Nadia opened the package of bark for Ghost, and gently set one of the peices into her hand, glancing over with a raised brow as the medic was brought in. "Many people simply chew it." Nadia said, turning her attention back to Ghost, before reaching down to pick up the Uzi, and she glanced out the window again. From there she saw Angel approaching, and her face lit up for a moment, grateful to see he was well.

She glanced over her shoulder when Daniel began to mutter, and her eyes narrowed on him briefly, but he didn't seem to be causing any trouble just yet. "It's German." Nadia confirmed after a moment. "He is hungry, I believe. I am not hired by the German's often, and his accent is heavy." She turned her attention away after that, watching the door for angel to return.

Eventually the man did stumble in, half dragging the another man with him. She and Teyha rushed forward at once, but when the younger woman caught sight of Nadira's face she paused, and stepped back, giving her space.

"You alright?" Nadira asked softly, kneeling down in front of Angel with a second piece of bark in her hands. She brushed a lock of hair out of his face with one hand before lightly cupping his chin, raising it up to look him in the eyes.

Nataca walked up to the ruined base still using slow and careful movements. As she approached she let out a small yell, hoping to get the soldiers inside attention without causing them to freak out. "Hello!? You are with the American military right?!" She kept her hands above her head so they may trust her better though she knew in their current mind set they weren't trusting anyone.

Well, this was quite the motley little crew, wasn't it? They looked about as ragged as the corpses outside. But he stayed quiet, keeping his hands up with the trained precision he was always used to. He let sour officer drag him along to vent his frustrations as he stood upright, adjusting himself a moment.

"..Wonderful." He replied, glancing around a moment. "I thought this was military?" He asked.

Alanna St. Clair's face frowned as she listened seriously to what had happened.. "alright.. ill take a look.. back up everyone!" She bent down by Ghost and looked at the female's shoulder.. "I am impressed.. your care for this wound even without medical aid is impressive. " She took her Medical kit from her bag and called out.. "I need lukewarm water stat. as pure as I can possibly get please.." She was calm but diligent. "Tell any other wounded to be nearby and remain nearby For medical treatment once I am done with this patient." Alanna went into full out Professional mode, focused on her task which was what made her a good student.

No sooner was Parker out the door a second time that he ran into Angel and the man he was escorting in. One look let him know that Angel was wounded but would survive. His prisoner, who also saved his bacon outside in the firefight according to the radio message that Angel had sent, was walking ahead of him. Parker looked him over carefully, seeing a well trained soldier in peak conditioning. He nodded to himself then, feeling confident that whatever happened from here on out, the Russian would make a good addition to the team.

He was about to re-enter the building when he heard another voice call out, this one also a woman's. He spun back around and slowly moved back outside, scanning the area. There, off to the left, approaching slowly, was indeed another woman. Waiting until she was closer, he stood and held his gun on her. "Stop right there" he murmured, his voice just loud enough to be heard. When she did, he approached her quietly, his gun never leaving her. "I'm with the American military" he said quietly "though my team is a little out of sorts at the moment. Let's go inside and you can tell us who you are. Walk ahead of me now." He motioned for her to move ahead, waving his gun for emphasis.

Everything seemed different about him. He no longer murmured constantly, talking his incomprehensible ramblings to himself and whoever dared listen to him. His eyes were sharply focused, aware of the world around him, seeing it as though waking up for a very long nap. He moved lethargically, taking his time to get back up to his feet on legs he was uncertain of. A bombed out building, two wounded soldiers, a medic, a couple of other soldiers, two women, no, three now. His hands were unconsciously ticking off the numbers as he took role, counting off in base five.

It was then his eyes locked onto the Russian. He froze solid, staring at the spetnaz, even with the drugs still in his system his hands were trembling, his pistol falling free to the ground. He backed up, taking a shakey step backwards towards the hole he had tried to jump out of just an hour earlier. His lips were trembling, sputtering without saying a word as the shakes passed from his hands into his whole body. He was breathing faster, almost threatening to hyperventalate.

"Run... Hide..." his voice finally came out in a harsh whisper. He stopped backing up, planting his feet near the edge of that hole, never once tearing his gaze from the russian.

Nataca obeyed the soldiers orders as best she could. Careful not to make any sudden movements, especially now that she could see a gun pointed at her. She was very calm though, not worried more so relieved that she had found so many still loyal American soldiers.

Masako Rallis had been scouring the city for the last couple hours, looting the standing stores for supplies to take back home with her to her cabin in the nearby mountains. Currently one of the only places nearby with electricity due to an experimental geothermal generator she'd volunteered to man and take notes and details on. it was a project on energy before the war that had called for volunteers to live in homes connected to these things and keep track of what happened along with any bugs or problems. "Dammit, they didn't have to blow everything here to shit did they?" she grumbled, sitting back in her armored hummer on one of the cleared streets, raking a hand through her blonde hair before adjusting the sunglasses she was wearing.

The young woman was still of military bearing; but not in uniform. Wearing a black halter top and fatigue pants with combat boots. Her vehicle was bought at a military surplus auction before the war and was armed to the teeth with things bought at similar auctions and gunshows. Two large ammo boxes in the back and various rifles, machine guns and pistols all concealed under a tarp in the back. She was listening to a police scanner she'd installed, and overheard the radio calls and communications the team had been making and decided to go check it out for herself and started up the transport and headed in that direction.

It was a tan colored thing with tiger-striping and tinted window as it approached the building through it was flyiing a white banner signalling that the occupant or occupants weren't hostile. Masako had found it often helped her avoid trouble she'd rather not get tangled up in.

((About an Hour Later))

The belt that had been used to hold up Ghost's trousers was now wrapped around her mouth. Keeping her low cries and screams to a dull roar as Alanna St. Clair worked on her arm. It seemed that she was trying her best to repair the wound from the inside out. The young sniper doing her best to try and keep her mind off the pain. Watching and trying to learn a little bit more about her new group that seemed to be growing by the minute.

One that she took notice of was that the new girl that Parker had brought in...she thought she over heard the name Nataca Resnik.... was now sitting with Teyha Lockra was now trying to calm Daniel once again after the Russian Angel brought in scared him half to shit again. Thank god the drugs in his system was helping him from going all out nuts on them again. She did not think Spaight would deal well with another out brake from the ill minded soldier. Even if everyone wanted to keep him around.

Angel was still leaning against he wall as Nadia tended to his wounds. She seemed to be the only one that the wounded soldier would let near him.

Spaight and Parker where talking to the Russian rebel that she learned was called Alexi Titov. They seemed to be questioning him about things but there voices where to low for her to really listen in.

Hazel eyes would look back to Alanna ever once and awhile. More or less the look on Ghost's face told her to hurry up, the stuff Nadia help to dull the pain but it was not enough to numb the full pain that was going on right now. Fuck, her eyes seemed to roll into the back of her head, this shit hurt. Her fingers twitching every once and awhile. Doing her best to fight back the tears in her eyes.

Yet it would not take long for the group to hear the sound of movement out side. A vehicle was passing by.

Angel's eyes sprung to Daniel for a moment as yet again, he was freaking out. Yet somehow he felt It was a little under control this time. There was a few new faces he didnt recognize, who was this woman treating Ghost? What the hell had missed? All these thaughts had been rushing through his head, before It all calmed as soon as Nadira approached him. He lifted his eyes to her when she placed her hand under his chin and lifted his face up to her, She brushed a strand of hair from his eyes, and asked If he was alright.

Angel smiled at her lightly, In all honesty he was In abit more pain than he wanted himself to be, but his pride was too much to let him admit It. He gave her a small nod as his body was Immobile, his face slightly reddned. You honestly couldnt tell If It was a blush, or him just embarrassed, probably both. He lifted his unharmed hand and struggled a little bit to use It to raise himself to his feet. He leaned his back against the wall, his hand now moved to hold Nadira's. Again, youc ouldnt really tell If he had done this just because he wanted to, or just because he wanted her hand for balance. "Im just..a little dizzy, thats all..I went out of here like I knew what I was doing, Im not coming back here all messed up." He murmured his last words, more to himself really than to anyone else.

The next hour passed in a blur for both women. Once Teyha noticed Daniel was awake, and nearing a second psychotic break, she approached again. This time she was careful not to cover his mouth, speaking softly in a soothing tone to sooth his nerves. She tried to explain softly that the new man was there to help them, while taking a seat between him and the hole to prevent him from jumping through. "I didn't mean to scare you." she said at last, looking dow to keep from meeting his eyes. "But we all need you to stay calm, Alright? I know it's asking a lot, but can you do it?" She asked the last part hopefully, though she fully expected he wouldn't be able to. He wasn't sane enough to.

Nadira simply smiled and gripped Angel's hand firmly, but placed her free hand onto his uninjured shoulder to ease him back down. She pulled out the second piece of bark, and pushed it into Angel's mouth when he finished speaking, leaning forward to return the kiss he gave her before he left. She pulled out the remainder of the cobwebs her and Teyha had gathered, since the medic was working on Ghost, and started to apply it the same way she had seen Spaight earlier, smiling calmly at Angel as she worked. "Even the finest soldiers get injured." She said after a moment, "Chew, it will help the pain."

She worked for an hour on the injury before settling back. The bleeding had stopped, the wound itself was bandaged and taken care of, but she frowned all the same. They were running low on antiseptics, and the environment was less than sterile, which just begged for infection. "Stay here." She told Angel firmly, as she stood, picking up the Uzi as she went, and approached Ghost.

She knelt down next to the new commander, her voice hushed. "There was a physician whose shop was just a few blocks from here." She told her quietly, "He left, but there should be a few medicines left." She told her with a nod. After all, she had lived in this city her entire life, even in the rush she had a basic idea of where they were. But she hushed when a she heard a low rumble, and she raised the gun to look out the window at the car that was passing by.

Alexi seemed left to his own devices, for the most part. But he couldn't really blame them. It looked like they more important issues than a compliant prisoner. The American who kept staring at him as if he would rip his eyes out got amusing for the first few minutes. But now it was wearing a bit thin, the hopes he was having for this group was beginning to fail miserably at that.

But then again, he really didn't want to be back out there either. There was someone keeping watch by the window, he thought, the solider who nodded at him when they passed. But that didn't mean he didn't glance out himself. An old habit that was hard to break.

Besides, he knew they were out there. There was no such thing as a few Russians on a military operation in controlled territory. It was really just a matter of time before they found this place, if they haven't already.

Hard to say how many he laid dead out there, shoved into dark places and probably being eaten by wolves just to get this far. But any good scout would find them, and they had plenty of those to go around.

Still with his weapons, Alexi leaned his back to the wall and took off the magazine, opening the chamber idly as he dug around for a cloth to wipe any grime out. That was the joy of an AK, all it needed was a little polishing to keep it going here and there..

Daniel nodded slowly as Teyha spoke. His eyes were staring off into space, beyond the russian, the bombed out building, the soldiers, and any sort of reality that the others may have seen. He had been rocking back and forth as she calmed him throughout the hour. But his movements were getting a little faster now, a little jerkier as the drugs started to wash out of his system, losing thier effectiveness.

"The eyes see us," he explained to Tehya, still seeming relatively calm. His tone was even, relaxed, minus the frantic cadance that his rantings usually had. "Up above, they watch us, bring in fire and stalkers. They see us now, they are calling out. We need to move. Need to hide, hide and run."

Then came the sound of the vehicle. He jumped slightly as it started rumbling closer. His eyes locked on beyond Tehya, looking out the building, out that hole behind her, towards the street. His heart was beating faster, his breathing cycling shorter and quicker. "Run, hide, the eyes call out," he whispered to the woman attempting to calm him down. He tried to latch onto her, grasping her, pulling her away from the hole, back towards the room.
