When she came back, she tied the bundles around the sheep pen and the chicken coops and anywhere else the men showed concern, ignoring the wary glances they gave her.
"There," she smiled, "all set."
"Thanks, Aileen..." They said, though they didn't seem thrilled. She smiled regardless.
"Happy to be of service."
"Got any other services?" One asked, eyeing her up and down. Her smile didn't falter.
"My husband will behead you without blinking an eye, please be aware of that." She said.
