Book 1 - The First Shard - P L O T
  • Left in ruins, the world of Marosia tries to survive under the King of Darkness' reign. The people wonders where the noble knights have gone, and while some blame them, some would open their homes for their protection. While the knights trek on the journey to where the first shard is said to have been sent (to the West, through the mazes and towards the Elves), it is rumored that the Treacherous Knight has been sent on a hunt for that shard as well. How many times will their paths cross roads? What dangers lie in the path towards the Western kingdom, and who will achieve the first known shard?[/list:u]

    * I know we're still working on some profiles and some openings are still available. However, this is to get the ball roll. The 2 posts per week requirement will start the coming Monday, 12th of October.

  • Status Update For RP:

    * Check the bottom of the first post, peps <3

    + Added the first "book" plot. Decided to take the RP into a story format, where each "book" is like a chapter that unravels the story.
    + Changed up some things to fit, such as the rule about OC's, and the character section a bit in this thread.[/list:u]

Personally, I liked the pre-made characters only thing.

It woulda kept less people involved and so that people don't feel uninvolved and drop out. <3
But, mebbe more characters would be a good thing.
I dunno.

    Um...the first post is basically it, as I want to leave the plot opened enough
    for all of us to not be restrainted by something when replying.
    So, it's starting Monday, but this is my first group RP...

    Do we like, set a posting order? >.> Or do we just post at any time?
    *doesn't want to overlap posts, but perhaps, it just...falls into place?*

    Also~ @ Nymph: That's true. I'm going to review over anyone that enters though, so if they wanted a "OC", I'd be setting standards and limits like the ones we have. Plus, I was thinking maybe entering 1-3 more people only, if there's any that joins. You know, so we don't have too many people all over the place. @_@ But let's just burn that bridge when we come to it.

About the post order...
usually it just falls into place.
One person posts (You) and starts it.
And then the next person posts, (whoever they are) and then usually..
it just keeps going in that order. Unless two characters are having a scene together not including others, they may post more often.

    My wisdom teeth came in all kinds of wrong,
    so trust me, I know the pain.

    I would be interesting so see some more
    characters in the RP, and I trust Kitten enough
    to know that we won't be getting any BS
    characters jumping into things.

I am only introducing one new character.
And I am doing it later, I may not even play him, he is just there so I don't get bored with the rp and can have a stable character for the bad guys, one who isn't uber important.

Yeah, all the info is basically the same.
I am portraying him as a little more harsh and unforgiving than the first profile.
He is also wields a spear as his primary weapon and a blade as his backup.

    Just wondering what your guys' opinion is, but I was thinking of making a profile for the Queen. *on a profile kick for some reason* Of course she's dead, so she doesn't really appear there, but this is just to have some consistency about her, so we all have the general idea of her?

  • Alright everyone~!
    I'm still working towards the Quick Help section,
    and finally remembered that we need to set some
    ground rules for each other and so forth.

    Please PM me your RH (if you feel it suits the RP or if you have one),
    or a list of "Do's" and "Don't"s. This is mainly for the smut scenes,
    but if there's something that's like "Don't call my character 'slut' ever, even outside of smut!"
    then please list that too. Plot and smut scenes, we want to share each other's
    limits, since we'd all be running across it on the RP thread.

    I'll compile it and post it in the Quick Help once everyone has PM'ed me it.[/list:u]
