Sukuya nodded, feeling a bit fatigued herself from the lengthy session between them as she was not yet experienced enough to immediately metabolize the energy that she absorbed from Cyrus. She reluctantly pulled herself off from Cryus's body, and sat down beside him, folding her legs under herself. The enamored succubus seemed more than a little timid, perhaps reverting to her human personality, while she whispered a word of thanks to him before pickign up her clothes and hurrying out of the room. She hardly knew how to contain herself, so it seemed the easiest course of action to simply seal off her succubus side lest she be tempted to break her promise and attempt to go for yet another round, doubtless leaving Cyrus a bit speechless with how suddenly she slipped away.

"Pay attention, I think the hunter might be honing in on a target... Its not openly aggressive just yet, but its hungry and restless enough to make it weaken its cloaking ability somewhat," Inui whispered to Enishi and Asuna while gesturing toward the sky which appeared to be empty yet all three succubus could detect remnants of the hunter's presence from when it passed by, "Who is out at this time of day, Asuna?"
"No one that I know of... The bus passes through around this time, but since Cyrus's mother works late she doesn't take that bus," Asuna shook her head slowly, "I suppose there could be some late afternoon joggers or something... Which way is it going, Inui? Without Sakuya here, you are the best one at tracking it... Even though flying targets aren't your forte."
"I think its heading north, toward Cyrus' house," Inui sniffed the air, "We are downwind of it, but its picking up pace rather quickly, the scent is getting a bit thin."
Enishi nodded and dashed ahead of the others, her hand on the hilt of her sword as she zipped across the sidewalk while keeping a careful watch on the sky. Hunters usually were rather overt with their attacks even if they cloaked themselves, causing collateral damage and what-not when they struck. Even if she arrived too late to save the unaware victim, the attack itself might give away its position enough to let Enishi land at least one good blow. When she turned the last corner leading to Cyrus's house, however, her eyes widened with dread. A single girl skipped along the sidewalk, her twin pigtails bouncing slightly with each step as the large, open maw of the hunter hung right above her delicate body.
The succubus dove in, yelling loudly in an attempt to draw the hunter's attention and perhaps make the young girl aware of teh danger. She sliced once upward across the camouflaged hunter's body, but the blow hardly contacted, merely bouncing off its thick outer skin and it flicked her away with a swipe of its long, thin tail. The girl with pigtails' jumped back with surprise when she heard Enishi's pained cry when she roughly bounced across the road, but when her eyes glanced upward she became frozen in place with fear. The only part of the hunter that she could see was its mouth, lined with dozens of teeth each dripping with thick globs of saliva. Her fate seemed to be sealed...
"Sorry for the wait!" Inui rushed past Enishi's pained form and stomped her right foot into the concrete, lifting herself up into the air as she planted a single, strong uppercut right into the hunter's lower lip. It growled and reeled back slightly, before headbutting her and sending her hurtling to the ground, the force of her impact causing the concrete below her to crack and indent slightly. The hunter, realizing that these succubus were attempting to drive it away from its snack, turned back toward the girl and thrust its long, thin tail toward the girl, its spear-tipped tail piercing her through the middle. She let out a blood-curdling scream of pain, which drew Sakuya's attention from inside Cyrus's house.
Sakuya rushed outside, suddenly jumping back with shock upon seeing the scene before her. She saw blood, and lots of it, as the hunter loomed over its victim... If she didn't act quickly, the girl would bleed out and die even if they could drive away the hunter and prevent it from eating her. She raised up her right hand and threw a large, purple blast directly at its open maw, causing it to reel back and screech in pain. Apparently only the outside of the body was armored, as her attack had much more of an effect on the creature's soft mouth tissue. It pulled its tail out of the girl and flew up into the air, deciding to retreat for now rather than face all four the succubus at once. Sakuya then turned her attention back to the girl, kneeling down beside her as she quickly surveyed the damage.
"How is she?" Enishi asked with a hint of hope in her tone, clutching her side where the hunter and smacked her in the ribs and most likely broke a few.
"She's going to die if we don't act," Sakuya replied gravely, "She's already starting to go into shock... I know none of us have done it before, but the ritual might be the only shot she has to pull through."
