Rare Magicks {True Sinner + DontxBlinkk}

Alex noticed the tension between the two but right now he had much more pressing matters. Necromancer's were a serious threat to vampires simply because to a Necromancer a vampire was a walking talking puppet. While Alex would be harder to control, a rookie Necromancer could control a great deal of juvenile vampires with ease. As he crouched low to the ground d he used his nose mostly. He caught the scent but it was faint. Either this was a weak one or a very skilled one. Cursing under his breath he got closer to the book shelf where the book was taken and he got his answer.

The moment he touched the area where the book had been taken he was launched back. His body flew from the shelf as he smashed through the glass door. His back, arms and some of his face was cut nicely from the glass door and his back bowed as his chest felt like someone was gripping his heart and squeezing it. It was a booby trap set by the Necromancer, it didn't affect the living of course but if any undead, aka a vampire were to touch it, well, Alex was proof of what would happen. Blood began to ooze up his throat and flow out the sides of his mouth as he fought back against the spell and as he started to win over it he fell unconscious from the strain it had put on his body, which significantly slowed his healing as well.

Cara backed away from the man as he began to search the store, using her own magic to search for her own clues to the problem at hand. Nothing so far, but she refused to give up just yet. Her magic was working through Alice's already placed spells until she felt a change to the air around the room and Alex went flying through the door. "Alex!!"

While the woman cried out for the vampire, Alice dared to run over towards the door, sliding through the glass to get close to him. Instantly, her magic in the other room stopped, falling from the air and straight back to her. The dark haired woman fell to her knees, ignoring the glass that sunk into her own skin in favour of working on the vampire practically dying on the ground in front of her. Using her new knowledge from the book upstairs, something that she had never practiced before, and began to apply it to the man's wounds, countering whatever spell the Necromancer may have used against him. It was a generic healing spell, but being ancient magic meant that there was a good chance that it would work over every other new spell out there in the world.

Luck was looking down on the woman that night. Within only a few minutes, several wounds began to heal and the grip was slowly easing off of his heart. Alice was clearly stressing herself to work the spell against the harmful one already there, but Alice quickly swore that she wasn't planning on giving up until he was at least stable. She placed her hand against his chest, trying to get into his body, only to realize there was too much fabric in the way. With a quick popping of a few buttons, she had the shirt open and the tie out of the way so she could place her hand right over his heart, forcing her magic straight to his core to take away the most damage she could.

Alex's body was so distraught from the damages done to him and now the odd magics flowing through his body that the more primal half of his mind took over. His eyes snapped open as his eyes were glowing. The only way for vampires to heal themselves against any and all damages was to feed, and Alice was the closest one. Shooting up he wrapped his hand into her hair and turned her head as his fangs sank into her skin. His venom bombarded her system as he fed from her and moaned as he drank.

Her blood was a surge of power through him as he took strong pulls. He drank as much as he could before pulling his fangs away slowly and licking the wound as he dropped to his hands and knees and breathed out hard. His fangs were still bared as he summoned his own energy and magic and sent out a blast of powerful dominant energy. Which was more than enough to push off the Necromancer's energy. He then looked up at the witch he'd just fed from and paled a bit as he saw Alice. Normally him taking her blood wouldn't have been an issue, but with the glass wounds it would be an issue.

Cursing he lifted her into his arms and ported her to his Coven's medical wing where the nurses of his Coven went to healing her and giving her medical care that was a mixture of magic and vampire energy.

Alice didn't quite notice she was getting grabbed until it was too late. She felt his hand grip her hair, fighting his tug for a few seconds before she fell closer, her hand still grabbing at the man's own magic, bringing it up just that much further to try and heal himself at the same time. But as soon as his fangs sank into her skin, she gasped and grabbed tightly at the man's shirt, holding enough sense to move her attention away from his power core to another area. As he continued to drink from her, the effects of his drinking and the cuts in her knees began to mix and take effect. Any other time, there would be no problem with drinking from her, but now, of all times, he picked to do so.

She had grown pale by now, partly because of the shock of everything that's happened so far that night. Intense was an easy way to describe it. And finally, when she could regain herself to realize her spell had stopped all together, the vampire picked her up and ported to another location entirely. People began to dash around her, healing the young witch as quickly as they could. Alice let her eyes close as they worked, allowing her own magic to work over her body as quickly as she could let it, mixing with their own to speed up the process and give them a sample of the proper energy to use to heal her.

As soon as she felt herself heal and much of her blood to return, along with hints of the venom working slowly through her system, thanks to her own magical talents, she opened her eyes again, looking towards the closest face she recognized. "Alex...?"

During the time Alice was healing, Alex was pacing like a caged lion, wearing a hole into the marble floor and cursing himself more then her. She should have known then to go around a vampire who was that damaged. However, she also didn't know much about vampires so he just felt a tad more stupid as he paced. When the nurses let him know she was coming too he walked over to her and as she said his name the amount of worry in his eyes was visible and damn near holding a solid form.

Taking her hand he cursed and sighed.

"Damn it woman. It is common sense to stay away from a vampire who is damaged. Our primal instincts take over and we go for the nearest blood source. You could have been seriously injured and that would have killed me."

He said as he admitted to having feelings for her that went beyond just being friends. However he then followed up with shaking his head and sighing.

"You didn't know...but you need to be more careful...please."

Alice cracked a slight smile and gave the man's hand a gentle squeeze. "Don't worry about me," she told him softly. "Really. I'm tough. Kept your sorry undead butt from getting taken out, huh?" She gestured towards the man's chest with her other hand as her smile turned into a smirk. "Would have been able to eat with that much blood coming out of your mouth, am I right?" She held onto his hand tightly and used it to pick herself up into a sitting position with a light groan. Her body was still sore, but she didn't quite bother to pay attention to that right at that moment. She kept her hand on the man's and loosened her grip for a moment while her other hand ran through her hair, tugging it free from her pony tail holder at the back of her head.

As soon as she took in a deep breath and regained herself, she let her eyes trail down to her recently patched knees. "I'm sorry," she softly told him. "I didn't mean to say what I did in the woods. My sense go the best of me and I... didn't think." She lifted her gaze towards Alex once again and looked over the man once again, stopping finally at his eyes. "I've infested in a filter though," she promised, letting her voice drop slightly to a lower volume. "I promise I did..."

Alex chuckled a bit as she was able to joke at a time like this, which was one of the many things he admired about her. Cara was a sweet girl, but she was only interested in making herself have one up on Alice, a childish game that he was caught in the middle of. Yet Alice had real promise in being a spectacular witch and a great friend. As Alex helped her to stand and heard about her investing in a filter he smiled a bit and shook his head.

"I'll hold you to that promise, but for now, I need to return you home so you can rest. Tomorrow you need to call a gathering with your Coven, text me the location so I can meet with them. A Necromancer many not seem like a giant threat to a witch but a Necromancer with an army of vampires? That changes the game quite a bit."

The witch's hand tightened over Alex's as she followed his lead and stood up, holding onto him enough that she wouldn't stumble over herself until she was sure she had a good grip on the ground again. Note to self: never wear sandals again. If this is what was beginning to happen when she did, she never wanted to have to deal with this again. Better to be prepared and have something happen than be prepared and have nothing go on. Alice finally got to her feet before she glanced towards the man beside her and gave him a small smile. It began to fade when he mentioned a meeting with her coven the next day.

"Is there anything we can do to help all of you?" she asked, loosening her grip on the man as she did so. "We're trying to go for a friendship of sorts as it is, and I know we could all agree on not allowing you all to be taken over. And the Necromancer knows we're here. That's quite obvious by now." Alice began to play with the end of her hair again before she noticed it and forced herself stop. "I'll speak to the elders tomorrow and see what they say, but having an idea would be helpful." She paused for a moment, letting her eyes trail up and over the ceiling as she thought about something. "Maybe there's something in the books. I can look when I get back home."

Rest was need, but it could wait. If there was a powerful mage around and she was the one with a key to help defeat him, Alice would feel horrible, even disgusted with herself if she missed this opportunity because she needed to do something as silly as rest. It wasn't like anyone would be around to force her to sleep anyway. Alex was going to be heading back with Cara to finish off their night and Jasper wasn't exactly a powerful force when it came to forcing Alice to do anything but relax. And that was only when she wanted to.

"I'll be sure to text you, I promise you that." She'd have to get his number when he dropped her off, but that was a minor detail.

Alex looked at her and shook his head.

"There is a spell that you can use on myself and some of the older more powerful member of my coven, but some of the younger ones will be controlled...there is no stopping that. Some of my coven will die at one point or another and they will continue to die until this Necromancer is caught."

He said as he looked around at all the faces and memorized them in case he saw them without their own minds controlling them. When she mentioned giving him her phone number he shook his head again and led her out of the medical wing to a flight of stairs. He took her to a massive bedroom that was his. The bedsheets had already been changed and his bed only smelled of him now. Walking her to the massive bed he sat her down.

"You're sleeping here tonight Alice. You're all in danger and I'm not letting you return to your home tonight. After we get some of my Shade's wrapped in the spell I mentioned, then you can return home with some muscle, until that time you will rest here. No complaints."

In war, there were always losses, but Alice did what she could to stop them. While Alex was old enough to realize what might happen and accept it, this woman was still young and still had a passion to protect others around her. No matter what the man said, she would look in her books and try to find out something that just might help. Until Alex decided that she wouldn't be returning to her home that night... Lucky for both of them, her walls were warded with much stronger signs than what Gracie had decided to place on her shop. The chances of an unwanted guest getting into her house? None. Even if she left all the windows open and the door unlocked. It was impossible for anyone but her to get inside if she didn't want them there. So she wouldn't have to worry about her project being grabbed.

She had followed along behind Alex and instantly regretted it when he pointed out his bed. Her eyes narrowed towards it for a second before looking towards the vampire again. "I always complain when I'm kept away from my things," she told him, almost challenging him to make her accept his command. But Alice was still tired so she gave in rather quickly. Surprisingly enough. She stood up for a moment, only to catch herself on the foot of the bed, keeping her from stumbling before she sat back down. Dammit... Her hands began to glow a light violet colour as she rubbed at her knees, working her magic into the injured joints before sighing and letting her head drop.

"Just for tonight," she agreed softly, making sure that her body was working again before looking up towards her host. "Going to tell Cara I ruined your night together?" she asked sheepishly, hesitating to even bother asking. But she sort of wanted to know where the three of them all stood now that she called them up to help.

Well, there was a filter now. It was just in the developing stages...

Alex looked at her for a long moment the smirked and shook his head.

"Your filter needs some work, but no, I'm not. This game of who is better that you two have going would be cute, if you were both children. You're grown women and you need to start acting like it. Yes her and I had some moments, but there are some differences between you and her that I want you to t hi k long and hard on. You're a wonderful witch, powerful and eager for knowledge. A bit power hungry yrs, but you're young. I can feed from Cara and have a lust filled night but it means nothing. To her, I'm simply a prize to get one up on you. I fed from you tonight and while you are in my bed, my concerns are not sexual. I want you healthy. The reasons for this is I care about you. I see you as more then a woman to lay with. You are my friend Alice and if somewhere down the line we grow into something more, I want there to be true feelings in there. You are a beautiful woman and I would love to show you this, but not like this. You deserve much better."

He said as he smiled at her and leaned down pressing a soft and caring kiss to her lips. When he pulled back he cupped her cheek and smiled.

"Now, please get some rest. I'll wake you in the morning."

He said as he shut the light off and left the room for her to think over what he just said to her.

Alice gave a soft sigh at his words. It wasn't childish, it was common courtesy. If you leave someone so suddenly, certainly after getting hurt like he was, it was polite to tell the person you were just with what was going on and hope they would stop worrying about you. But his words were catching her attention quite a bit, enough to keep her quiet so he could finish. He was luckier than he thought he was if he could get her to fall silent like she was at that time. When his lips touched hers, as soft as it was, Alice returned the light gesture, letting her hand rest on the man's lower arm for as long as she felt his touch. He withdrew seconds later and smiled again. The woman's dark gaze trailed over his own eyes and down to his lips before returning to meet his gaze again, only to withdraw seconds later. She gave a short nod and glanced towards the head of the bed, pulling away.

She set her phone on the table beside the bed and moved to curl up beneath the covers before sending a short text to her landlord. Sleep took her quickly, pulling her down to a point that she couldn't return from quickly. And there she laid until the next morning, curled beneath the blankets, an arm resting under the pillow, feeling quite secure despite being in a new place that belonged to another. A vampire, no less.

When morning came the next day Alex was in his room with a tray of fresh food. Freshly made pancakes with a slice of butter over each one and some syrup over that. With the pancakes there was also some scrambled eggs and two pieces of toast. Also on the tray was a cup of orange juice as well a a cup of milk. Setting the tray on the night stand by the bed he looked at her phone to see when she had her alarm set. Seeing that she had about five minutes left it was just enough time for the food to fill the room with its scent and cool off enough to be eaten.

Looking down at her as she slept he smiled a bit at seeing how she was buried into his pillows and his sheets. She really was rather adorable and it was a pleasant sight to see her in his bed as comfortable as she looked. Clothed or not, it was a nice sight. Turning out of the room he went back down to the main office and gathered his top soldiers, the ones who he would be asking to have the protection spells placed on so that he could get everything in order and start directing them on their orders.

Something else that Alice would know was that on the tray was a single white rose and a note that was written in old Latin, for her to translate on her own. The note read: 'Good morning beautiful, I hope you slept peacefully and enjoy the food.'

When her alarm went off, Alice woke with a start, eyes quickly scanning the room along with a strong dose of magic. She vaguely remembered what had happened the night before in her sudden blur of memories and quickly patted herself down. Shirt, pants, even a sweatshirt. There were bits of blood at her knees, which came as a vivid reminder of what exactly had happened. Nothing she would regret, that was for sure. But as she looked around the room more, turning off her alarm, she some how recognized where she was.

Alex's room... She didn't have a good chance to look around it the night before after all that did end up happening, but it smelt like him. And the firm taste of vampire tickled her magic, pulling a smile to her lips. And on top of it all, the scent of pancakes wafted from the table beside her. It took no time at all for the woman to slide over and cut at the food, eating pretty much everything on the tray and downing the glasses of liquid without a second thought. She was obviously hungrier than she thought she would be. Guess that came as a result of the sudden feeding the night before...

As she ate, Alice let her magic judge who was inside the house. Several vampires of all levels, with the more powerful ones being in one area. She felt Alex's presence in the room as well and figured nothing bad was happening, or else she would have been woken up much sooner. Her eyes wandered over the food spread out in front of her before she noticed the flower and the paper. Scrawled out on it were several words of old Latin.

Ah, testing her already... smart man. Good way to keep her busy and away from trouble. A bored witch is a bad witch, after all.

She lifted it between her first two fingers and looked it over, making quick work of the translation, which brought a smile to her face. She finished up her breakfast and sighed, leaning back to stretch out her body against the bed with a slight groan. She had to agree, that bed was a comfortable sight. Something she could get used to. Now to check out the shower...

Holy shit. Alice was even more impressed with the man's tastes. Her smile grew as she started up the water and stripped herself of the clothing, setting them gently on the counter with plans to work her magic on them later. Thank god for being a witch. She could have one set of clothing and no one would know it, thanks to her magic. Luckily she had many and only used it when it was needed, but cleaning and transforming clothes was something Alice enjoyed to work on in her spare time. The woman stepped beneath one of the jets and used the soap she could find in the shower to wash herself, adding her own flare of jasmine and grapefruit for her own mix. She stayed beneath the water a bit longer than she typically would, simply because it felt so damn good.

After a few deep, calming breaths, Alice slipped from the shower and picked up a towel to wrap around her. Alex seemed to be busy for a bit, but she was planning to find him after she was done. If he didn't happen to find her first, of course. The witch heated up her hands and began to run them through her dark raven hair, drying and styling the locks all in one. As much as she might have cursed her talents at times, she loved them just as much. So handy to have... and so easy to impress people with them. She smirked to herself before bothering to look in the foggy mirror in front of her. No marks on her neck, no scars on her knees. It was as if nothing had happened last night.

When his Shade had their orders and understood what could happen Alex told them that the majority of the vampires would be moved to the underground safe shelter while others would be asked to port far away until told it was safe to return. They wanted as few vampires there as possible. Several of the Shade had families so Alex let them go to warn their loved ones while he headed up to his room to change his shirt. The cuff link was a bit off and the thread was slipping. Alex had a slight case of OCD with his clothing. If it wasn't to his needs of perfection, it drove him nuts.

When he got into his room he saw the empty plate and the glasses and smiled. He'd clean those up in a bit. He saw that the bathroom door was closed just enough to let him know that she was using it so he simply headed to his closet and pulled his dress shirt and tie off. Hanging up the shirt on an empty wrack he moved and looked at his other shirts. He went with a maroon red silk dress shirt and a black velvet vest with an ivory white tie. Setting his choices aside he was standing in his closet with no shirt on as he went over his clothes and made sure everything was in order and no stray strings were out.

Alice shook her pants out twice; one to clean and one to change. Instead of the slim black yoga pants, they turned into a pair of dark grey leggings. She did the same with her pale purple undergarments, although she just cleaned them before slipping them on and repeated the action once again with her shirt; a simple tanktop into a fitted, rich purple, over the hip length top, which she quickly draped over her arm. Her sweater became a dark black jacket that she tugged on for a moment, just to give her something to put on until she had a chance to find her vampire friend. It took her a moment once she was out of the bathroom to realize that someone else had entered the room, but when she noticed the dress shirt hanging in the room, her body instantly tensed. Her magic lashed out, feeling around for the invader but instantly settled when she realized the owner of the home had returned. Instead of withdrawing this time, it began to gently wrap around him, giving him a warm feeling as if Alice herself was standing behind him.

It only took a few seconds for the woman to follow along the path her casting as making, bringing her to the doorway of the closet to look over the shirtless man inside. Her cheeks warmed at the sight of him, letting her eyes linger for as long as she allowed them or until the man turned around. Which ever happened to come first. As it was, she didn't allow them to stare for very long.

"Good morning," she greeted with a slight smile, forgetting her current attire. She was so used to walking around her own apartment without a shirt a good amount of the time that having the man in the room didn't seem to make her notice. She was getting comfortable around him already... that was both good and a bad sign. She'd have to stick around more to find that out.

Alex was working on checking over every fine detail of his shirt when he felt his skin shift and warm. He looked up a bit and raised an eyebrow before feeling the soft gentle touches of Alice's magic around him. Smirking he simply relaxed and went back to looking over his clothing before reaching up and pulling his shirt on. Once his arms were in and it was adjusted correctly he began buttoning it up. That's when he heard her greeting.

"Good morning..."

He said as he turned and saw her. She was dressed, so to speak. If it wasn't for that jacket she was wearing he'd be looking at a bra and lots of bare skin. Taking a deep breath to relax himself he tapped his shirt.

"Missing something?"

He asked as he motioned to her and let her figure out that she was less then dressed. While she took care of that he turned his back to her as he unbuttoned his pants and tucked his shirt in. Normally him unbuttoning his pants wouldn't be an issue, but he wasn't wearing boxers today so it would have been. After his shirt was on and his tie tied, he grabbed his vest and put it on, buttoning it as well then fixing himself up so that he was happy with his appearance.

After all that was done he walked over to her seeing her dressed and covered more than she was. Putting his hands on her hips he stood toe to toe with her and looked her over before smiling at her and kissing her forehead.

"Beautiful."

He seemed to have slid into an almost lover role with her which he really hadn't realized but with her it was too easy to do. When he was putting his shoes on, that's when he realized what he'd done but ignored it and covered it with a question.

"When can we meet with your Coven?"

Alice's cheeks lit up in embarrassment when the man pointed out her lack of clothing. She turned around quite quickly to return to the bed and strip her jacket in favour of her shirt. "Sorry!" she called quickly, tugging it over her head and fluffing her hair back out, letting it fall naturally around her collar and down her back. Duh. 'Way to make a good impression,' Alice thought to herself before pulling her jacket back on and letting it hang open around her shoulders. By the time she had finished all that and going even so far as to make an effort to style her hair at quite a rapid pace, the vampire finished his own changing of clothes and joined her in the bedroom.

The woman turned around as he came out and lifted her arms, as if to show off the fact that she did realize what she was missing. He approached her and set his hands on her hips, giving her a chance to rest her own hands on the man's arms, letting him leave a peck on her head, pulling a smile to her lips. She let him pull away after a light squeeze of his arms, picking up her own sandals and shaking them into a pair of high top canvas Converse before tugging them onto her feet.

"Let me call some people and I'll take you to our meeting place," she told him, taking a seat on the bed to tie her shoes before she looked back towards the vampire. It seemed that it took her a moment to realize what they had just done as well, but she took a chance to look over the man before bothering to move and break away. "Happen to have a car?" she asked. "I can't really tell you where we meet, just in case, but if I drive and you're blindfolded... there's a good chance I can get you in without getting too many complaints from those who matter."

Alex looked up at her and smirked as she mentioned blindfolding him. His mind, despite the fact that he was being a gentleman once more, took off for the gutter. Shaking those thoughts out of his head he nodded and his eyes flashed as a male appeared in the room, just popping in like vampires were known to do. The male had metallic silver hair and eyes as dark as night.

"Get the van ready and tell the rest of the Shades, some of them may need to wisp in order to fit."

The male bowed and was gone as quickly as he appeared. Alex then looked to Alice and smiled.

"All good on my end. Now, about that blind fold."

He said as he walked over to her and got toe to toe with her once more. His hands gingerly trailing his fingertips along her hips as he smirked and a slight humor was in his eyes while he looked down at her.

"You do know that based off of scent I'll be able to remember where I am where ever you take me correct? However I will play along and allow the cover."

He said as he leaned down and got a breath away from her. His lips were barely a hair from hers and then he stopped.

"You're blushing my dear Alice. Any reason why?"

He was actually being playful with her, something he wasn't expecting out of himself, but here he was.

The witch waited until Alex leaned in before she let a smile cross her lips. She was in fact blushing, but she ignored it for a short time, letting him dwell in the idea that he might just be able to remember where they were going. Gently, she set her hands on the man's shoulders, her thumb running along the material of his vest. She left plenty of space between them, giving him a chance to keep his gentlemanly exterior, but close enough to speak with him in all the right tones. All words, but no move. Yet.

"You forget, my dear friend, what I am." She ignored his blushing question in favour of explaining her plan. "All I need to do is fill your senses with something far more overpowering than that around us... and you'll be lost."

As an example, Alice began to fill the man's room with the sweet smell of nutmeg and all the sweet smells of a fresh baked pumpkin pie. It was powerful, even more so than the natural scent in the room, easily overpowering her own scent and giving a perfect example of what she meant. "As soon as we get to the car, we'll make sure you can't see a thing." She leaned in ever so slightly, her voice dropping into that seductive range that she rarely used for anyone. But Alex himself had said that vampires had an intense sexual drive, even if it was one created by their venom

"How does that sound?"

Alex actually sneezed a bit at the over powering scents assaulting his nose, covering his mouth with his hand as he blinked a bit and chuckled.

"Interesting."

He said as he watched her lean in and heard her tone drop the way it had which caused his own breath to catch as he listened to her question. Alex actually had to stop himself from leaning in and planting a good solid kiss on her lips. Instead, he simply leaned in and veered off just enough that his lips hit her neck and moved along her lower ear.

"Depends what you decide to blind my senses with. Pumpkin is nice...but I'd much rather be drowning in your scent."

He said as he let his fangs gently graze along her skin. He was flirting? It had been ages since he'd actually tried to flirt. What the hell was she doing to him? He didn't mind it of course, it made him feel like a juvenile once more, new to the world of females. It was thrilling and nerve wracking all at once. Her skin was so smooth, her voice so soft to his ears, what he wouldn't do to hear that soft voice in a moan. Shivering at that thought he moved his lips along her jawline and simply floated his lips around hers, seeing how she'd react and what she'd do.

Alice cut back on the smell once the man covered his mouth, her smile growing as he chuckled. It all faded though as he leaned in, seeming to fight an urge before he settled on dipping down towards the soft skin on her neck. Her eyes slid closed, allowing the man to touch her skin as he wanted. "Well I could work that one out too," she told him, leaning closer to his ear as she dropped her tone that much more. Before he could react, Alice leaned forward, placing a swift kiss to his cheek before she slid out from beneath his fingers and out of his reach. As much as she wanted to stay there, teasing Alex with her words, she knew meeting with her coven was important. If they didn't work something out, there was a chance that he wouldn't be there again and they couldn't continue.

She picked up her phone and dialed a number, her eyes trailing towards the vampire, letting her smile drift back onto her lips as she took a chance to look him over. "Your tie's crooked," she pointed out, crossing closer to the man to fix his tie, bracing her phone against her shoulder. "Gracie, I'm calling a coven meeting." The woman began to argue through the phone, but Alice quickly cut her off. "Necromancer. Meet within the hour. Call around and get the word out." She quickly agreed and Alice removed a hand from the man's shirt to cut off the call and lightly toss the phone onto the bed.

Alice's eyes ran over the man's shirt again, giving one final adjustment of the tie before smiling and fixing his vest. "That's better, isn't it? Much more proper now."

'And oh so attractive...'

Alex was not settled on just a quick kiss to his cheek and while she spoke on the phone he just stared at her and just about undressed her with his eyes till she mentioned that his tie was crooked. That broke through his mental fog as he looked down and went to fix it but she was johnny on the spot so to speak as she started adjusting his tie. Keeping his hands on his sides he watched her as she did, her scent filling his nose as he closed his eyes and just enjoyed the scent.

When she told him that it was fixed and he looked proper again he smiled at her and took a moment to reach out and capture her chin in his hand. Smiling at her he leaned down and took one hell of a chance, but he'd been really wanting to do this since he'd gotten to know her. His lips molded to hers like they had been designed to fit her lips perfectly. Shivering as he kissed her he simply held her close for a few heart beats then pulled back despite the fact that he really didn't want to.

"Thank you for fixing my tie Alice."

He said in a soft tone as his tongue danced around on his lips, savoring her taste but at the same time, he wanted so much more.

When Alex captured her chin, Alice gave him permission to move her body as he saw fit. It didn't take much and when he leaned in, the witch knew exactly what was coming. But when their lips met, a shiver shot down her spine. The feeling was greater than she ever thought it would be and if it wasn't for the touch she had on the man, she would have doubted it was true. Her fingers wrapped around the collar of his vest, carefully bringing herself closer to the man until he broke the contact. She didn't pull away just yet, but instead opened her eyes to study the man in front of her.

"You're welcome," she softly muttered, her gaze flickering over to the man's lips, trailing along them before she made eye contact with him and smiled. "We should get going." As much as she didn't want to admit it, as much as she wanted to stay in the bedroom and just be with him, she knew they had to leave soon to get there before the others. But once they got there, there was a good chance that they would have some time alone before others arrived. Before her parents arrived.

Oh... well that was something she didn't think about before. Well it wasn't like anything was going on between them. Nothing too obvious, at least. Her tongue made a quick flick over her bottom lip before giving it a gentle nip and smiling. "If you think you can control yourself for an hour."

Alex watched her as she seemed to be thinking about something then noticed the slight flick of her tongue along her lips. Oh he wanted to taste that tongue of hers. Hell he wanted to just lay in his bed with her and explore every inch of her body from head to foot but that would have to wait for later. When she asked if he could control himself for an hour he chuckled and nodded.

"As long as you don't make it any harder then it currently is."

He said as he took her hand in his and led her to the car garage. Several of the Shade members were there in the seats with blindfolds on and smirks on their faces. In their laps were what looked like a deep shadow, which were other Shade members in their shadow form, which was how they got around faster then others. Alex sat in the passenger seat and put his own blindfold on then looked in the direction of Alice and smiled.

"Onward."
