What's a RP craving you want so bad but can't seem to make happen? (SEE OPENING POST)

i just want some good ol' astarion; it's a huge task to take on such well-written characters, though, and i'm a sucker for canon characters remaining true to their written nature. i think the closest i would get is playing him myself, but that wouldn't really scratch that itch the same. sometimes you can't have your cake and eat it, too.
 
1. Dungeon Meshi RP. I keep seeing Falin x Marcille fanart every day and the craving for the pairing is growing stronger and stronger every day. Would love to play Falin in the pairing as well since I love her character.

OC x OC play based on the series might also be something I'd be open to, but the abovementioned canon-pairing is the main craving.

2. Original sapphic/FxF Haikyuu-inspired RP. After seeing the recent movie in theaters been toying with the idea of a tall kuudere-type x small tsundere type rivals in the same team getting romantically involved with one another (a little bit like Hinata and Kageyama in the actual series, but not exactly). I just need to come up with more concrete plot-pitch for it, as well as probably brush-up on the positions in volleyball and such since all my info of the sport comes from Haikyuu and PE classes that Iäve effectively forgotten.
 
Its rather perverted of course and more smut heavy than not, but a chikan styed RP where things go from non/dubcon, into con over time. I don't know why it's appealing to me, it just is. Maybe my love of public indecency.

One idea I've been toying with is something based within the Avatar universe. An AU set around 10 years into the future where the Fire Nation has all but taken over and Azula has taken her place as Phoenix Queen. Enter my OC Avatar, who she has captured and has plans to turn him into a weapon of sorts. Depending on how me and my partner want things to go either she can succeed, her rule now unquestionable or she can be turned into a better person.
 
I've wanted for a really long time to GM a retelling of Knights of the Old Republic 2 that retains all of the original canonicity of the video game with additional layers of content in the form of new planets, antagonists, and a focus on new cults of Sith that have formed in the wake of Raven's death and the collapse of the Sith Triumvirate.

A BERSERK plot that's less non-con central as one would expect and focuses on fighting creatively designed Apostles in a hack 'n slash / splatterpunk sort of adventure. DOOMSLAYER if that title didn't already very much belong to Guts himself; my imagination of it goes that there's a Kushite 'Warlock' woman that's doing all of the slashing with an Apostle-possessed dagger as her weapon of choice. Very much meant to be a reverse of expectations on women often being the subjects of exploitation by the universe around them.

Also, a reimagination of Dragon Age Inquisition following an escaped elf-slave from Tevinter that becomes the Herald whilst doing some terrorism at the Conclave, leading to them trying to balance saving the world and their deeply radical, polarizing desires for an independent elven state.
 
This plot point I've had for a long time:

Curiosities Within the Depths
Merman x Merman [of interesting varieties]
YC is a merman creature of some sort. Preferably a 'non traditional' fish or sea creature of some kind. Think a merman that resembles an Oarfish, Anglerfish, Coelacanth, etc [the weirder, the better]. He has been exiled from his pod because of [whatever reason, up to you] and has been living on his own. He is regularly picked on by standard mer people because he's an oddball and doesn't belong, but also has never lived outside of his previous pod before and is barely surviving; he also misses his them and ultimately wishes to do whatever he can to be accepted again, mostly out of loneliness.

MC is a merman of the octopus variety. An apex predator and highly intelligent. Dangerous but also strangely playful and curious as well as completely alien to YC [and each other]. Initially finding YC out in the open, it seems like an easy lunch, only to realize that he's never seen a mer like YC before and despite being unconventional compared to the usual mer-types where he lives, he finds YC to be curious and even cute. [To YC's horror, as MC again, is a predator]

This would start as a highly unconventional enemy-to-friendship-to-romance situation.

Edit: I want these guys to be pretty monster-y. Doesn't have to be scary or anything, but not traditional 'Ariel' or 'Ursula' merfolk. Feel free to DM and I can send over examples/my own character to clarify.

Essentially, a MxM merman plot, but no 'Ariel's and Ursula's' around here. Really crazy merfolk of weird exotic varieties. This has been an idea that I've tried to get off the ground or keep going for awhile, but hasn't quite found the right home yet.
 
Craving as old as time for me just surfaced after starting the new Code Geass-series and finally watching the Akito the Exiled-movies, which is a good sapphic mecha RP.

Currently really drawn to a bodyguard/ace mecha pilot x princess/commander dynamic (inspired by Kudelia x Mikazuki from Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans and Akito x Leila from Code Geass: Akito the Exiled). Could possibly be set into the world of Code Geass or Gundam or just original RP all-around, but yeah a battle-hardened (tomboyish) mecha pilot x really girly, yet tough princess or commander would be amazing treat. Perhaps throw some arranged-marriage shenanigans in there and I would be one happy roleplayer lol

Ughhh mecha RP can be so fun but I find it so hard to get a good RP going with it. Is it me? It might be me. That sounds awesome though and I hope you find a great partner for it as I really like the idea of an ace pilot involved with someone who isn't.

For me I really want an RP where my partner's character is a fluffy/fuzzy kemono girl. Alas, the market for male anthro/female human is big, the reverse market is not.

When I was looking for mecha way back when I did get some nibbles and people interested in it, but sadly nothing really came out of it, and I chose a bad time to try and craft something as big as an original mecha RP. But yeah the market for them isn't the biggest one, and when you add the fact that currently I am really looking for sapphic-ships only that makes it even more difficult. I just want a prince-like hard-boiled lady to play as/against a tough princess/commander while there's big robots fighting and all that cool political war-game stuff damn it!

There's two comic book characters that, in my heart of hearts, I do want to ship, even though they've never met and it would never work and they wouldn't be interested in each other. But I'm the only one who knows one of them, and the only one who likes the other at all and understands how he should be written. It's clearly something that can only exist in my headfic.
 
Mahou-shoujo/magical girl-themed roleplays been something that I've had extremely hard time finding, be it completely original one accompanied with worldbuilding and all or some canon RP.
 
I've been really craving to do apocalyptic roleplays, especially in a sci-fi setting. As another bonus, I just wanna write a robot either a slowburn romance a human survivor or some good ol' found family bonding...


Just gotta get my stuff sorted out soon to try make that a reality though.
 
Something historical! Surprisingly hard to find if it's not medieval or Bridgerton inspired (nothing against either of those lol)

My obsession with the mid 20th century has consumed me and I NEED it.
 
King of Fighters and fighting game stuff in general is pretty tough. I end up using fighting game characters in other settings, like Chun-Li as a cop, Vanessa as a bodyguard or put characters in otherwise Civilian roles.

I think I've fallen off cuckqeanry a little bit.

I've been trying to play an orc woman with a human male for the longest but there is always a block after the initial shock factor. I have to find a new way to keep that going.

Also some space combat. Something like Star Fox (with humans preferably), Star Wars or Zone of the Enders.
 
Been reading a manga called Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts and now I am craving to play a fem-character against a beast-guy/futa. Preferably one that can transform between human and the anthro-mode. Some fluffy romance with added drama and all that juicy stuff with the pairing would be amazing, be it something like beast king taking a human-wife like in the manga, or something completely different.

Also would prefer if the beast-person would have a penis reminicent to what animal they are based on for added extra spice. Height difference would also be chefs kiss
 
GM style sissification roleplay. I love loss of power and the cute and adorable. It'd be a wonderful mixture of each, maybe some orientation play thrown in on top.
 
I've got two I'm currently seeking as personal palate cleansers.

1. Some wholesome smutty/kinky fluff where female-led relationships and clean footplay are major kinks, but without any degradation/humiliation, hateful femdommes, emasculation, abuse or generally making the male character inferior/"less than".
2. An odd current Pokemon interest in finding partners open to transplanting non-PKMN canon ladies into the setting as if part of it all along.
