I agree and can see where you are coming from, and if you told them they should get it. The big problem is in the telling, and no matter what, no matter how intelligent and sensible the person... It actually has to be said. No "they will get the idea". Not criticizing, Rave, but there are those who just don't get it without an actual statement. You made it, so that is the difference.

Having said that...


People who think "they'll get it" when that is what the actual words are for. To quote the series Titus from the episode Tommy's Girlfriend (warning may not be a direct quote) :

Titus: "Yes, but in order for no to mean no, you actually have to say 'NO'."

But the words have been said. I've bluntly blocked them off of certain forums and chats, clearly told them that I needed the space, Ignored their messages and any attempt to contact me, yet still they persist and try to get me to notice what they're saying by quoting me, or dropping subtle flattery about me when someone else does it. They instantly go 'Yeah that's what I thought too!' and it's pathetic. Like, I've done everything to have them get the message. I want nothing to do with you. And I have told them that I want nothing to do with them.

I guess some people just can't cope with the fact that they're disliked. Sheesh.
 
Hrmmm.... I wish I knew exactly what caused this glitch. It definitely seems to happen in threads with a higher post count. I'm just not sure how high that count tends to get before we start to see it OR if the count just so happens to be a coincidence merely because threads with a higher post count tend to see naturally higher amounts of traffic and thus visibility of us all. If only I were a coder..........
 
Having large breasts and nursing because it brings them up an extra size... I am a D normally and have a horrible time trying to find a bathing suit top that will fit, now that I'm nursing I'm a DD+ and I will never find a bathing suit for this summer. TT_TT
 
Apocalypse, I've been a DD since I was 11. You can find a bathing suit you just have to go to places that sell ones that fit real women. Like La Vie En Rose. You can't go to Walmart or even the shops on the beach because they will not have ones to fit, it's the unfortunate truth.

What bothers me is that we had a snow storm 2 or 3 days ago. This time last year I got my tattoo while walking around in a tee shirt and jeans.

Spider Girl, Black Cat, the Invisible Woman, Storm, Psylocke, Rogue, Mystique, Scarlet Witch, Emma Frost, Jean Grey /Phoenix, Sif (Thor's lover), Hellod (Female Villainess of Thor), Jubilee....

There's not as many off the top of my head as DC, but they're all (except Jubilee) interesting females in their own right. As far as strong women go, Emma Frost, Storm, Psylocke, and Mystique definitely fall in that category. Psylocke herself even had her own comic series for a while.

but you cant buy things for those characters. I meant stand lone characters, they always come with male characters attached...
