In loving hate

Luna couldn't help but to relax when she gazed into his calm green eyes and she smiled gently as he stepped out into the night and she looked around, gazing up at the red moon. "It's beautiful." she said softly while gazing up before looking at him as he spoke, a look of curiousness forming on her face while she gazed at the lycan. "What do you mean?" she asked softly.

(nice avatar change btw, looks cute)
Zenku looked back up to the eclipse. "Our clan, our way of life, is based off the moon. Unlike the more modern groups, ours focuses on family and brotherhood. To us the lunar eclipse is both a blessing and a curse." He looked back down to Luna. "I was born on an eclipse, my friend died years later on one. I know it may sound strange, but I think I was meant to find you on a night like this. Our backgrounds would typically fight against us, I know that fully, but somehow it just feels right. I probably sound corny, but that's just how I feel." He sat down in the grass, holding on to her still, softly stroking her hair while he smiled.

The young vampire stared up at the lycan as he spoke, her eyes glowing a little. It was one of the few things that vampires and lycans really had in common. In order to see in the dark, their eyes reflected the light. As he spoke about how the lunar eclipse was both a blessing and a curse, Luna nodded slowly. She smiled a little when he said it might sound strange and she chuckled gently. "It's not strange." she replied softly. "I feel much the same way. And I'm glad you found me." After he sat down, she shifted her position a little and closed her eyes while he stroked her hair, her hand resting upon his chest where she could feel his heartbeat.

((Thanks. ^.^ I wanted something christmas themed.))

He sighed softly, feeling her hand on his heart. He blushed, feeling his heart beat quicken. The more Zenku stayed around the vampire, the more he liked her. "I'm glad I found you too." He said with grin. Then he leaned all they way, his back touching the grass. He adjusted himself so they were laying side by side, looking back up. "Night like this, I could stare up there for hours." He said to himself aloud, smiling in content.

She heard him sigh a moment before feeling his heart begin beating faster, gently smiling as she rested against him. As he spoke, she grinned up at him, her eyes glittering brightly as she softly chuckled. When he leaned back and adjusted them, she felt the cool grass against some of her bare skin before she curled up against his side a little before looking up at the sky again with a happy smile. "I've always loved staring at the stars." she said softly. "My father told me that my mother liked to star gaze and whenever I do it, I feel just a little closer to her."

"Must be hard without her." He said softly, looking up with her. "But at least you have something that brings you closer to her." Thinking she might have been cold, Zenku shifted into a wolf. His form lay by her side, covering her in a bit of fur. He closed his eyes, nuzzling lightly against her cheek. A slight wine was all he gave to let her know he was happy, tail flicking a bit behind him.

She was quiet for a little before nodding. "Yeah, it is a hard sometimes. Like growing up in a household full of guys." she said with a small smile. "It's not easy going to them to ask questions a girl should as her mother." she tells him. "But you're right. I do have something." Gazing up at the moon again, she smiles gently while gazing up at him. When she felt his warm fur against her skin, she looks over to see that he'd shifted. As he nuzzled her cheek, she closes her eyes with a smile while burying a hand into his fur while she closed her eyes as well.

His body shifted a bit to get more comfortable. Feeling her hand in his fur, he moved a bit to let the hand scratch him. His tail brushed up against her leg, his maw resting on her shoulder. Feeling a little playful, he licked her cheek, giving a cheerful whine. He jumped back, giving a playful bark and getting into a ready stance. He did the equivalent of a smile, wondering if she would take the hint.

She felt him move next to her and she smiled gently while she ran her fingers through his hair before feeling him move a bit before she scratched him, softly chuckling with a small smile. When his tail brushed against her leg, the vampire smiled a little more before nuzzling his neck a little when his maw rested upon her shoulder. When he licked her though, she gasped in surprise before laughing as he jumped back. Slowly she sat up as he barked and got into a ready stance. She tilted her head. It reminded her of a puppy that wanted to play. "I won't be able to move too quickly." she reminded him.

She still hurt a little but she was a good bit healed after getting some blood into her. Carefully moving onto her knees, she playfully made a grab at him.

She saw her hand, letting her graze against his fur before rolling back. He growled playfully a little, rolling to the side and getting into a low stance. His tail swayed, heartbeat increasing in excitement as he prepared for his next move. In a sudden rush, he ran straight for her, then jumped over, leaving just enough distance to not hurt her, but to also give her a chance of reaching him as well.

She giggled as his fur grazed her hand and tickled her palm before grinning as he growled a little. As he rolled to the side and got into a low stance, she moved while laughing, her eyes bright as she played with him, watching his tail sway and she smiled brightly. For the first time in a long time, the vampire felt truly happy. When he ran at her, she gasped before he jumped over. Her eyes were wide before she reached up as he flew over her and her fingertips ran over his chest and belly in a gently caress, loving the feeling of his fur beneath her hand.

Her fingers over his fur sent a pleasant shiver down his spine, landing awkwardly and rolling some. He made sure he wasn't hurt, then barked as his tail swayed once more. He was truly happy, glad that things seemed to be going great for not only himself, but for Luna as well. Her bright eyes and that she was moving meant that her wounds must have healed up nicely, at least that's what he had thought. He trotted up to her, sitting down on his fours as he brushed his tail against her legs.

While she hadn't noticed his shiver, she felt her own as a gentle chill ran down her spine and she giggled while watching him land and roll. For a moment she was worried that maybe he had hurt himself but when he barked and his tail wagged, she smiled brightly as he trotted over to her again and she ran her fingers through his fur once more while he sat in front of her. Luna could feel his tail brushing against her legs as it swayed and she giggled as the soft fur tickled her legs. Moving a little, she felt a slight twinge in her chest where she'd been stabbed but it wasn't too bad, more like a slight pinch. She knew that the wound was mostly healed already. Luna was only able to move around like she could because she had a naturally high pain threshold. With a grin, the vampire leaned forward and gently hugged him.

He wagged his tail enthusiastically, feeling her body against his as she hugged him. She was surprisingly soft, not the one thing he'd expected from her. His ears splayed back, nuzzling against her neck with his muzzle, occasionally licking her neck and behind her ear. It was pleasant, despite being from two completely different families and ideas, they managed to set it aside to be friends. Zenku sighed in content, a pleasant low murr rising in his throat.

Luna giggled as his tail wagged quickly, her unnaturally pale green eyes sparkling brightly in the moonlight as she hugged him to her. She felt him nuzzle her neck with his muzzle, the feeling of his fur and whiskers tickling her skin and making her squirm a little while giggling again. Each time he licked her neck and behind her ear, the vampire would squeeze him just a little bit tighter. It felt nice to be able to have a friend and to hug someone that wasn't family or were friends with her brother. Usually any friends she had, had to be approved of by her brother, so she usually ended up being stuck hanging out with her brother and his friends. As he began to murr, Luna closed her eyes with a happy sigh and nuzzled his neck a little, her blonde hair falling over her shoulder.
