Rare Magicks {True Sinner + DontxBlinkk}

Alex looked down at her as she gave him a little nudge and smiled as he nodded.

"I'll sit with you."

He said as he walked with her into the dining room. However he stopped her as he pulled her chair out. Turning her to him once more his chest was pressed against hers as he gave her a hug, a good one too, holding her head just under his chin, his arms holding her in a warm and safe embrace and as she looked up he tilted his chin down and their lips met once more. He was getting far too addicted to her kisses. Sliding his hands down along her hips he gingerly stroked the skin of her sides with his finger tips.

As the kiss deepened his hands soon were under the hem of her shirt sliding along her back and holding her closed as his nails ran along her skin softly, the moment he felt her small soft hands on his skin he groaned into the kiss, a sound that he couldn't suppress at that moment.

Alice smiled at the man's agreement, following along beside him to the dining room. Being the gentleman that he was, he pulled out her chair, and another smile to her lips, but she didn't move to sit down just yet. Alex wasn't nearly done wooing her before dinner, and seeing that it would take time to cook, the witch didn't really mind being alone with him in private for just a tad bit longer. Especially when he went ahead and wrapped his arms around her. The woman leaned against him gently, wrapping her arms around his waist and tipping her head when he felt the need to take another step. Alice welcomed the kiss and added her own pressure to it as she felt his hands began to gently wander along her hips.

Alex was a gentleman, that was for sure. Alice didn't mind that one bit, but the feeling she was getting in her gut was a bit unnerving. She had felt it a few times before; it wasn't love for sure, but the feeling of wanting companionship with the man. To be more than just friends, more than just sharing a few gentle kisses with him when they were alone. Of course, the treaty was going to make this step a good bit easier to get to and whatever warning Alex had gotten from her mother was also helpful. She had to remember to ask about that over dinner...

But unlike Cara, Alice wasn't all about getting people between the sheets. Sure, she enjoyed it when it happened, but she didn't seek it from every man she found attractive. Alex was doing everything he could to hint at his feelings, yet keep things peaceful and friendly between the two of them. Alice was trying to do the same, but she had a bad habit of letting her feelings take over her logic and mind. Not to mention her body. Maybe it was the fact that her body had been healing when he injected her with his venom? Could she have absorbed it even just a little bit? She highly doubted that but it wasn't something they could rule out right away. It was an option and there was a small chance of it. Either way, Alice knew that the man was appeasing her in all the right ways. The craving for his touch, his lips... it was all being appeased almost as soon as she got them and that pleased her greatly. Not to mention the familiar feeling about him.

Confusing, but all in a good way. Alice could live with this.

The witch let his fingers trail beneath her shirt a few inches and even moved closer so the man didn't truly have to pull her to close the gap. Her hands moved smoothly from his waist to his arms and up, over his shoulders, stopping at his jaw to gently cup his cheeks. She tipped her head to just the right angle for their lips to meet. She broke away briefly, letting her eyes flutter open, looking his features over before breaking into a small smile.

"Appetizer?" she joked, her gentle smile turning into a cocky grin.

The intensity yet subtly of the kiss was mind blowing, the fact that it was obvious that they both wanted one another for more passionate reasons then just straight sex, yet were both trying to be respectful and taking things slow at the same time. It was rather confusing in some aspects and then sweet in others. Slightly frustrating as well. The feeling of her hands traveling all over him, her body moving closer to his and the way she angled her head for him was all enough to drive him mad however when she pulled away he was breathing hard, his lips were a bit pink from being pressed to hers and his heart rate had picked up as well.

Hearing her question on if his kiss was an appetizer he chuckled a bit and nodded.

"Yeah, I figured I'd just give you a taste. Like it?"

He asked as he let her sit then pushed the chair in before sitting down to the right of her and making light conversation with her. Mainly talking about things that didn't involve magic, asking about other interests she may have other than magic, random things to pass the time really and to learn the little things about her. When her food came out he smiled and thanked the Chef's as one of them handed him a coffee mug of blood, fresh pigs blood and still warm. It wasn't anything really filling per say, just something to give him something to do and eat while she was eating. The Chef had given it a bit of a kick though by adding a shot of his favorite whiskey in which time he had taken a sip and chuckled.

"Thank you Martin. It's very good."
"Your welcome Sir. Miss, is your food cooked good?"

Asked the Chef as they all stood there waiting for her approval. She was also given a glass of wine as well as water in case she didn't like wine.

Alice kissed the man's lips once more before sitting down, silently agreeing with his question. The food came soon afterwards, which quickly scented the room with a delicious smell that she didn't have very often. She could cook, but she wasn't a master chef. Not like this man was. Martin... she'd have to remember him. And treat him very well. She smiled towards the chef, taking a bite of the chicken before giving him a nod. "Very good," she told him with a smile. "Thank you very much." She continued to eat her dinner, sipping at the wine and speaking to the man beside her at the table.

It was quite enjoyable, to sit and have a conversation that wasn't about magic or creatures. Those conversations were nice and enjoyable, but having something else to talk about, comparing interests and pointing out small differences, even going so far as to debate a topic or two. Alice could get used to this, or at least she hoped she could. With a smile, she finished the last bit of her dinner and sipped at the wine, sitting back in the chair with a smile.

"Have any plans after dinner then?" she asked before taking the final sip of her drink.

Alex looked at her as she asked about after dinner plans. Thinking things over he nodded.

"Just one. I have to go check on the Coven nursery and see how the new mothers are doing. Their mates are there with them and have requested that I give my blessing before they head out. We're dropping Coven numbers as small as possible so that everyone will be as safe as possible."

He said as he smiled sadly then took her hand with his as he led her out of the dining room and walked her through the long halls. As they walked his hand on hers was soft but firm, worry was creeping into his body. Worry for his people and for those that were most likely not going to make it. Some of the newer vampires who were too young to leave on their own would be subject to the Necromancer and that was a death certificate for them just waiting to happen. When they got to the nursery Alex put on his happy face and greeted each family with a warm smile, words of praise and kissed each infant's forehead then thanked the family for adding to the Coven and wishing them a long and happy future.

After all that was done he walked out of the nursery and as he got into the hall he stopped and looked back at the nursery. The sign of a good leader was the one that valued life, all life in his people.

"I won't be able to save all of them. Children, young adults. Even some of the parents. If they're taken over...they'll die..."

Alex said as he looked back and leaned his back against the wall rubbing the bridge of his nose and sighing heavily as he closed his eyes and shook his head.

The woman had no problem walking with the man through the halls once again. In fact, this gave her a good chance to look around and take in the house around her without being rushed. Finding out that there was a nursery inside of the house was quite amazing, and heartwarming for the woman. She followed the man to the next room, stopping in the doorway to watch and look over what was going on without getting in the way. This was a personal time for the families and Alex. The last thing she wanted was to make one of the coven members upset during this important time or take away the feeling. The coven master was blessing their child, in their own special way. It was amazing to watch and Alice saw herself as quite lucky to even be allowed in the doorway while this was going on.

Once he was done, she moved to join him on the outside of the nursery, walking back along the halls with him, taking her his hand with a firm squeeze of silently support. "You're going to do everything you can to protect them," she pointed out, moving as close as she could to him. "We both may loose people, but you are going to go to the ends of the earth to keep them alive. I can already see it happening." She firmly squeezed his hand and brought it up to place a gentle kiss on his hand. "And my coven will be working along side. Believe me, some of the older witches may not be fully prepared for working with vampires, but they won't let the children die. They won't let anyone die. You have to try to think of that. No matter what."

Alex simply looked at her as she comforted him and got his mind back on the right track. He did notice, even during the wars, both sides had a general respect for the young. After the initial attacks of course. However even during the roughest times in the wars, children were left alone if at all possible. So the fact that they were working together now increased their odds greatly. Smiling a bit at Alice he just rested his forehead on hers and thanked her for keeping a level head when he had a moment of weakness.

Him being able to show this side of him to anyone was amazing. Leaders never liked showing that they too had moments of weakness. They were supposed to be the firm support system. So the fact that she'd seen him like he was was a huge sign that he trusted her quite a bit. When they finally made it out of the hall and back to the library he just sat on the end of the couch and let her lean up against him and read. Pointing out certain words if she had a hard time. One hand resting on hers and the other draped around her shoulder resting on the side of her thigh while she leaned her head on his shoulder.

As the night drew to a close he helped her clean up the books and put them back where they belonged then walked with her up to his room. There were plenty of spare rooms and as he stood there at the doorway of his room he was holding her hand softly in his.

"Do you want a spare room? I didn't know if you would find it strange sleeping in the same bed as me."

Alice took the few minutes of peace with ease, leaning against the man as she continued to read, picking out a book that was much lighter than the last one she had read. Written years ago about more ancient magic, loving the amount of information it had inside of it. There were a good handful of words she simply couldn't translate from one language to the other and when that happened, she gave the man with her a nudge and asked, loving the sound of him speaking the old language, smiling each time he helped her. Compared to it coming from her mouth, the words were practiced and smooth. Alice could listen to him speaking like that all day...

When it came time to leave the room, Alice put all of the books away and followed her host to the room where she had been before. When they stopped, the woman looked the vampire over and lifted her eyebrows slightly before cracking a faint smile. "I've slept in a bed with a man before," she pointed out, almost joking with him about his question. She squeezed his hands gently and leaned in to press a firm kiss against his lips. The was feeling in it, but nothing that would lead to anything more. Yet...

"I wouldn't mind using your room again," she added softly, her lips held lightly against his own, her eyes dancing over his own. "It would be far stranger waking up in a bed alone..." Well, she had done that once before, but now that there seemed to be something between the two of them, Alice wasn't about to let him slip out of her fingers this time around.

Alex smiled and nodded as she walked her into the room with him and as she was sorting things around in the room he told her he was taking a shower because he was dirty. He would save some hot water for her when he was done. Smiling he walked into the bathroom and shut the door, but left it cracked so the heat in the bathroom wouldn't be too much. As he stripped and walked into the shower he turned on the water and sighed as the three shower heads covered him with hot water. While he showered he kept running that kiss through his mind. It was intense, but not enough to hint at anything other than she really did either like him or just like kissing him.

He also kept thinking on how well they were able to just be completely calm around one another and act like a human married couple. Taking comfort in the other's presence, not so much words or kissing, just cuddling and spending quiet time with one another. It stunned him really. He hadn't felt that comfortable around a female since Selena, and the fact that he was around her, a witch, blew his mind. Smirking a bit at the thought he shook his head then washed up and turned off the water. Once the water was off he dried off and wrapped a towel around his waist. He mentally yelled at himself for not bringing clothes into the bathroom to change into.

Stepping out he smelled like his soap and his own natural scent. His skin glistened as it was still a little damp along his chest, his muscle taunt and his skin smooth with a hint of pink from the heated water.

"You're turn."

Alice gave the man a short nod when he mentioned taking a shower, watching him enter the room before she took a seat on the bed and let out a sigh. If there was one thing she already loved about this house, other than the library, it was this bed. The witch made quick work to remove her shoes before she fell backwards against the bed with a sigh. She could feel the room begin to heat up thanks to the steam coming from the bathroom and Alice used that to her advantage. As each rolling puff came from the room, she worked her magic to make it grow, heating up just a bit more of the air around it, forcing it to spread around the room, letting the entire bedroom heat up to the perfect temperature, compared to the chill that could be found just outside the windows.

The door opened just about the time Alice had finished her work, her hands dropping to her sides as she turned to look at the vampire. Her eyes slid over his body for a moment before quickly returning to his eyes, a sweet little smile crossing her lips as she let the sides of her vision pick up on the rest of his body. That smooth skinned, firm muscled body...

"I took one this morning," she told him with a small shrug of her shoulders. "I'll get one tomorrow."

She would need one after what she was now planning. So some times Alice wasn't as innocent as she hoped she would be... especially when it came to someone so shirtless in front of her.

"If you'd still allow me in your bed, that is..."

Alex smirked a bit as she mentioned the possibility of not being allowed back in his bed which just had him shaking his head.

"You're still allowed my dear, just give me a moment to change."

He said as he held the part of the towel that he needed to keep it together and moved to his massive walk in closet and shut the door. Drying off completely he slid into a pair of black nylon pajama pants and tossed his towel into the hamper. Once that was done he picked out an outfit for the next day and once it was set aside from the rest he headed back into his room. As he walked in the clean scent f his skin filled the immediate space between them. Moving past her he let his hand slide along her stomach before he sat down on the bed and lifted his hands to stretch, the muscles of his arms, chest and abs tightened as he did this.

Alice's eyes followed Alex into the closet before she grinned at the door. The witch did everything she could to control herself as he changed, taking in several deep breaths before closing her eyes, bringing in one more breath and changing her clothes into something far more appropriate for sleeping. Especially sleeping with a member of the opposite sex...

With a long fluid move of her hand down over her shoulders, chest and hips, her outfit for the day turned into a matching set of pajamas, both a light lavender colour consisting of a pair of silk pants and a loose fitting tanktop complete with ivory lace and thin straps. As she took a seat on the edge of the bed, the woman began to pull her fingers through her hair, working it loose from the day and letting it hang loosely around her shoulders. All the while, she began to think. It may not have been the most revealing piece of sleepwear, but Alice knew the man had figured out enough about her to know that she wasn't about to dress in such a way on the first night together. They had been together all day, but nothing had seemed to be a true date just yet, just a dinner and plenty of kindness. Of course, Alice wasn't taking that for granted or being rude about it. She just didn't feel it was right to dress in much less than what she was already in. But if time came to take it off, she wouldn't hesitate.

No pressure, of course...

Alice looked towards Alex as he left his close, rising to meet him and watched as he took a seat and stretched. She let her eyes drink in the sight of the man, her smile growing once again as his muscles flexed and tightened beneath his skin before taking her seat back. "Attractive," she teased with a slight laugh, turning slightly to face the vampire beside her. "You look quite refreshed." Her hand began to lightly graze the man's arm, her eyes scanning over his skin.

Seeing what she'd changed into he simply smiled at her. It was subtle and comfortable but still held that edge that made it sexy, which was just fine with him. As she said his stretching was attractive he smirked and flexed his abs a bit.

"Yes well I worked hard for these."

He said as he smiled and then as she spoke about how he looked refreshed he nodded. He was refreshed but he was also exceedingly aroused, he was just doing his best to hide it. As he shut the lights off and the two of them got comfortable in the bed he moved close to her and let her snuggle with him which was a good feeling but a bad idea. He could feel the heat of her skin, her pulse and her leg which was painfully close to his crotch.

Still he fought through that and ran his hand along her shoulder till he couldn't stand it and leaned over placing a kiss on her lips. Much like the ones he'd been giving her all day. This one started off slow and soft like usual but grew steadily into a much more passionate and heated kiss that soon had him partially over her. Their hands laced and his chest pressed to hers.

Alice scrunched her nose with a smile in response to him and didn't argue one bit when he began to lay back in the bed. She made her way to the empty space in front of him, laying against his chest with one arm draped over his waist. The air around the two of them was almost sparking with magic and attraction, both of which Alice could feel without needing to touch the man. It was quite powerful, in her mind, and was so much more of a rush than she was used to feeling. And it just grew when she felt the man's hands run over her shoulder.

She returned the kiss, pressing in her own feeling with a soft hum, turning onto her back when the man continued pushing against her, deepening the kiss to more than just a friendly touch. Luckily Alex was leading the feeling and touches, which made almost anything Alice wanted to do quite alright. The man wasn't rushing, but he was making his position and what he wanted known.

The witch's hands tightened around the vampires, pulling his hands up to the space beside her head, holding her own arms against the pillows while she raised her upper torso to meet the man's while her hips slowly worked against his own in one swift movement. She was getting a bit more hot and heavy than she meant to at that moment, but with that slow movement, it was clear he was feeling just the same way.

Alice broke the kiss and let a grin slowly cross her lips, eyeing the man's expression as she began to work against him once again, watching for the smallest of his reactions.

Alex looked down at her as she was looking at him, the way her hips moved against his had him harder than diamond and he wanted to be inside of her desperately but he just smiled at her and returned his lips to hers. Placing his weight on his left hand and arm he moved his right hand and took a chance, stroking her inner thigh with his hand and soon moving his hand up just a touch more and cupped the hot damp area between her legs.

Alex moaned at how hot she was, he could smell the arousal slowly building and coming off of her and now he just wanted to taste that sweet dew between her legs. Looking at her as he broke the kiss he moved his hands to the waist band of her pants and watched her expressions carefully.

Alice caught her moan before it could slip from between her lips and into the air lingering around the two of them. Her eyes squeezed shut before her lips were captured for good, the kiss lingering for a longer time than it had before. She allowed the man's hand to slide up between her legs, feeling her breath catching in her chest at his gentle touches. Her body tightened for a moment at the thought of him touching her straight on, flesh to flesh. And when he began to make the silent gesture and question about her sleep pants, the witch didn't have to think about an answer.

She lifted her hips without a second thought, a smile softly playing on her lips as she watched him, eyes trailing over the vampire above her with a silent permission to continue forward.
