powerful kneel at the feet of the common man. To a normal person, it might sound good, but Alexandria had seen and heard similar platitudes over the years from others. This didn't bode well. The shifter stood there with her arms crossed over her chest as she looked on. She had seen Tina pull out her cellphone and she knew that the same message was being broadcasted over the cellphones. This meant that someone had hijacked the communications grid.

When her father spoke up, she softly hummed before nodding slightly. "Not just my family though." she told him. "They're targeting anyone with power and money." On the surface, she didn't appear worried, but there was a slight edge to her voice and to her face that usually showed when a new threat came along. "We should head to the manor early so we can speak with Eric. I'm sure Image is already working on researching who these Circle of Light people are." She would be able to drive them home if they wished as she always had some kind of car parked in the garage here at the apartment building. However, they could also fly as well.

Tina was worried of what this threat meant to her family. She'd already lost one family to a madman. Now a group was making a threat against those who took her in. Tina was one of the most powerful beings on the planet. Her strength was awesome. Yet, she couldn't help but be fearful of what the future held after this clear threat against her loved ones. She wasn't born a Reed, like Adam & Richard were, but she was expected by them and treated as though their blood flowed through her veins. She loved everyone in the family. In every way possible. Tina looked at Alexandria while she answered Malcot. Tina drew strength from seeing her mother so defiant, but even Tina could tell that Alexandria was concerned. She could hear it in her mother's voice. Malcot could sense the change in his daughter. He put a hand onto her shoulder and said he would always stand with her. As long as she wanted him there.

Alexandria spoke of returning to the manor soon rather then later. There had been some playful thoughts among the three, that something sexual could happen. Those thoughts were dashed by the message they heard. Malcot agreed with his daughter. He felt gathering their forces was the right course of action. Thought it was doubtful any action would be taken so soon after the message. It wasn't wise to underestimate this unknown enemy. They had no idea who this Circle of Light was, or where the broadcast came from. Alexandria was sure Image was working on the new trouble and she was right. He recorded the message and started running scans as it played out. Eric texted Alexandria a moment later. He was returning home and would meet her there. It was clear, he had seen the same message. Normally Eric wouldn't be leaving the office this early. Not unless there was some trouble.

Alexandria & Tina took Malcot to the manor. They were greeted by James as they entered the beautiful old house. Malcot was impressed with where his daughter called home. He spoke of it being like the castles of old. Majestic in how it was built. Reed Manor had been in the family for generations. It was well over 100 years old. Alexandria wasted no time in gathering the family. She knew that Eric would be hot on her heels. Alexandria also asked for their guests to join them for this meeting. Since they were staying here at the manor. Each of them might be a target for this new group of foes. As Eric entered the house, everyone was waiting in the living room. Alexandria had already introduced her father to everyone. They would get to know more about Malcot later. Eric walked into the living room. He smiled at seeing everyone. Eric had expected Alexandria to have rallied the house and he wasn't disappointed by her. Eric stood before the family and their friends. By now, everyone had seen the footage. Even Tristan who'd been watching a superhero show on Netflix found his show interrupted by the threat. Only a few hadn't seen the footage as it aired. Dak, Angel & Tabitha, but Tina brought them up to speed before her father arrived.

Eric said they would dig and dig until the members of this group were known. He couldn't even imagine what their end game was, but he was sure it wouldn't end well for the family, or anyone who was wealth. This was a clear attack on those who had wealth. Eric asked Alexandria to reach out to her contacts and see if anyone had heard anything new. Any new groups making waves against those of power & position. He also told Tina & Adam to be extra careful while at college. Adam had finished his home schooling for high school, and was now ready to enter the same college as Tina. Eric asked those who were living at the manor, to be extra careful and watch for anything which might threaten the manor. It was then that Tina spoke up. She asked if they should have Malcot stay at the manor? Though he wasn't seen as a member of the family at the moment. That would all change once the press got sight of him. Eric said he had problems with Malcot staying. They certainly had the room, but the choice was for him & Alexandria to make. Malcot would only stay if it what his daughter truly wanted.

As much as all three of them would of loved a moment between them, this new threat demanded their attention and they would have to put other things off for now. So after talking of returning home, they decided to return to the manor. But not before Alexandria got a message from Eric letting her know that he was returning hoe and he would meet her there. Upon reading this, she knew that he had gotten the message as well. "Lets go." she told Malcot and Tina before they left. It didn't take them long to return to the manor and as they entered the old manor, James greeted them and Alexandria smiled affectionately at the man before she glanced at Malcot as he spoke of the manor being like the castles of old and she chuckled. "Reed manor has been in the Reed family for over 100 years and it's housed many generations of the family." she told Malcot. She then called a meeting, calling for the family to gather and she even had the manors current guests called.

By the time Eric got home, everyone was gathered in the living room. Most everyone had seen the footage and those that hadn't, were brought up to speed. Angel didn't normally watch television or use electrical devices like computers, phones or even tablets. She rather enjoyed spending her time reading or performing her duties as the nanny, something which she adored. When she was introduced to Malcot, she gazed curiously at the man while holding Alexandria's youngest in her arms. When she first joined the family, Angels powers might of overwhelmed her with so many people in the room, but with the Reed families help, she'd carefully learned how to properly control them better so they weren't so overwhelming. And it was a good thing to.

With the arrival of Eric, he spoke to everyone in the family and said that they would dig and dig until they knew who these people were. "They're offering empty promises, trying to get everyone to turn against not just the government, but all people in any kind of power. To do so, would leave these unknown people a chance to swoop in and take over. I've never met anyone who offered things such as these Ring of Light people, and had pure intentions behind it." Alexandria said. When she was asked to reach out to her contacts and see what they knew, she nodded and told him that it would be done. She may not be in the spy and assassination game anymore, but she still had plenty of allies and contacts who were willing to do anything to aid the woman. As he told Tina and Adam to be careful, Alexandria nodded again, concern for them showing. But she knew that they could take care of themselves. They were her cubs though, so she naturally worried.

He then asked those living in the manor to keep an eye out for anything threatening and Angel nodded while holding Richard close to her. While she didn't think she could do much in the way of fighting, she'd vowed to do everything in her power to help and protect the little boy in her care. He was already growing up so quickly and soon more would be added to the family. Next Tina brought up the subject of Malcot staying in the manor. Once the press saw him, there would be plenty of questions raised about who the man was and eventually he would become a target. Eric didn't have a problem with Malcot staying and it was eventually made Alexandria's decision and she sat there looking at her family members before looking at her youngest. "I believe that I would be more comfortable with him here." she said honestly. "I know I'm still in the early months of my pregnancy, but eventually I won't be able to fight come the next couple of months and after the baby is born... despite all the security we already have around the manor, I would feel more better if he was here to help protect the family."

Malcot was happy to stay and help out. He'd do anything for his daughter and she was the final voice on whether he would remain here or stay at the apartment in the city. It was a good idea to have him around. This new group was unknown, and so was their plan. James was asked to get a bedroom ready for Malcot to use. James would do the job quickly, but he and Angel did have some news to share. It would lighten the mood of everyone in the living room. Something that was needed at the moment. The Light wasn't the only troubling thing on the minds of Eric & Alexandria. They both knew Madame Wu was still out there. And she was plotting to bring down the Reed Family and destroy any heroes which got in her way. She was gathering a group of Ninjas with special powers of their own. Madame Wu was also hiring other people with powers and skills she could use. Among these was a woman who called herself Tiger Lilly. She had the power to control plants. She also created a kind of love drug which could control the minds of men. This drug was very much like Alexandria's pheromones. It was based on her pheromones taken from Reed Enterprises.

The following morning, Eric & Alexandria went back to work at the office. Unlike the day before. This day held some good news and a surprise visit for Alexandria. The morning started off with the surprise visitor. During her life, Alexandria had made friends in different parts of the world. One family who became good friends and then business partners was the Ichida Family of Japan. Alexandria first encountered the family while she was on the run from Madame Wu, many years in the past. They helped hide her and gave her a safe place to stay. In return, Alexandria helped the family in a blood feud with a rival ninja clan. The Ichida Family was among those who knew of Alexandria's powers. During her last trip to Japan. She formed a partnership between Reed Enterprises and Ichida Industries. Now, Ami Ichida, the youngest daughter had come to America. She was here for two reasons. One, her father wanted to warn Alexandria that Madame Wu was seeking out assassins of all types. The second reason, Ami came to help if she was needed. She was willing to do whatever Alexandria wanted. The brother & sister were still trying to find a replacement for Casey. This was hard because of everything Casey knew. It was difficult to trust someone new, but Ami Ichida came from a family who earned Alexandria's trust long ago.

Later that day. Bishop asked for a meeting with the siblings. He found what they were looking for. That person who was stealing from them. In the meeting room. Bishop showed Eric & Alexandria all the evidence he and his agents had found. Bank records, phone records and electronic data which pointed to Frank Dillard as being the man who was selling their property for his own profit. Frank was the head of their research department. He also helped to run their transportation department. Giving him the ability to know about their cutting edge tech, and to change shipping records. This was disappointing news since Frank had been with the company for so long. But, he clearly betrayed them for his own gains. Being Vice President, the decision on what to do with Frank was Alexandria's to make. Eric would support whatever she wished to do.

The family discussed Malcot staying with the family in the manor for a bit later before Angel announced that she had something to say. The pretty blonde was blushing as she looked at everyone in the family and then announced that she was pregnant. To say that the family were shocked was an understatement. It was certainly not something that they had been expecting, but it was definitely something that they welcomed happily. It made Alexandria even more sure about having her father in the house. With Angel being pregnant, she wanted the gentle woman protected as well.

The next day, Alexandria and Eric returned to work as if nothing was bothering them. Alexandria told the family that they had to go about their lives as if nothing was wrong. But they had to be much more careful as they didn't know who their new enemy was. At work, Alexandria began her day as she normally would, however, she was told that she had a visitor and she was surprised when Ami Ichida came into her office. The Ichida Family were very close allies of hers. They had taken her in and protected her many years ago when Madam Wu had begun hunting her. In return for their aid, Alexandria had helped them end a blood feud that they had with a rival ninja clan. The shifter had become so close to the family that she was even named god-mother to some of the children in the family over the years. During her meeting with Ami, the young woman passed on her fathers warning of Madame Wu seeking out assassins of all types and Alexandria frowned slightly at this, though she wasn't surprised. She was also told that Ami was there to help if she was needed. This made Alexandria think about the current temp that was acting as secretary for her and Eric. The young woman was nice enough, but she was a tad bit nosey and it just wasn't the same as having Casey. It was hard for them to trust anyone, but Alexandria knew that she could trust Ami Ichida and she spoke with Eric about putting her into Casey's position while the young woman was in the United States.

Later that day, Bishop asked for a meeting with her and Eric. During this meeting he told them about how he'd found the person who had been stealing from them. This had Alexandria sitting up and staring at the man, a serious look on her face as she listened to him talk about the evidence he and his agents had gathered. When she was told that it was Frank Dillard who was stealing from them, her eyes widened and the muscle of her jaw could be seen twitching a little. A sign that she was upset. This man was the head of their research department and he was highly trusted. He had been one of the top researchers aiding Alexandria in her research into not just the mutant gene, but he had also been aiding her in the research into her pheromones. When she was told that the decision on what to do with Frank was hers to make, Alexandria looked at her brother and honestly told him that part of her wanted to kill the man. "But, that's not how we do things." she said before taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out. "I want him punished. I want him fired and punished to the fullest extent of the law that we can." She told Eric that she wanted Frank Dillard to be arrested. "But first I want to know why he would betray us after so many years with the company."

Ami was one of Alexandria's God-Children. She;d become close with Alexandria during her last visit to Japan. This is why her father sent her to America. As for her taking over Casey's position. Eric was very pleased that they found someone who could be trusted. She as offered the position and accepted. The temp was then sent back down to the pool where she came from. Ami would now taking over until Casey returned. If she could be found and cured from what happened to her that is. Ami was a bright and beautiful young woman. She quickly caught on to what the job called for. Having Ami meant Eric & Alexandria could relax a little. One huge weight was now off their shoulders. Another one would soon be lifted. During the meeting with Bishop, he showed the siblings the evidence which proved Frank Dillard was behind the thefts. Alexandria wanted Frank fired and arrested. She also wanted to why he would betray them.

Frank was called to the meeting room. He arrived wearing a smile and greeted the siblings as if everything was fine. It had been fine until Bishop had dug into the man's past. Bank records showed Frank had made several large deposits over the last few months. Going back over the last year. Frank was confronted with the evidence, with he first tried to deny. Pointing fingers at others, but his bank accounts couldn't be denied. The man had over 200 million dollars stashed away. Money he got from selling Reed tech to outsiders, under the table. Her was asked why? Why did he do this when they paid him so well. Frank spoke of loving the good life and wanting for more. He said that padding his bank account came easy. He faked shipping records, and supply records, but not good enough when Image checked everything out. This was all about greed and frank's desire to want more of what the Reed Family had. The meeting room doors opened and the police came in. Frank was placed under arrest. Charges would be filed later that day. Once Frank was taken away. Eric thanked Bishop for the hard work he and his team had done. SHADO was a fine undercover group, and now they worked only for the Reed's. Alexandria hadn't been a fan of SHADO, and she had some misgivings about hiring them to work for the family. However, she couldn't deny their new security force had earned their place at Reed Enterprises. They had found the theft and there would be no more black market selling of Reed tech.

Ami was a good girl. She was a bright girl and a very hard worker. Alexandria had been named god-mother to at least one child from each generation and Ami was one of them. She had become close to the young woman when Alexandria visited Japan several months back. Eric had been easily convinced in putting Ami in Casey's position. Especially since Alexandria knew the young woman so well and was so close with her and the family. Once Ami accepted the position, Alexandria sent the temp back to where she had come from before Alexandria began to go over what Ami would have to do for the job. The position that Ami had was like an assistant. She would let them know of meetings that were coming up and she would make sure that things got sent to where they needed to be.

After Alexandria made it known what she wanted done with Frank, the man was called up to the meeting room where he entered with a smile and greeted the siblings pleasantly. When he entered, Alexandria sat at the table with a serious look on her face. When Frank was confronted with the evidence, he kept trying to deny it, swearing up and down that he hadn't done anything wrong and then he tried to point fingers at other people, claiming it wasn't him. But there was no denying the facts that they had. He currently had millions of dollars stashed away from his theft. Finally he was asked why and he caved. Despite being one of the highest paid people in his current position, he wasn't satisfied with what he had. He wanted more. More of what the Reed Family had.

This was met with a hard look from Alexandria and she shook her head. "You've betrayed us, our family and our trust Frank." she said firmly. "You've left us with only one option. You're fired. Effective immediately." Just after she said this, the doors to the meeting room opened and several police officers entered, putting the man under arrest. She had already gotten in contact with the lawyers who worked for the company and they were already scrambling to take care of pressing charges. Frank would regret betraying his now former employers long before all this was over. After they were gone, Alexandria stood by the window of the meeting room, her arms crossed over her chest while lightly worrying her bottom lip before she turned as Eric thanked Bishop for the hard work that he and his team had done. She nodded before moving over to Erics side and she thanked him as well. "You and your team worked quickly efficiently. Thank you." she told Bishop. She then looked at Eric and asked him if they should speak to the rest of the company about what had happened with Frank. "I don't want to lie to them and I think that it should be addressed."
